it was the final day of filming and also the final day i could keep quiet about the release of the new music and music video. it usually was just matt and i in the van, but this time we were with a bunch of other people, including sam, who would be our other gay cast member.
the music video was being shot in a legit ballroom and was going to be the biggest most epic and final ending in the music video. we were also green-lighted to vlog so that was what nick was busy setting up.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS UP YOUTUBE!" chris' voice can be heard from the back of the van. usually he'd be sitting in the front with matt, but those seats were reserved for the ballgowns and our driver.
we arrived at our location, the boys still filming their vlog. everyone gets out one by one, i stayed behind making sure everyone's stuff was with them before hopping out, matt holding the door for me. i smile at him and ask him if he could help bringing the ballgowns with me.
"jeez, they're heavy!" he says, surprised. he took julia's while i took the one i was going to wear, the red one. we walked together to the group who was looking for us. sam was with them and chatting away with nick who looking like he was immersed in teaching sam a trick.
"okay everyone, today is the biggest day of filming and arguably the most difficult of days. so i recommend you guys listen here and listen close." he says, targeting towards the only people who weren't listening, nick and sam.
as the director tells us what we were meant to do, "then hopefully at the end, we'll get the scene where matt and maya kiss." he says casually, making everyone freeze.
