"Coach Kang" On-Jo calls out as the P.E teacher coughed for air. Although he was wearing a red tracksuit, the bloodstains on them were rather noticeable. Y/n immediately began to deduce the man as the others relaxed over discovering an adult alive. "Are you guys okay?" The frantic teachers questioned, earning a few nods. "What about you? You weren't bitten?" Asked y/n, as the coach looked over at her, with slightly widened eyes. Of course, he would be a bit wary about her, after catching him drinking on school grounds. "No. Of course not. I'm all right. Hey, guys. Let's block the door first. Get moving. Hurry" His answer was too much pushed and y/n's eyes twitched with skepticism.
Everyone blindly scrambles to their feet, picking up desks and tables to stack upon each other. "Like this?" Joon-Yeong asked, looking at the agitated P.E teacher. "Higher, higher" Wu-Jin moves away from y/n's side, assisting Dae-Su with chairs. But his eyes were still fixated on the girl, observing her figure that was molding holes inside Coach Kang's head. Soon enough, Y/n moves towards Nam-ra taking her duffle bag and hanging it on her shoulder. Nam-ra shifts her eyes from the students to her best friend and raises a brow at her actions.
"He's a bit. He denied the question so quickly and he's been tugging on his right sleeve relentlessly. He is fucking bit" Nam-ra turns her sight to Coach Kang and eyes the man up and down. "He's nervous, thus biting his lips and unstable eyes. Your choice, either we ditch him and find a new place or kill him" The calmness in y/n's voice truly send a small chill down Nam-Ra's spine and she couldn't help but gulp. "Ditch him" She responded and Y/n sighed, disappointed she couldn't kill somebody after all he's a zombie and no one would put her on trial.
On-Jo and I-Sak stood next to each other and Y/n joined the two. "You have a bite mark on your arm!" I-Sak shouts and the group of students halt immediately. Their gaze latches on the trembling coach. "This is... I wasn't bitten" He stated, swiftly moving his left hand over his right. "It's a bite mark" On-Jo asserts again, but Gyeong-su speaks up. "He said he's not bitten" Y/n gave the boy a questioning look, but since he dismissed her, she rolled her eyes. "I said it isn't. Don't talk back to me. Okay?" Coach Kang says again, but with surging hostility and fear.
"It looks like you were bitten" I-Sak drags again and the man could be practically seen fuming. "I wasn't! How many times must I tell you?!" Some zombies grumble from the commotion, but the drama happening inside was far more interesting for Y/n. "We only accused you of being bitten, I-Sak didn't say where then why did you cover your arm?" Inquired Y/n while the P.E teacher took a few steps back. "I think you should leave now" I-Sak sternly says and the teacher gives her a surprised look. "What?"
"Get out of here immediately" She repeated without uncertainty and y/n held a proud smile. She regretted not making close friends with the girl but was still happy she was her friend. Maybe they'll be closer after getting out of here, you know, hang out and have chicken like the other day?
"You want me to go out there? After all, I did get here? You want me to go back out?" Coach Kang asks in disbelief and glares at the girl. "You were bitten" On-Jo adds as the teacher's eye shifts to her. "Come on, get out. I said get out now!" Shouts I-Sak and the students began to back away from him. He fumes with anger while y/n slowly took her phone from On-Jo's hand. Although On-Jo wondered what the girl was gonna do with it in this situation, she let it go for the sake of the timing. At the same time, y/n was clicking pictures of the teacher on her phone on auto, hoping to get some answers to her questions.
"Cocksucker! How dare you yell at me like that? You little... Get over here. Come here. Now! You won't come? Hey!" He orders with a heavy voice, nearly sounding desperate to hurt something. Nevertheless, I-Sak stood still, glaring daggers at the disgusting male. "Hey hey hey, stop it, stop it, stop it" Begs Dae-Su, from beside the door, holding the stack of desks. "He's bitten" Su-Hyeok mumbles.
The color of Coach Kang's eyes had begun to change and suddenly his nose started to bleed. He turns over facing the wall, trying to wipe off his bloody nose. Y/n quirks an eyebrow, pausing her picture-taking frenzy and waiting for the man to turn back around. However, her wait was over quickly when On-Jo hit his head with someone's bag. Coach Kang pauses and slowly swivels around. Cheong-San jumps in front of On-Jo, shielding her from the infected teacher.
Y/n turns her camera back on, taking pictures face to face now. Out of nowhere, Coach Kang falls to the floor and began to crack his bones. Unlike humans who get up with the help of their hands, Koach Kang began to bend in odd ways with the noise of cracking bones and he was back on his feet. "He's turning!" Dae-Su stated the obvious and the teacher's eyes began to turn red, overlapping his white cornea. "Shit, we gotta get out" Ji-Min, a girl with ponytails says. "Get him out of here! Throw him out!" Na-Yeon yells, and that was the final call for zombies to come around the corner.
Coach Kang dashes from his position, and towards Dae-Su. Thankfully Wu-Jin yanked him back, but it was at a price. Min-Ji another student in their class fell to the floor while Coach Kang bit off her mouth. "Min-Ji..." Ji-min utters in an aghast voice as Dae-Su gasps. Y/n moves next to Coach Kang and kicks him back from the girl, throwing another kick to his abdomen. "Dae-Su... I don't wanna die" Min-Ji says from the floor, looking at Dae-Su with wet eyes. Unlike Coach Kang, the girl had nosebleed real quickly, and y/n took one last picture before placing the phone in her bag.
Soon enough the class held two zombies and Na-Yeon began to remove the desks and chairs to escape. Su-Hyeok soon joins her while the rest of the boys kept Min-Ji and Coach Kang away from them. "Dae-Su, I need your permission, can I?" Y/n suddenly asks as the teary-eyed boy looks down, watching a newly broken piece of wood in her hand. The boy only nods, kicking away the P.E teacher. Y/n lets out a sigh and slams the sharper side of the wood on Min-Ji's head and the girl drops still. Before she could move to coach Kang, the doorway was cleared and everyone began to flee.
Y/n's attention was on it and Coach Kang was inches away from tackling her. As soon as she turned around, Cheong-san trapped the teacher between a desk and the wall. "Thanks, San!" Without any warning, y/n rams the wooden stick right on Coach Kang's face, and the blood spurts on Cheong-san's face. She certainly wasn't going to leave without killing him. "Come on Hurry up!" Hyo-Ryung's voice pulls the two out of their trance and they soon rush out of there and a ton of zombies chase after them.
As if the ones from behind weren't enough, another herd came from the front. The boys began to separate windows from the classroom and used them to hit the zombies and shielded themselves from them. Y/n was too much busy in the back, fighting the ones from behind, Nam-ra soon joined her, taking a window for herself and hitting as much as she can. Y/n glanced at the girl for a second and caught the sight of her friend already watching. The two shared a smile, ramming their tools at the same zombie and it drops to the floor.
"Move it hurry! Push!" Dae-Su's voice overlaps their fight and they rush to the boys, helping them move against the zombies. Thankfully the ones behind the group were long dead or thrown out of the window. Dae-su had broken a door and it was their biggest defense as they pushed the zombies backward. "Watch your hands! Push!" Su-Hyeok says and the group pushes harder until they dropped the zombies to the ground floor stairs, where On-Jo had confessed to Y/n hours ago. "Girls! Go upstairs! Go!" Wu-Jin shouts over his shoulder.
Alas, the next floor was also filled with Zombies and Y/n hit of few of them down, until one of them fell out of the window with her wooden stick. As if her prayers were heard, the boys came up the stairs and the door was back to being their shield. However, what the group didn't notice was that Su-Hyeok had accidently stayed behind, fighting some zombies. "Su-Hyeok!" Y/n's voice was however unheard as the group began to push everyone forward. "The science lab!" Gyeong-su shouts and the group stops in front of it, trying to keep the zombies away as much as they can. "It's locked. Gotta go somewhere else!" Ji-Min yells as she tugs on the lock. "Nowhere to go! We're surrounded!" Joon-Yeong yells back with a grunt, unable to hold on any longer. "It's locked! Didn't you hear me?!" Ji-Min exclaims in frustration.
"Push Dae-su! Push!" On-Jo suddenly says and the boy obeys. Y/n was helping Wu-Jin to push the windows on the other side and watched as On-Jo took out the water hose. "What now?" Wu-Jin asks in worry and y/n places a calm hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry Wu and just push"
Y/n suddenly felt hands on her feet and looked down to see the fallen zombies were crawling from the floor. The shooter began to kick off their hands until she heard On-Jo shout that the door was open. They hurried inside one by one, dropping the door and windows to a side and closing the door shut. Dae su was leaning against the wall but a zombie suddenly reached its hand inside and grab his face. "Dae-Su!"
"Damn it!" Joon-Yeong grabs a fire extinguisher and hits the zombie with it, but since he wasn't a hitter he missed the zombie and hit the window next to it, breaking it in the process. More infected students began to crawl from the window as the group was terrorized again. "Get a desk! Block it!" Cheong-San shouted and Wu-Jin and Cheong-San picked up a desk and safeguarded the window with it. Dae-Su sits against the desk, panting heavily due to all the running they did. Since his body was fat, he struggled the most to run but anyone would agree that he was the reason the group was alive now. If it wasn't for his door.
"Give me the phone, I'll try calling someone" Na-Yeon asks On-Jo. "Sorry, I lost it" On-Jo responded, forgetting that Y/n had taken the device.
"How could you lose it?!" Na-Yeon exclaimed with a whine "Who cares? We got a secure room" Gyeong-su says, trying to put a stop to the constant fight that seems to come out. "Like you can talk. It's because you didn't lock the door. If you had done that, the P.E teacher wouldn't have gotten to us. We almost died because of you!" Accuses Na-Yeon without even noticing that she was indirectly saying Gyeong-su attempted murder.
"Then why didn't you do anything yourself?" Gyeong-su challenges, getting angry at the girl himself. "You're so fսcking annoying" Na-Yeon comments while Gyeong-su walks over to her in a raging way. "Gyeong-su, no, no, no. Hey, don't" Dae-Su tries to talk the boy out, but he barely listened, pushing Na-Yeon. "You bitch"
"Don't you touch me!"
"Fight after you move these. This is not the time" I-Sak announces. "She's right. Stop it" Cheong-san says right after and the two finally back away from each other, still glaring. "Su-Hyeok and Y/n"
"What?"
"Where's Su-Hyeok and y/n?!"
