Chapter 5
Luisa's pov:
I woke up with my face looking right at her. She looks adorable when she sleeps, she wouldn't mind if I...I kissed her on the forehead. She woke up and let out a little yawn.
" Morning sleepy he-" I was interrupted with a kiss on the nose and then a boop.
" Like I totally didn't feel that kiss you gave-" I gently kissed her lips.
" I- I'm sorry El I didn-" She interrupted me with a kiss. Elena kissed me!! Holy cow is this really happening, I kissed her back. It was getting intense until somebody knocked and opened the door, me and Elena stared at Aubela, she just stood there in disbelief that her granddaughter was making out with her so-called ' friend '.
" ABUELA IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOO-"
" I don't care if your gay Luisa just lock the door next time-"
" I- " Elena just froze.
Abuela closed the door.
" Let's not bring this up at the table- "
" Yeah, let's not- " Elena replied.
We got dressed and ready. I was shocked that Elena kept the shirt on but put her skirt on under it. "You're keeping the shirt on-" as I blushed, " You look adorable in it."
" Yeah this is comfy...we match besides the skirt tho-" She said with a smile on her face. I kissed her cheek and brought her downstairs on a piggy back ride.
We giggled and sat down at the table waiting for mami to come down and start breakfast. We looked around to see if anybody was around. I pinned her chin up and looked at her sweet adorable smile.
" You are so cute that I could literally kiss you right now." as I grinned at her.
" Do it then..~" as she smirked looking at me I couldn't help but kiss her in that situation. She pulled back when she heard one of the doors from upstairs open and we pretended like we were talking about something. We chuckled as we saw Felix Pepa coming downstairs. I patted her head and got up to find bread or sum for us to eat.
" Morning Miss Pepa, Morning Mr Felix! Elena had smiled looking and greeting them.
"Morning Tia y Tio" I replied.
" Hey what does that mean?" as Elena asked looking at me confused.
"What does what mean? "
" Tio and Tio?" She was confused but yet adorable. Tia and Tio sat down and were trying to explain to her as I found some bread and butter. I broke the bread in half and handed it to El.
" Well in my family we say Tio and Tia, we are hispanic and speak spanish. Tio and tia mean uncle and aunt. I guess you only speak english?" as I smiled looking at my love.
" Well uhm yeah maybe i could learn?"
" Sure why not, we can teach ya! Right tia y tio??"
" I don't see why not." as Tio Felix replied to her friend.
Elena pov:
" Is that bread good? " I snickered watching Luisa eat the bread.
" Yeah I guess-" as she blushed a bit and giggled. I rubbed her head and headed out.
" I have to start on chores BYEE!!! WHEN THEY WAKE UP TELL THEM I SAID MORNING!!" I shouted running out of casita. " Good morning casita" as I giggled while casita helped me boost up my run to my place.
(after getting home)
I sat down on the floor regaining my breath from running all the way from Casita to here. After I had gained my breath back I was startled seeing my sister sitting on the bottom step.
" JESUS CHRIST KLEKI, you scared the crap out of me!!" as I shouted a bit.
" Who's shirt is that? My little sister had asked me. I looked at her and blushed.
" Well uh you know the tall madrigal?? Luisa?"
" Yeah..?"
"Well it's her...she grew out of it and she gave it to me." as I scratched my head and blushed.
" You like her don't you?" she smiled. I nodded as I responded to her question. I gestured my hand to my mouth in a shushing manner
" You know how dad is, he finds it wrong. I don't want him to know.. You know...?"
" My mouth is shut, this is between us" as Kleki put her thumb up.
" Thanks sis...you're the best" as I hugged her.
I went upstairs and took a warm bath.
" Ahhh, this is nice..." as I was washing my long fluffy hair. I rinsed the soap and water out of my head. I hopped out of the tub. I put on the shirt Luisa had given me. I put my overalls on top of her shirt.
" Not in the mood to eat..." I walked downstairs and saw my Pa sitting at the table drinking his coffee. " Morning Pa-"
" New shirt?"
" Yeah Luisa gave it to me because she couldn't fit it anymore. So now it's mine now."
He gave me a suspicious eye while I walked out to the barn and fed the donkeys and picked fresh fruit. I turned around and saw Luisa doing her chores. " God...I love her so much..." as I blushed and suddenly remembered that I didn't close the gates to the donkey's pin. " CRAP" as I ran and saw the donkeys were gone. " Dads going to kill me-" I was walking around looking for the donkeys. I saw Luisa picking up some of the donkeys.
" LULU I'M SORRY YOU HAVE TO DO THIS I FORG-"
" El it's ok, I like helping people. It's what I do" as she blushed looking down at me with a grin on her face. I broke the awkward tension. I walked Luisa to the barn.
" Thanks for helping me with the donkeys lu...I really appreciate it!" as I hugged her and blushed. She held my hand and kissed it.
" No problem amor mio " I looked at her in confusion.
" Right, you don't speak Spanish, well let me repeat myself. No problem my love~" I couldn't help but blush just looking at her so close to me.
" EL?? YOU OK?" as I stood there frozen and couldn't say anything. WHY IS SHE SO ADORABLE AAAA LORD SAVE ME FROM THIS WONDERFUL GODDESS!? I stood there and saw her holding me up from the ground.
" Remember I space out a lot??" as I looked at her.
" Right-" before she sat me back on the ground she kissed my forehead.
" See ya El~" as she grinned with a wink before she walked back into town with her red blossomed cheeks.
I stood there and dropped to the ground and my heart was racing like crazy. I'M HER LOVE??
"El come on other guys have kissed your hand...but Luisa is different it feels nice. I know papa wouldn't like it...if he knew about this...me in love with another woman...who knows what he is going to do...he's going to think I'm a-" I was stopped in my tracks as my pa came out to the barn.
" El you ok..?"
" Yeah pa i'm good-"
" I guess you're done with your chores? Clearly your friend came and helped you as i can tell from her leaving a few minutes ago-"
" Yeah she helped me carry the hay and stuff for the animals-"
" Ok Elena you and Kleki go have fun"
" Ok papa."
After changing out of my farm clothes.
I skipped down the town much more jolly than ever. I heard Julieta call for me.
" Hello Ms. Julieta-"
" Can you feed the people who are injured till I come back from casita."
" Yeah sure!" as I giggled at her.
" Thank you hun BE RIGHT BACK DON'T MOVE!!"
I helped feed the injured people but some of them walked off when they saw I was handing out the food. I had felt somebody lay their hand on my head.
"Camilo can't you see him-" as I turned and saw Luisa. I blushed while I was feeding the injured.
" Ouch me Camilo nah. Nah you're right it's me. Mind sparing a arepa-"
" Camilo the answer is no I'm doing something for your aunt so please-" He snatched an arepa off the plate and he ran off.
"CAMILIO!?!" As I had turned around shouting at him. I calmed down and had continued giving the townspeople the food until Julieta had gotten back.
" Thanks Elena, take a arepa in thanks. "
" Thank you Ms. Julieta but the town seems to need it more than me." She nodded and got back to her job.
I looked around and saw my little sister.
"Kleki!!" as I shouted out to her.
" Hey Elly!" as she hugged me.
" Want to hang out for a girls dayyyy."
" How can i back down on a girls day" as she chuckled and I laughed with her.
" Well come on, I'll take you where we can go." as I snickered at her.
After walking up to the river where Encanto borders.
Elenas pov:
" Isnt this pretty. I come here alot of the time...also where I had met Luisa."
" Wow you must really like hanging out with her" as my lil sis elbowed me.
" Yeah I really do...She is beautiful and the first person to accept me for who I am..." as I blushed, laying in the grass at the sky.
" Well I'm happy for you Elly...Pa may not support it but I'm here for you, ya know"
" Yeah I know sis.."
" Want to meet the madrigals?"
" REALLY!?!"
" Yeah if they're cool with me of course they're going to like you." as I sat up looking at my sister.
" Tag!" as I ran off from her up to casita.
" HEY NO FAIR!! YOU GOT A HEAD START!" as she ran up behind me.
