It was a little while later, and Wanda and Vision were now each holding a twin while the doctor examined them, and Geraldine played with Emma to keep her occupied.
"Twenty fingers and twenty toes. You've got two healthy baby boys on your hands." He hands Tommy back to Wanda, who smiles.
"Thank you, doctor." Wanda rocks the baby gently as he gurgles.
"All in a days work." The doctor smiles, before turning to Geraldine who was sitting on the floor with Emma.
"And thank you for your assistance, young lady. I think you might have what it takes to be a nurse." He tells her.
Geraldine and Wanda share an amused look.
"Allow me to walk you out, doctor." Vision offers, gently placing Billy in the crib.
"Oh, alright. As long as we actually walk this time." The doctor chuckles nervously, allowing Vision to walk him out.
Geraldine places the toy down next to Emma and stands up, walking towards Wanda.
"I do owe you a debt of gratitude." Wanda smiles at the woman, placing Tommy in the crib next to Billy.
Geraldine chuckles just as Emma walks over, asking to see the babies.
Wanda picks her up, letting her look into the cot at her sleeping brothers.
"Hold?" Emma asks, reaching out a hand to touch one of the twins.
"Later, sweetheart. Their sleeping." Wanda tells her quietly, taking her outstretched hand in her own to prevent the noisy toddler from waking the twins.
"You're such a strong lady." Geraldine compliments, looking at the sleeping babies.
"Oh." Wanda waves her hand dismissively.
"Can you believe this? Twins!" Geraldine tickles one of the babies, smiling.
"I'm a twin." Wanda tells her after a moment of silence. "I had a brother. His name was Pietro."
"Uncle Pietwo." Emma smiles widely, remembering the stories that her mother had told her about her Uncle who she had never met, as he now lived in the clouds along with her Grandma and Grandpa, and Auntie Nat, and Uncle Tony.
Geraldine looks at Wanda sombrely, as Wanda starts singing a Sokovian lullaby, while swaying Emma gently. It was the same lullaby that she used on Emma to get her to sleep.
"He was killed by Ultron, wasn't he?" Geraldine asks slowly, making the singing stop.
"What did you say?" Wanda asks in shock at what she had just heard, a tear falling down her cheek.
Emma looks up at her mother confused, and then back at Geraldine with a pout.
"Don't make my Mama cry!" She defends, scowling at Geraldine.
"What did you say... just now?" Wanda asks Geraldine defensively. Holding Emma tighter.
"I said, Wanda, you're such a strong lady." Geraldine smiles, taking Wanda's free hand in her own before walking to the couch. "Should I say it one more time for good measure?"
"No. What did you say about Pietro?" Wanda asks the woman, her voice becoming darker.
Emma buries her head in her mothers shoulder.
Geraldine stutters. "Pietro? Uh... Hey, I'll take a shift rocking the babies and taking care of Emma." She stands up and starts walking towards the crib which Wanda was standing in front of, holding Emma defensively.
"No, I think you should leave." Wanda tells her coldly, stopping her from going near her children.
Geraldine frowns. "Oh, Wanda, don't be like that."
As Geraldine moves, the sun catches a silver necklace that she's wearing.
"What is that?" Wanda questions, pointing to the necklace which was some sort of symbol.
"What?" Geraldine asks, confused.
"That." Wanda points to the necklace again.
Geraldine lifts it up, slowly.
"That symbol." Wanda walks away from the crib, trying to remember where she had seen that symbol before.
"I, uh, I, uh..." Geraldine stutters.
"Who are you?" Wanda asks her, holding Emma's head to her shoulder gently.
"I don't..." Geraldine coughs nervously.
"Who are you?" Wanda questions, raising her voice and setting Emma down on the couch behind her.
Emma immediately whines at the loss on contact, and curls into a cushion.
"Wanda." Geraldine tries to reason, but Wanda backs Geraldine into a wall, cornering her.
"Wanda, I'm just your neighbour..." Geraldine tells her, slowly.
"Then how could you know about Ultron?" Wanda quizzes, making her powers form in her hands.
The babies start to cry, and Emma watches the scene with her hands over her ears.
"You're not my neighbour." Wanda spits, tears welling in her eyes. "And you're definitely not my friend. You are a stranger and an outsider. And right now, you are trespassing here. And I want you to leave."
Wanda uses her magic to blast Geraldine out of the house and out of Westview, before immediately turning to her daughter.
"Is the mean lady gone, Mama?" Emma asks her Mom innocently, scrambling of the sofa to her Mother.
Wanda fixes the hole in the wall before silently picking up her daughter and nodding, with tears falling down her cheeks.
"Don't cry, Mama." Emma whispers, kissing Wanda's lips innocently, making Wanda smile sadly.
"Thank you, baby." Wanda returns the kiss on Emma's lips, making the toddler giggle just as Vision walks in.
"Wanda? Where is Geraldine?" Vision asks, looking around for the other woman.
"Oh, she left, honey. She had to rush home." Wanda tells him, facing the wall with Emma still on her hip.
Wanda turns to face her husband and gasps when she's sees a huge hole in his head, and his face drained from colour.
Wanda is quick to hide Emma's face from the sight.
"What? What is it? What's wrong?" Vision asks, confused as to why Wanda wasn't looking at him.
Wanda looks up again and his face is once again normal, she places Emma down, who runs towards her father, oblivious to what just happened.
"Uh..." Wanda stutters as Vision walks towards her, now holding Emma who was playing with her Dad's shirt collar.
"We don't have to stay here. We can go wherever we want." Vision tells his wife gently, glancing round the room.
"No, we can't." Wanda smiles, placing a hand on Vision's face tenderly. "This is our home." She assures him.
"Are you sure?" Vision asks, stroking Emma's brown hair.
"Oh, don't worry, darling. I have everything under control." Wanda smiles, walking towards the crib and taking Billy gently in her arms.
"Well, what should we watch tonight?" She asks, walking towards the couch and sitting down with Billy.
Vision pauses for a second, before setting Emma down and letting her run to the couch to sit with her Mom and brother, before taking Tommy out of the crib and sitting next to Emma, so she was in the middle of him and Wanda.
Wanda turns on the TV, turning it to a sitcom which Emma liked and both parents also enjoyed.
"Paci?" Emma whines, looking around for her pacifier.
Vision reaches into his pocket and pulls out a pacifier, cleaning it, before handing it to Emma who puts it in her mouth, leaning against her father as the family of five watches the TV.
