People slowly calmed down from their hysterics and the dramatic four got another whack on their heads from their respective mothers(A/n: again I mean Euphemia as mother for Sirius) which , of course many snickered while Phoenix started a glaring match with Damon, who was one of the people laughed at her expense.
[In Dursley residence, Harry crashes into his room takes his trunk, then puts his heel to a loose floorboard and removes his wand from it's hiding place. Turning, he grabs the photograph of his parents. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Harry tows the trunk down the stairs...finds Uncle Vernon waiting for him]
Uncle Vernon : YOU BRING HER BACK! YOU BRING HER BACK AND PUT HER RIGHT!
"ugh him again, someone get him off the screen!" another random student yelled and another screamed sarcastically "you said he is not allowed to do magic in your house remember! " Phoenix looked proud "I am influencing so many great kids" while wiping off the fake tears. Damon who was beside shaked his head exasperatedly but his lips twitched up
Harry : No! She deserved what she got! And you keep away from me.
"You tell him Harry! " cheered Marlene and many others much to the amusement of Harry
[Uncle Vernon eyes Harry's wand nervously ; then grins with knowing cruelty]
Uncle Vernon : You're not allowed to do magic out of school
Harry : (sarcastically) Yeah? Try me
"That is Lily's sarcasm, right there" said a grinning Phoenix causing Lily to blust but smile
Uncle Vernon : They won't have you. You've got nowhere to go
[Harry realizes it's true. Briefly falters. Then]
Harry : I don't care. Anywhere's better than here
"And now you come to me" said Padfoot "Or me" said Moony "He is definitely going to live with me, if not now maybe after this year" said Pixie
"Wanna bet?" challenged Sirius "Your on" accepted Moony and Pixie
[As Harry storms out with his trunk, we dolly to the street with him. High in the sky a plump dot rises. Aunt Marge. ]
Many chuckled realising who it was
[Harry walks and walks and walks, then... Stops. Glances about. An empty playground. Swings creaking gently on rusted chains. A tiny carousel, kissed gently by the wind, turning slowly. Harry drops the trunk. Sits. Deep in the night, an alarm shrieks goes silent. Harry, still as a statue, listening. In the trees above, leaves tremble. The wind gathers. ]
[Harry turns studies the swaying swings, the carousal. Then, he stiffens, turns back. Sensing something in the shadows across the street, he rises. Sliwly draws his wand. Then he sees... It something big. Darker than the shadows which conceals it. Something with wide, gleaming eye. ]
"These are giving me horror movie vibes" said a random student (A/n: Sorry there are a lot of random students) while the marauders turned to look at Sirius "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" who was confused "The dog does not feel familiar to you? " whisperred Remus and narrowed his eyes "Oh it does" realized Sirius while his friends facepalmed
[Harry steps back. Afraid to look. Wand outstretched... He trips, tumbles over the forgotten trunk. The tip of his wand blazes. BANG! Twin beams of a blinding light spear the night.]
Harry : Aaaah!
"Oooh it should be the Knight Bus. Need to tell you not a fun experience "winced Phoenix, as Harry went to answer Emily Rosecharm cut him off "And how would you know that, I never took you on a Knight Bus" Phoenix wore an expression as if she was caught stealing candy while Maya muttered "oooh you are in trouble"
Phoenix shot her a look and faced her mother who was looking at her impatient "Next question? " and smiled cutely at her Mother who shook her head fondly and looked at the screen while Maya looked Aghast and Phoenix stuck her tongue out at her with a childlike expression as Damon watched with a fond smile but quickly realized it and kept a straight face still the FK's caught the look along with Marlene
[Giant bear down. Harry rolls clear -- just as a preposterously purple, triple decker bus screeches to a halt. Gold letters glimmer above the wind screen. THE KNIGHT BUS. Doors hiss. Snaps back. Reaveals Stan Shunpike, an 18 year old boy in a wrinkled conductor's uniform. Pasty face. Racoon eyes. Stan looks like he hasn't seen the sun in years]
Stan Shunpike : (wearily, drearily) Welcome to the Knight Bus. Emergency transport for the stranded witch or wizard. My name is Stan Shunpike, and I will be your conductor for the evening (peering at Harry) Wha'choo doin' down there?
Harry : Fell over
Stan Shunpike : Wha'choo fell over for?
Harry : I didn't do it on purpose
[Stan eyes Harry suspiciously and nods slowly]
Stan Shupike : Well come on then. Let's not wait for the grass to grow
[Harry peers into the shadows across the street-- now simply shadows]
Stan shunpike : Wha'choo lookin' at?
Harry : Nothing
Stan : Well come on then, in ( harry goes to take his trunk) no, no, no I'll this you get in
[As Stan grabs his trunk, Harry climbs aboard. No seats, only beds. The brass frames need a shine, the line a wash. In one bed, a disheveled wizard grunts, turns over in his sleep]
[the camera pans from bus as it rushes off with full as the screen shows Rosecharm manor]
Many tense up, especially the Rosecharms after what happened the last time
[It shows that someone apparated in front of the manor as they entered the gates and went to the door and knocked twice , as doors opened it showed no one but as the person glanced down they saw a house elf in a neat clothing]
House elf : Professor Dumbledore! It's a pleasure sir! Please come inside
[It shows Dumbledore walking in the home and siting in a couch the house elf named Millie appeared in front of him with a glass of water]
Millie : Please have some water sir! What does Millie have to do gor you sir?
Dumbledore : Millie, I was wondering if I could speak with Ms. Rosecharm
Millie : (with a uncomfortable look) Mistres haven't left her room in twelve years sir! Millie has to take Mistress meals everyday just so she eats! If Millie forgets to bring Mistress her food, Misress does not eat sir! Millie tries everyday to bring Mistress out of her room but she never comes sir!
Dumbledore : How about you tell her that I am here and have a very important matter to discuss
Millie : Right away sir
[Millie is shown apparating to the same room which was messy as before and Phoenix in the same place but with a different dress]
Many still can't believe this is Phoenix while Emily was tearing up seeing her daughter like this
Millie : Mistress Rosecharm! Professor Dumbledore is here to see you
Phoenix : Tell him that I am busy Millie
Millie : Millie will not Mistress! Millie had enough of this! Mistress has to come out of her room! Millie is growing worried day by day! Mistress will come out today as there is a guest in the house and as Lady Rosecharm you have to greet them Mistress!
"Millie is right " snickered Maya while Phoenix rolled her eyes fondly
[Phoenix looked taken back for a second but stood up]
Phoenix : You're right. Lead the way
Millie : Millie is always right
[The scene shows now Phoenix descending slowly from the stairs in a beautiful gown ]
"How do you look beautiful even after these many years?" questioned Dorcas while Phoenix shrugged though everyone can see what she meant she was beautiful even after years and even after her crying though one person was glaring at her from Ravenclaw table thinking otherwise
Phoenix : Professor Dumbldore, to what do I owe the plessure for this surprise visit
"Ugh Formal talk. Hate them." complained Barty Crouch Jr. to Regulas who ignored him like it was normal
Dumbledore : Ms. Rosecharm I don't think I am your professor for a long time
Phoenix : Well Mr. Dumbledore I still didn't get an answer for this visit
"Always straight to the point" chuckled James
Dumbledore : Well, My dear I don't if you are well informed but Sirius Black escaped Azkaban
There was a stunned silence in the great hall
[Phoenix was stunned too she looked at Dumbledore with shock and confusion]
Phoenix : Sirius was in Azkaban!?!
[Now it was Dumbldore turn to look at her with confusion , didn't she know?]
Dumbledore : My dear, Do you not know? Sirius was sent to Azkaban because he betrayed James and Lily on the night of halloween by giving the location to Voldemort while being their secret keeper along with killing twelve muggles and Peter Pettigrew.
The silence was still there " You are joking! This has to be a joke! Sirius would NEVER do that, do you hear me? NEVER! " James broke the silence followed by Phoenix " Yeah how do you expect us to believe that? Even if anyone wants lie it has to be believable" and then Remus "If someone tells me Sirius does that I am seriously gonna laugh" while Peter looks anxious and Sirius looks frozen but shot them a grateful look
Many glanced at the FK's for an explanation who were having a silent conversation when Harry spoke up "Someone did betray my Parents but it was not Sirius that's all we can say but it will show in the movies who as it?"
Phoenix : That's absurd! Are we talking about same Sirius Black we know?! The same who treats James as a brother! The same who pranks with him! That same who cares about his hair way too much!
"Do you really have to bring that topic up? " unamused Remus "What? It is true. Look at him he is proving me right" Sirius was indeed styling his hair which earned a tired sigh from Remus
Dumbledore : My dear, James and Lily themselves said they were gonna keep Sirius as their secret keeper
Phoenix : They SAID they are gonna but did they actually do it who knows maybe they changed their last minute so Sirius will be out of trouble
Dumbledore : (with a thoughtful look) hmm I need to talk about this but right now the main reason I am here because of Mr. Black's escape the ministry thinks it is a good idea to have dementor's around the school but I don't think it is right and I didn't agree to it too but the ministry ... So the main reason I am here is as you are an ex-auror I thought you might give protection to Hogwarts more than the Dementor
"Dementors! You are going to allow Dementors in school!" shrieked a random student "Isn't enough that the school already feels like a prison now we just don't have any difference from azkaban" whisperred Barty who earned a nod of agreement from Rabastan and a facepalm from Regulas
Phoenix : I uh- understand Dumbledore but Sirius would never harm a student
Dumbledore : I know my dear but Mr. Black escaped from Azkaban and you do know many people go crazy in there who knows if he is Sirius we know
There was small silence in the great hall many shooting pity looks towards Sirius while shot terrified looks but his friends only comforted him with the FK's except Peter who looked anxious which did not go unnoticed by Phoenix
Phoenix : (sighs) What do you want me to do?
[Dumbledore explains to Phoenix about her new job and students details and he told her about Harry]
Phoenix : Harry Potter is Alive?!?
"Finally she knows about Harry!! " screamed James "Please take him away from my Sisters house Nixie" pleaded Lily while Phoenix was in shock 'She didn't figure out a lie how stupid can I be? Did I loose brain cells in the future? Oh my god future me is an Idiot'
[Dumbledore looked at her in confusion 'Didn't she know about it? 'and Dumbledore explained to her about Harry and his adventures and Phoenix told her part of the story]
[The scene cuts to the same living room they were except Phoenix was looking out the window while Dumbledore looked at her with a thoughtful look]
Phoenix : So, the Ministry thought I will be grieving for a long time for all these deaths (pauses) twelve years is enough for a long time am I right Dumbledore?
[As she looks over her shoulder at Dumbledore who just smiles at her]
"Whoo Phoenix is going to take you away from that house believe me Harry" cheered James while Harry was just looking at him with a fond smile and a amused look

So Phoenix started her dramatics and now she officially entered the Harry Potter universe yayy. On that note the updates maybe slow because i have exams and also sorry for irregular updates. Thank you for the people with nice comments but comments are low please don't be a silent reader I need your opinion about the story to continue and opinion about the character for development so lets keep a target from now on,
