Li clenched her eyes shut, her whole body was trembling.
"Now woman, if you want to live you must
kneel and beg forgiveness. I'll consider doing the same to Kakarot."
"I... I don't know any Kakarot. If you're referring to Goku... then that's... not his name.."
"Don't you lie to me."
"His name is Goku! Goku! And I will never give up!"
"Then die here! When are you going to get it? I can't be beat. If Kakarot were smarter... He would have just followed orders and destroyed this puny planet from the beginning."
Li remained still, unable to move as she stood meters away from Turles inside the tree where the fruit reside in.
'Li, you have to keep fighting.'
'Move.'
'Please, your our only hope.'
'Piccolo. Yamcha. I don't know how to feel... What should I do? Giving up is never an option I will ever resort to!'
'Please Li, remember us.
'We're your friends.'
'We're with you, Li.'

"Must... Move.." She took a step forward.
"Oh... Back for more." Turles glared at her. She took another step forward. "My pleasure."
'Li, listen to us!'
'He's strong.'
'But he's not unbeatable.'
'Nothing is.'
'You can do this.'

'You can defeat him. You hold something stronger than him!'
'But, he's- I don't know... He's different than the enemies we've faced.'
'You may not know it Li, but you have a much greater chance than any of us right now. You can do it!'
"Right! I - must - go - on - for - Goku and the others. I just can't let them down. I'll get the strength. I have to!"
"BRING IT ON! Soon earth will be at my mercy and there will be no one left to stop me."
"And, thank you, Turles."
"Huh? It can't be."
"TAKE THIS TURLES! A GIFT FROM ALL OF US!" Li cringed as she pushed her strength and ki all out of her hands and into a large ki blast straight towards him.
"And now we're finished." Turles laughed as he easily countered it with his own.
"IT DIDN'T HIT!"
Turles delivered his own punch to her, it brought her to collapse into the ground. Turles walked away from her, until he felt a strong grip on his ankle.
"G-Gah!!!"
"Turles!"
"Huh? Again! How did this happen?"
"The power you so openly worked to achieved will be the very thing to go against you!!" She growled clutching her grip on him harder. He grunted at how much stronger she was now than before.
"How did you grow- Gah!" His eyes went wide when he saw the amount of eaten Fruit from the Tree of Might has been consumed by her. There was three of fruit cores.
"Y-You ate the fruit-"
Li just lifted him and tossed him around like a doll.
"Gaahhh!!!" He coughed blood unable to do much against her.
"The very thing you desired... Will be your worst nightmare!"
Turles has never felt fear in his life until he met her gaze.
"But then again...." Li dropped him into his knees and hit him straight into his stomach, making him throw up, his piece of the fruit had been removed from him.
"That was for insulting all of my friends. And this-" she slapped him. "-Is for planting this crused tree!!"
Turles closed his eyes for what's coming next. Instead of another blow, he was gently put down. The breath he had been holding let out as a sigh of relief.
Turles watched as she used the power she gained from the Tree of Might, to destroy every fruit inside. As soon as she finished doing so, she carried Turles over her back and flew away from the Tree.
"Wh-What- Why do you spare me. After everything I did! You should've let me die, woman! I will not be taken so lightly!!Ngh-!" He flinched when he met eye contact with her.
"Because. You seemed to have a thing for giving chances. Why not I give you a chance? You also know what's good and bad. That makes this easier."
Once she set Turles down. He tried to sit up, even though he was limp, to see what she would do with all that power.
Li held her arm up. Her two fingers, index and middle together, and focused her Ki, energy, onto her finger tips, close to how Piccolo does with his Special Beam Canon, but this attack was developed by Li's own.
"KI RECIPROCATE RIBBON!!!!!!!"
[KI RECIPROCATE RIBBON! AN ATTACK THAT ATTACHES ITSELF TO A PERSON OR THING CONTAINING ENERGY/KI THAT WRAPS AROUND AN OPPONENT AND RETURNS THE SAME AMOUNT OF DESTRUCTIVE ENERGY/KI BACK AROUND! IT'S ONLY EFFICIENT IF THE USER CAN EFFECTIVELY MANEUVER THEIR KI RIBBON! IT HAS A RAINBOW COLOR!!! INSPIRATION WOULD BE THE AWARENESS RIBBONS!!! AWARENESS IS A NEED!]
[The red aura is from the influence of the fruit from the Tree of Might. The red hue that's mixed with her Ki Reciprocate Ribbon makes it thicker, too. Hence why it's more powerful than her original KRR.]
She released a her attack, that was over a thousand times stronger than her normal Ki Reciprocate Ribbon, blasting the Tree right out of existence. The whole Tree bursted and release a large of the energy and nutrients back into Earth, this allowed the forest that it grew over to grow its lush green color back.
Turles watched in awe as she stood straight.
Li smiled as she watched everything turn back into place. She brought her hand up and- slammed it into her stomach. Turles grew confused as to why she would be punching herself in the stomach so hard.
She scoffed and just brought her hand into her mouth, she continued to punch her stomach harder. Until she finally, she puked. She coughed out as much as she could. Turles gasps and grunts.
"All that power and yet you get rid of all of it! IF YOU LET IT SETTLE WITHIN YOU!!!Why would you do that?!!!!! You have all the power you need! Why get rid of all of it! Why?! Why?!!! WHY?!!!" He slammed his fists onto the ground and cried.
Li cringed and limply walked towards him. He coward back as she got closer.
"Because all that power was going to kill me. All this power the Tree provided was going to kill every living being in the planet for it's own gain, like you would've. And the people I hold a special place in my heart." She smiled wide even with all the cuts, blood, and bruises on her face.
Turles looked down and looked all around. He watched as the Z Fighters got up to help each other, he watched as they all cheered together, even with the terrible thing that have occurred they went over it because they all had each other. All of them together beat his team, his team was dead and all because of their greed and cockiness... He would've been the same... Dead.
"You too can be apart of this." She crouched down to him, holding her hand out.
"Why would you give me this... opportunity."
"Because. Everyone changes. We were all once against each other. All of us would have never of held the bond we had if we never gave the chance to." Her hand remained there for him to reach.
His cheeks flush as he nods, reaching for her hand. She smiles wider and picks him up to his feet, as he leaned on her for support.
"Yeah! You did it- Gah!! It's the evil Saiyan!!"
"Krillin, everyone. I'd like for you to meet our new ally. Turles." She announced as she held him.
"What?!?! Lil'Li, are you crazy?!!" Yamcha glared at him.
"I'm kind of on Yamcha's side on this, too, Li."
"I agree with Tien, Li." Chiaotzu sat on his shoulder.
"You guys, we all trust and believe in Li. I trust Li. Then... I trust Turles." Gohan said as he and Piccolo looked at the pair.
"Tch. As much as I hate this. We'll need all the help we can get. Who knows. Maybe with him around we can by us sometime by making him pose as Goku Incase anything wrong were to happen from resurrecting him."
They all turn to each other, still reluctant.
"All of us wouldn't be here today fighting alongside each other without chance. He can change. I know it. It's what Goku would've believes in, too!"
The all sigh before the smiling wide.
"Alright! As long as he doesn't try to get with Bulma! You know since I'm still trying to get her back." Yamcha chuckled rubbing the back of his neck.
Tienshinhan and Chiaotzu just shrug and chuckle along. Krillin looked back and forth to Li and Turles. He couldn't help but smirk. His female friend might actually make her cousin's wish come true.
"Alright! But you better keep your boyfriend in check, Li."
"H-Huh?!!" She stammered, blushing red.
"Boyfriend? I suppose I am since I am a male and her friend."
The other just laugh.
'You did it, Li. We all knew you could.' She heard Goku's voice rung in her head.
Li smiled as she watched all of their faces smile. But she couldn't help but stop and think about the next thing that'll happen.
"Li?" Turles questioned as as she glared at the ground.
"What's the matter?"
They all look at her confused as well.
"I'm just thinking about how if we were able to win this, we'll be able to win any fight! All of us! Together!"
"Together!!" They all chanted.
They all turned towards Turles, who sighed and shrugged.
"Together."
"Louder, man!" Yamcha added. He back off a bit, he's still reluctant about Turles.
"Together!!!"
They all smiled once more. They would all love to celebrate, but they knew that time was scarce when it came to the Saiyans that were on their way to Earth.
Li carried Turles over her shoulder as she flew him to the Hospital she worked in.
"Where are you taking me, Li?"
"To the Hospital. I'll patch you back to health."
"You've already done so much for me already... You're pitying me." He looked down.
"Nothing good is ever too much. That's the great in good. It's not pity. It's a humble act. You're in need of help and I'm here to help you whatever I can."
"Li!" One of the old nurses happily welcomed her. "A-And you brought a man...?"
"Hello, Nurse Irene. Yes. I've brought him to help treat him."
"Oh!" She smiled wide.
"I won't be able to get back to helping around the hospital in a long time, Irene. I think I might have to resign for awhile with medical training. At least .. until I can guarantee that this world is safe again."
Irene smiled, Li would share alot with her, and she tells her if every situation that goes on, she had to otherwise it would end everything bad.
"Of course!"
"Thank you, Irene. I know I can rely on you for this."
"Any time! You're our hospital's future! Take as much time as you need to save the world!"

"Alright. Make yourself comfortable. This may take awhile since the blows I did on you were critical." She grabbed a coat and grabbed everything she needed.
"This may sting a bit." She held his head in place by putting her hand to hold him up. He grunted at the stinging sensation.
"Shh. Shh. It's alright. It's all part of the procedure."
Turles flinched not by the stings, but from how soft spoken she was with him.
"You're doing good."
"D-Don't speak to me like a child!"
Li pushed the alcohol into his flushed pink cheek more.
"Oh hush. You big baby."
"Hey!"
"I thought you didn't like me treating you like a child."
Turles looks away and puts her hand over his head.
"Nnnngggg...." He mumbled.
"What?"
"I'm sorry. Okay."
Li chuckled and pet his head. He leans in her touch and groans frustrated when she stops.
"Why'd you stop?"
"Because. You still need your boo-boos fixed. And then you'll need your bed rest."
He was going to yell at her for treating him so lightly till he felt a small kiss on his forehead.
"Can you do that for me?"
He just grumbles and nods, flustered.
Li chuckled and pets his head once more. She left the room to quickly fly over to Korin's tower to get him and everyone else a senzu bean.
Turles let out an amused huff and held his bruised arm.

Author: Ngl I cringe everytime I type "blush" because no. I perfer flustered, flushed and some other terms. Turles knows the difference so it won't be that hard for him to reciprocate on sides!
