Manik holds his head with one hand. His dizziness was increasing. He was about to fall but neil saw him on time and shouts his name.
Neil(shouts): Manuuuu
He runs towards manik and holds him on time before he hits the ground and
Manik falls unconscious in neil arms while everyone stands shocked there.
Aditya(shouts): Manuuuu
Everybody rushed towards manik.
Neil(worriedly): manuu... manu aankhein kholo (tapping his cheeks)
Aditya: manuu aankhein kholo bacha
Avantika(teary eyed): manu bachaa aankhein kholo please... mumma ki taraf dekho bacha
But manik was lying unresponsive in Neil's arms.
Zoya: adi aap jldi se doctor ko phone kijiye
Rachit(tensed): Neil.... adi tum manu ko room mein lekr jao tab tak mein doctor ko call krta hun
Aditya: jii papa
Then neil picked up manik and takes him to his room. He laid him on the bed carefully and sat besides him.
Aditya nd Neil were rubbing his hands.
Avantika was rubbing his feets.
Neil(tensed): manuu bachaa please open your eyes.... please bacha
Aditya: yeh ek dam se aise behosh kaise hogya
Neil: pta nhi
Aditya: nandini isne bahar kuch ulta sidha khaya tha kya?
Nandini: nhii bhaiya.... bahar toh thik tha bss isse bhut garmi lg rhi thii
Gauri: toh fir achanak kaise behosh hogyaa
Avantika was crying badly while zoya and gauri were consoling her.
Gauri: maa aap plzz shant ho jaiye
Aditya: manu achaa aankhein khol plzz
15 minutes passed.
Neil(angrily): where the hell is this doctor.... itna time kyu lg rha hai unhe
Zoya: neil relax doctor aate hi honge

Just then doctor arrives there.
Aditya: doctor please manu ko dekhiye na pta nhi kyu ekdam se aise behosh hogyaa
Doctor: haa mein check krta hu aap log please zara bahar jaiye
Neil(panic): par doctor vo akela hai... vo dar jaegaa
Aditya(tensed): haa doctor usse hamari zaroorat ha please.. vo bacha hai
All look towards them worriedly as they very well know that they are over protective for manik. He is not just their brother but he was their bachaa... their jaan.
Rachit(calmly): adi neil doctor ko apna kaam krne do... manu ko kuch nhi hoga
Nandini: haa bhaiyaa aap please doctor ko check krne dijiye.... manik ko kuch nhi hoga
Neil and aditya nodes half heartedly.
All went out and inside doctor was checking manik. Outside everyone was standing tensed. Aditya and Neil were pacing here nd there in tension.
Zoya went towards them.
Zoya: adi... neil hamare manu ko kuch nhi hoga..
Neil(teary eyes): bhabhii
Zoya immediately cups his face.
Zoya: Ssshhh bachaa bss kuch nhi hoga manu ko okk

Zoya: haa bacha
Aditya: doctor itna time kyu lga rha ha
Zoya: adi agr aap hi aise tension loge toh neil ko kon sambhalega...hmm
Aditya nodes. Zoya holds his hand tightly.
Just then doctor opens the door and everybody went inside. Avantika sat on the bed besides manik nd starts caressing his hair lovingly.
Neil(worried): doctor kya hua
Rachit: doctor mera beta thik toh hai na
Aditya: vo aise behosh kyu hogya
Doctors: relax Mr. Malhotra phle muje bolne toh dijiye
Nandini: aap boliye doctor plzz
Doctor: Manik is fine now.... usse dehydration hogyi thi...aur uski wajah se uska BP kafi drop hogya tha aur vo behosh hogya.... I think kuch subah se kuch khaya hi nhii ha aur paani toh dur ki baat hai
Avantika(teary): ha subah bhi bina breakfast ke college gya tha... meine bhut roka but yeh ladka kisi ki kahan sunta ha
Doctor: Mr. Malhotra apka family doctor hone ke nate bol rha hun manik ka dhyaan rakhiye...vo aise meals skip krega ya dehydrated rahega toh kaise chlega... vo already asthma patient hai aur vo bhi severe asthma... these kind of patients are more prone to asthma attacks... aur upr se yeh mumbai ki garmi toh aap jante hi hai... dehydration se aise faint hona sahi baat nhi ha aur uski age bhi nhi ha itni badi problem se deal krne ki.... so take care of him....usse ache se khilao pilao jab vo uth jae tab.... abhi toh meine injection dia h but 2-3 hours mein usse hosh aa jaega
Neil and aditya looked worriedly at manik.
Rachit: thanku so much doctor
Doctor: No problem Mr. Malhotra... koi bhi zaroorat ho toh call me aur ha (looking towards adi nd neil) usse pyaar se samjhana abhi bacha ha vo
Avantika: ji doctor
Then doctor left from there.
Avantika and Nandini were sitting beside manik while everybody were standing.
Neil(angrily): ek number ka idiot ha yeh ladka... kuch smj mein hi nhi aata isse
Gauri: neil relax... manu thik ha abhi.. aap shant ho jaiye
Neil: kaise shant ho jaun gauri... dekha nhi doctor ne kya bola... usse ashtma attack bhi aa skta tha
Aditya put his hand on neil's shoulder to calm him down. Neil takes a deep breathe.
Aditya: neil relax bachaa.... manu ko rest krne dete hai abhi...hmm
Neil nodes. Then everybody left from there except aditya and neil.
They both sat besides him holding his hands.

Zoya: maa... papa aap log bilkul tension mat lijiye... manu bilkul thik ha
Gauri: haa... bilkul tension mt lijiye aap log
Rachit smiles nd blesses them.
Nandini: bhabhi chaliye unn shahzade ke lie kuch bna lete h khane ko....uthte hi nautanki shuru ho jaegi
Avantika: but yeh manu ka uthte hi maar khaega neil ur adi se
Zoya(laugh): yeh toh bilkul sahi bola apne maa... maar toh khaega yeh ladka
Gauri: chlo chlte hai
Then they left for the kitchen.
3 hours passed
Aditya and Neil were sitting besides Manik holding his hands. Aditya was caressing his hair.
Neil: bhaiya is abhi tak hosh kyun nahin aaya
Aditya: don't worry baccha use hosh aa jaega
Just then neil felt a grip on his hand.
Neil(worried): Manu bacha aankhein kholo
Aditya caresses his head lovingly.
Aditya: Manu please bacha aankhein kholo
Manik eyeballs were slightly moving .He then opens his eyes slowly. His vision was completely Blur. His head was aching like hell. He saw totally blury faces in front of his eyes. He blink his eyes three to four times to get a clear vision. When his vision gets clear he saw neil and Aditya worried faces.
Manik(slowly): Bhaiyaa
Aditya kisses his forehead.
Aditya: haa bachaa ham idhr hi ha tu relax kr
Neil: haa bachaa just relax... don't take tension
Just then everybody comes inside. Avantika goes nd kissed his forehead.
Avantika: tu thik ha bacha
Manik nodes
Zoya: kitna dara dia tha aisa koi krta kya manu
Manik look at his brothers who look furious. He gulps seeing them.
He tried to sit so aditya and neil helped him to sit properly nd places the pillow behind his back.
Manik was not meeting his eyes with his brothers. He knew they gonna blast his ears for his so called stunt.
Manik(in mind): aree yrr yeh bhai aur bhaiya toh aise ghur rhe hai jaise muje khaa jaenge....yrr kya bhagwan jii kyu muje faint krdia... aisa thodi hota hai... aap toh meri side the na

All smiles looking at him becoz they know he was trying to divert adi nd neil but they also know that neil nd adi would not let this matter go so easily.
Neil: kyu abhi kyu bhuk lg rhi hun... 2-3 baar aur faint ho ja fir kha lena khana
Aditya: exactly....
Manik pouts
Aditya: kitni baar bola hai ki apna khana mat skip kia kr samj nhi aata na tuje... bhut ache se pta ha na ki u are a asthma patient aur aise khana na khana ur paani na pina kitna dangerous ho skta ha
Neil: do u even realize ki tuje asthma attack bhi aa skta tha

Manik shuts his mouth immediately.

Manik was not meeting his eyes.

Manik closes his eyes tightly becoz he knows this was coming.

Aditya: manu u know na ashtma patients ko paani pina kitna zaroori hota ha... nhi toh dehydration ho jati h

Neil nd aditya glares him sharply.

All gets shocked. Neil and Aditya felt like banging their head on wall listening to their kid brother.

Manik widens his eyes in shock. He imagines himself going to college with water bottle in his neck and everybody was laughing at him including Arjun Rathore. He shouts getting scared.
Manik(shouts): nhiiiiìiii... muje nhi jana college water bottle ke sath... kitna embarss hona padega muje sabke samne especially vo idiot arjun ke samne... no mein nhi jaungaa
All laughs listening him.
Neil: nhi pani piyega toh jana padega and i mean it.... i will make sure ki tumhe roz mein chodne bhi jaun college
Manik: ok fine mein pilunga paani... aise blackmail toh mat kro
Neil: tu manta hi aise hai kya karen
Manik: okk sorry na abhi... really sorry
Rachit: teri sorry ka kya ham achar dale.... kitna dara dia tha tune
Manik looks at aditya.
Manik(cutely): bhaiya i am sorry... i promise i will take care of myself... promise
Aditya melts seeing him. He goes nd hugs him.
Adity: its ok bachaa.... bs tu apna dhyan rakha kr... tuje pta hai na agr tuje kuch hota hai toh hamari jaan nikl jati hai
Manik hugs him tightly.
Manik: sorry bhaiyaa...
Aditya rufles his hair. While neil glares manik
Manik: bhaiya dekho na yeh bhai muje kaise ghur rhe hai
Aditya: neil bachaa relax
Manik shows him tongue.
Neil shakes his head looking at his nautanki. He knows how to melt aditya.
Neil: Bhaiya aap iski saari baatein maan lete ho....tabhi itni nautanki krta hai yeh ladka.... meine bola tha na yeh bhut careless ha isse bahar mat jane do but apne bhi nhi suni meri baat....huhhh
He left from there angrily.
Zoya: neil..neil meri baat suno
Gauri: mein dekhti hun neil ko
She left.
Avantika: dekha ab vo hogya na naraaz manu
Aditya slightly hits him on his head.
Aditya: dekha ab vo mujse bhi naraaz hogya teri wajah se
Manik(pouts): bhai toh naraaz hi hogye... mein dekhr aata hun unhe
Aditya: chup baith idhr aur phle khana kha nhi toh firse kahin gir jaega
Servant brings food plate nd gives to aditya.
Rachit: ham sab niche chlte h
They all left from there while aditya starts feeding manik.
Aditya: kyu pareshan krta h sabko ha... ab dekha na vo gussa hokr baith gya
Manik: bhaiya mein janbuj kr kuch nhi krta... sab apne aap ho jata hai
Aditya: pagal bachaa
Manik hugs him tightly.
Aditya: tu rest kr mein zara neil ko dekhkr aata hun
Manik nodes nd then aditya left from there.

Gauri was sitting besides neil nd consoling him. Gauri saw aditya coming inside so she get up.

Gauri smiles nd left from there.
Aditya goes nd sit besides neil.

Before he speaks further Aditya hugs him tightly.
Aditya: Sshhh bachaa relax kuch ni hua ha... vo thik hai
He was rubbing his back softly.
Aditya: ab dekh agr mein bhi usse gussa krunga toh vo kiske pass jaega ha....apna hi bacha hai na vo...dar jaega
Neil: par bhaiya usse samjhna chahiye na ki aaj usse attack aa skta tha but vo samjtha hi nhi ha aur upr se nayi nautanki lekr baitha ha...usse pani pina pasand nhi hai...usse pta bhi hai ki vo bolta kya hai
Aditya laughs
Aditya: but that was something else haa
Neil: bhaiyaa aap hass rhe hai... dekha na kaise dehydration se faint hogya tha
Aditya: mein hass manu ki baat pr nhi rha but yeh imagine krke hass rha hun ki tu uska kya haal krega
Neil: obviously bhaiya mein bhi dekhta hun yeh paani kaise nhi pita.... hadd hogyii jab dekho bss apni manmani krta rehta hai
Aditya: ha sambhalna toh tumhe hi ha usse.... manik is all urs
Neil: bhaiya aap mazee lo bss
Aditya: bachee phle tu sambhal le agr nhi hota hai toh fir mein dekhta hun usse... but i m sure muje zaroorat nhi padegi

Then they both left from there. Everybody had their dinner nd after that neil went to drop gauri and nandini.

Manik comes to neil room. He saw him sitting on the sofa.

Neil saw him nd become stiff.
Manik: kya yrr bhai... apka itna cute sa chota bhai bimaar hai aur aap use dekhne bhi nhi aaye
Neil glares him.
Manik: hehe aap toh gussa hogye.. mein toh aise hi bol rha tha
Neil goes from there nd stands in the balcony.
Manik: bhai i am sorry yrr.... please maaf krdo
Neil: manik apne room mein jao aur rest kro
Manik: bhai yrr yeh kya jab bhi aap gusse k mode mein hote ho toh manu se manik pr aa jate ho... gussa mein apka pyaar kam ho jata hai kya
Neil shakes his head nd left from there. He comes nd lay down on the bed nd closes his eyes.
Manik: yeh bhai bhi na kitne ziddi ha.... but mein inse bhi zyada ziddi hun...huh mujse kaise naraaz reh skte h
He goes nd lays besides neil nd back hugs him. Neil tries to come out of his hold but manik didn't let him go. Neil smiles but immediately hides it.
Neil: manik chod muje
Manik: nhi chodunga kya karoge aap
Neil: meine bola na chod muje
Manik: meine bhi bola na nhi chodunga... phle aap muje maaf kro
Neil: bhut maar khaega mujse
Manik: maar lo aap but mein apka picha kabhi nhi chodunga
He snuggles him more.
Neil: apne room mein ja chup chap aur rest kr
Manik: yeh bhi mera hi room hai bhai
Neil: chod muje thappad padega nhi toh
Manik: nhii chodunga.... aap phle maaf kro
Neil: toh kyu krta hai aise kaam ki sorry bolna pade
Manik: sorry bhai.... i am really sorry aage se aisa nhi krunga promise
Neil remains silent.
Manik turns neil to his side nd hugs him placing his head on his chest.
Manik: sorry sorry....please maaf krdo
Neil smiles nd caresses his hair lovingly.
Neil: aage se aisa kia na toh dekhna tu
Manik: mtlb aap maan gye bhai.... i love u
He hugs him more tightly.
Neil: chod muje koi dekhega toh kya bolega
Manik: ki mein apse bhut pyaar krta hun yahi bolega
Neil: hatt nautanki.... aaj tu bhut maar khata mere se
Aditya was standing at the door nd smiling looking at their nautanki.
Aditya: hogya patchup
Neil nd manik get up.
Manik: ofcourse bhaiya.... bhai mujse naraaz kaise reh skte hai
Neil shakes his head at his drama brother.
Aditya: abhi medicine lega
Neil(glares): mtlb isne medicine nhi li abhi tak
Aditya: nhii bola phle bhai fir medicine
Neil smacked his head.

Neil: kitni baar bola h health se no compromise

Neil get up nd took a glass of water nd handover to manik. Aditya gave his medicine nd he have it.
Manik: waise bhai aap vo water bottle wala mazaak kr rhe the na
Neil(raising his eyebrow): you really think so?
Aditya: neil jhooth nhi bolta manu
Manik: bhai it will be so embarrassing
Neil: tu agr hamari baat maan lega ur proper water intake lega toh mein tuje vo bottle nhi dunga but agr nhi toh i make sure ki bottle hmesha tere pass rahe.... ur cabir ko toh tu janta hi ha
Manik: nhi bhai mein khud hi pilunga vo cabir ka bachaa toh muje maar hi dalega
Aditya: good bachaa... tu sidhe se maan jaya kr taki hme kuch krne ki zaroorat hi na pade
Manik: bhut najayas fayda uthate ho aap dono bade hone ka
Neil: Awww hamare baby ko gussa aagya...chl ab rest kr
Manik: bhaiya aap bhi idhr hi so jao hamare sath
Neil: tu kya bacha ha?
Manik: kyuu?
Neil: bhaiya apne room mein Soyenge na bhabhi ke sath (winks at manik)
Manik(smiles): Ohh haa mein toh bhul gya tha... love shuv bhi toh krna hota hai
Manik nd neil hifived.
Aditya glares them hold their ears.
Aditya: bhut zubaan chlne lgi hai na dono kii
Neil: Ouchh bhaiya sorry...lag rhi ha
Manik: bhaiya sachii mein sorry yrr
Aditya leave them.
Aditya: lagni bhi chahiye
Manik: bhaiya kya aap Hitler bante jaa rhe ho din par din
Aditya: chupp soo jao abhi vo bhi bina ladai kie
Neil nd manik lay down. Aditya kisses their forehead nd left from their after switching off the light.
Manik snuggles to neil nd slept.
