epic chapter 6

(Ranger's POV)
A few hours had passed, Mini was back on his feet and was his usual self, confident, and ready for anything. My foot had healed, and I wasn't limping anymore. But now we had to go to Forest Camp.
As we were in the Humvee, which was driving to Forest Camp, something felt off. There was this sick feeling in myself, which I shook away. I always felt this way before big battles like this. But then it was back. The anxiety wouldn't go away.
It was a long drive to The Forest Camp, so I eventually just closed my eyes and I fell asleep.

"Collin! Collin!"
"It's all just a bad dream!"
"Wake up, please!"
"Please, wake up!"
The voice changes.
"Don't leave us here like this!"
"Please, bad things are happening!"
Gunshots.
Silence.

Ranger:"Huh-??"
The engine was still going. Although, we seemed to be in a different place.
I talked to the Humvee driver.
Ranger:"Where.. Are we?"
Humvee Driver:"Oh, it's just a few more minutes till we arrive at Forest Camp."
I had to wake myself up, I was still tired.
This was going to be a hard struggle.
