“I never wanted for this to happen Rindo.” (Y/n) seriously stated. “But, I have to kill you.”
“Can you?” Rindo snickered.
“I can.”
“Then I'll kill you too.” Rindo said pointing the gun at her. The tension grew thicker then—
BANG!
“AHH!! I WON!!” (Y/n) lifted her hands up in victory.
“Urgh! Fuck!” Rindo cursed, placing the controller down.
They've been playing Call of duty and Rindo just kept on losing. He kept on dying.
“Bow down you peasant! HAHA!” She proudly said.
“Shut up.” Rindo muttered in annoyance. He just couldn't win against her and he hate that.
“Aw~ is someone angry that he lost??” She teased with a mocking look on her face.
“No I'm not!” He denied. ”You know what? Let's stop playing. I'm tired.” He says, standing up from the floor.
“You're right.” (Y/n) agrees, placing the controller down.
Rindo looked at her figure for a second. Isn't she bored just staying in? He's sure that she already missed going out.
“Hey Rindo-san.” (Y/n) called while putting away the things that was cluttered on the floor. “When all of this is over and I can finally get out...” She stood up then she looked at Rindo with a small smile on her lips. “Let's hang out okay?”
Rindo looked at her for a moment then he sniggered to the side. “Idiot.” He chuckled flicking her forehead. “Why would you want to hang out with a criminal?”
(Y/n) groaned, massaging her forehead with tears on the corner of her eyes. She had to admit, her forehead hurt. “Why you jerk! That hurts.” She grumbled then she put her hand down. “Why? What about it? Do you hate the idea?” She asked.
Rindo tilted his head lightly to the side then he lifted his hand. She closed her eyes, turning her head to the side she was ready to take the impact, thinking that Rindo would flick her forehead again but then— He placed a hand on top of her head making her open her eyes then she looked at Rindo who was smiling.
He ruffled her hair, gently. She felt warm as she stared into his purple ones.

Rindo walked down of the stairs with a towel on top of head. He was about to go inside the kitchen when he saw (Y/n) sleeping on the couch. He stopped in his tracks then he looked at her for a moment.
The Tv was still on and the remote was in her hand but she was asleep.
He approached her figure then he crouched down in front of her. Soft snores left her lips. Rindo slowly took the remote out of her hand then he placed it on the couch. He slowly pulled her back up then he carried her body.
He looked at her sleeping face then he walked up the stairs. When he arrived in (Y/n)'s room, he placed her down her bed then he looked at her for a moment before going out of her room.
Since Sanzu wasn't living here, (Y/n) came back to her room that Rindo prepared.
Rindo went inside the kitchen to drink water. After drinking, he placed the glass down. His phone on the counter rang and vibrated, making him turn to his phone.
After a few rings, he took the phone then he answered the call.
[Rindo.]
“Old man.” Rindo casually said as he walked towards the fridge.
[How's (Y/n)? I haven't called in a while since I had tons of work to do and Sanzu had a lot of demand.]
“She's fine.” Rindo shortly replied.
[That's good to hear. If you ever need anything please tell me and never let her out. The killer is still out there and we're still trying our best to find him.]
“You don't need to tell me that. I know.”

(Y/n) was walking silently when someone walked along with her.
“Done reading some shitty love stories 'nerd'” She turned to see a tall muscular man with blonde hair and light blue streaks with eyeglasses displayed on his eyes.
She slowly opened her eyes. Blinking a few times before her blurry vision turned clear. The voice kept on reverberating in her head. She kept on thinking about the boy who appeared in her dreams but she couldn't remember his face. Only his hair.
“Done reading some shitty love stories 'nerd'”
She lifted her hand up to her head with a groan. Her head began to ache. Her throat began to dry up and her lips were turning pale.
‘I need some water.’
She got out of bed, staggering. She opened the door then she looked at the hallway that seemed to be moving. Her vision was starting to blur. She slowly walked in the hallway while holding the wall for support.
As soon as she reached the end of the hallway she carefully walked down of the stairs then she walked in to the kitchen.
She stood in front of the kitchen with her hand still on her head. She clutched her hair when her head ached even more. She lifted her eyes up then she saw someone's back.
Rindo was standing in the kitchen while scrolling through his phone. When he felt a presence behind him, he looked over his shoulder to see (Y/n) standing with pained look on her face.
(Y/n) looked at Rindo and then suddenly, she saw the vision of the boy who appeared in her dreams. Blonde and light blue streaks, eyeglasses and his face was turning a bit clear.
‘Huh? W-Who is that?’
She was about to fall to the side when Rindo caught her in his arms fast.
“Hey! Are you okay? What's going on?!” Rindo worriedly asked. When he touched her skin, it was hot. “You're hot.” He muttered, placing a hand on her forehead.
“My head... I-It hurts.” She groaned painfully. Rindo lifted his phone up then immediately he dialed the doctor that he trust the most.
[Hello? How may I help you, Mr. Haitani?]
“Can you hurry up and get here? We need you!” Rindo panicked.
[On my way.]
He placed his phone back in his pocket then he carried her back up the stairs.

“How is she?” Rindo asked with a panicky voice.
“She's just having a fever. She'll be fine if you take care of her. Her head ached just like last time. Maybe a part of her lost memories are coming back.” The doctor announced.
When the doctor left, Rindo just kept his eyes on her. Her memories are coming back? Should he be glad? Or maybe this is the cue to stop? She can't remember him. She can't remember that he was the boy who left her or else the both of them will suffer. He was afraid that if that happens then... She would him.
“M...Mama... Don't leave.” She sobbed. Rindo snapped from his trance as he looked at the woman whose eyes were still close.
Tears were escaping from her eyes and her voice was cracking. She was having a nightmare.
“Mama... Papa... D-Don't leave me alone...” She sniffled.
Rindo placed a hand on top of her hand then he squeezed it as if giving her a sign that he was there. That someone was there for her. She stopped crying then she turned her head to the side.
Rindo wiped her tears then he looked at her lips. It was tempting him again. He missed those lips of hers. Unconsciously, he bent down then he placed a soft kiss on her lips as he closed his eyes.
He opened his eyes then he removed his lips from her lips then a tear rolled down his cheek.
“I'm still a jerk aren't I?” His voice croaked then he sat on the chair, holding her hand then he cried. “After all, I still love you... (Y/n).” He placed his head on the mattress, beside her hand as he cried.
