It's 2 am and I'm still awake. It's raining really hard, which I'm not complaining about but the lightening is making it hard to fall asleep. So without any other comments here is what I'm thinking:
As the rain pours so do my tears.
I'm left with pain and judging peers.
And as I sense I'm losing the fight
I decide to give in to this cold rainy night
I look through my desk and find my old friend
"Hi how are you. Glad to see you again"
I use this tool to create my masterpiece
Still knowing later I'll have to hind this catastrophe
Outside my walls I have my pride so highly built
But sometimes they crack exposing my guilt
I am not strong
I cannot fight
I won't survive another night
So please let me go
Let me hang from the rope
Let me pull the trigger
With no parting groan.
And as you hear the shot
I will mutter under my breath
I'm sorry but now my life must end.
