Chapter Name: Sol Pt II

1 week before - 3rd Person PoV
A white eastern dragon walked through a pitch black sea, wich extended itself to the horizon. The sky was a dark shade of gray, and there was no living being except for the dragon.
Suddenly, the dragon stopped. He was looking at the black water, and lowered his head, and started drinking the water.
"Fear." The dragon said. "Do not be afraid, I am your friend."
The infinite black sea became deeper, and the white dragon started to sink to the bottom.
"I'll be with you, if that's what you want." The dragon said again, and the black sea engulfed him with water.
The surface of the sea was silenced. And the bottom of it wasn't visible anymore.
But suddenly, the black water turned red, right where the dragon was. And his corpse floated to the surface. No, it didn't float. The sea threw it away.
A withe claw picked the corpse, and cut it in half, and a mouth started to eat the corpse. It was the same dragon the sea had killed moments before.
The sea was angry. Waves started to appear and the bottom was deeper than was ever before. But the dragon wasn't sinking this time. He was fine.
"Come." The dragon spoke, and a pitch-black dragon appeared, the sea dried, revealing a white ground, and the blood of the previous dragon.
The black dragon started roaring, and tried to kill the withe dragon, but while he was running, one of his legs dissipated.
"I cannot give you the body you wish to have, but I can still help you. We need you." The withe dragon said. "Call me Nexy."
Nexy started to float, and the black dragon fell to the floor.
"I- I just want to..." The black dragon said, with his weak voice.
"Be alive? I will help you." The black dragon looked at Nexy, and started to cry white tears.
Nexy descended from the skies, and touched the dragon's head, and the dragon vanished. Leaving a pink fox behind.
"This is all I can do for now, you will have to be a human for the time being in this Tundra, foxes don't like other fox races on their area." Nexy said to the fox. "From now on, you will be named Sol."

Present Day - Sol PoV
"You know, being on your mind for one week wasn't the best thing I could have done in my life." I said to Yuki, the man who occupied my body. "Why did you read that... Menga things? It didn't made sense."
"Did you read it from left to right?" Yuki said, while looking at his cut off tail. "And can you stop taking my tail with you? It make me feel.... naked."
"I was supposed to read from left to right? Oh, that makes sense." I sit down, looking at my human hand. "And it's my body, I can do whatever I want."
"It's mine now Sol, I know you're angry about it, but you don't own it anymore. Please, just accept it-"
"Fine! Take your fucking tail, I don't need it right? I'm not a badass dragon who is from another world and knows everything." I threw a mana orb and got out of the room, slamming the door.
I don't understand why he feels so... ugh, I can't even think. Why Nexy follows his orders? I am better than him. That was my body! I don't even know my dad! I just got out of that prison because they need me, but when I'm useless, they will just kill me.
Why? Why me? I wasn't even born propely... why I need to suffer this much?
I got lost in thought and I found myself on the same room with Yuki again, I was about to leave again, but before I opened the door.
"I'm sorry Sol." Yuki said, and I stopped myself from opening the door, so he could say more. "I know this is your body, I shouldn't claim it. But Nexy said he can create another one for you, right? Let's just be friends for now, then you can hate me how you want. Even kill me. But you're like my brother since we share the same body. I-"
"Cut off the emotional stuff. Just say you were wrong with your words." I said. "I forgive you, and I shouldn't had snapped like that. But please, I would like you to be on the new body, and I claim my real body. I think Lumi will understand everythin-"
"If I leave this body, Nexy will die, and so will you."
"What?" I looked at his green eyes. "Explain yourself." I said while approaching him, since he was taller than me, I looked up so I could still be in eye contact. The heavy breathing of the dragon was all I could sense.
"You're only alive because you use my mana, and I can only replenish it by staying in this body. You think if I traded bodies my will would trade too, but no. The will dies in the process. And if Nexy dies, you die. Because... you were dead."
"I was dead? How? I could think my whole time in that black sea, I wasn't dead!"
"You were." Yuki said, putting me on the ground, and resting his head on my chest. "Your mind was alive, but not your body, you don't have a heart right now." He closed his eyes, and stood up again. "Nexy can't talk, move, and can't even think, so you can still be alive. If he dies, your connection with the mortal world will die, and you will be incapable of returning."
Yuki PoV
Sol was wordless, and was on the ground, staring it with his red eyes. He wants what's his by right, but can't have it, I really wished I could give his body back, but it's impossible.
"I'm sorry Yuki." He said, and stood up, he gazed at the door, and then, opened it.
I let him leave, and then, minutes after, Sovereign Fyrus entered the room. "Hello, Fyrus, how Samui is?" I said, not looking at him, just at my paws.
"He is doing good, but you're not."
"Of course I am, what makes you think that I am not?" I said, this time, gazing at his eyes.
"Kid, I'm 70 thousand years old, you'll not fool me with your forced smile." Fyrus sit down on one of the chairs, and closed his eyes. "You said that in your world, there were therapy sessions, right?"
"Yes... but you have here too, so why as-" He put me on the ground, and my whole body was covered in ice, except my head.
"What makes you feel the way you are, dragon?"

Samui PoV
I was on bed, looking at the window, waiting for tomorrow. I'm excited for my soul link. I think I can do it, since my special skill is a link that connects two things.
But this isn't what I'm thinking about. But how that dragon knew so much about me? And why Yuri didn't woke up until three hours later?
"Hey Yuri, Can I ask you something?" I said to the red dragon, who was eating something... a bunny to be exact.
"Yes, I wouldn't mind answering something." He said, looking at his brother, who was alerady sleeping.
"Do you know that dragon? I mean, not knowing the guy but, knowing about something special about him?"
"I know he's the son of the future Ice Sovereign, but that's all. He seems like a nice guy, just like you."
"Yeah, but I, somehow, am afraid of him... like, he is just six months old, and I was terrified when he stood up right by my side. He's just 190cm, and I'm 178cm on height, how can he be so terrifying just being six months old?" I heard Yuri laugh a bit, but then he stopped, gazing at my eyes.
"He is a terrifying dragon, I can't lie. His aura is... strong. I was awake when Sol teleported us, but I was too afraid to move. Although you was just afraid, I was following my instinct. Wich just said to me: 'don't move.' And so, I pretended to be asleep."
"But why? You're way older than him, and still you were scared."
"He is a dragon." He said. "A real one, we are dwarfs, and he is a real dragon. We never saw one, and neither do you. The Sovereign was human, so we just saw him as a powerful one, just like that kitsune. But a dragon is a dragon." Yuri sighed and looked at Uray. "He was trying to protect me and you, he was so afraid that he would kill us all."
"I still don't understand. On my old world, there were video games and I killed Dragons all the tim-" I stopped myself. "I was forced to kill, so I could progress in the game, and they didn't seem scary-"
"A video game is a video game. Real life is real life. The dragon scales were in your sight, he was almost touching you. I don't know what a Video Game is, but I guess it isn't like real life. You could seem all the details of the dragon, sense the breathing, and the aura. It's definitely a scary presence. That's why you don't see many dragons that died in any kingdom. They only die when they are old, or they are dumb on a fight."
"I- I understand what you mean now. But I can't stop thinking about it, he doesn't exit my mind! It's like I-"
"You're in love?"
"NO! Why would you think that?!"
"My dad said that when I will think much about a dragon, it would be because I love them, just like he was with my mom."
"Well, I'm not a dragon Yuri." I said, a little bit sad, but I can't say that again. "It's like he is haunting me, just by existing. I know he doesn't want to hurt me but... I don't know."
"Just go to sleep Samui, I know you're confused. May the Dragon Goddes bless you."
"Dragon Goddes?" I asked, since the word "God" was sovereigns, not real gods.
"It's the Sovereign of Water, all the dwarf Dragons live there." He paused for a second. "She can bless people dreams so they can be calm when they wake up. She isn't exactly a dragon, but it's basically one, a leviathan and... Yeah."
"Oh." I said, and close my eyes. "Good night dwarf."
"Good night dragon-lover."
"STOP." I almost yelled.
"No." Yuri said, and I just closed my eyes and slept through the night.
