as if its the truth and as if its healthy
you tell me you havent eaten in forever
tell me the hunger is better than eating
that after awhile you dont even feel it anymore
it makes me think maybe i could have it
the flatness that seems to encompass your being
flat tummy flat chest flat backside flat everything
you tell me its a diet, youre not anorexic
like people who are are crazy
yet youre starving yourself and that
sounds a lot like anorexia to me
and youve got the skinny to prove it
you look like youve lost more than a few pounds
you say your family isnt concerned and neither are you
i feel like both should be, for you
i know i am
your heart could give out
you could faint and crack your head
you could... *shakes head*

like people will believe you
yet nobody says anything and that
sounds a lot like cowardice to me
