My heart is beating so fast, I had to calm myself with a cold shower.
I and Isa were going to kiss, I was going to kiss her. She was going to kiss me.
Why am I feeling hot? Suddenly I remembered how I ran from there, I facepalmed myself
Don't get me wrong I wanted to kiss her. These days with her and to see how comfortable she is with me gives me so much satisfaction that my love is happy and is adjusting.
At first, I was tense that how will she adjust here as she belongs to a wealthy family and is habitual of luxuries but here she gets nothing but the way she is trying to adjust feels so good.
I know she doesn't need me for anything but I'll try my best to give her everything she deserves.
Well, now the reason why did I run from there is 1 i_i got shy.
Come on everyone will get shy when he or she was going to be kissed by his or her longtime love.
My heart was beating so fast that time that I was worried that It'll jump out or Isa will hear it, for a second I was completely blank, I froze.
2 was that I don't want our intimacy to be in just the heat of the moment. I want our first kiss to be out of some feelings of not love so at least like. I know she doesn't like me so I didn't want her to regret it later so I ran from there
It was hard to resist the temptation, only I know how I resisted but my feelings of shyness and waiting stopped me.
I so wanted to kiss her, ok I know you all must be thinking that how can I say everything so let me clear to you guys
I know I'm shy most of the time but my love for Isa usually overpowers my shyness
I smiled thinking of our time, I hope I didn't hurt her because from this incident which happened yesterday we both are ignoring each other.
Well mostly Isa, did I hurt her? I didn't mean to hurt her I just didn't want her to regret this.
I opened my eyes in the morning and out of habit I looked at her to see my beautiful wife sleeping but not today. The other side was empty
Maybe in the bathroom, this girl never listens to me, I told her to wait for me and let me help her but no she doesn't care about her health
I knocked on the bathroom's door but no response and it was silent so I turned the knob to see if she is in there if it is locked or not but the bathroom was empty
I frowned and looked at the time to see it was just 8:30 where did she go this early.
After freshening up I went to the kitchen to make breakfast and look for Isa but she wasn't there too
I looked for her in the whole house but she wasn't there. I got panicked where did she go?
I dialed her number but she didn't pick up, after 3 tries she picked up her phone.
"Hello, Isabelle!"
"Yes!" I was taken back by the sternness in her voice because after a long time I heard this
"Wh_where are you?"
"Office" again the stern tone
"But you are injured, I told you not to....." She cut me
"Mr. Miller I have more important work than sitting at home and doing nothing and you being my P. A should be here. In half an hour I want you in the office we have an important meeting" and cut the phone
I was shocked and looked at the phone
What happened?
I shook it away and made light breakfast as I don't have much time.
Did she have her breakfast?
I hurried to the office and knocked on her cabin and entered
I shivered slightly seeing her aura which was screaming danger. She is not my Isa, my love, my wife
This is Isabelle knight! The same from which the world fears and who is known to be cold, arrogant, merciless but the question is what happened
Yesterday's event?
No, I don't think so, it can't be. She doesn't like me.
"Mr. Miller I think you are here to work not to ogle and if you are here to ogle at your boss then you can leave," she said coldly
"So_sorry ma'am," I said while looking down
"In 15 minutes, I want all of the records of those days in which I wasn't here," she said without looking at me
"Yes ma'am"
"Leave!" Not for once did she look at me, I felt a pang in my heart
After 15 minutes I gave her a briefing of what happened those days.
She heard me without looking at me
She nodded after hearing me
"Ok you can leave and send Mr. Brooks here" I nodded and left
I sent Mr. Brooks and continued my work
It was lunchtime so I sent her lunch because I know she forgets while working through peon but she came back saying no one is allowed to disturb ma'am till it's urgent today
I frowned and went to her cabin
"Mr. Miller!" Mr. Brooks stopped me
I looked at him
"Sorry but Ma'am told me to not let anyone in without her permission or disturb her if nothing is important"
"But it's lunchtime and I thought to give her lunch, it'd ok can you please give her lunch..."
"Sorry but even I'm not wed in and she told me not to disturb so I can't" I sighed and looked at her cabin but left
I know she didn't eat, she didn't have her breakfast too, and, now,c h.
I lost my appetite so during my lunchtime busied myself at work. Noah tried to take me for lunch but I didn't go.
How can I eat knowing when my Isa didn't eat anything.
I sighed and continued my work
I didn't see Isa the whole day, I am her P.A but still, I couldn't see her. Everything was handled by Mr. Brooks if we want to talk to her it was handled by Mr. Brooks
I feel bad and hurt, I couldn't see her the whole day. My day didn't without looking at her and now I'm feeling like something very important is missing and I know it's because I couldn't see her.
My whole day went like this, I spent my whole day looking at her cabin's door so maybe I can get a glance but I didn't see her
It was now the end of the day, I stood up happily because now I can see her. I packed up my things and stood in front of my cabin's door waiting for her with a smile so finally, I can see her.
But slowly my happiness vanished because it's been half an hour I'm waiting for her but she didn't come out.
Maybe she is busy, I saw Mr. Brooks going. Why is going late?
He looked at me and gave me a sad smile like he knows that something happened between us
"She left at 3" I frowned but still nodded, he left
I was here the whole time when did she go, maybe when I went to the restroom
I sighed and rubbed the left side of my chest because of the ache
I'm feeling like everything is falling apart, this is what you to do me, Isa. Just not seeing you for some hours is making my heartache
I went back home and the first thing I saw was Liam sitting watching T.V.
"Hey bro!"
"Hi!" I looked around to see Isa
"She is in her room, she told me not to disturb her as she is tired" I frowned
I nodded and went to the room and there she was sleeping like a baby
A smile came on my face instantly looking at her.
She is such a baby while sleeping, I went near her and sat.
I just stared at her face with a smile
"I missed you today Isa, I'm sorry if I hurt you. If you want you can punish me by doing or saying anything but don't stay quiet like that. It hurts to be ignored by your love. " I sighed
I kissed her forehead and went to fresh up and then make dinner.
I looked at her for some time, then sighed and left
"Dinner is ready to go call Isabelle," I told Liam as I know that she won't like me seeing the first thing she wakes up
After some time she came down and sat.
We all started eating and I was stealing glances from her but she is ignoring me.
The dinner was awfully quiet
After eating she stood up with her plate
"It's ok I'll wash it, you just rest," I said looking at her
"I like to do my things by myself," she said without looking at me and left
Liam looked at me and then at Isabelle
After she left he asked
"Is everything ok bro?" I sighed and nodded
After cleaning everything I went to the room. Isa was doing Something on the laptop
"I_Isabelle!" Silence
"Isabelle!" No response
I went near her and gulped before saying
"A_are you angry?" No response
"Isabelle! Are you mad at me?"
"I'm busy!"
"D_did I do something?" She looked at me and raised her eyebrow
She looked at me for some time then smiled sarcastically
"No, you didn't. It was me not you" but I saw hurt in her eyes and she looked away and start doing her work
I immediately knelt in Infront of her
"Is_is it be_because what happened yesterday?" I asked with hesitation
Silence!
"Isabelle! Is it bec_because i_I......"
"Mr. Miller can you please leave me alone for some time. I have a lot of work to do so please let me be" she said sternly
"But..."
"Don't!" I sighed
"I'm sorry" she scoffed
"I didn't mean to hurt you trust me. It_it was ju_just......." She closed her laptop with a thud
I looked at her but she ignored me and went to bed and laid while switching off the light
I felt a pang of hurt looking at her.
I lay beside her but didn't say anything because I know she won't answer.
I slept while thinking about her only
In the morning when I got up the bed was empty again
I sighed and made breakfast for me and Liam after getting a shower
It was like this again, the whole day I couldn't talk to her except for the formal talks but at least I can see and talk to her.
She was like a robot today like she has nothing to do except for work like she doesn't know anyone except for work.
"Isabelle I'm so__"
"If you are done then you can leave Mr. Miller and please go and arrange for the meeting"
I nodded and left
"Ma'am the clients are here"
"Is the presentation ready?"
"Yes ma'am"
"Ok let's go then" I nodded and we entered the conference room and took our seats
"Please start the meeting"
I gave my presentation while focusing on Isa but her expressions were stoic.
After me, the other party gave their presentation.
The meeting was good but what made my blood boil and heart hurt was that Isa smiled at Mr. Ace
After the meeting, everyone told me that I presented it well except for her. She didn't say anything just nodded, the one from which I wanted to hear compliments didn't say anything
But what was more infuriating was Isa was talking with that idiot Mr. Ace with a smile
"It was very nice meeting you Ms. Isabelle" and kisses her hand
I clenched my hand
How dare he touch her? She is not Ms but Mrs
"So can I have dinner with this pretty lady?"
He is freaking flirting with my wife and Isa is not saying anything to her just smiling
She didn't even smile at me this much till now and looked smiling at him
I glared at their hand, I saw Isa turn towards me and I immediately looked away
Leave her hand you, chimpanzee
After some time when I again looked at her, they both were smiling and talking but thank God he left her hand.
But another bomb she freaking said yes. I'll kill that bastard
I glared at him and gritted my teeth with a clenched fist.
I was shooting daggers at them but they royally ignored me.
"So I'll pick you up at 8," he said with his teeth showing
I'll break his teeth, no I'll break his jaw that next time he won't even move his jaw to even talk or smile.
"No, I'll be at the venue by myself just text me the address"
I whipped my head towards her that I might get my neck hurt
I narrowed my eyes at her
Is she going to give her number to that chimpanzee?
"As beautiful says!" And freaking wink
I'll take his eyes out, I marched towards them with anger
"I'll take my leave now pretty lady, work calling" Isa nodded and he left still smiling
I stood Infront of her and was about to say, she looked at me and moved away
I just stood there like a fool.
I'll see how you will go with that chimpanzee Isa.
Before that, I'll add sleeping pills to his food.
He wants to eat dinner with my Isa wait you chimpanzee I'll add poison in it so that it'll be your last meal on this planet.
I huffed and left to my cabin
