Lena's four months in with her chemotherapy. It's been a uphill battle
Where back at the hospital. Lena caught a cold out of nowhere, her blood count has gone down to 0.5
It's supposed to be at 10. They have her ICU, we have to wear protective gear when we visit her. Their given her antibiotics to treat the virus
They have stopped her chemo treatment until she gets better,
Most of the time when I visit her she's asleep. But she knows l'm here
The doctors aren't sure when she'll be released to go home, Abigail's beside herself and Nathaniel's making sure
Braylon and Nyla have everything that need. Kathleen comes to take the kids out, Maggie's been missing in action. The oncologist is saying Lena
May need to have a bone marrow transplant, it has to come from a non relative. She has a rare blood type
They already put the word out at other hospitals, for people to get tested. I'm in the room with her holding her hand, she a intravenous IV. in her hand. She's pale and has lost so much weight, that it's scary

People have been sending get well cards and flowers. to the nurses station, they have been like a second family to us. Making sure she's comfortable when l'm not here at night, mom called me. I didn't even wanna talk to her right now, Lena and our children were my main concern at the moment. She decided to reach out after two years, she has lost her ever loving mind. Just thinking about her makes me sick, Stef Stef l hear Lena's soft voice. Hi baby hi how ya feeling, my chest hurts. She says to me

I asked her, yes it does. Can you please do me a favor by giving me a kiss. I was shocked by her response
I sat the pitcher and cup on the table
And leaned down to kiss her sweet soft lips, she touched my face as tears rolled down her cheek. And mine too
I broke the contact, l wipe her eyes
Where gonna get through this.
I have faith we will. Just don't give up baby because the battle is not ours
