I thought of this poem because one day I told my friend a huge lie and got really mad at me so I wrote this.

Oh no, what have I done?
I thought it would be fun
Because now I see
You are very angry with me
I didn't mean to hurt you
I thought you knew
I guess you didn't get it
My story wasn't so legit
And now in my own mind
I have commited a terrible crime
I wish I had some sense
But I crossed the fence
That you said never to cross
You were always the boss
But now all you give me is hate
There's nothing to debate
I know what I have wronged
For this I have never longed
If I could undo what was done
Instead if just watching you on the run
Running from the stories I have told
Running from secrets that have unfold
I've said I'm sorry so many times
And i'm stuck making these stupid rhymes
Because once again you didn't believe me
It's something I have to pay just a big fee
If I can wipe away your tears from crying
I swear to you that I will stop lying
If you can put out the angry flames of fire
Then I can admit that I am a liar
