Is there even a difference between being happy and distracted or busy?
I realized in the last few weeks, that I am only doing fine when I am distracted or really busy.
The voices got less and they also became quieter over time.
But is this really happiness?
Or is it just a distraction?
I want to be able to be happy with nothing but me and my life.
I want happiness - not distraction.
