For heaven's sake, what's the point of having a [Danmei MTL] in their title and warnings [MTL] at the end of every description and every end of the first page of the chapter [MTL], I don't want to be rude, but this is not an official translation, and I used to write IN TITLE + [Danmei MTL] for a reason.

2. ELC read the DO MTL raws.
ELC never copies and pastes official translations from other professional translators' websites. ELC does not do this.
If you're wondering if there's an official one or where you can find the English Translation site, look no further. ELC does not know, and thus the answer. Whether it has official translation or not, ELC reads MTL raws the majority of the time; MTL has become a habit.
