I stared at the scene before me as my arm froze midway.
Someone beat me to it.
Rindou..
He has a pistol pointed to her head.
I swallowed.
Waiting for him to pull the trigger.
I didn't even mentally encourage him.
I just waited.
But what the hell am I waiting for?
For him to pull the trigger..?
Or
For him to put the gun down..?
I watched as she lifted her hand up to touch Rindou's pistol.
What the hell is she-?
*CLICK*
Everyone's expression changed.
I couldn't see it but I could feel it.
(Y/N)- "The safety was on.."
We just stared..
She's not afraid?
Why isn't she afraid?
(Y/N)- "I work at a hospital....you'd be surprised how often people threaten to kill me if I didn't tell them their loved ones will make it.."
Silence.
The grip I have on my gun tightened.
What is she doing to my men?
Why isn't she on her knees begging for her life?
She's ruining everything.
I slowly lifted my gun up to point it at her.
But..
It felt heavy....
Why is my arm still down?
Why is my arm trembling?
Am I hesitating?
No..
I never hesitate..
Just lift your arm up and pull the damn trigger.
Its not hard.
Just get rid of her..
She's a nuisance...
Takeomi- "Are you seriously that eager to die?"
She sighs.
(Y/N)- "No...I'm just tired..."
My eyes widened a bit.
Tired....?
She's tired?..
But....
Why?
(Y/N)- "Tired of always seeing the bright side of things.."

(Y/N)- "Tired of promising things that I couldn't keep..."

(Y/N)- "Tired of always trying to please everyone.."

(Y/N)- "Tired of always defending those that I cared about.."

(Y/N)- "I've lived an honest life for so long, just to help me get the happiness I thought I deserved...only to find the one person I truly cared about betrayed me....and left me all alone in the dark..."
My arm slowly dropped to my side.
(Y/N)- "You can kill me if you want...I got nothing else to live for anyways..."
I just stood there, staring at nothing as they kept talking.
I didn't even listen to their conversation after that.
I just tuned them out before slowly turning around and walking back to my room.
I don't have time for this...
Feelings are for weaklings.
I dropped my gun as I entered the dark hallway.
Slowly walking back to my room.
Locking my door after entering.
"I just want to go home..."
I walked to my bed to go lay down but I saw her clothes on the bathroom floor.
I stared at it for a while before picking it up.
I straightened it out in front of me and saw that it was a dress.
It smells like how she did when she slept here.
So sweet...
I don't know why but I decided to take it with me.
I crawled under the comforter as I held her stupid dress close to my chest.
I don't know why but her perfume that night was comforting..
Just don't know what...
But I didn't care...
Anything to help me sleep...
Anything to help me get through another day...

((Outside the Hotel))
You told Ran about the Ramen Shop that you saw on your way to the club last night so he took you there.
No shock that they also owned the restaurant.
Rindou came along to 'Keep an eye on Ran' as Koko said.
On your way there you learned their names, plus their other partner's that weren't there.
Meaning that you'll probably meet them soon.
Once you reached the restaurant, you were about to run to the front door but Ran held you.
Ran- "Not there...come with us.."
Ran led you to the back, saying they had a private room to eat whenever they came there.
You thought it was suspicious that they eat in a more PRIVATE area.
Either they are THAT rich, or they're hiding from public eyes.
Probably the second one since they did have guns at the suite.
So there you sat with your bowl of Ramen while the other 2 had some sake.
You- "You guys aren't eating?"
Rindou- "We were eating when all that commotion happened.."
You- "Great...now I feel fat.."
Ran- "Don't worry about us, just eat, the ramen here is delicious."
You looked down at the bowl of Ramen as your stomach bugged you for food.
You- "Just don't stare at me while I eat.."
They shifted and turned their attention towards their phone as you looked at the ramen again.
The presentation was definitely different than what you're used to.
But you were excited to eat the ramen that had been on your mind HEAVY since you've arrived.
You happily grabbed the chopsticks, getting ready to dig in until...
Rindou- "You're not holding them right.."
You- "I TOLD YOU DON'T STARE!"
Ran- "Rin, let her eat the way she wants."
Rindou- "We come here because she wanted to and she can't even hold a damn pair of chopsticks?"
You pouted.
You- "I told you guys that I'm not from here..."
You looked at the pair of chopsticks in defeat.
Your life was a lie.
Ran got up to sit next to you.
Ran- "Here...let me show you."
You looked at Ran as he showed you how to hold them.
His touch was gentle.
His voice was kind.
He was so patient.
The COMPLETE opposite of his brother.
Ran- "Go ahead, try it again."
You nodded and held the chopsticks the way he taught you.
Your fingers hurt but you finally got it right.
Ran- "You did it! I'm so proud of you!"
You blushed slightly at his praise.
You- "It feels weird holding them like this."
Ran- "You'll get used to it, just keep practicing."
You smiled as you picked up the noodles and brought them up to your mouth.
Rindou- "You eat like a- OW! RAN!!"
Ran pinched Rindou's arm.
Rindou- "What the f*ck was that for?!"
Ran- "Shut up and let the pretty lady eat."
Rindou groaned in annoyance as he stood up and went to a different part of the room.
You- "Is he still mad about what I did?"
Ran smiled and waved his hand.
Ran- "Don't worry about him, just eat to your fill, you're on vacation."
You chuckled.
You- "Its not much of a vacation if I'm a prisoner in my own hotel suite.."
Ran- "Oh hush, we're not that bad, I'm sure we'll get along great!"
Rindou- "No we won't..."
Ran- "Well I say we will, now eat, we have all afternoon to check around the area."
You- "All afternoon? Aren't we supposed to head back after this?"
Ran- "Nonsense! There's so much of Roppongi I wanted to show you."
Rindou- "We're not here to babysit Ran, just make her eat then we take her back."
Ran- "Oh come on Rin, we have the day off, lets explore alittle."
Rindou- "I'm supposed to keep an eye on you.."
Ran- "And you are!!"
Rindou- "Ran if we come back with shopping bags, Kokonoi will have your head on a stick."
Ran- "Anything to keep the pretty lady happy."
You were beet red.
Ran- "Hurry up and eat before your Ramen gets cold. Oh the excitement is killing me!!"
You- "Maybe we should just head back after this.."
Rindou- "You heard her Ran.."
Ran- "Eeeehhh? But the sun is still up!"

((Penthouse Suite))
*3 hours later*
Kokonoi was sitting on the couch when Takeomi left his room.
Takeomi- "What's up?"
Kokonoi- "They're not back yet..."
Takeomi- "No surprise there....You know Ran's probably spoiling the girl.."
Kokonoi rolled his eyes.
Kokonoi- "Should have know Rindou would let me down.."
Takeomi- "Anyways...I'll be back.."
Kokonoi- "Where are you going?"
Takeomi- "Mikey texted."
Kokonoi hummed.
Kokonoi- "Have fun.."
Takeomi- "Yeah you wish.."
Takeomi leaves to the store to get Mikey his snacks.
Kokonoi then sighs as he pulled out his phone to call the base.
"Yo.."
Kokonoi- "Mochi...where's Kakucho?..."
Mochi- "Calming Sanzu down"
Kokonoi- "Still upset?"
Mochi- "He's been breaking things all day.."
Kokonoi- "Bastard...Anyways, not sure if Kakucho filled you guys in, but we have a guest..."
Mochi- "Yeah but I kind of expected you guys to have gotten rid of her by now..."
Kokonoi sighs as he rubs the back of his neck.
Kokonoi- "No, we owe her for helping us find the guy so she's gonna stay with us for now."
Mochi- "Is that even a good idea? She is a foreigner after all.."
Kokonoi- "If she becomes a problem, we'll deal with it."
Mochi hummed.
Kokonoi- "With that said, have the maid prepare a room for her, I'm pretty sure we're not gonna head back til tomorrow."
Mochi- "What makes you think that?"
Kokonoi- "Ran stepped out and hasn't came back."
Mochi- "That's nothing new Koko..."
Kokonoi- "He took the girl with him."
Mochi- "And you let him?"
Kokonoi- "I told Rindou to keep an eye on him and he STILL hasn't came back."
Mochi- "Damn...Not even Rindou could keep him in check?"
Kokonoi sighed in frustration.
Kokonoi- "I guess not.."
Mochi- "Crap..."
