Authors POV:
Yoongi stood outside his big ass house just staring at the crying blonde boy. Once the words slipped out from the blonde's mouth Yoongi knew he messed up.
He kept replaying the same sentence in his head. "I'm pregnant".
Yoongi didn't know what to say, how to react or even console a crying person. So he blurted out the first thing that came to him and let's just say he should have thought about his choice of words.
"So what?"
Jimin heard the sentence from Yoongi and he may have been crying but he was going to sort this man out.
He looked up, wiped his tears and took long agonising steps up Yoongi's front porch. The guards tried to stop him but Yoongi raised his hand, he wanted to see what Jimin would do.
Jimin pointed his tiny finger at Yoongi and said "YOU BASTARD! This is also your child. I was in heat and it's not my fault it triggered your rut. It's your fault...well not entirely yours since I fucking wanted it too but you need to take care of it....take care of me".
The last bit came out as a whisper but Yoongi heard and Yoongi knew that once a sexual bond is made with an omega they crave that person. Yes, Yoongi didn't mark him but they still were very intimate together. However, before Yoongi could even speak about it he realised he had been shoved back into his home with Jimin standing outside glaring at him.
When did he take steps back?
Yoongi put his hands up in surrender and said "Fine I'm gonna take care of you...and the kid BUT I still don't believe that it's mine. It could be anyone's because we are enemies. You could be trying to get back at me".
Okay so Yoongi was being dramatic but he didn't know what to say.
Jimin's eye twitched and he may have been the most calmest person before University but once he met Yoongi he has never felt this much amount of anger before.
"Are you stupid? Like do you have any brain cells? I kept repeating to you that it was my first time and when it all happened you said you'd take care of me. Min Yoongi I won't lie to you when I say this. Your bloody ego is already as high as it is but...I enjoyed it. I've never felt so safe in someone's embrace before. Especially not my so called 'enemies' I don't care if you hate me. You need to take responsibility even if it's just until it's born".
Something in Yoongi clicked that day. He questioned all of his actions. Why did he even let whatever happen, happen if he didn't feel at least SOMETHING for the blonde in front of him? So what if Jimin's heat triggered his rut Yoongi has controlled himself around omegas in heat before but why didn't he with Jimin? Did he feel something for Jimin? Did Jimin feel something for him too?
With the way he was talking Yoongi should assume so. Yet he didn't.
This is Min Yoongi aka Mr oblivious of course he didn't realise.
"Come inside I want to talk about what we need to do."
Jimin nodded he didn't want to resort to this. He didn't want to burden anyone with his problems but he had to. For the future of his child he had to. Jimin just worked in a cafe with his best friends plus he was still in University he wouldn't be able to give his child the best life. A life he didn't grow up having.
So even though he knew this would be a big mistake even though something in him said don't, Jimin walked into the house.
"It's for my child" he kept repeating.
Before the two could even comprehend what was happening they were on Yoongi's massive dinning table looking at each other with a notepad in between them.
"It's a contract. You write what you want from this and I'll write what I want from it. Understood?"
Jimin nodded because at least he got a say.
Yoongi's rules seemed a bit harsh but Jimin was in no position to object to them.
He just silently agreed.
Yoongi's rules:
~ You live with me until the child's born after that you can go wherever you want. I will send you money to survive.
~ I can visit and take my child to live with me whenever I want.
~ You don't get in my way, you're not allowed to act like we are together because we aren't. Don't try and control me.
~ I will not be helping you with your pregnancy. No rubbing your back when you're puking, no showing affection to keep your hormones in balance. That's what couples do and we are far from it.
~ Certain parts of my house are ONLY for me. Don't cross it.
~ Lastly, you should pay me back by cooking for me.
The list mocked Jimin it really did. One minute he was fine and the next he was stuck with his so called enemy that he had mixed feelings for and he also considers him his worst nightmare. They were in university when it happened it's childish to still carry that on.
In fact Jimin can't even tell you why Yoongi hates him.
Yet one thought keeps bugging Jimin; why did they sleep together? They both had a lot of control over their heat and rut with Yoongi being a strong alpha and Jimin and independent omega but still they let it happen.
Yoongi looked at Jimin, he could tell the younger was contemplating a lot of stuff but he held it in and said "Now your turn".
Just like that Jimin calmed down and wrote a few rules. They didn't seem as lengthy as Yoongi's so Yoongi guesses that maybe they aren't that demanding.
Jimin's rules:
~ You have to attend appointments with me.
~ At least ONCE a week we have to cook together.
~ When I'm scared and having nightmares or panic attacks you have to console me. You can't say no because that isn't to do with the pregnancy.
~ In front of the others you have to act like we are together.
~ Try to be nice to me whilst I'm here. That's all I ask!
Yoongi took the paper from Jimin and was definitely shocked. He didn't ask for much at all. Yet the older scrunched his nose at the last one. "I'll choose how I want to treat you".
Jimin just nodded it was a start after all.
Yoongi didn't question the bit about acting as if they were together in front of their friends...it's because he knew they'd kill him if they found out about how he was treating Jimin.
A pregnant omega.
Most importantly their best friend.
They both sighed and Jimin got up. "I'm gonna leave and come back with my stuff tomorrow. Thank you for this Mr Min".
Jimin never addressed Yoongi so he just said "Mr Min" knowing if he said "Yoongi hyung" he wouldn't like it.
Yoongi didn't like the Mr Min. It felt formal like they were business partners. Then again they just signed a contract what else would he expect?
Then Jimin held onto his stomach even though there was nothing there yet and walked outside. Yoongi followed him out.
It was pouring and the tiny boy didn't have a car, no umbrella or even a jacket. He shivered as soon as he stepped out but Yoongi didn't budge.
He wanted to say "I'll get my drivers to drop you off or you can stay and someone will get your things". But no. Yoongi just stood there watching the skinny boy who was carrying his child walk in the rain.
His heart shattered a little. Was he being too harsh with the rules? Jimin only asked for a few things whereas Yoongi had a list.
He didn't actually want to do any of these things. He genuinely wanted to treat Jimin right. That child was his but something stopped him.
Maybe it was what happened all those years ago. When they were in university. The six of them were so happy until Yoongi found out about Jimin.
The six he's referring to is; himself, Jimin and their friends.
The friendship group decided to support both Jimin and Yoongi. So they never picked sides. They all used to hang out hence the reason for this sudden pregnancy.
Jimin went into heat and Yoongi took care of him. But why is Yoongi acting so cold still?
Jimin and Yoongi may have "hated" each other but their group was aware of the fact that there was still love that sparked under that "hatred".
Hence they planned to always hang out on Fridays.
That's how it all started one month back to when Jimin's heat took place. But the real question is;
What was going on in Jimin and Yoongi's heads?
How did it start? What's the real reason behind their feud? Will they be able to solve it? Will something blossom out of this contract?
Only time will tell...
