CHAPTER 3: FALLING INTO YOUR SMILE
Vinn's POV:
What's happening to me? Why am i being so worried for someone that i only met two days ago. Were not friends yet, but i feel like were already close friends just by talking to each other.
"Vinn come on, i'll drop you to your school na." Tita Lian said.
"Wait Tita, i'll get my school bag pa." i said.
After that she drove me to school.
My heart was beating so fast when i saw Celine entering our room. I don't know why, am i inlove?
Uh-oh
"Hey Vinn you're so handsome talaga." said by my girl classmates.
"Ah Thanks." i said without emotion.
I heard them whispering "Ay ang cold naman."
Tsk oa nila masyado kairita.
Our Class started already, and it's boring because the subject is AP. Mas gusto kopang Math sub nalang.
"You may now take your break Good Day." our teacher said.
"Good Day Ma'am." we said back.
Gusto kong lapitan si Celine but our Class President got first.
I listened to their conversation and i heard na kinakamusta niya si Celine. He's concerned too about what happened yesterday.
When they're done talking, linapitan kona siya.
"Hii Celine are you okay na?" i said.
"Hello Vinn yes i'm okay na Thank You for helping me yesterday." she said with a smile.
Aish she's so cute, her smile makes me soft.
"You're always Welcome." i said back with a smile on my face too.
"Uhm btw Celine, are we friends naba?" i asked.
"Ofcourse haha." she answered.
"Oh okay haha tara pasok na tayo sa room." i added.
Then she just nod and smiled at me again. Celine don't do that i might fall into your smile.
Many hours passed and it's already dismissal. I'll be lonely again when i got back to home aish.
"Vinn tara sabay ka samin?" Celine asked.
"Ah Sure." i said while my heart beats fast again.
"Hey gusto niyo bang itreat ko kayo?" Celine said.
"Ay sge ba bes yey." Hannah said.
"Really? nakakahiya naman." i said with a shy voice.
Wala na i feel like i'm having a crush on her.
"Ano kaba don't be shy, bawi ko sainyo 'to." Celine said to me.
"Sge nanga." i said.
Ayoko namang ma upset siya if tatanggihan kopa. I just don't want to waste her money for me, mas okay pang kay Hannah nalang.
If may mang lilibre man, ako dapat 'yon next time i'll will make it happen.
"We're at the mall na." Celine said in a happy voice.
"Yes we're here, where will we eat?" i asked while looking at her eyes.
"Vinn wag mo masyadong titigan, hindi tuloy makasagot." Hannah said to me and chuckled.
Mahilig talagang mang tease si Hannah.
"Gusto niyo ba sa Jolibee nalang?" Celine asked.
"Favorite ko kasi yung spaghetti don huhu." she added.
"Sure kahit saan naman hehe." i answered.
"Sge bes favorite kodin yan." Hannah answered.
After that Celine ordered at the counter. The waiter placed the foods on our table and started eating.
"Vinn can i ask you something?" Hannah said.
"Sure, what is it?" i asked.
"Where did you studied before? she asked.
"In manila and we also live there." i answered.
"Oh so lumipat lang kayo dito?" Celine asked.
"Yes it's a long story." i said.
I don't want to talk about that anymore.
"Let's go home na?" i asked them.
"Yeah we need to answer our assignment pa." Celine answered.
"Sayang kung may school service lang ako sinabay kona kayo. Hannah said.
"Oonga pala bat dka sinundo ng service mo? Celine asked.
"May sakit daw siya kaya next week nalang mag se-service." Hannah answered.
Celine just noded after Hannah answered her question.
Nakauwi nako, maybe sila din. My memory keeps on remembering the smile of Celine.
I was shocked when i saw my face at the mirror. My cheeks are getting red, what!?
Kinikilig bako neto? i asked to my self. Crazy.
Someone's knocking on the door.
"Son? are you there?" i heard.
Oh it's my Father.
"Pa, i missed you." i said then i hugged him tight.
"I missed you more anak." he said and responded to my hug.
He's in Hong Kong kasi last month, and now he came back home. I love my Father so much than my Mother.
"Here's you're pasalubong Vinn." he said.
"Wow my dream rubber shoes, Thank You so much pa." i said and hugged him again.
"You're Welcome my son, i'm glad that you liked it." he said and started patting my head.
Ang dami niyang pasalubong for me. It makes me happy and thankful. How lucky i am to be his son. I'm also the apple of his eyes since nag-iisa niya lang akong anak. Gusto ko parin ng kapatid para hindi naman boring.
Anyway i'll give some chocolates to Celine, i hope that she'd like it. Hindi naman siguro masamang i-share ko sa kanya 'to, the rest ay ibibigay ko nalang kay Tita Lian tommorow.
Celine's POV:
It's already 12 am and i'm not sleepy yet. Am i on somenone's dream right now? or someone's thinking about me. Kung meron man sana magising na siya or tumigil kakaisip sakin.
But why am i thingking na si Vinn yon? What the heck nagiging feelingera nako, no way.
Bumaba nalang ako para uminom ulit ng milk. Sana naman this time makatulog nako noh? Ayokong mapuyat nanaman baka maging anemic pako.
"Ma'am Celine bat hindi kapa natutulog?" tanong ni Yaya.
"Ah hindi pa po kase ako inaantok, that's why i get in here to make milk." sagot ko.
"Ah osige mauna nako ha." sambit ni Yaya.
"Sige po." pagsang-ayon ko.
Before i lay back on my bed, i looked at the window to get some fresh air. I want to see a shooting star too. The street is so peaceful at night and the moon is so pretty.
After that i just realized that i fall asleep already. It looks like the moon is my sleeping potion.
The next day i woke up. And i dreamed about Vinn last night, were hugging each other and it feels surreal. That make me don't want to wake up. What does my dream means?
"Celine let's go ihatid na kita sa School mo." pang-aaya ni Mom.
"Sige po Mom hehe." masayang sambit ko.
Pagbaba ko ng car nakita ko si Hannah na may kinakausap. Maybe it was our Classmate. Ano naman kayang pinag-usapan nila? i need to know as her Besfriend syempre haha.
"Hi Hannah i missed you so much." sambit ko at niyakap ko siya.
Yes may pagka-childish ako.
"Grabe naman 'to kakakita lang natin kahapon ah." nagtataka niyang sambit.
"Eh hihi ewan koba, love na love kase kita." sambit ko.
"Yung totoo sakin kaba may crush ha?" natatawa niyang tanong.
"Hindi ah baliw." malakas kong sagot.
"Edi hindi alam ko namang si ano yung crush mo." pang-aasar niya.
"Tsk btw anong pinagusapan niyo ng kaklase natin earlier?" tanong ko.
"Why curious kaba? in-ask kolang yung gagawin natin sa groupings." sagot niya.
"Ah Okay kala ko kase kung ano." sambit ko ng nakasimangot.
Oh wala pa si Vinn? mukhang late siya ngayon.
Then pagkasabi ko niyan sa sarili ko, dumating na siya. Wow.
"You're 5 minutes late Mr. Tuan." Ma'am Dizon said.
"I'm sorry po i overslept po kasi." Vinn said.
"It's Okay." Ma'am Dizon said and accepted his reason.
8 hours later
Our Class finished already. And i can't believe on what Vinn did.
Inakbayan niya lang naman ako gosh. Muntik na kase akong mabangga, katangahan ko talaga.
"Hala thanks, hindi ko kasi napansin yung motor." i awkwardly said.
"No problem buti nalang kasama mo'ko." Vinn said and chukled.
Hindi namin kasabay si Hannah ngayon since bumalik na yung service niya. Hindi man lang kami sinabay, gusto talaga kaming pag lapitin lalo.
"Hey kausapin mo naman ako." sambit ni Vinn na parang nagtatampo.
"Ay sorry wala lang akong ma-topic hehe." sambit ko naman at ngumiti.
"Haha it's okay, i'm contented to see your smile." sambit niya sa malambing na boses.
Ano ba Vinn masyado mo nang pinapakilig yung puso ko ha.
