[Annika - A, Shivaay - S, Rudra - Ru, Gauri - G]
Annika and Chanda reached the Oberoi hotel, where Annika and Shivaay were going to get married in a private ceremony among friends and family. Everything was beautifully decorated, and a variety of food was being cooked, ensuring no walnuts were used.
Chanda led Annika to the room reserved for them. A team of beauticians was already present to help dress Annika.
Annika checked her phone to get nothing but disappointment.
A: Chanda, please keep my phone safely with you.
Chanda: Of course. I've ordered some juice for you since you can't eat until the wedding now. Do you need anything else?
A: No, just let me know if I get any calls or messages
A couple of hours later Annika was finally ready, and she looked absolutely gorgeous. Her friends also got ready. A photographer clicked loads of her pictures, solo and with her friends, for the wedding album. Everyone else went down to attend to the guests
The Oberois had also arrived an hour ago and were dancing in the baraat.
Sneha came back to Annika's room
Sneha: Annika, the baraat is here and Shivaay looks so handsome yaar. We're all going to welcome them. I'll come to get you soon
Annika nodded
Sneha: Shivaay will not know what hit him when he sees you.
A(in her mind): I hope you can forgive me Shivaay.
Annika did not notice, but when Sneha left, the door hadn't locked properly. She could smell some weird odor, she looked around but her eyes were getting heavy. She could see the silhouette of someone wearing a mask in her room before she lost consciousness and fainted.

Meanwhile, Chanda stood at the entrance, a ribbon was tied to prevent him from entering
Chanda: Shivaay jiju, you won't get entry until you give us a gift
S: You name it, you got it sali ji (sister in law, wife's sister)
Ru: No bhaiyya, not so easy. Your saaliyan (bride's sisters) will demand diamonds and whatnot. You need to negotiate a deal
Chanda: We don't want any diamonds. Besides your soon-to-be wife, my dearest sister will kick my butt if I asked for something ostentatious like that.
S: Khanna, get my checkbook
Khanna handed him the checkbook and Shivaay signed a blank check
S: Here, fill whatever amount you think is suitable
Chanda: No, no money
Ru: Oh god! You refused a blank check also, wow. Bhaiyya, they are going to eat you alive
S: then Chanda, what is it you want?
Chanda: I need you to promise to me, in front of everyone here, that you will always keep her happy, always communicate, and always keep on loving each other. And If I ever see tears in her eyes then I will come to kick your butt
S: I promise
Chanda handed him the scissors to cut the ribbon and did Shivaay's aarti.
Ru: Your saali is bad at cracking deals, bhaiyya.
Chanda: I heard that Rudra
They welcomed the Oberois and took Shivaay to the mandap.
G: Someone get our bride also
Chanda: Bride will also come here soon, what's the rush.
Chanda signaled Sneha to get Annika.
Sneha knocked on Annika's door but got no response. She tried the keycard of the room but it won't open
Sneha: What is wrong with this lock? I'll go and get the manager. Annika, just hang in a minute, I'll get someone to open the door
She went down to the reception and brought the manager with her. He opened the lock with the master key. Sneha went inside but couldn't find Annika anywhere. She checked the washroom as well
Sneha: Where did she go? She doesn't even have her phone
Sneha called Neil and asked him to come upstairs immediately
Sneha: Neil, Annika is missing, I can't find her anywhere
Neil: Did you check the washroom?
Sneha: Yes, I checked the balcony also, she's not here
Neil: Did you try her phone?
Sneha: Chanda has her phone
Neil: where could she have gone? Let's check the restaurant, maybe she wanted to eat something
Sneha: She can't eat, she's fasting, it's some ritual. She'll eat when Shivaay feeds her. And I spoke to her before going to welcome the baraat. Why would she leave when she knew the baraat was here?
Neil: You're right, she won't do such a thing, she's the most responsible one among us. Let's check the corridor, maybe there was something wrong with her dress and she went to look for something to fix it
Sneha: okay, you check the left side, I'll check right
They called a few more people to come to look for Annika but she was nowhere to be found.
Neil went downstairs and pulled Chanda aside
Chanda: What happened Neil? Why hasn't Sneha brought Annika downstairs yet?
Neil: Annika is missing
Chanda: WHAT!
She spoke a little too loudly, Gauri and Om heard her
G: What's wrong?
Neil: we've looked everywhere, we can't find Annika
Om: Are you sure you've checked everywhere?
Neil: yes, we've checked all the floors
G: What about her phone?
Chanda: I have her phone
Chanda held her head in her palm
Chanda: It's all my fault, she looked worried, I asked her but she dismissed me. I should have pushed her, I should have talked to her
Om: Chanda, calm down. No matter what was going on, she wouldn't run away. She won't put Shivaay through this. I'll ask the security team to look for her, she must be somewhere here

Annika woke up and found herself inside a small room. There were brooms and towels placed on racks around her. She coughed, the gas in her room had made her throat scratchy
A: where the hell am I? Who brought me here? Who was in my room?
She tried to open the door but it was locked. She banged the door
A: Hello! Is anyone there? Please help me. I'm stuck inside
But no one heard her
A: Oh god! What should I do? Shivaay must be waiting for me, everyone must be so worried.
She banged the door again and again but no one heard her cries for help.
A: Why! Why! Why! Why can't I ever be happy?
She looked around to find anything that could help her.

Khanna: sir, we've checked the entire hotel, but we couldn't find Annika ma'am. No one has seen her leave. The team is checking all the rooms as we speak.
G: Om, do you think she actually ran away?
Om: No, I'm absolutely certain that if she didn't want to marry, she would have told Shivaay, she won't insult him like this
G: Shivaay didn't look very excited himself, he has been looking very lost
Om: We just have to look for her, she must be in some trouble. Khanna, call the commissioner and check if by any chance Sanket has been freed from prison.

Gauri updated Chanda and they got the DJ to play some Punjabi music and brought everyone to the dance floor.
