later that same day cassie went up to her room throwing things away out of anger as lexi apologies. "cass, it was just a play... i didn't think it would be this big of a deal." lexi says to cassie in a shaky voice. Their mom walks in. "WHATS GOING ON??" the mom says to each of her daughters. "LEXI MADE A STUPID PLAY ABOUT ME." cassie screams. "only to show our life. it's a play..." lexi says quietly. "your sisters play was good, so i don't understand why you're getting so upset over a PLAY." their mom responds. "EXACTLY A PLAY, WHICH SHE SHOULD NOT BE MAKING TO SHOW OTHER PEOPLE." cassie screams once again. "um mom, can i go to alyssa's?" diya asks her mom as her mom ignores her & she just leaves.

maddy sits at the dinner table with alyssa.
"you should have done more. way more. like uppercut her or something." alyssa says shrugging her shoulders. "i-" maddy was about to finish her sentence when they both heard the doorbell ring." "i'll get it." alyssa says as she gets up & starts walking to the door, as she opens it she see's diya. "HIIIIIIII." diya says as she walks in. "um hi? what are you doing." alyssa says. "hi maddy! just dropping by to see what's going on over here. your house is so quiet compared to mine, my sister is going absolutely crazy over lexi's play." diya says. maddy walks over to them. "hi. i don't know why cassie gets to freak out when she was the one who-" maddy says as alyssa & diya cut her off & say "fucked my ex boyfriend." at the same time imitating maddy.
-it's the next day-
diyas pov:
I woke up today at exactly 6:30am not knowing what to expect at school. I kept reflecting on what happen at yesterdays play & why. eventually i let my thoughts get the best of me until i was late for class yet again. I run downstairs grabbing my bags while telling my mom bye. Lexi & Cassie must've already left.. i thought to myself. I live 2 houses away from alyssa and we always meet up at this exact time but she wasn't walking down the street, i thought it was maybe because i was already late or maybe she stayed home. either way, i noticed there were multiple police cars in the middle of an alleyway towards to school, somewhere by fez & ash's house. i didn't think much of you until i had gotten to school. the first bell rang for my first glass which was gym.
"oh there you're." lexi says to diya nothing cassie walking over to maddie. "oh hey, why is cassie going over to maddie?" diya questions lexi. "not again.. did you hear about those two new kids who just transferred?" lexi says. "no who? i didn't hear about any transfer students?" diya replies. "yeah well apparently nate has a younger brother although i'm not sure who the other new kid is but ik he's mckays younger brother too.." lexi says quietly. "NO WAY WHAT?" diya yells & everyone looks at her. & they both laugh out of embarrassment. "HEY GUYS PARTY AT MY HOUSE TN! EVERYONES INVITED." nate yells while he walks into the room for a split second & leaves. maddy & her group laughs. "are you gonna go?" lexi questions diya. "OF COURSE, are you?" diya says excitedly. "OKAY EVERYONE LINE UP, WERE GONNA START OFF WITH 15 SETS OF SQUATS." the gym coach yells as everyone groans and starts lining up against the gym mats.
-the bell rings to leave first period-
alyssa's pov:
I ended up getting to school later then usually, i missed my first period which was science. it's honestly not that bad. anyway, I walked into the building just as the bell was ringing for lunch. i looked around for my friends but i didn't see anyone. i'm sure everyone was still talking abt what happen at lexi's play. ethan did such a good job with his performance. I start walking past cassie & nate who were arguing silently towards my lockers, i opened my locker & put in my combination. I noticed that everyone had starting gathering outside of the building, i decided to follow to see what all the commotion was. there were police sirens by fez & ash's apartment complex. i did. think it was weird & i'm sure everyone else did to. but people didn't think much of it & starting going back to the cafeteria.
as everyone is walking to the cafeteria, everyone feels a cold breeze from the outside come in. diya, alyssa & maddy all turn around to see 2 boys walk in. "who are they?" maddy asks diya & alyssa. "i don't know, they must be the new kids." diya responds. "new kids? i didn't know-" alyssa says as she gets cut off by the boy with long brown hair that starts approaching her & then walks past her. "that was very weird." alyssa says. "you think?" diya & maddy both say. they turn to see the other boy who begins approaching diya and then walks straight past her. "what the fuck." diya says quietly. "yeah, no that was very weird like actually" maddy says as they all turn to see the two boys approaching nate & mckay. lexi comes up from behind diya, alyssa & maddy. "that one must be nate's brother and mckays!" lexi says pointing at the two boys. "wait? they HAVE BROTHERS??" maddy says. "how did we not know." alyssa says seriously as maddy eyes down nate. "EVERYONE GET TO LUNCH." one of the teachers on duty yell as everyone begins walking into the cafeteria.
-once lunch is over everyone starts heading to their classes-
ryan's pov:
I start walking to history with marcus when that one girl catches my attention, maybe i should ask for her name.. I notice she's really close with that one girl who wears glasses. as i start walking to my class while looking at the schedule they gave us i run into those two girls from earlier. me & marcus had bumped into them while apologizing.
"oh shi my b yo." ryan said as he makes sure alyssa is okay. "shit we sorry g, u guys good?" marcus says to the girls. "i'm fine thanks." alyssa says while locking eyes with ryan. "ow." diya says. "do you need help to get to one of your classes?" alyssa asks. "oh yeah, you guys are new huh?" diya asks. "we lost ngl." marcus adds. "frl, nd ye we new." ryan says looking around. diya grabs there schedule and starts viewing it. "ap history? that's right behind you.. it literally says." diya says to them as her & alyssa laugh. "foo we dumb." ryan says to marcus as they lightly laugh and start walking to there class while saying thank you. "wait what's your name?" alyssa says to ryan as he's already in class. "it's okay we can ask after class." diya says to alyssa as they walk back into class.
-class comes to an end-
alyssa & diya start to walk out of class looking for those two boys. "where are they?" alyssa asks diya as they look around the crowded hallway. "maybe they got pulled out of class early." diya says. "yeah maybe.." alyssa responds.

marcus's pov:
i walk home after school with ryan and as i reach my room i plop down on my bed. my brother wasn't home so i had the house all to myself. i looked around since i haven't been here in a while. i wondered into my brother chris's room to notice old pictures of him and i think his gf. she was blonde, huge tits fr. but that's not the point. i was heading back downstairs to see what i could eat, i opened the fridge and heard a phone buzzing constantly. my brother must've left his phone on the counter, that's weird. i looked over and saw someone spamming him with messages asking if he was going to the party. i decided to respond with "YES." i called ryan to see if his brother was going, he told me that his brother was the one hosting it.

"DIYAAA" i screamed while in my room waiting for her. she came in and just gave me a blank stare. "who were those two guys that walked in during lunch?" i asked as diya responded with. "tbh idk, i didn't catch there names." diya then walked out as she was being called by my mom. i finished taking off my eye patches & began my makeup. i decided to go find a blue dress in my closet. as i was scrounging through it, i came across a box. i opened it to only see old photos of me and chris and some of me and maddy. my heart ached at the thought that i will never get maddy or chris back.
"can i come in?" lexi asks as she knocks on the door and opens it. "sure, you're already in here so." cassie says while quickly putting away the box. "where are you going" lexi questions cassie. "oh to a party, are you going?" cassie replies. "i guess so." lexi says. "okay go get ready. we have to leave soon lexi." cassie says as she starts her makeup. "i am ready.." lexi says as there mom walks in with diya and overhears. "you're wearing that?" cassie says to lexi. "yeah?" lexi says quietly. "i think it's nice.." diya says to cassie, defending lexi. "you do look nice lexi, well you kids have fun. i need to go finish watching the newest episode of the bachelorette." there mom says as she runs downstairs with a wine glass. diya & lexi both laugh "diya are you ready?" lexi asks her. "yes! i'll be in the car." diya says as cassie interrupts. "no need, nate is picking us up." cassie says. "nate?" diya and lexi both say out of confusion. "yeah i thought you guys broke up?" diya asks. "well i mean, kinda." cassie says as her phone rings.
"hey cas im here" I got excited and grab lexi and diyas hand. "HES HERE" I yell going outside to see Nate in his truck.
Diyas pov
I look at lexi weirdly before getting in the back of the truck with lexi. I saw Nate and Cas peck at each other as I look at them awkwardly. "Lexi" i say trying to distract myself coz um ew. "Yea?" she asks. "We should've gotten another ride it's so hard to sit in this car" i whispered as I saw nate looking at us from the mirror. "Fuck no bro he's fucking scary" i whispered to her as Cassie sat there awkwardly. "we'll be there shortly....hopefully" she said looking at the window.
Soon after we got there.
I saw alyssa and maddy and ran straight to them. "ALYSSA MADDY" i yelled as I hugged them. "you came with them?" alyssa questioned. "Like i had a choice" i said looking back at them and back at alyssa and maddy. maddy was giving them dirty looks. "I'm going to grab a drink alr?" Maddy says leaving us going to talk to Mckay. "girl it was so awkward in the car i don't even think they like each other" i said blurting it out as i grabbed a near glass of water. "nate fucking scares me i swear he's fuckint psychotic" she said as we laughed and started walking to the drinks where the two new guys were. "We didn't catch ur names at school" alyssa said to them as they looked at us. "Ryan Jacobs" the guy on the right said, "Marcus Mckay" the left guy said, "YO MARCUS WAS GUD" Rue came up to Marcus as if they knew each other. "WAS GOOD G HOW U BEEN" Marcus asked him. "It's all good it's been awhile where u been" Rue asked him as I interrupted them. "Wait you know him?" I asked Rue, "Old homie." was all he said. "wait so if you're brothers with nate, and youre brothers with mckay. how come we've never seen you?" alyssa asks them. "we had some family friend business to take care of, and how did you guys know we were related?" ryan asks. "people talk." diya says as rue lights a blunt infront of them. "i-uhm what are you doing." diya questions. "oh just swimming, what does it look like?" rue laughs and says as everyone else laughs. "leme get a hit foo." ryan says as he grabs it and begins to breathe it in and then out, same with marcus. "DAMMMMMNNN that some good shiittt gang." marcus says as his eyes become heavy. "we should go huh diya?" alyssa says as they start turning around. "nah hold up, u guys ain't smoke." ryan says as he slowly leans over. "no they don't." rue answers for them. "pfff what a fkn loser." ryan teases them. "try sum, we got u." marcus says to them as he lights another blunt holding it up to diyas face as she coughs from the smell. "um i guess.." diya says as she slowly breathes in and out. she starts coughing as alyssa looks at her with her eyes widen as marcus pats her on the back while ryan & rue laugh. "OML DIYA??" alyssa says to diya. "it's okay u can try to" ryan says in a jokingly voice. "no. don't. you. dare." alyssa says to ryan. "i got you guys, wait here haha." rue says as she stumbles over her own feet running into a room.
rue's pov:
I walk into the room blazed asf tripping over stuff & knocking things over. i look through nate's drawers & find edibles. i take one and eat it then grab the bag and stuff it in my shirt. "they will never know what hit them... literally." I say to myself as i laugh.
"HERE!" rue says as she comes running out of the room towards us. "are you guys hungry? for a sweet?" rue says to the girls. "sure! what kind!" diya & alyssa both say in excitement. "ayo leme get one." marcus says as he passes one to him and ryan. "they're cookies. super good." rue says as she hands one each to alyssa & diya. alyssa smells it as diya stuffs it in her mouth. "how do you feel diya?" alyssa whispers to diya. "good." diya says as she stuff alyssa's cookie in her mouth. rue, marcus & ryan just stare at them all waiting for a reaction. "how do u feel?" marcus asks diya & alyssa. "good." diya says as alyssa stays quiet. "what kind of edibles are these?" ryan asks. "the strong ones haha." rue says as alyssa & diyas eyes widen. "WHAT??? EDIBLES?" alyssa freaks out. "WHY WOULD YOU?" diya yells. "CALM DOWN FOO." ryan yells to them. "wait where did rue go?" diya.
rue's pov:
next thing i know i was sitting down on a coach or is it couch? I say as i lay back onto a girl. it was jules. i get up quickly and start running in place.

ryan's pov:
I sit on the couch next to alyssa nd across from diya nd marcus. i start seein lil bubbles in the air. i pick up my hands and start clapping them in the air to pop the "bubbles". some guy came up to me, he looked fruity. we introduced each other ndi found out his name was ethan. he passed me a pen which i took 3 hits out of. "aye we finna be back ight?" i say as i grab alyssa nd pull her to the kitchen island. "what are you doing? why are we flying?" alyssa asked me as i laughed and took another hit remembering i didn't give ethan his pen back. i pulled her closer nd blew a heart shaped smoke into her mouth.
maddy approaches alyssa & ryan.
Maddy comes up to alyssa and me and pulls alyssa aside. I could tell it wasn't good as she started whispering while giving me dirty looks.
Alyssas Pov
Maddy pulled me aside, "Alyssa what the fuck are you doing with Ryan Jacobs?" she asks me in her maddy voice. "we were just playing around chill the fuck out" i said stealing my arm back from her grip. "what are you doing?" diya asks noticing that alyssa looked angrily at ryan. "how could you?" alyssa says to ryan as she slaps him. marcus gets up and gets in front of room. "DONT TOUCH HIM." nate says. "we can do whatever the fuck we please." diya says proudly. "do you realize the reputation that our family will have to face with if someone finds out." nate says to ryan pulling him aside. diya and alyssa went to the backyard to go hang out by the pool to clear there minds. "well what did maddy say?" diya asks alyssa. "i cant say it here, i think i'm just gonna walk home." alyssa responds. "POLICEE!!" a boy says from a far as everyone starts screaming & running. "have u guys seen fez?" rue asks as they're running. "rue. we cant stop and chat, we gotta run." diya says . "no we have not." alyssa says as they hide behind a fence. "shhhh." rue says as she's the only one talking. "oh my god my sisters." diya says as she peeks her head out as rue peeks her head out on top of diya. "don't worry guys i'll be a distraction." rue says even though we don't need one. "rue no. get back here." alyssa says to her as she runs into the street. "LELELELELLELELELLEELLEELELELELELELELELELELLELELELELELE HELLOOEOE COM GET MEHH." rue says as she starts running as the police chase her. "there you guys are." marcus says as he taps on diyas shoulder scaring her. "cmon foo's it ain't safe here les go." ryan says as the guys start getting up. "no." the girls both say. "hurry up!" marcus says as the police start coming our way. "HEY!" a policeman says as he starts running towards them with his big BELLAYY. "HOLY SHIT." diya says as they start running towards an alleyway. marcus tripping diya, diya tripped ryan & ryan tripped alyssa. they all began laughing until they noticed the police still chasing them. they kept running. "THIS WAY GUYS." marcus says as he makes a sharp turn as everyone is still laughing. "you think they lost us?" alyssa says. "i sure so hope so." diya says as she catches her breath. "let us walk u guys home." ryan says as the girls agree.
-they each get home & it becomes the next day.-
everyone gets to school & the first bell rings. "STUDENTS, INSTEAD OF GOING TO FIRST PERIOD MEET IN THE GYM. IMMEDIATELY!-PRINCIPLE HAYES" everyone began rushing into the gym and getting a seat on the bleachers. "as you students may know. there was a cop search that has been going on since yesterday. sadly one of the students who went here was involved & was killed. some of you may know him, some of you may not. his name was ashtray. He was a young student, very on top of his work & a great friend. Today we shall honor him & his memory. We shall have a moment of silence in honor of Ashtray."
Rue's Pov
"What the fuck? I need to go" I whispered, getting up still high from the pills I had this morning. "Ms. Bennett stay in your seat please." the principal said as I ignored him. "Fuck fuck fuck fuck FUCK" I ran out the gym heading straight to Fez's House. "FEZ OPEN THE DOOR PLEASE" I yelled from outside getting no response. "Fez please.."I said sitting by the door as a random old man came up beside me. "Hello young lady, if you're looking for Fezco he is not here he is at the police station" the man said as I stood up. "Thank you" I ran and went straight to the station. "FEZ?" I yelled as all the men ignored me. "Um officer" I read his tag as it read Yales. "Officer Yales, I'd like to meet Fezco" I said in panic. "He's in questioning and won't be released till his court date, you can meet him in a week" he said as my eyes widened. "What the fuck?" I said in confusion. "A WEEK?" I yelled, "Ma'am calm down, you can have an early visit maybe tomorrow." he said as I breathed heavily. "Please I need to see him now" I said as tears fell down my cheek. "I cannot allo-" he got cut off as I saw Fez being brought out from a room. "FEZ FEZ" I yelled running towards him being stopped by two guards. Fez looked at me with heavy eyes frowning down and looking back down and walking away. "NO FEZ DON'T GO" I yelled as he left just like that.
Diyas Pov:
is that why there were police at his complex? i say to myself as i look over at alyssa who was just frozen in place as everyone else around me starting crying. i felt a form of darkness come over me. i felt overwhelmed just looking at everyone who had been affected by this. i was never really close with him but he was always sweet.
"students, our dean of students will now talk to you about drugs & gun violence and how it can affect you dramatically." -principal hayes said to the students. many students began getting out of their seats and starting leaving. "if i can just have everyone sit down?" the dean of students demanded.
-a lecture about gun violence went on for abt 25 minutes-
"any questions?" the dean of students asks as 2 students raised there hands first. they were called on. "this isn't really a question but more of a comment. you guys act like drugs are always the problem. i think the reason ash was killed was because of the police, because the system is corrupt." a student says as the crowd agrees. the other student is called on "what happen with fez?" she asks. "well i- that's a good comment thank you & that's information we can't disclose with you all. that will be all thank you." the dean says as everyone starts getting up slowly.
