Chapter 17
No One POV
After both Keenan and Tatsumi had gotten their rooms at the Pokémon center as they made sure that everything is in order the 2 of them had decided to go out for a bit as they separated from each other for the time being as Keenan had made his way toward the gym where the leader is while Tatsumi went well who knows where. While Keenan was making his way toward the gym he started to think of what Pokémon he should use as he can just use Heatran and easily get the badge but he won't be doing that, or either use Rhyperior as he'll also try and refrain from using him.
Because the Pokémon he wants to try out is Nidorino which he evolved while he was away as his Rotom phone and notified him about his sudden evolution which surprised both him and Tatsumi as Tatsumi had congratulated Keenan on his Pokémon's evolution which he thanked him for although he wished he was there to see it.
Keenan:huh so this is the gym looks just like the anime in the XY series not much have changed.he said to himself as he's looking at the building
Keenan:well time is wasting time to see if she'll accept a gym challenge or not.he said as he made his way into the gym
When he walked into the gym he was greeted with many pictures of bug type Pokémon and even some other Pokémon but mostly bug types which he expected from gym that specializes in bug types, he made his way more into the gym looking around until a voice had called him out.
???:hey are you here for a gym battle by any chance.the person asked him as the voice is a female
Keenan had turned his head toward the voice as she's at least 5'7 or so as he's a bit taller then her as she has brown hair and light green colored eyes and is also wearing a tight red shirt that really shows off her curves which Keenan had mentally slapped himself for having that thought as he could hear Latios chuckle inside his mind, as the person that's standing in front of him is Alexa.
Keenan:*nods*um yeah you could say that is the gym leader here or your the gym leader.he asked the girl in front of him
Alexa:oh no no I'm not a gym leader I'm a journalist my names Alexa nice to meet you.she introduced herself although he already knows her name
Keenan:nice to meet you too my names Keenan but is the gym leader here.he asked her
Alexa:*nods*yes she is cmon follow me I'll show you where she is.she said to him
With that Alexa had lead him through the gym toward the battlefield as he seen that she was already battling someone as from what he can tell that this trainer is not a beginner as she's using a Volcarona against this person as he was surprised to see that she's using a rare Pokémon, as he seen that her Volcarona had defeated Viola's Pinsir.
Ref:*raises her flag*Pinsir is unable to battle Volcarona is the winner therefore the winner is the challenger Iori Minase from Fleurrh city.she announced
Iori:*jumps up*alright we did it Volcarona you did incredible.she cheered as she petted her Pokémon
Viola:*returns her Pinsir*that was a fine battle haven't had one like that in a while.she said to her
Iori:thank you Viola I strive to try my best.she said back to her
Viola:*looks at her Volcarona*and you certainly have a real interesting Volcarona never seen one in person before since their so rare and hard to find mind if I get a picture of her.she asked her
Iori:*nods*sure no problem I'm sure she wouldn't mind right Volcarona.she said to her as her Volcarona nodded
As both Keenan and Alexa are currently making their way toward Viola and the challenger that just won her gym battle as Alexa is seen taking a few pictures of Volcarona as Keenan wasn't paying attention to her but toward the girl as she has long brown hair and pinkish colored eyes as he would have to guessed that she's a year younger then him.
Viola:*notices them*oh hey there sis that was fast I thought you was gonna go to the Pokémon center.she asked her
Alexa:well I was until I bumped into this trainer here he was wondering if he could have a battle with you.she said as she looked toward Keenan
Keenan:hi the names Keenan and i'm here for a gym battle.he said to her
Viola:*sweat drops as she scratches the back of her head*yeha well sorry I can't really do that you see I just finished having a battle against her so it'll have to wait till tomorrow, how about we have our battle first thing tomorrow morning alright.she said to him
Keenan:*nods*well alright then I'll be looking forward to our battle tomorrow I'll see you later I guess.he replied to her as he started to make his way out the gym
Viola:geez not much for socializing now is he.she said out loud
Alexa:hmm yeah I guess so but congratulations on your win Iori I see that your taking a break from your acting and singing work.she asked her as she nodded
Iori:*nods*yup wanted to give battling a shot so here I am entering the Kalos league, so far I have 1 badge this is my first one.she said to her
Alexa:I see well again congratulations but I should really be going to the Pokémon center I'll come by later alright sis.she waved at her sister as she waved back
Iori:*realizes*oh no Sakura I hope she's ok I told her to meet me at the forest sorry I gotta go quick return Volcarona.she said as she returned her Pokémon as she quick made her way out the gym

Change POV Keenan
After I've gone to the gym as I had a feeling that she wouldn't be able o battle since she just finished a battle up against that other trainer that was there as it turns out that she's also aiming to enter the Kalos league as it seems that she's getting the badges a bit early, but I didn't think to much of it since it has nothing to do with me although she is going to be somewhat of a rival since she's gonna be entering but still.
Me:hmm aside from her Volcarona I don't know what other Pokémon she has maybe I should do some research on her.i wondered out loud as i took out my Rotom phone
Me:let's see her name was Iori right I guess I'll just type that into the search bar and see what pops up.i said as I typed in her name
Well what showed up somewhat surprised me as it turns out that she's a real popular idol and singer as she also has been added to the movie industry not to long ago as I was surprised to see that someone like her is planning on entering a Pokémon league which got me curious as to what other Pokémon she has so I scrolled through the page.
Me:so she also has a Ursaring and Aurorus and here I was thinking that she'd have a Kricketune or something like that.i said to myself as that all it shows
Me:hmm so the rest of her Pokémon are mystery huh interesting.i wondered what Pokémon she has
But my thought was dropped when I heard a loud scream Pierce through the sky.
???:*screams*AAAAAAAHHHHHH SOMEBODY HELP ME.the voice yelled which sounded like a girl but who knows or could be a boy
Me:*blinks in surprise*what the hell was that *I wondered to myself*well whoever that is it's clear that the person is in trouble hope I can make it in time.I said as i started to run toward the direction of where I heard the scream
Change POV No One
With the person that had screamed out loudly for someone to help her as it's a girl wearing a bluish green shirt with a white dress and have pink hair along with pink colored eyes as she's currently sitting on the ground scared as to what's happening right now as she is currently cornered by an angry looking Golem.
???:somebody please help me I don't want to die from a Golem of all Pokémon, no scratch that I don't want to die at all so help me.she said out loud as she hears a voice
Keenan:quick Dartrix use Razor Leaf get it away from that girl.she heard a command
From on top of a hill she seen a swirl of glowing leaves making its way toward the wild Golem as it covered its face from the super effective attack as it was growling in pain as Keenan is seen landing in front of her as Dartrix came flying down as well as her eyes widened in surprise.
???:*wide eyed*wha-who are you thanks for sa-.she was cut off when he said
Keenan:just shut up and get away leave this Golem to me now before it's too late.he quickly said back to her
???:but I want to thank you for-.she was once again cut off
Keenan:*looks at her*this is no time to be thanking me so just leave alright hurry the hell up before the Golem stands back up.he told her
As Sakura had hesitated a bit but nodded once she seen that the wild Golem is almost back onto his feet as she quickly gotten up and ran away back toward the city which just left Keenan alone with the wild Golem as it glared at him which made him grin.
Keenan:*grins*alright there's no more distractions it's just you and me now Golem you'll be a fine addition to the team let's see how much stronger you've gotten Dartrix.he said as he chirped loudly accepting the battle
The wild Golem had created rocks out of thin air and dropped it above Dartrix as it was using Rock Slide which Keenan ordered Dartrix to dodge the attack and get in close.
Keenan:you know what to do Dartrix dodge it and get in close as you can and unleashed Leaf Blade.he commanded him
Dartrix had easily carried out the order as he spread open his wings and gracefully dodged the falling stones with ease as well as flying at high speeds as Keenan was impressed at Dartrix as he wasn't expecting him to fly that fast as he could give Togekiss a run for his money at how fast he's flying as he made it in front of Golem in no time as it's eyes was wide with shock. As Dartrix did not wasted anytime as the back feathers has gotten a green glow to them and a bit longer sharp as a sword as he swung his entire body which slashed it across its chest as she cried out in pain.
Keenan:alright let's see you handle this finish it with a storm of Razor Leaf's gooo.he commanded
He gave out the command as he did created a swirl of leaves but it got progressively bigger and bigger as it wasn't a swirl of leave it was a storm of leaves as Dartrix had learned Leaf Storm which made Keenan surprised as he learned a new move and a powerful one at that.
Keenan:*surprised*what you learned Leaf Storm good job Dartrix hit her with everything you've got.he said to him
As Dartrix had sent the storm of leaves toward the wild Golem as it was charging a Flamethrower attack which made Keenan surprised that it knows that move as he was definitely Impressed by it, but it was too late since the Leaf Storm had completely consumed her as it made an explosion of leaves as it went everywhere Golem is seen with swirls in her eyes.
Keenan:*takes out a poke ball*alright go poke ball.as he chucked the ball at the wild Golem
It made contact with it as it opened up with the usual red beam as it fell onto the ground as it started to shake.

Golem has been caught and it's also his first female Pokémon as well.
Keenan's Rotom phone:Golem's data has been registered to your poke dex.the device stated
Keenan:got my 2nd rock type Pokémon now this should be interesting and the Golem is also a girl my first girl Pokémon.he said as he walked up toward the ball as he picked it up
Keenan:*pets Dartrix*you did really well Dartrix your improving and getting stronger everyday and congratulations on learning Leaf Storm.he thanked his trusty owl Pokémon
Keenan had then returned Dartrix back into his ball as he then turned back toward the city as he does need to heal up his newly captured Golem and also meet up with Tatsumi since they did say that they'll meet up with each other afterwards as he also begun to think about that girl that he saved earlier as he hopes that she gotten back into the city safely.

Keenan is currently at the Pokémon center as he met up with Tatsumi as he only explored a bit as he also gotten himself something to drink which he was nice enough to get Keenan one as well which he thanked him for it as he was going to pay him back but this time it was Tatsumi telling him not to so he agreed to it although a bit reluctantly.
Tatsumi:so I'm guessing you couldn't have your gym battle with Viola.he asked him which he nodded
Keenan:*nods*yeah someone already beaten me to it although I should've seen it happening I guess but what about you anything interesting in the city.he asked back
Tatsumi:*scratches his cheek*hmm well not really although I did found a store that sells evolutionary stones and I was planning on getting one but I didn't have enough money with me.he told him as it was when Keenan replied with
Keenan:oh and what stone were you looking for anyways.he asked him
Tatsumi:well it was a thunder stone I'll just come back here unless I find one on my own.he said back to him
Keenan:want one I can get you one I have a bunch of evolutionary stones back at my place if can ask the Professor to send one over for me.he asked him as his eyes widens
Tatsumi:*wide eyes*wait what you'll just give me one like that but their sorta expensive and such I have to pay you ba-.he said to him
Keenan:there's no need to pay me back because the only thing I want you to pay me back is with a good battle got it.he said back to him as Tatsumi was taken back but nodded
Tatsumi:*nods*right if that's what you want then I'll try my best not to disappoint.he said to him
They were enjoying just relaxing until the T.V that's within the lounge area had changed channels of some sort as they seen a news anchor on it as both Keenan and Tatsumi had turned their heads toward the T.V wondering if anything bad had happened as the person on the T.V had said as Keenan had recognized her to be Malva of the Kalos Elite Four.
Malva:Malva here today I have a report of the famous pop idol,singer and just recently actor Sakura Kirishima has been saved by a boy with a shiny Dartrix, as she's asking her fans and friends to try and look for him as he has long black hair with purple colored eyes and is also wearing a long white sleeved shirt. So if you do see him please tell us because she is deeply in his debt for saving her from a wild Pokémon.she said as both Keenan and Tatsumi sat there
Tatsumi:*wide eyed*wait WHAT YOU SAVED SAKURA KIRISHIMA THE SAKURA WHEN THE HELL DID THIS HAPPENED.he said to him in shock as he yelled as Keenan is sitting there wide eyed
Keenan:*wide eyes*fuck I didn't know that was Sakura Kirishima I thought it was just some random girl lost in the forest.he said to himself as Tatsumi is looking at him
Tatsumi:*surprised*dude do you have any idea what you just did you just saved a super popular idol and she's out looking for you, you have to let her see you this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.he said to him in shock
Keenan:*grits his teeth*fuck and I didn't wanted to gain any attention to myself now I know how Isaiah feels when Lehua was being hunted by Elena.he said to himself as he did a 4th wall break
Tatsumi:*raises an eyebrow*huh who the hell is Lehua and who the hell is Isaiah.he asked him
But Keenan didn't said anything as he Immediately gotten up from his seat and hastily made his way toward Nurse Joy as he slammed his hands onto her counter which made her jump as she looked at him as her eyes widened in shock as she realized who she's looking at.
Nurse Joy:*wide eyed*what no way your that person who helped Sakura I ha-.she was cut off when he intensely stared at her
Keenan:*intensely staring at her*you won't tell anyone that I'm here got it I do NOT want anyone trying to find me, look all I did was help her from that wild Pokémon that's it she doesn't need to thank me so I'm telling you this DO NOT let anyone else know that I'm here got it.he sternly said to her as she's a bit shaken up
Nurse Joy:*nervously nods*right got it I won't tell anyone but the media will still be looking for you.she said back to him
Keenan:just tell them I'm not here.he simply said back to her
He then begun to make his way back toward Tatsumi who is in the cafeteria area of the Pokémon center as he's seen already eating some food as once again he was nice enough to make Keenan a plate as well which he thanked him for it as the 2 of them started to eat their dinner as Tatsumi is still in shock that he saved Sakura Kirishima the really famous and popular idol.
Tatsumi:dude I still can't believe that you saved Sakura Kirishima that's like everybody's dream saving a cute and popular idol like her why won't you let her see you she just wants to thank you.he asked him
Keenan:*sighs*look Tatsumi you may like it being able to save a famous pop idol or whatever the hell she is but I for one don't like It, to my eyes I saved a girl lost in the forest being attacked by a Golem not some pop idol so just drop it.he said to him as he doesn't need any more stuff on his plate
Tatsumi:*nods*well alright fine I'll stop but you do realize that everyone is basically looking for you especially Sakura so your gonna have to see her eventually.he said to him
Keenan:*groans*yeah I guess your right but still she doesn't need to thank me anyone would do that.he said back to him
As Keenan's trip to Kalos has certainty took a real interesting turn as he was not expecting to save Sakura Kirishima the same girl that makes music and other such things and also the same person that Tatsumi is a fan of and he just saved her, but he doesn't want to think about it to much since it'll just add more crap onto his plate and he doesn't like it.
Change Scene
Meanwhile at a penthouse within the city the said girl named Sakura is currently trying to look for the trainer that helped her with the wild Golem as she's calling her manager as he manager told her that she still hasn't found him, as Iori her friend had just came into the room drying her hair as she finished taking a shower not to long ago.
Iori:geez your still looking for him when are you going to give up.she asked her as she started to put on her clothes
Sakura:I'm not going to give up that easily you know how I am, I'm going to find him and thank him personally.she said back to her
Iori:well do you at least know what his name is I would've saved you but I had no idea where you were until I seen you running.she asked her friend
Sakura:*sweat drops*well no he didn't told me his name but I do know what he looks like, he has long black hair down to his shoulders and purple colored eyes and he was also wearing a long white sleeved shirt.she told her the description as her eyes blinked in surprise
Iori:*blinks in surprise*wait a minute I think I saw him he was asking Viola for a gym battle but I already battled her.she said to her as she immediately gotten up
Sakura:what please tell me he's going to challenge her tomorrow I can thank him after his battle.she asked him as she grabbed her hands
Iori:*blushes in embarrassment*yes he is and it's first thing the next morning and could let go of my hands.she said back to her as Sakura had let go of her hands
As it's been decided that Sakura will be going to the gym tomorrow not to workout but to see and thank her savior up close in person.
A/N:This is it for the chapter hope you guys enjoyed it as Keenan is in somewhat of a pickle as he accidentally saved a real famous pop idol and singer which he was not expecting to say the least but he now has to deal with people constantly hunting him down, but luckily or unluckily Iori knows where he's going to be so it's a possibility that their gonna meet each other over at the gym.
I also do have something planned for Tatsumi and Keenan as both Mewtwo and Rayquaza will be meeting each other for the first time after his gym battle as let's see how this will go as it might start a new rivalry.
In this story there will be some OC's which is seen from Tatsumi and Iori which she's from Idolmaster as I might do another OC or 2 not to sure.
Another thing Keenan's 4th wall break is from ArchieX2Y as it's from his story Fated Dreams as it's a really good book and if not the best book out there for an OC In Pokémon Journeys I guess you could say that this book is somewhat inspired by it, so if you haven't read it go check it out.
