The war that is still going on in Ukraine is beginning to affect Brazil. Things are getting more expensive...

Well, let's hope it ends soon.

What do you think of the picture above? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Let's go to the chapter!

"So..." Hestia began, while casting glances between Bell and Nanami. "Let me see if I really understand you correctly, you're an angel - who was originally a giant egg - that Bell accidentally woke up with his magic power, right? And you were made by that company... something."

"Company A&A. Maid Knight Shiki Edition 73." Nanami said.

"Yeah, that thing right there." Hestia was clearly not interested at all.

Bell, who was listening while kneeling on the floor of the abandoned church, just sighed. Nanami stood before him, talking to Hestia as she asked Nanami several questions. Bell told her everything that had happened, about him running away from the Minotaur - which had her goddess worried at the time, but after seeing that he was completely fine, her attention went to the menace standing before her in maid's clothes.

Hestia, of course, didn't seem to believe Nanami's words one bit. How the hell was she supposed to believe in the existence of a small dungeon, within the dungeon of the city of Orario? Nothing was reported about it, but Bell didn't say anything, which meant that this woman might be telling the truth, although she couldn't help but be suspicious. This maid also seemed to be being quite respectful to her, which is normal since she is a goddess, but the maid did not mention at any point about the place they call "home".

"I apparently activated a magic circle in the dungeon when I increased my magic power while escaping from the Minotaur."

Bell added something he had forgotten to comment on, hoping it would increase the chances that his goddess would believe their story.

Hestia looked in Bell's direction as she bit the nails of one of her hands. She then turned her gaze to Nanami, who had a stoic expression, waiting for Hestia to say something. After some time that seemed like hours, Hestia spoke staring at Nanami.

"How can I be absolutely sure that you are not a cosplay whore who has tricked my innocent Bell-kun with some ridiculous stories?"

"Kami-sama!" Bell shouted.

Although Bell was angry that she didn't believe him after everything they said, he understands why his goddess doesn't fully believe him. Hell, he would have a hard time believing it himself if it were up to him. But even so, it's still pretty shameful that his goddess is talking to Nanami like that, even if she didn't seem to mind it. Her expression didn't change one bit.

"Rejected."

"Huh?"

"Rejected. We can't accept her as your maid."

"Kami-sama, listen to me...-"

"Rejected, you don't need that."

Hestia immediately rejected. She grabbed Bell's arm and pulled him toward her. When he was pulled to her side, her arm wrapped around Bell's head. Hestia's hands were a little cold, the smell of her favorite soap wafted into his nose. Hestia also stroked his head, which was dirty after he spent the day exploring the Dungeon.

"Kami-sama, uh, I'm dirty from exploring a Dungeon."

"Don't worry, you're not dirty."

Nanami, who was watching, smiled a cheerful smile like Bell had seen before.

"Stay calm, please, Oku-sama (Wife)."

Bell's Pov:

"I can see Oku-sama's concerns, but I would like to say that there is no such concern." Nanami said in a calm voice while still showing a smile.

"Hee...... It doesn't exist, huh... wait, o-o-oku-samaa!?" Kami-sama shouted as he absorbed Nanami's words.

I'm a little confused, after all I don't know the meaning of this word, but it seems that Kami-sama does, given how she reacted to Nanami's words. I can also hear her whispering the word 'oku-sama' in a voice of wish and a smile, her face was also a little red.

Now I am really curious about the meaning of this word, but I didn't say anything. Something tells me I shouldn't interrupt this conversation.

Holding the end of her skirt, Nanami bowed elegantly as before when she introduced herself to Kami-sama.

"As Goshujin-sama's maid, I will serve with all sincerity and of course not act against Goshujin-sama. Of course, it is the same for Oku-sama. Besides, the contracts for angels and demons are absolute."

That's the same sentence I just heard. It's as if she is emphasizing the phrase on purpose. Why is that? Maybe she is trying to get Kami-sama to accept her as an employee? Well, the phrase seems to have caused some reaction in Kami-sama, but I don't think that will be enough for her to allow...

"Bell-kun."

As she removes her hand from my head and places her hand on my shoulder, and then she exhales deeply.

"What a wonderful maid. Good job finding her. You should hire her!" She says with her thumb up.

... What?

"Recently, I'm finding it hard to understand you, Kami-sama."

She ... just accepted Nanami easily like that? Does it have to do with the phrase Nanami kept saying? Now I'm really curious to know what it is!

"But first of all, if you are really going to be my Bell-kun's maid, then you must understand a few things," Kami-sama began, attracting both Nanami's attention and mine. "First of all, we don't have much money, so don't expect a high salary."

"I don't worry about that. Actually, I didn't want any salary, I could just have Goshujin-sama's power as a form of payment, but Goshujin-sama insisted that I have one."

"Wait, what!? Bell-kun, is that true?" Kami-sama turned her head toward me.

"I can't let her stay working for me without receiving anything but a little of my magic power. It's simply unacceptable," I replied.

"Goshujin-sama is very kind."

"Yes, no one is as kind as my Bell-kun!" Kami-sama exclaimed excitedly with his hands up.

For someone who was rejecting Nanami just a few minutes ago, Kami-sama seems to be getting along pretty well with her now, doesn't she? I couldn't help but think with irony.

"Ah, yes, before I forget the most important thing," Kami-sama again began to speak. "If you're going to be on his side, then it means you can take care of him while I'm not around, that's perfect."

I raised my eyebrows at the way she said that.

"Yes, that's right. I won't let if be a bad influence on Goshujin-sama." Nanami replied in a serious manner.

Even if the bad influence is yourself? I thought, looking at her with stoic eyes.

"It seems Nanami understands me!" Kami-sama exclaimed. "You see, my Bell-kun is very innocent is gentle, so some bitch might show up wanting to take advantage of him, that's why I was careful with you at first, you see?"

"I see, for sure some bitch might want to take advantage of the situation," Nanami agreed with Kami-sama.

"You guys know I'm on your side, right?" I said.

"That's why we can't let any bitch take advantage of him!" Kami-sama said pointing at Nanami. "That's where you come in, Nanami. I was worried that while I was at work, some bitch might try to take away my Bell-kun's innocence. But with you around I don't have to worry about that."

"Oh, I see. In that case, Oku-sama doesn't have to worry about anything. I will make sure that no bitch tries to take advantage of Goshujin-sama."

"I'm hearing everything, you know?" I exclaimed once again.

"Perfect! In that case I'll be counting on you, Nanami. Make sure no bitch tries to take advantage of my Bell-kun while I'm not around."

"Count me in."

They simply ignored me...

"Oh, Bell-kun, did you say something?" Kami-sama turned to me and asked.

"... No. I didn't ask anything."

"Ah, I guess it was just my impression."

It sure was...

"Ah, yes," Kami-sama said slamming one fist of his hand into the other. "Nanami, what did you mean when you introduced yourself? That stuff about Bell-kun being... the strongest in the world?"

Shit, she remembered that. I looked briefly at Nanami, asking her for help with that. She looked at me and smiled, but I got the impression that that smile wasn't all that comforting. And just as I had feared, Nanami's next words showed how right I was about her smile.

"Well, when I asked Goshujin-sama about his greatest dream, he told me that he would be the strongest person in the world, so I thought it would be nice to introduce myself as the maid of the future strongest person in the whole world," Nanami explained.

The way she said it... does she really think that I am capable of becoming the strongest person in the world?

"Eh?" Kami-sama's voice spoke.

Shit.

"Bell-kun, why didn't you ever tell me about that?" She asked.

How do I get out of this situation? By telling the truth, which would be 'I was afraid you would laugh at me, so I never got around to talking about it. Or make up a lie.

"Well, you never asked me about it, right? And I was too embarrassed to admit something like that... I also thought that maybe you wouldn't support such a ridiculous dream," I explained.

"What!? Of course I support it! You have my full support, Bell-kun!" Kami-sama exclaimed.

"Besides, this is not a ridiculous dream, Goshujin-sama. The fact that you want it only shows that you don't care about the difficulties that will arise." Nanami said.

"Yes, she is right!" Kami-sama agreed.

Who would have thought, huh. Two people supporting a dream like that...

"I see, in that case I will do my best not to disappoint you." I said with a smile.

After a while, Kami-sama was talking things over with Nanami. For some reason, I felt that it would be a bad idea to leave them together for too long, but this time I would ignore that. The sooner Kami-sama accepted Nanami, the better. But I was really curious about the things they were talking about, and when I got close enough to ask, they both answered.

"It's a girl business."

I simply accepted it and left them talking. But I can't help thinking that the way they were talking was very suspicious.

How on earth can two people who haven't even met each other for two hours become friends like that? That shouldn't be possible.

After a while, Nanami and Kami-sama appeared. It seems that both of them have finished talking.

"Goshujin-sama. It's almost time for dinner. Oku-sama has already eaten dinner? If there are ingredients, I can make any kind of food, I can make French, Italian, Japanese or Chinese cuisine."

I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows at the names.

"Italian, French, Chinese...?" I said out loud.

"They are types of cuisine from different regions. I know all those."

"We haven't eaten yet...I think there are some ingredients left over, no?" I asked Kami-sama.

"Yes, we haven't eaten everything."

"In that case, I can prepare something depending on the ingredients we have." Nanami said.

I thought about it. It was already getting a little late, I decided to go to the Guild tomorrow morning.

"I think it will be good to eat something before bed," I said.

"Goshujin-sama sleeps early?" Nanami said, looking surprised for the first time in a long time.

"What's with this surprise?" I couldn't help but ask.

"Well, Goshujin-sama seemed like the kind of person who stays up late training, since his goal is to be the strongest person in the world, right?"

"That's exactly why I sleep early," I said, making her eyebrow raise a little. "You see, before I go to the Dungeon, I always do a training run. I run a short distance of 5km and do some training exercises. Staying up late with the illusion of training to get strong will only hurt me, I need to rest well to follow my routine without any problems. However, tomorrow I will probably skip some training to go to the Guild. Miss Eina must be worried that I didn't go to the Guild as soon as I left the Dungeon, which I normally do."

"Little 5km run, you're probably the only person who says that, you maniac," Kami-sama grumbled. "Also, you forgot to mention that you do all your training with 'Magical Strengthening' activated."

Well, that was true. Running 5 km for some elite adventurers or non-adventurers is not that difficult. The fact that makes it insane is that I keep 'Magical Strengthening' activated all the time. Apparently, even for people who had a lot of magic power, they still couldn't keep "Magic Strengthening" for more than 4 hours. And the fact that I use it all the time in training only increases the consumption of magic power, making it harder to keep 'Magic Strengthening' active.

Nanami didn't show any surprise, and I understand this, after all she herself said that it was impossible for even the races with greater magical power outside of someone close to the Dungeon Master to manage to make a contract with her. And I, who am a normal human, managed this feat. She is probably considering the fact that I did all my training by burning my magic power non-stop as something normal for my person.

I just hope she doesn't use me as a comparison for other people....

"I see, it seems that I judged Goshujin-sama too quickly. You are indeed hardworking, but if I may ask, why do you do your training with 'Magical Strengthening' activated?"

"Honestly? I really don't remember. I think I started it as a means of increasing my magic power so I could use it longer, although I don't need to do that anymore since my magic power can be considered almost unlimited. I simply don't feel anything even after I've done all my training, so I saw no need to deactivate it during my training."

This may be considered reckless on my part, but I really saw no need not to use "Magic Booster" in my training. In Dungeoneering, I use it all the time. That was the reason I got as far as the eighth floor, although I think I could go further. For example, if I only had slightly better weapons, I feel I could go as far as the 10th or 11th floor. The reason I only got as far as the eighth floor was because that was the limit Miss Eina set for me.

The money I was saving was for Kami-sama and I to buy a new house to get rid of this Abandoned Church. But getting rid of it would sound bad for both me and Kami-sama. Because of this, we decided to save a little more money before definitely buying a house for ourselves, and since we now have Nanami with us, we have to buy a house so that she can do her job as a maid more decently.

And the fact that we are putting money together to buy a decent house prevents me from using the money freely to buy a decent gun.

I can't help but sigh internally at that.

"Normally I would say that's very reckless," Nanami began. "However, since we're talking about Goshujin-sama, I guess it's okay. Besides, Goshujin-sama has a great cheat on his hands, something only Goshujin-sama can abuse."

"Cheating?" Kami-sama's confused voice is heard by me.

I was also confused about this.

"Something only I can abuse?"

What did she mean by that?

"It's quite simple." Nanami began as she walked closer to me. "Magical Strengthening possesses a great cheat. However, this cheat was considered impossible to take advantage of even for higher class angels. Only the Dungeon Masters could take advantage of it, and even then the amount they could take advantage of was very little. But Goshujin-sama could take advantage of this cheat completely."

That only made me more interested in what she was talking about. I could tell that Kami-sama was the same, after all, she was paying a lot of attention, and considering Kami-sama's personality, that's a big deal.

"What are you talking about? What is this cheating?" Kami-sama asked.

Nanami looked in Kami-sama's direction and began to speak.

"First of all, Hestia-sama, when Bell joined your Família, did you notice anything abnormal about his growth?" She asked Kami-sama.

"Uh, now that you said it.... Ah! whenever I updated Bell-kun's Falna when he joined my Família I noticed that his growth was much faster than normal. The highest stats were Agility, Stamina and Dexterity, in that order."

It was then that Kami-sama seemed to have a flash as her face lit up for some reason.

"You mean..." Kami-sama said looking at Nanami.

"Yes." Nanami confirmed.

"Excuse me," I decided to speak up. "Could you guys explain this to me?" It's really embarrassing to be left out, you know?

"It's simple, Goshujin-sama. Taking Dungeoneering out of the equation, what are the training exercises you practice the most?"

"Hm... the running is definitely the one that lasts the longest, after that just some small warm-up exercises before going to the Dungeon...-"

I stopped talking when I finally understood what Nanami meant. I looked at her, waiting for confirmation.

"Running is something that helps you with both Agility and Endurance. Dexterity can also be improved a little bit with running along with the other exercises you do, but it doesn't even come close to the first two. I'm sure many people have had this doubt that Magic Strengthening amplifies the result you get if you have it activated. However, as you may already know, nobody can keep it activated for a long time. Because of this, people simply dismissed it as an unsafe theory, since it was impossible for a person to burn the magic power constantly. Well, it was impossible..."

"Until I showed up..."

"Exactly."

"Isn't that something pretty amazing?" Kami-sama said.

"I wouldn't expect anything less from my Goshujin-sama." Nanami said with... satisfaction? While stuffing her breasts... I'd better think of something else.

"I wouldn't say it's that amazing. I mean, all I could do was run from the Minotaur."

"Goshujin-sama thinks so little about himself? Where is the Goshujin-sama who told Nanami that he's going to be the strongest in the world?"

Do you have to keep reminding me of that? It's very shameful... but something tells me she's doing it on purpose.

"Nanami is right, Bell-kun. Don't think so little of yourself, the Minotaur should be on the 15th floor, it wasn't your fault that one appeared on the eighth floor."

Kami-sama is right, although in I wonder how the hell a Minotaur was there....

"Goshujin-sama, what did this Minotaur look like?" Nanami suddenly asked.

Although I was a bit confused by her question, I answered her.

"The top part of its head where the horns are was red while the rest was a black mixed with a little blue."

Nanami seemed to think about it before she spoke.

"Well, I guess that explains it," she said confusing both Kami-sama and me. Seeing our confusion, she continued. "Normal Minotaurs are usually all brown, with the horns being darker than the rest of the body. What you saw was definitely an anomaly. It was probably something that could fight someone without an experienced Falna, or a level 3 adventurer."

I froze completely when she said that.

Level 3 adventurer? That thing was capable of fighting a level 3!!!?

"What!?" Kami-sama exclaimed, completely shocked.

"Well, I guess that's normal, after all I believe Goshujin-sama would be able to face and kill a normal Minotaur."

"What are you talking about, Nanami!? Minotaurs are monsters that are capable of killing a level 2 beginner, how could I kill this thing!?"

"Nanami... don't you think you're exaggerating a bit?" Kami-sama said.

Yes, I agree with her, Nanami is exaggerating.

"What does it matter if he is able to kill a level 2 beginner?" Nanami said nonchalantly, causing me to be shocked by her words. "Although I'm still getting familiar with this level system, I'm sure there are several warriors without falnas who can kill powerful monsters."

I said nothing. After all, it was true. How could I forget this?

The city of Orario is quite large, and it is divided into two parts. The other part is the people who explore the places outside the city of Orario in search of new dungeons. There is even a large group for this purpose, although I don't know much about them since I have only been in town for two weeks.

If so-called adventurers are those who explore dungeons, then everyone who explores dungeons is an adventurer. And this counts for those who have no Falna and who explore dungeons other than the one inside the city of Orario.

"You are right... but what makes you think I can fight a Minotaur...?"

"You underestimate my intuition Goshujin-sama."

Intuition? Are you really saying that based on your intuition?

"Let's do it this way," Nanami clasped her two hands together. "For now, let's leave this conversation for another time, it's already dark outside." Nanami turned to me, "Goshujin-sama, what time do you normally wake up?"

"...Usually 6 am to start my training which goes until 8 am. Why?"

"Try waking up 5 o'clock tomorrow. There's something I need to see," she said.

I was confused by this, however when I went to ask what she meant by this, Nanami turned to Kami-sama who was strangely quiet compared to how she really is. Nanami started with talking to Kami-sama.

"Hestia-sama, can you take me to the ingredients you have left over? I'll see what I can do based on that."

"Oh, sure. Come on, I'll help you cook."

"Goshujin-sama," Nanami spoke, making me look at her. "You are the one who will be the strongest in the world, so don't keep limiting your thoughts based on numbers. Just because someone is of a higher level doesn't mean that they are impossible to defeat, even if their opponent is of a lower level."

With that, the two disappeared while talking some things.

I sighed.

I initially thought that Kami-sama would be much more surprised by the fact that Nanami is an angel, but it seems that I was wrong. Kami-sama doesn't seem to know much about such things, and if she does, she doesn't care.

My thoughts turned to the words Nanami has just spoken. The way she says it... it's as if she's really sure that I'm going to be able to do this, which is strange since it's only a dream of mine. Of course I will do everything I can to accomplish this goal... my thoughts turn to what I said before, saying that it was impossible to beat the Minotaur.

I'm really limiting my thoughts based on numbers, huh.

Nanami is right.

I slapped my two hands on either side of my face, making me wake up a little.

"From now on, I won't say it's impossible to beat something, even if it's someone much stronger. How the hell am I going to be the strongest in the world if I keep those thoughts in my head?"

That's what Nanami wanted to tell me, wasn't it?

Well, then...

From now on, I'm going to start doing things right.

....

....

It didn't take long for Nanami and Kami-sama to finish preparing the last meal before we went to bed. Great luck or not, they were able to make a meal for the three of us. It was something very simple, just something to eat before going to bed. I could also see that Kami-sama and Nanami were talking a lot, which again made me wonder how quickly they had become friends. Maybe it is because she is an angel and Kami-sama is a goddess? Do angels have some passive ability that makes gods become friends with them more quickly?

No, of course not.

But it would be interesting if there were such a thing.

I will probably have to buy more ingredients tomorrow.

I also have to think about a likely future where Nanami will join our Família I wonder if there are any restrictions or anything like that for angels. I hope not.

When we finished eating, I realized something very important. How could I forget this?

Where was Nanami going to sleep?

"I'd like to make sure where I'm going to sleep first..." she began. "It doesn't have to be such a big place. If I can use Goshujin-sama's closet(if he has one), that's enough."

What the hell?

"Are you a cat-type robot now?"

"I won't let you sleep in Bell-kun's closet. If someone was going to sleep there, then it will be me."

Hello, there is something wrong with this conversation. First of all, I don't have a closet, so it is not possible to house a person in there. Secondly, this is simply irrational!

"There's no reason to fight about it. Hestia-sama can take the upper half while I take the lower half..."

"May I shout here? For starters, there isn't such a big closet in my room. It's just small drawers for my few clothes, there's no way I can fit one person in them, much less two!"

"Haa, there's no way. So Hestia-sama stays on the right side of Goshujin-sama's bed and I stay on the left side."

They are doing this on purpose, aren't they?

"Hahaha, you say interesting things, see," I said with a loud laugh, trying to stop any advance by Kami-sama on Nanami.

"Un, that's a very wonderful idea," Kami-sama said with a smile.

"You agreed?! To begin with the conversation was about a room, right?!" I exclaimed.

Wrong. Something is definitely wrong.

When she sees my reaction, Nanami smiles, as if she is happy from the bottom of her heart.

"Goshujin-sama, don't be so alarmed, that was a joke."

She nudged me saying, 'there's no way that thing could be serious'.

"Yes, Bell-kun, it's just a joke, don't take it seriously."

What! This is bullshit, I refuse to believe this shit! How the hell is Kami-sama getting into the jokes together with Nanami, unless this....

"You guys planned this from the beginning, didn't you?" I said clearly while looking suspiciously at the two girls.

The two had been talking for quite some time without my presence, it was the same when they were cooking. That is the only possible explanation. This was a trap from the beginning...

"I don't know what you are talking about, Goshujin-sama, do you, Hestia-sama?"

"I don't. Aren't you thinking too much, Bell-kun?"

No, I'm not thinking too much.

After all that, it was decided that I would sleep on the couch while Nanami and Kami-sama took the bed. Of course they both disagreed, but I put an end to the discussion when I said I wouldn't talk to either of them for a whole week if they didn't sleep together. They both grumbled as they got into bed.

What's the matter, girls, weren't you acting so friendly? Sleeping together shouldn't be a problem, right?

It could be considered revenge for their antics.

The world of Dungeons is full of mysteries.

People all over the world began to find different Dungeons. Some of them completely defied the reality of the world people lived in. A good example of this is a Dungeon where there are thousands of floating islands.

However, there were some factors that made people challenge these Dungeons that were often unknown.

The main factor, and the most important and interesting of all, is the gain.

In some dungeons it is possible to find some kind of treasure. These treasures can be many different things. The most normal is usually some gems or even a map or hint of where another hidden dungeon might be located. You can tell what to expect as a reward for the monsters that hang around in the dungeon. When the monsters are weak, the reward is usually not very good, but this is not to say that there were not cases where a "low level" Dungeon offered a better reward than expected. Of course, this was still quite rare.

And then came the two things that people most expected to find behind in Dungeons.

Skills/magic.

Yes, you read that right, abilities. There have been reports of people getting skills/magic by finishing a particular floor of Dungeons scattered around the world. These skills ranged from the most basic that became known as "Magic Strengthening", "Enhanced Vision", "Enchantment", "Water Gun" and several others. There were also skills that were considered unique. These skills were extremely rare, it is so far, in the city of Orario there are only two people who are known to have these unique skills.

The first was Ottar, known as the strongest Falna Adventurer in Orario. He was a level 7.

The second was the famous Captain of the Red Knights. Her ability was something very interesting. However, the most interesting part about her aside from her unique ability is the fact that she does not belong to any Família. She possesses no Falna.

Naturally, when adventurers discovered the skills that could be acquired in Dungeons around the world, they tried their luck. People were divided. There were those who preferred to explore the dungeons around the world, and those who preferred to stay in the dungeon in the city of Orario, which is considered the largest of all the dungeons. But unlike the other Dungeons around the world, the City of Orario Dungeon does not give any great rewards outside of strength. The City of Orario Dungeon is known to be the best dungeon to use if you want to get strong. Of course there is a small chance that you will drop an item from a Dungeon monster - just like in other Dungeons around the world, but almost all of them are rare to drop.

Even the common skills were difficult to acquire, apart from those that are already known from Dungeons that have already been discovered.

This was also one of the reasons why if someone found some new Dungeon, they could sell the Dungeon information for a lot of money. It is also rumored that if your team is the first to complete the Dungeon, it increases the chance that something good will come along, although this is just speculation.

Elves are considered to be the most magically compatible race, so it is obvious that most of them prefer to explore Dungeons around the world in search of possible new skills/magic.

And finally, the second most desired thing that drives some people who don't care about skills to explore the dungeon.

Technology.

Technology is indeed something very important for all people. Since Dungeons were always different, there were some where the setting was more technological than others. And people could take advantage of this technology, since they could bring the things they found in Dungeons to their town. Of course, not all Dungeons were that liberal, that's why there are experts in the study of magic, technology and Dungeons.

It was pretty clear what each of the three did.

The magic experts studied how Dungeon could give abilities to other people simply by fulfilling some hidden requirements or clearing up to a certain floor of the dungeon.

So far, the largest Dungeon found outside had 50 floors.

The technology experts were studying anything that looked technological found in the dungeons that they couldn't take outside. The goal of these studies was to be able to try to replicate this technology with what they had already gotten their hands on.

And the Dungeoneering experts, who, as the name implied, specialized in studying Dungeons. Where did Dungeons come from? Who created these Dungeons? Why were they made? Many questions and no answers for the experts who studied these dungeons. The most logical theory was that it had to do with the gods, but they all denied this, saying that they also had no idea how or when the Dungeons appeared.

But one thing is certain.

The being that created the Dungeons was watching everyone.

...

...

"When you told me to wake up early, I didn't imagine that's what it was for..." I said with difficulty as I lay on the grass, holding my belly.

Apparently Nanami wanted to spar with me. We headed into a small forest, and soon after Nanami told me to get on top of her. I couldn't do anything unarmed.

"Is Goshujin-sama hurt?"

"Ah, are you worried? Your concern would be well accepted, if it wasn't you who left me like this."

"If you have the animus to make such jokes, it means that Goshujin-sama is fine." No, I am not fine. "But with this I was able to affirm my theory."

"Uh? What theory?"

I was too tired and confused to think. I tried to get it right for almost an hour.

"Look around, Goshujin-sama."

Although I was confused, I did as she asked and looked around. I could see some trees down and others with holes in them. I really hope that no God who favors mother nature finds out about this.

"What about it?"

"Everything."

"Can you make sense of it, please?"

Nanami sighed.

"All Nanami did was deflect and defend from Goshujin-sama's blows. All that damage was caused entirely by you."

I widened my eyes and looked around again.

"Really!?"

"Yes. Goshujin-sama was apparently too focused on being able to beat me that you didn't realize the damage you were causing around you in the process. Goshujin-sama has power, however there are two important things missing, can you guess what they are?"

Two important things...I can think of one.

"Experience?"

Nanami agreed with her head. "Yes, it lacks experience in combat and control."

"Control?"

"Even though you have a lot of strength and have almost unlimited magical power, it's still useless if you don't know how to use it efficiently."

Well, she's right.

"Well, you've got me. What do you propose I do?"

"Starting tomorrow, every day at 5 am, Goshujin-sama will spar with me while keeping 'Magic Strengthening' activated for 1 hour until 6 am, which is when his original training really begins."

"I see, gaining experience through you, right?"

As long as I keep 'Magical Strengthening' active, I will evolve faster and more efficiently.

"Yes."

Nanami's Pov:

Fast.

Goshujin-sama learns very fast.

Although he is frustrated that he can't hit me once, he still comes close. And that's considering that this is our first sparring session of many to come, plus the fact that he has no experience in fighting people...

My thoughts went back to when I first met Goshujin-sama.

That lightning and thunder...

Was it possible that Goshujin-sama really was...

"Ah!" he exclaimed as he stood up.

I flashed my own smile, knowing what he wanted to do.

"No, I already said that the only time I leave Goshujin-sama's side is when I die, right?"

"It won't hurt you to wait 30 minutes in the church! I'm just going to talk to Miss Eina so she won't be worried!"

"Another reason to go, then. I promised Hestia-sama that I would keep bitches away from you, so I can't leave you alone with a woman other than me or Hestia-sama. Not when you seem to want to talk to this Eina girl alone."

He just looked at me with indifferent eyes.

"You clearly know that you are the reason I want to go alone..."

"Are you embarrassed to have rumors about a beautiful maid following you wherever you go? Don't worry about it, I don't see a problem. Besides, I'm sure those rumors are probably already spreading right now."

Some people saw me leaving the Dungeon together with him, and also saw us walking down the street.

"You said you couldn't refuse any orders from me, didn't you?" He said.

Oh, so that's how you want to play it, is it?

"Indeed, if Goshujin-sama orders me to stay, I will indeed stay. But be ready for rumors that you betrayed and left the beautiful maid Nanami abandoned and lost in the forest."

"That's nonsense, this forest is very small, there's no way you could get lost in it! And yet I would tell you to stay in the church!"

"How can you be so sure? Well, if you tell me to stay in the Church, then the rumor will change from forest to a scary, abandoned Church."

I heard him make a small noise of frustration. Cute, I couldn't help but think

He then sighed as his shoulders slumped in defeat.

"All right, follow me, let's get this over with." He said despondently.

I just smiled at that.

"As you wish, Goshujin-sama."

I followed behind him.

xXx

As we walked, I noticed people looking at me and at Goshujin-sama. I couldn't help but show a smile at that.

"Fufufu."

"I won't even ask why you are laughing..." Goshujin-sama said softly.

"Oh, I'm just laughing at these inferior people looking at us." I said a little louder than usual.

The effect seemed instantaneous, as I could see some people throwing curses at me. I couldn't help but care less about these inferior beings.

"Hi!" Goshujin-sama exclaimed. "Can you be quiet at least until we get there?"

"As you wish."

I heard him sigh as he stopped walking a little. I also stopped and saw the direction he was looking in. It was a machine with a transparent screen and some black letters. Goshujin-sama seemed to be reading, so I curiously started reading too.

[News! After almost 3 long months the Captain of the Red Knight Order will finally return to the city of Orario. Many are wondering how her hunt for new Dungeons went. Did she find a new dungeon to study? Or maybe she has gained a new ability? Well, all these questions will have to be asked directly to her. Her estimated arrival in Orario is 2 weeks away!]

"Captain of the Red Knights...?" I muttered.

"Yes, I don't know much about her, because when I arrived in Orario I didn't see her. But you can see that there are some of them walking around the city," he said pointing in a direction.

Moving my eyes in the direction he pointed, I saw two people in red armor and pants that were a little too long? They were also carrying swords.

"I see... is this Captain strong?" I asked curiously.

"Honestly? I don't know, but people say she can go head-to-head against Ottar who is the strongest Adventurer with Falna being level 7, even without having a blessing."

"If that's the case, Goshujin-sama needs to overcome them, right?"

"Exactly."

I certainly didn't expect a quick answer with a hint of confidence in it. I looked at my Goshujin-sama and saw that he was looking at the men in red armor before he resumed walking. I followed him toward the Adventurers' Guild, ignoring the stares we were getting.

...

...

Eina Tulle was doing the paperwork while her thoughts kept going to a certain white-haired, red-eyed boy. She was wondering why he had not come to the Guild yesterday. He always visits the Guild before late afternoon, which is when he returns from the Dungeon.

At first she thought that something might have happened to him, but after hearing rumors about a boy who looked like a rabbit walking with a maid, she relaxed a little, although she was wondering about this maid. It was probably just a meaningless rumor that people made up, so she didn't pay much attention to it. But she really might have a fit if the boy didn't show up today.

And just as she thought that, the Guild doors were opened.

Eina looked and saw Bell's figure approaching her.

She was going to shout his name, however, she noticed a second figure behind him. It was a woman... dressed as a maid? Her hair color is a beautiful, shiny silver. Eyes of different colors, being a purple-red and bluish-purple that give a slightly cold impression. Eina was fascinated by the woman's beauty, and some people who were in the Guild were also the same.

"Hello, Miss Eina..." Bell said, nodding a little embarrassed.

The woman behind him was showing a smile.

"...Hello, Bell."

Eina was looking strangely at the woman dressed as a maid.

'Were the rumors real...?' She thought in shock

"Well," Bell began, snapping her out of her stupor, "I know I didn't come here yesterday, but I had a few reasons for that, one of them being the woman you are seeing right now." He said pointing at Nanami blatantly as she flashed a bigger smile. "Well, I didn't want to make you worry, so I came as soon as possible."

"Oh, yes, I'm glad you're okay...who is she?" She couldn't help but ask what everyone in the Guild wanted to know

"Well..." Bell began, scratching her head, however, the silver haired woman began to advance until she was facing Eina.

The woman raised her hands and held up the ends of her skirt and bowed.

Bell had a strange sense of déjà vu.

"I am the beautiful maid who serves my Goshujin-sama, who is going to be the strongest in the world, Nanami. It is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Eina if I am not mistaken."

Eina blinked.

Several staff and Adventurers blinked their eyes.

Bell gave play his open hand hard on his own head, causing a loud sound, before he could speak.

"Are you really going to use that line for every person you have to introduce yourself to?"

"What are you talking about, Goshujin-sama? I've given a lot of thought to what I was going to say to her."

"I can see that you have given it a lot of thought..." Bell didn't even hide his sarcastic tone.

"Eh..." Eina didn't know what to say. "Is she... really... your maid?" She managed to muster the strength to ask.

"Yes, I am the beautiful maid who serves my Goshujin-sama, and I am in charge of taking care of any bitch that-" The woman couldn't finish speaking when Bell put his hand over his mouth. He looked at Eina with a small smile.

"Yes, thanks to some circumstances, she is my maid. Her name is Nanami."

Bell was very relieved that they were shocked, because of this, they missed the penultimate line of Nanami talking about being the strongest in the world.

Eina noticed that the woman named Nanami was trying to speak, but was unsuccessful, thanks to Bell's hand over her mouth.

"You are going to be the cause of my death, did you know that?"

Eina heard Bell whisper to her as she tried to speak, but to no avail. Eina then saw the silver-haired woman show a glint in her eyes, and just then....

"AH!" The scream caught everyone's attention again. He had now let go of Nanami.

"What the hell, why did you bite my hand!?"

"Goshujin-sama is cruel, you deserved it."

Bell just looked at her before sighing and turning to Eina, who along with the other staff and Adventurers, were surprised looking at them. Bell had the tedence to blush as she faked a cough.

"Well, Miss Eina."

"Are you okay with a maid...?" Eina asked whispering as she approached him. "I mean, you and your Goddess don't have much money, right?"

"For a Família, we really don't have much money. But we're certainly not poor. The only reason we are still living in the Church is because I want to put a little more together, after all I already have money for an average house."

Although Eina's eyes showed a glint of doubt, she didn't swim. She turned to the maid.

"Nanami, isn't it? Nice to meet you," Eina said with a smile.

Nanami returned the smile.

"It's a pleasure, Miss Eina. Thank you for taking care of Goshujin-sama while I wasn't here. Your advice really must have helped him, although it won't work for the Minotaur that was on the eighth floor..."

"Minotaur!?" Eina shouted.

Bell cast a glance at Nanami who just stared indifferently at Eina's outburst.

"Bell, you were on the eighth floor, weren't you!" She quickly asked as she moved closer to him and looked at him carefully. "Are you all right?"

"Yes, Miss Eina, I am fine. I had no problems with the Minotaur since I managed to escape. Just try not to scream next time, please..." Bell said looking around, causing Eina to look as well. Everyone was looking at them.

Eina blushed as did Bell.

"I hope you're not cheating on your pretty maid right in front of her, Goshujin-sama."

"Eh!?"

"Please don't take 95% of the things that come out of her mouth seriously." Bell pleaded, causing Eina to only agree with her head.

Nanami looked around and saw how shocked everyone was at what she just said. She smiled as her eyes turned to her master.

"Goshujin-sama, wouldn't it be nice to tell you the real reason we came here?" Nanami reminded him.

"Oh, that's right." Bell looked at Eina. "Miss Eina, do you possess any missions outside the city of Orario for me to do?"

Eina was about to answer when she understood Bell's question.

"Eh?"

So, what did you think? This chapter was more relaxed with a bit of comedy, but it also served to explain a bit of the differences between the original Danmachi world and the one I'm working with. Notice that in this chapter I dropped several hints that will be important for the future, let me know if you find any.

Who could this Captain of the Red Knights order be? And can she really go head-to-head against Ottar without having the Falna! Well, if you play a lot of games then you should know who she is, but if not, just wait a little :D

Bell's personality is already starting to change, although he doesn't look much like his cannon. This is because, as I said, this world is quite different from the original series. Bell's past will also start to be revealed little by little. Note that Hestia is also a bit different, although not as much as Bell. I really don't want to keep the personalities of all the characters true to their original, so whenever I can, I will try to develop some character to change their way of thinking a little.

Bell is getting ready to leave Orario for the first time since he arrived 2 weeks ago. The mission is technically supposed to be something simple, but of course because of her great luck something unexpected is going to happen, hahaha. In the next 2 chapters a new heroine should appear.

As you may have guessed, this story is going to be a very big harem, but I will not just throw the girl in Bell's face and make her like him out of nowhere. There is going to be a lot of development on both their parts so that she really falls in love with him, so don't expect anything at the beginning of the story. Finishing this, I would like to ask for your opinion.

Recommend girls for Bell's harem and state your reasons (Preferably someone who is not in his relationship statuses in the story... which in this case is Ryuu/Aiz and OC( 1 OC Nanami).

I would really like to know what you guys are thinking about the story so far. Are you enjoying Nanami's personality? I'm really enjoying writing her conversations with Bell and other people. (Just wait and see when it's with the Loki Família, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
