The Alarm clock rings as I quickly wake up and turn it off. Unlike my Alarm Clock destroying comrades I just turn it off normally
I Yawn "What are the orders for today?" I say to myself as I open my mailbox and receive a letter which is... Great, another Naval Exercise, how many Naval Exercises must I participate in before I get to truly sink some Ships? Well... We aren't in a war right now though I wish we were...
"Another Naval Exercise? Are you kidding me?..... Better than patrolling I guess..."
I began wearing my uniform as I grab my Saber and fix my hair, it's quite messy every morning but I don't mind it.
As I exit my room and whistled loudly as my comrades scrambled out of their rooms, some not even dressing up yet as they face me and salute, I salute back
"Orders for today, sir?" Monarkhiy asks, a comrade of mine
"An eight-hour Naval Exercise with the Geseas Fleet" I respond
"Another Exercise sir?" Another comrade of mine, Kulovskiyy asks, she seems irritated
"Sadly, yes. Get ready, we're starting in 2 hours" I commanded as the others rush back to their rooms and wear their uniforms and holster their weapons
15 minutes later they exit their rooms, all ready as they march out of the dorm, despite the heavy rain outside and we didn't care to bring an umbrella since we didn't care about the rain. Let it wet our clothes, we can always wash them after the exercise
Everyone was ready for me to give the command
"To your ships!" I commanded as they ran to their ships, I calmly walked to mine
"I hope nothing bad happens today..." I say as I board my ship and look at a picture of my brother, Kanzro, remembering his sinking at the Thesean Sea, I tear up but I quickly navigated my way to the bridge
I grab the microphone, broadcasting to the whole fleet "Forwards!" I command as the ships raised their Anchors and set sail

"Mist ahead!" Monarkhiy reports to me via radio
"All ships keep in close formation!" I commanded as our fleet sailed closer to each other. The mist seems quite thick so it'll be hard to navigate around and spot incoming enemies

As we enter the mists followed by, well, heavy rain I began to feel suspicious "Why would there be some thick mist out here? I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen in these seas, in the Thesean sea, yes but in the Korsan Sea? That doesn't happen... We can't pass the Bosphorus this quick as well... This is getting quite suspicious"
I look closely into my radar, the most advanced radar in our fleet, a 12-mile radar
Then... A ship beside me just went out off the radar, out of nowhere it just disappeared from the radar
"What the?!" I look outside but see nothing, not even a faint silhouette of a ship or lights originating from it's superstructure
I quickly ran to the radio broadcasting to our leader, Steyhrevich
"Sir! The ISS Kreykanz has disappeared from the radar!"

After Monarkhiy reported the disappearance of the ISS Kreykanz I was panicking, how was this possible? Is there an enemy ship nearby? No, if there was, Monarkhiy would report it immediately
"Try looking outside, maybe it's just an error?" I said, hopeful that we did not just lose a fleet mate
"The mist made it hard to see outside sir when I tried looking out I saw nothing, no faint silhouette or lights coming from her Superstructure I believe she either has sunken or wandered somewhere, somehow but I think the Former is what happened" Monarkhiy responded, confirming my fear
"How is this possible?! Is something lurking inside the-" I was cut off by something hitting the ship, I guess it was a wave
"Sir! The waves are getting unbearable for us Destroyers back here! Permission to retreat to base!" A Destroyer, the ISS Iskeranz asked me through the radio. I got back up to my feet and responded:
"Permission granted, return to base at once and report this to High Command!"
"Yes sir!" Iskeranz responded as he and the other destroyers sailed away from the fleet
"Monarkhiy, monitor their movements, they might disappear again like Kreykanz" I ordered
"Yes sir" Monarkhiy replied as she paid more attention to her radar
I look outside as I can see the ships sailing close to me, on my left, there's Kulovskiyy and on my right there's Monarkhiy
Then, I checked our coordinates...
"Holy fuck, the Coordinates are going haywire, I can't figure out where we are, are we still even in the Korsan sea? Or have we passed the Bosphorus and entered the Thesean Sea?" I ask myself
"Monarkhiy, how are your coordination systems over there?" I ask over the radio
"I'm very sorry for my profanity sir, but it has gone to shit, yours?" Monarkhiy responds
"Same" I reply
The rain seemed like it'll never stop and the mist doesn't seem to clear at all, this is certainly weird, I felt like hours passed, all our systems, clocks, watches except the Radar and Firing control systems are malfunctioning
I sit down in the canteen below the deck as I eat some Borscht or whatever, it's delicious though so I'm not complaining
"I think twelve hours have passed by now? It's hard to keep track of time anyways, now that our clocks and watches are broken... I wonder how the Steysker Admiralty is reacting to this"
- Imperial Navy Headquarters, Sankt Kanovoskot
"So you're telling me the Theracusan fleet just... Went into some weird mist only 5 miles from shore and disappeared?" Said General Kasarski, in disbelief
"I believe so ma'am, we were ordered back to shore due to heavy rainfall in the area and large waves forming as well" Iskeranz kept reporting
"Send the Knezenar Fleet to the location, we must retrieve the Theracusan Fleet at all costs, wait... Did Steyhrevich set sail with the fleet as well?" General Kasarski ordered and asked
".....Y-yes ma'am" Iskeranz replied, nervously
General Kasarski's eyes widened, same with everyone in the room except the Destroyers
"We lost our most prized ship bearing his Majesty's surname, what shall we do now?" Admiral Kasparov asks
"We can't report this to his Majesty, we should solve this problem ourselves and send an additional few fleets to the area as well, we cannot afford Steyhrevich to sink there!" Kasarski ordered
"Yes ma'am!" Iskeranz saluted and got out of the room to relay this order to the other fleets nearby

"How many hours have passed by now?" I ask to myself thought I felt like Monarkhiy heard it from the other line
"Maybe... Fifteen to sixteen hours, sir?" Monarkhiy responded
"And yet it seems like it's still day..." I say looking outside the mist
"The rain just stopped" Said Monarkhiy through the radio
"No shit, Sherlock. Though the waves are still unstable" I reply
