We see Izuku starting his new job at the Café, he was wiping the counter when two familiar faces came in
Izuku: welcome!
Ochako: hey I remember you! From last Halloween right?
Izuku: y-yeah! I'm Izuku Midoryia
Ochako: I-Izuku?
Izuku: that's what I said
Izuku saw the faded mark on ochakos arm and knew he couldn't tell her yet
Tsu: you work here?
Izuku: huh? Yeah, you two are friends?
Ochako: you two know each other?
Tsu: his daughter is friends with my little sister!
Ochako: d-daughter?
Izuku: y-yeah um... between us three I adopted Eri at a young age... neither of us had anyone else at the time
Tsu: so you lied before?
Izuku: mainly because I don't need any legal trouble right now
Ochako: well can I get a caramel Frappuccino and a blueberry muffin
Tsu: I'll just have some hibiscus tea with an oatmeal cookie
Izuku: okay is that it?
Ochako: yeah
Izuku:1,720.77 ¥ (13.99 $) and hey... um... I accidentally brought two packs of sticky mochi and was wondering-

As izuku was getting their orders ready they talked
Tsu: you two seem to have some chemistry *kero*

Tsu: what?
Ochako: this Izuku looks kinda like the old one
Ochako: look!
Ochako: and look at the photo from last year
Tsu: I mean maybe if he had green hair
Ochako: another thing... that scar on his face
Tsu: which one?
Ochako bad barely realized he had multiple scars on his face
(Like this and yes Eri puts stickers on the helmet )
Ochako: the one under his eye, the last day I saw Izuku he got that scar from Shoka
As if on command Izumi and her friends came in
Izuku: wel-
Katsumi: You okay?
Izuku: yeah... give me a sec and I'll be right with you
He served ochako and tsu and said
Izuku: enjoy guy!
Then he went over to the others
Izuku: can I take your order?
Katsuki: what's up with you? Your whole demeanor changed when you saw us
Izuku: they're my friends
Izumi: really? I've known ochako for a while and whenever mentioned a-
She saw his name tag and froze
Izuku: yeah we met last year, and I know Tsu because her sister goes to school with my daughter
Katsumi: You have a daughter?
Izuku: yes now can I take your order?
Ochako noticed this
Ochako: see and he already doesn't like them! Izuku didn't either
Tsu: what are you thinking?
Ochako: okay Tsu... what I'm about to tell you is super secret like no one can ever know
Tsu: I promise to not tell anyone
Ochako: I know Izuku is alive because... the day he died he told me He was leaving
Tsu: what!
Ochako: shh! Yeah, and another thing is our special tree that I told you about, I've found letters, gifts, and... mochi
She looked at the bag and realized it was the same brand
Tsu: Wow
Ochako: and that explains the pacifier!
Tsu: huh?
Four years ago I went to the tree and a pacifier fell, Eri would have been a year old
Tsu: that... kind of makes sense but what about those scars?
Ochako: oh that's easy, Izuku had a crazy powerful quirk that he inherited from his grandfather, so he became the Red Hood
Tsu: your joking!
Ochako: nope, he told me himself in a way
Time skip
As time went on ochako and tsu would investigate Izuku to try and get an answer
And izuku continued to make friends while working at the Café
(I'm lazy so I'm going to name them and give a summary of how he met them)
Ejiro Kirishima and Mina Ashido
He met them while they were studying, he helped them out and had a good conversation with them about Heroes
Kirishima: I don't think I can be a hero with my quirk
Izuku: what are you talking about? Hardening is super cool! Imagine if you could harden your entire body and not just your arms!
Kirishima: y-you think so?
Izuku: hell yeah!
Mina started laughing
Kirishima: what you don't think I can do it?
Mina: What? Of course, I do! It's just you're both loud, have black hair, and red eyes
They looked at each other and started laughing
Kirishima: I guess this makes us twins!
Momo Yaoyorozu and Kyouka Jiro
Kyouka had decided to perform for the first time in public during open mic night, and Momo was there for support

Izuku: what about you momo?
Momo: w-well I want to become a hero as well
Izuku: I look forward to seeing you two as heroes
Kyouka: I doubt my parents would even let me
Izuku: why is that?
Kyouka: they're musicians, I mean I love music but... Heroes are so cool!
Izuku: yeah, listen I don't know your parents but maybe they'll surprise you
Momo: sorry to change the subject but, is that a red Hood sticker on your shirt?
Izuku: huh? I guess Eri put it there
Kyouka: wait you like the Red Hood too?
Izuku: yeah, he's been like a symbol of hope around here, doing what most heroes overlook since it won't give them much credit
Momo: although I don't Condon breaking the law, I must say he is very impressive, and many agree his body is quite attractive
Izuku: o-oh
Izuku was now blushing a bit
Kaminari
Izuku had watched as Kaminari fell in front of the store, izuku helped him pick up his stuff and he found out that Kaminari was his new co-worker
They would often talk about work and heroes, and what else is Kaminari was the only other one besides ochako and Tsu to meet Eri
Time skip
Izuku had worked at the Café for a year and was the Red Hood at night, but now he was 15 and that meant he could go to U.A and what's more, is he could Meet ochako again
Tenko: izuku! Are you listening? This is really big if you don't stop it a lot of people will die
Izuku: y-yeah okay... this is my last mission then I go to U.A and become a real hero
Tenko: all right
Eri: for real Papa?
Izuku: mhm... but it's a boarding school so we may have to move,
Eri: b-but what about my friends?
Izuku: we'll figure that out later, but I'm sure you guys will still have playdates all the time
Scene change
Izuku was at the tree, or in the trees when he saw an excited ochako
Ochako: come out izuku! The entrance exams are tomorrow!
Izuku: look chako... we can't see each other just yet, I got a mission tonight... but I'll give you this
He dropped his name tag from work and ochako was jumping up and down
Ochako: I knew it! Wait... so Eri-
Izuku: she's my daughter... I saved her from a really bad guy a couple of years ago... and I get it if you don't but... remember what you said under the bridge
Ochako began to blush
Ochako: i-I've said a lot
Izuku: you said "And one day after we're top heroes we'll get married and have kids"
Ochako: o-oh t-that
Izuku: this is me asking you to me Eri's mother
Ochako: w-what!
Izuku: heh, yeah she's been asking me for a while, and... the kids at school haven't been helping
Ochako: I... I accept
Izuku: good... I'll see you around chako
Ochako: okay zuku
