I have been standing here glaring at Edward for the past twenty minutes, and my mates have been glaring at him, too. Ashton, on the other hand, is clenching and unclenching his fist as he glares at Edward. I want to know how the hell this is possible because one Edward is my soul brother and two our baby girl would be his niece. What the fuck was the fates thinking pairing my soul brother and my now adopted daughter together. I hear Jane asking the Cullen's for their help to get everything a baby, toddler and child will need. All the Cullen's except Edward leave after agreeing to help with big smiles on their faces. My eyes do not leave Edward's while his eyes won't leave our daughter's. I understand how important a mate bond is obviously but i don't know how this is all going to go work out. Plus he thought freaking Bella was his mate and now we are going to have to deal with a jealous ass bitch when she finds out. The whole Bella situation is getting to much for me and in a matter of time i know i will end up killing Bella. Just so my daughter can be safe and can be with her mate which so happened to be my soul brother. God that sounds weird when i say that in my head it will sound even weirder when i say it out loud.
"I don't get it, Edward is my soul brother so how the hell is our daughter his mate?" I blurted out in shock
"Dear it's simple your not this little one's birth mother so your soul ties do not count at this moment so right now Edward is not her uncle she is not his niece, they are mates. He will be by her side watching her grow up until she is old enough to know about all this but as soon as you get pregnant he will step into his uncle role." Uncle Marcus said i could tell he shortened it so i would understand it better
"Love i know it's a shock but the mate bond is a powerful thing we can not stop it only support it." Jane said while caressing our sleeping daughter cheeks and i hand our daughter over to Jane
"She's right, as much as i hate this we can't stop it." Ashton said clenching his fists
"Edward i will not stop you being with our daughter when she is older but please use this time to watch her grow, create a bond with her and for the love of god you need to mature during the time she grows up. You need to learn to listen to Carlisle and follow his orders because he knows what is best for the coven so you need to learn that. Also you hurt our baby we will kill you!" I said as i walk over to him and by the time i'm i finish talking i'm face to face with him
"I promise on my life i will not hurt her she is important to you and now she important to me. Let's not forget that she is royalty now so i will dedicate my existence to protect her till she can protect herself. Yes i will spend time with her to create a bond and watch her grow and during that time i will grow myself to become a better person. I do not like this person i became after meeting Bella. I am going to return to the person i was before it's time for me to be the real me and not the person Bella create because of her blood. I want to be me again the person i have missed." Edward said sounding honest.
I swear my power's tell me if someone is lieing, being truthful, being dishonest or being as honest as they can. It's werid but amazing at the same time because i definitely need it right now so i know if i can trust Edward or not. I know once he spends time here with us he will find out about Ashton so i need to trust him.
"Darling what are we going to name our little cutie." Alec asked wrapping his arms around me from behind
"I like the name Jaylee Violet Volturi what do you both think?" I said and asked
"I think it's perfect for our little girl." Jane said then kissed our Jaylee's forehead
"Definitely perfect." Alec said then pulled me into a short but passionate filled kiss
"I love it mu- Aria." Ashton said close to saying mum again
"So Edward you better stick to your word because it won't just be Alex, Jane and Alec killing you it will be all of us Jaylee is now family you hurt our family you die simple" Dad said coming to stand at the side of me
"You will have to deal with us too and Damon of course." Klaus said stepping forward
"I wouldn't and couldn't hurt Jaylee she already means alot to me and god forbid i did hurt her i will beg you to kill me i couldn't live with myself if i hurt her." Edward said looking at dad with a small smile
"Love? will you be okay if i go find the Cullen's because i want to make sure they don't go over the top." Jane said sounding worried
"Go baby, me and Alec have this under control plus dad, my uncles and the others are here i am perfectly safe." I said and she places Jaylee back into my arms then kisses my cheek
"I love you, my love." She said winking at me
"I love you too baby." I said blushing and she giggles then vamp speeds out my house
"Oh god i hope Jane stops Alice from buying a whole lot of unnecessary stuff." Edward said scratching the back of his neck
"We can only hope." Alec said with a small chuckle
"They just need to remember what Charlie said she won't stay a baby for long." Caius said sounding unsure
"I want to be able to buy Jaylee some stuff at some point so that pixie better go easy" Ashton warned
"Ashton, calm down. Edward doesn't know yet so keep it that way for now." I said in Ashtons head and i got a slight nod from him
I didn't say anything else i just walked to the kitchen and got another blood bag putting half of it into a baby bottle that was in the changing bag Charlie left that i didn't even know he left with us untill now. Which made me laugh outloud at how stupid i am for not noticing a freaking bright pink bag that is sitting on the dining table. Once the blood is in the bottle i screw the lid on tightly then feed Jayless while i use my other hand to drink the rest of the blood bag as she drinks i see her eyes flutter open. What i see makes me gasp her eyes flashed a violet colour then went back to a gorgeous forest green and i know her sorceress power's must show themselves in a mist like mine and i know for one thing this is going to be eventful.
"Well little Jaylee let the fun begin huh. You older brother is going to be very protective over you." I said as i kiss her forehead the nuzzled my nose against hers
"Damn right i am mama, she is not going to be in danger or hurt because i will always be beside her to keep her safe." Ashton said walking into the kitchen
"Brother? Mama? What is going on?" I hear Edward ask confused
"Klaus?" I asked knowing he can hear me
"Yes love?" He asked back
"Can you and Damon tell him. I'm to busy with Jaylee right now." I said focusing on Jaylee
"Of course we can Ria." Damon said sounding his usual cocky self
"Damon. No fighting." I said sternly, knowing he would want to fight if Edward said the wrong thing
"Okay, Okay. No fighting." He said, sounding disappointed
