"Bored."
Sherlock was laying on the couch, his long legs dangling off the edge. His arms were folded behind his head and his clear blue-grey eyes were open, his Cupid's-bow lips parted.
John looked up from his newspaper.
"Let's go somewhere, then."
At that, Sherlock's eyes lit up and he leaped off the couch and headed to his room, calling "yes! Hurry up!"
John chuckled and hauled himself up to change out of his dressing gown.

Sherlock knew the perfect thing they could do.
He exited his bedroom and leaned against the door with his coat and scarf freshly donned and turned the collar up as John joined him.
"Let's go." Sherlock said in his smooth voice.

"Here we are." Sherlock said.
John looked up at the sign. It was covered in Japanese squiggles that he couldn't even begin to understand. The exterior of the store was a horrific shade of hot pink, and the roof was bright yellow.
He looked back at Sherlock, who was positively beaming, watching for John's reaction.
"Why are we here?" The doctor asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I'd like to show you something important to me. Maybe you'll like it and we could do it together." Sherlock grinned and grasped John's coat sleeve, dragging him through the door with a
"Let's go, John!"
