Evie and I walked into 'Curl up and Dye', and we spotted Dizzy. I put my finger up to my mouth and shushed her. Evie nodded, and we walked up to Dizzy.
"Hi," Evie said, Dizzy's eyes lit up when she spotted her.
"Evie, you came back!" Dizzy yelled while Evie hugged her.
"I'm here too," I said, watching Evie and Dizzy.
"Evie, I saved your sketchbook!" Dizzy yelled, she gave Evie her book.
"Wow." Evie said, flipping through the pages." I made this dress out of fabric and some safety pins." Evie pointed at the blue and yellow outfit.
"Hey, this looks like the dress you made for Veronica when she ate with Jasmine and Aladin." Dizzy pointed out.
(Just imagine the blue outfit Jasmine wore in the live-action movie)
"I spilled curry all over that," I said.
"You did." Evie said, laughing a little." But, you're right, that dress was totally inspired by that."
"I knew it!" Dizzy exclaimed." You can take the girl out of the Isle, but you can't take the Isle out of the girl." Evie and I shared a look.
"Veronica? Evie?!" I heard a familiar voice ask. Evie and I spun around to see one of our good friends, Tamara, the daughter of Te Ka.

"Tamara!" Evie and I yelled, we both ran over to her and hugged her. Tamara was my closest friend, and she still is.
"I missed you guys! But what are you doing back on the Isle? Aren't you supposed to be in Auradon?" Tamara asked.
"E, can I talk to Tam alone?" I asked, Evie, nodded. Tamara and I walked out of Dizzy's shop.
"So, why are you here? Not that I'm not happy to see you, I just want to know why you're-"
"If you be quiet long enough to let me explain, I will," I said with a laugh.
"I'm all ears," Tamara said.
"Okay, everyone in Auradon was expecting me to be some lady of the court, and I couldn't do it, so I ran off," I explained.
"That explains why you're here, but what about Evie? And I've heard rumors of Ben being here too. Are they true?" Tamara asked.
"Yes, the rest of the gang and Ben came here to convince me to come back to Auradon, but Ben got captured by Uma. So now we have to make a fake wand, and save Ben." I finished.
"I wanna help," Tamara said. "And before you say 'no', just know that I'm not asking. You're my best friend, Veronica, I wanna help you."
"Okay," I replied, smiling at Tamara. We walked into the shop, noticing that Evie had already gotten everything we need.
"You're back!" Evie cheered.
"Tamara is going to help us," I said.
"Okay, I got five smoke bombs," Evie said.
"That should be enough," I said.
"Let's go wait for the guys and Mal," Evie said.
"I'll catch up," I said.
"Okay," Evie and Tamara said in unison, as they walked away.
I walked in the other direction thinking about the situation I was in. What I'm I going to do after we save Ben? I can't go back to Auradon.

I finally found Evie and Tamara, and I noticed the Auradon limo pull up.
"Right on time," Evie said. Mal, Jay, Carlos, and Lonnie got out of the limo. Jay and Carlos walked over to the trunk to get something out.
"Dude, what are you doing here?" Carlos asked, I tried to listen, but Lonnie ran over.
"I made them take me," Lonnie said.
"It's okay, welcome to the Isle," Evie said. Mal also ran over to us, and she wrapped me in a hug.
"You okay?" Mal asked.
"Yeah, Tamara gonna help us," I said, I felt Mal nod in my shoulder.
"Alright, c'mon, we got a king to save," Mal said, then we walks through the giant pipe to Uma's ship.

As we were approaching the ship, Gil had already spotted us. I looked around and noticed Ben, all ties up.
"This is my fault," I whispered, tears in my eyes.
"Welcome!" Harry yelled.
"Finally!" Uma cheered, laughing like two-year-old getting candy.

"We're dead." I heard Carlos whisper, then someone smacked his shoulder.
"You always were quite the drama queen," I said.
"Ain't nothin' too big, or else Ben is fish bait," Uma said. Carlos came to tap my shoulder, then he motioned to Dude.
"Okay," I said, shrugging. I walked over to where Dude was sitting. "Although it seems absurd, turn your bark into a word." I flicked the wand around like I was casting a spell, then I waits for Dude to talk, and he didn't.
"Talk, dog," Mal said from behind me.
"Does this vest make me look fat?" Dude asked, causing me and a couple of pirates to giggle. Though I tried to hide it.
"Okay, hand out over," Uma said. I stood in front of Uma, she grabbed the wand, and I grabbed Ben's hand, we pulled at the same time.
"Ben, go!" I yelled, pushing him away.
"By the power of the sea, tear this down and set us free," Uma said, but when nothing happened she broke the fake wand on her knee. "No!"
"Go!" I yelled, pushing on Ben's chest. That was when I knew: all hell was about to break loose.
