"Let's go on my bike!" My eyes widened
"NO!" I kinda yelled
He flinched at first but then frowned
"I_I means we'll take my car"
"But what is the problem with my bike, see the weather is so good too" I was staring at his bike
After some silence he said
"Ok we'll go in your car" he smiled and moved ahead
And his mischievous smile is telling me that he got the idea that I'm scared
We both sat in the car and he drove.

"I didn't say anything," he said shrugging with a teasing smile not looking at me
"But yo_you....... Ok whatever" I rolled my eyes
He chuckled and I smiled too

'' mom, mom you are here, I missed you so much" I hugged my mum
She hugged me back and let me tell you guys the best feeling ever. I found my peace, my one, and only support.
"Where was yoyo id you leave me? You know I missed you so much, I use to cry for you but you never listened to me. Was I that bad that you left me" my tears were falling and I hugged her tightly
She patted my back
"My Isa is a strong girl, sshh it's ok. I'm here"
"So now we'll stay together right?" I asked pulling away from her and looking at her
She is smiling, she is still the same, a cool breeze. The most beautiful woman I've ever seen, she can kill you with just your smile.
She kissed my forehead
"I can't, I have to go" I frowned and tightened the the the the the hold on her
"No, you can't, you can't leave me. I'll be alone again, I don't want to be alone again, please don't leave me mom" I said while shaking my head
"Sshh my love don't cry, you know mom doesn't like her baby girl crying right?" She said while wiping my tears

"My Bella had grown up so much and turned into a beautiful lady" she smiled at me

"But I have to go, I just came here to meet you and tell you that now it's time to move on"

And I woke up from the dream,

"Isa! Are you ok?" He asked in a worried tone
I stared at him for some time and then nodded
"Are you sure?" Mom was right
I smiled at him and nodded
"Ok, so where do you wanna go? I mean which restaurant "
"Let's go-to ice cream parlor"
"But you said you wanted to have pasta," he asked with a cute frown
"Well now I want ice cream" he looked confused at first but then shrugged
We stopped in front of the parlor
"Which flavor?"
"Vanilla and mango with a little chocolate on top" he looked at me weirdly
"What?" I narrowed my eyes at him
"No_nothing," he said while looking away
"Then go what are you waiting for" and he ran out of the car
I couldn't control my laugh, this man is I don't know what to say
After some time, he came back and gave me my ice cream but his mood was a bit off
"What happened?"
"That lady was looking at me so weirdly when I told her to give me your ice cream like I'm an alien." He said grumpily
I chuckled
"She must be thinking I'm some kind of freak" he made a weird face and couldn't stop laughing
I pulled his cheeks
He handed me my ice cream
"What did you get for yourself?"
"Cookie n cream"
"Is it good?" I asked eyeing his ice cream
He rose his eyebrow at me and nodded
"Can I taste?" I saw a mischievous smile
"No!" And began eating his ice cream
My eyes widened
"You big meanie, now I'll eat it." I tried to grab it but he pulled away
"Eat your own, you made me look like an alien out there so now eat yours," he said with fake anger
But still, I can see a teasing smile
I pouted and started eating my ice cream
After a few seconds, I saw him forwarding his ice cream to me
I looked at him
"Ok have it" I smiled at him and tried it and trust me it was so good
I smiled sheepishly at him, he frowned
I took his ice cream and handed him mine
"I like this one now"
"You are a baby Isa" I ignored
After eating we went home and slept
The next morning I again felt a kiss on my forehead
"Morning my Isa!" And my heart skipped a beat listening to his voice full of adoration
I immediately opened my eyes and the first thing I saw in his eyes was 'love'
Wait, love?
No, it can't be
He immediately pulled away
"I_I......" He said while rubbing his neck nervously while looking here and there
"Do it when I'm awake," his eyes widened
I chuckled and hit his forehead lightly
"Stupid, wish me when I'm awake" and moved to get fresh
When I came into the room, it was empty
I changed my cloth and went to the kitchen
"Morning sista!" Liam greeted
I smiled at him

"Someone is looking happy, did something happen?" He asked in a mischievous tone and Aaron's ears turned red
I came towards him twisted Liam's ear
"What were you saying?"
"Nothing sista, ahh leave it sista, it's paining, ok, ok I won't tease you again" I stopped
"Jeez you both husband and wife are too violent for your own good"
I sat down and looked at Aaron
"Morning Aaron!"
"Mo_morning!" Didn't look in my way, I smiled and shook my head
We are eating quietly and Aaron went to the office quickly
I entered my cabin and started doing my work.
At lunchtime, my cabin door was knocked and I told the person to enter
"I brought lunch" Aaron put the lunch on the table
I smiled
"Start having it I'll just take two minutes"
"Come on Isa it's been 15 minutes have your lunch after that you can do your work"
"Just 2 minutes, you start having it"
"Isabelle!!" He sighed
"Ok ok here I am" and sat beside him
We both start having our lunch when suddenly my phone rang
I looked at the caller and smiled sheepishly at him
"It's important" he sighed and I went to my table and start to discuss.
After 10 minutes I was done so I returned to where Aaron is sitting and just staring at me
Out of nowhere, I don't know what happened I tripped, freaking tripped
And guess what happened next,
Yes you guessed it right that cliche happened
Aaron held me from my waist.
"Careful Isa, you might get hurt," he said worriedly
I smiled
"It's just......."
Boom, in my trying to pull away from him I made him fall too
Now the situation is like
Aaron is on the couch and I'm above him
His hands-on my waist and I was holding his collar
Because of the fall, my eyes were tightly shut
After some time I felt a soft caress on my cheek, I opened my eyes to see a pair of beautiful hazel brown eyes looking at me with adoration.
I smiled at him and was lost in the trance
"Smile often Isabelle, it suits you" I nodded with a smile
He pulled me closer and placed the softest kiss on my forehead
My heart feels contented, he looked at me and smiled
"By the way, I don't have any problem in this position but you know the lunchtime is going to end and we didn't eat our lunch till yet" my eyes widened
Did Aaron just tease me? I sat up immediately
"Aren't you getting bold these days Mr. Miller?" I rose my eyebrow
"I_I it....." I chuckled
"Come on let's eat" he nodded
It's been a week since everything turned normal between us and trust me I'm happy with my life
My and Aaron's life has taken a turn, we both are comfortable with each other, still, Aaron sometimes stammers in front of me but our relationship has progressed a lot and I like this change
I don't know why but my nightmares have started again
The nightmares of seeing my mother dying but doing nothing. I know it wasn't my mistake, I couldn't do anything but still, I couldn't get rid of the guilt that I am useless
I usually come to the little balcony attached to our room and cry so Aaron won't want up and today itself I did the same
I sat on the ground hugged myself and cried till I can't anymore.
"Isa, Isabelle!" I stiffened
"Shit!" He muttered and the next second I was engulfed in a hug
I tried to move away but he hugged me right
And I let myself loose, I need someone, I'm tired of being alone
I hugged him tightly, buried my face in his neck, and crowd my heart out
He just let me cry, his hands on my waist and he was patting my back
Our position was a little awkward so he pulled me on his lap and let me cry.
"I'm a failed person, I failed her, she died in front of me and I couldn't do anything. I'm useless"
At first, he let me cry without interfering but after some time he said
"No you can never be useless, you can never be a failure. I know there must be circumstances that lead to it. Don't call yourself a failure, she'll feel bad"
He doesn't know whom I talking about but still, he consoled me
I don't know how much time we sat there, I start to pull away
"Ssh just stay!"
"But you'll leg will get hurt"
He pulled me close and buried my face in his neck again
"Just sleep, I'm here" and I did what he said
