Tamayo's Residence
Night
Everyone is in a dire situation. Mizuto tries and figures out a way to exit the house and approach the two demon foes. But as more and more devastating attacks enter the house he has to make his move quickly. But as soon as he make a step, a ball merely inches away almost decapitates him on the spot.
The ball goes out and the Temari demon catches it with a big smile on her face
"You were right, Yahaba! A building just appeared out of nowhere" She says glaring at the building wanting to kill everybody in it
Yahaba chuckles a bit knowing that they found their targets,"The handiwork of a Blood Demon Arts wielder adept at hiding objects." He puts his hand near his head as sees something
"And is the demon hunters accompanied by a demon? What's going on here?" He says gritting his teeth out of confusion and frustration
The tamari demon laughs again throwing the ball up and catching it over and over,"Isn't this fun?" She says then bouncing the two balls on the ground
"Still, I have to say, Susamaru... Your way of doing things is so immature. So careless. You splattered me!, You splattered my kimono with dust! You fool!" Yahaba says angrily holding his hand up with an eye on it
"Oh, stop whining! We found them right away thanks to my temari, so who cares anyway yahaba? Plus now we can have lots of fun!" Susamaru says and with good aim throughs the two balls into the house again
Not getting any sign the two balls comes back out and into her hands,"you've gone and splattered me again fool!" Yahaba says remarking her of what she just did
"You're so uptight. Your kimono isn't the least bit soiled. And besides..." she says glaring at the whole in the wall
The smoke clears and Tanjiro is holding nezuko close to his chest, Mizuto hiding behind a wall and Yushiro guarding Lady Tamayo
"Found 'em! Found 'em all!" She says getting excited to see their targets
'A Temari. So, she caused all this damage by throwing that Temari' Tanjiro looks at Mizuto seeing that he's glaring outside.
Susamaru looks at Lady Tamayo,"Is she one of Kibutsuji's minions?" Mizuto sees the Temari Demon get ready to throw more balls into the house
"Get ready! She's about to throw it again!" Mizuto warns everybody as he takes cover again
The ball merely inches away from everybody Mizuto grabs his sword
'If we don't get out there, then we're going to die' he says as sweat drips down his forehead hoping not to get hit
A ball was heading towards Yushiro and Lady Tamayo,"Lady Tamayo!" Yushiro moves quickly but the ball changed angles and connected with his head making it explode as blood splatter on Lady Tamayo face
Tanjiro's heart dropped as he saw Yushiro's head explode,"Yushiro!" Tanjiro says as his body drops and Lady Tamayo grabs it
"Tanjiro I'm heading out there!" Mizuto says standing up and grabbing his sword
Tanjiro says at Mizuto,"Nezuko! Take the lady sleeping in the back room somewhere safe outside!" Nezuko nods her head at Tanjiro
"It's too dangerous outside! We have a basement, so take her there!" Lady Tamayo says
"We need to get out there now" Mizuto says raising his voice
"Nezuko!" Tanjiro says and in an instant nezuko goes to take the lady to a safe place
Outside the Temari Demon laughs,"That's one down!" She says
'She's giving off a totally different scent than any of the other demons! Is it stronger? It's a really thick scent! It feels so heavy once it enters my lungs!" Tanjiro says focusing on his opponents
"The demon hunter wearing hanafuda-like earrings and the boy traveling with him... it's you guys, isn't it?" She says shouting
Mizuto stands shocked,'So, were the ones they're targeting?' Tanjiro says thinking to himself
"Miss Tamayo! Please find a place to hide! We're the ones those demons are after!" Tanjiro says to Lady Tamayo
"Mizuto and Tanjiro, I want you to fight without worrying about us. We'll be fine without your protection. Since were demons." She says informing the two demon hunters
"All right. It's all over for you now!" The Temari Demon says lunging a ball towards the two boys
"Here it comes" Mizuto says getting ready
"That temari will only swerve if we dodge it." Tanjiro says telling Mizuto
"Total Concentration, Water Breathing Seventh Form, Drop Ripple Thrust-curve!" Tanjiro says stabbing through the ball with his water breathing
"Oh, so you thrust at the curve diagonally to soften the temari's blow. But," The ball begins to vibrate then slip off Tanjiro's Nichirin Blade
"How can that temari move around like that?" Tanjiro says
Mizuto just keeps his mouth closed as he focuses on the battle
"Yushiro, Yushiro," Lady Tamayo says lightly to the lifeless body
But his head slowly grows back,"La..." he says still regrowing his head
Tanjiro glares at them and winces
"Didn't I tell you? That we shouldn't get involved with those demon hunters! From the start! My blindfold technique is still a work in progress! I know you're well aware of that yourself!" Yushiro says with half of his head regenerating
"I may be able to conceal the the presence of buildings and people, their scent, but it's not like I can mask their very existence!" Yushiro says still regenerating his head as he's held by Lady Tamayo
"The greater our numbers, the more traces we'll leave, and the greater the odds that Kibutsuji will discover us!" Yushiro says once again
"Those demons got this close to us, yet there was no scent until we came under attack! That was Yushiro's Blood Demon Art, huh?" Tanjiro and Mizuto both turns there head to see Yushiro halfway regenerating his head
"Anyone who ruins the time I spend alone with you... I despise such people! I despise them with passion! It's unforgivable!" Yushiro now with his head back stands up and yells
The temari demon hangs her Kimono down low laughing historically
"Hey, he's babbling! What fun this is! What fun this is! To be killed by me, one of the Twelve Demon Moons... You should be honored!" She says with a big smile revealing her sharp teeth
"Twelve Demon Moons?" Tanjiro says gripping onto his sword
"Lady Tamayo, what do they mean about Twelve Demon Moons?" Mizuto turns his head sweat tripping down his forehead
Lady Tamayo looks at him,"They serve directly under Kibutsuji!" She says replying to Mizuto
Mizuto looks at the temari demon ready for anything that she tries to do. But then her body moves weirdly and out comes two arms on both sides.
'She has six arms in total now?!' Mizuto says as his stomach starts to turn
"Now then, let's keep playing! Until sunrise comes! Until you both die!" She says throwing 3 balls at Mizuto and Tanjiro but fail as they both dodge it
Now it's harder to dodge as the Temari's bounce everywhere. Yushiro feels pain as one of the Temari's sliced his shoulder and a little bit of skin on his check as he guards Lady Tamayo
'If I were to cast my spell now, it would affect Mizuto and Tanjiro as well." Yushiro says gritting his teeth
Tanjiro and Mizuto are performing well against the attacks until Tanjiro deflects a Temari it comes back for him
'There it goes again! Even without hitting anything, they change trajectory!' He says in his head
Tanjiro gets hit in his shoulder from the one that Mizuto cuts and groans
'If I go ahead and slash them, it blunts the blow, but then they hit me anyway!' He says as the temari disintegrates
The two boys dodge the temari's not wanting to get hit by one at all
"Two different scents of blood. There are two demons! Their scent tells me where they are! But," Tanjiro turns around and sees that Yushiro and Lady Tamayo gets big chunks of their own flesh explode on impact of the three temari's hitting them
"Miss Tamayo! Yushiro!" Tanjiro says but a ball nearly decapitated him if he didn't react in time
'It's no good! We don't have to protect them!' Tanjiro says deflecting the temari's
"Tanjiro we need to get out there or it's curtains for us all." Mizuto says handling the temari's coming for him
"We'll be healed soon enough! So don't worry!" Lady Tamayo says laying on the floor of their residence
Yushiro stands up and holds his head,"Hey! You two moron demon hunters! If you look at the arrows, you can tell which direction they're going! Dodge the arrows!" Yushiro says shouting at Tanjiro and Mizuto
"Arrows?" Mizuto and Tanjiro both say in syncs
"Seriously, you both can't even see them?" Yushiro digs for something in his shirt and pulls something out
"I'm going to lend you two my sense of sight! That should at least enable you to behead that temari woman!" Yushiro says flinging two things at Mizuto and Tanjiro landing on their forehead as it glows blue for a second and appear with an eye with designs around it sticking to their forehead
Tanjiro and Mizuto both see the arrow as it controls the temari's
"Tanjiro! Whoever the arrow demon is we need to get rid of him fast!" Mizuto says shouting at him gritting his teeth
"I can see now! She was using these arrows to control..." he says with his mouth open in shock
Seeing multiple temari's and arrows heading towards the two boys they both finally realize how the temari's swerve and curve crazily
'Oh god here it comes' Mizuto says swallowing his saliva as sweat drips down his forehead
"The trajectory of the temari!" Tanjiro says as they both dodge the temari's with ease
"Thank you Yushiro!" Mizuto says thanking him for the sight
"I can see the arrows now, too!" Tanjiro says dodging the temari's
"Then, hurry up and defeat them!" Yushiro says shouting at the two boys
Nezuko arrives at the door coming from the basement
"Nezuko!, Nezuko and Mizuto let's go outside! You two take care of the demon up in the tree!" Tanjiro says and without hesitating Mizuto hurries outside with nezuko right behind him
Mizuto, Tanjiro, and Nezuko are now outside ready to battle
Tanjiro stops as he stands from a distance ready to fight the temari demon while Mizuto and Nezuko heads for the arrow demon
"I'm the one you want to take on!" Tanjiro says gritting his teeth
"The demon hunter wearing hanafuda-like earrings... no question. I'm going to bring that head of yours to him as well as that other boy you be traveling with." She says with joy while smiling
Getting ready to lunge temari's at Tanjiro," What fun this is!" She says throwing them at them as the temari's were heading right towards Tanjiro
Evading the temari's that the demon had thrown Tanjiro clenches his teeth,"Nezuko, Mizuto, how much longer?" He says
Mizuto moves through the trees smoothly with nezuko right behind him. He catches the arrow demon sitting in the tree controlling the temari's.
"Nezuko, he's right here." He says with sweat dripping down his forehead
The arrow demon catches on and blocks Nezuko's attacks but Mizuto prepares his attack and slice the demons arm off while nezuko delivers devastating blows to him
Tanjiro gets cornered by the demons temari's but soon after the temari's wasn't being controlled,"They're gone!" He says taking his chance
He prepares his attack,' Water Breathing...' he says cutting the uncontrollable temari's
'Third Form, Flowing Dance!" He says moving smoothly and quickly taking off the temari demon six arms off
Stopping himself from sliding to far he shouts," Miss Tamayo! Are these two demons closely related to Kibutsuji?" He says looking at Lady Tamayo hold her eye
"Most likely." He says in return
"Then, I'm going to extract blood from them for sure!" He says shouting

Thirty minutes ago
"I have two favors to ask of you. One, permission to study your sister's blood. Two, to retrieve blood samples from demons as closely related to Kibutsuji as possible." Lady Tamayo says
"By 'demons closely related to Kibutsuji ,' I meant demons whose powers are more on par with that of Kibutsuji himself. It won't be easy to extract blood from such demons." She says while Mizuto stares with wide eyes

Back to battle
Tanjiro notices the demon arms slowly burn into nothing as she laughs historically with her head down
"You think you're going to extract blood from us? I don't know what you're scheming, but I won't allow you to do anything to displease him!" She says raising her head looking at Tanjiro
"If you think you can extract blood from us Twelve Demon Moons, then have at it!" She says completely turning her body towards Tanjiro
"Watch your back! Don't let your guard down for a second! If those two really are Twelve Demon Moons, then they're undeniably more formidable than any other demon you've killed until now!" Yushiro shouts from a distance
"Right! Understood! Watch my back, don't let my guard down for a second, undeniably... until now... Right! I'll do my best!" Tanjiro says says with a little bit of sweat dripping down his forehead
"Lady Tamayo! Let's use those three as decoys and escape!" Yushiro says sounding cold
Lady Tamayo stands there in shock not believing what Yushiro had just said right about now
"I'm just kidding!" He says shouting
The arrow demon is being overwhelmed by Mizuto and nezuko. Only having one arm he blocks one of Nezuko's kicks,"Don't stir up dust like that. So filthy!" He shouts regenerating his other arm and points his two hands at Mizuto and nezuko making the two eyes on his hand close sending Mizuto and nezuko back
The Temari demon regenerates her six arms back
'She grew new arms in such a short time! She can regenerate way faster than those in Final Selection demons!' He says seeing the temari demon gripping onto the temari's hardly getting ready lunge them at Tanjiro
"I'm going to bring that head of yours to him. As well as that other boy you travel with." She says coldly
Nezuko comes crashing into Tanjiro as he shouts her name Mizuto catches himself before his head connected with the ground
The arrow demon comes landing on the scene
"Now then, why don't you three die at once? She says lunging a temari directly at the three but they dodge it
Grunting in pain Mizuto shouts at Tanjiro and nezuko,"are you two okay?" He says
Tanjiro replies back to him," yes" he says staring at nezuko
"Hey, you two Demon Hunters! You get rid of that arrow man first! We'll take on the temari woman with your sister!" Yushiro says shouting at them
"Understood!" Mizuto and Tanjiro says at the same time
Nezuko raises her head at Tanjiro,"Nezuko, whatever you do, don't push yourself too hard." He says
Lady Tamayo comes stumbling towards Yushiro. Nezuko gets a vision of her mom and her five year old deceased brother
She stands up angry.
"I'm counting on you." He says to nezuko before they both took off towards their opponents
Mizuto heads towards the arrow demon to take him out with Tanjiro
'I swear I'm going to extract their blood! If it means the medicine will be perfected even a minute sooner, I'll gladly fight any demon! I'll fight and win!' Tanjiro says in his head
Mizuto and Tanjiro runs up towards the arrow demon preparing their Nichirin Sword for an attack Tanjiro sees a opening thread
"There it is! Opening Thread!" Tanjiro says getting ready to swing with Mizuto
"What a grumpy little urchin you both are. You both stay away from me!" The arrow demon says raising a hand and the eye closes getting rid of the opening thread Tanjiro can see
"The thread snapped!" An arrow slides right under Tanjiro making him swing and miss his attack but Mizuto still got his cut in before an arrow got him as well
The arrow taking control then sends the two boys flying into a tree making them grunt in pain
The eye closes again sending them flying everywhere and everything they hit makes them scream in agony and pain
'This hurts! I mean this really... it seriously hurts!' Tanjiro says feeling pain
'Oh god! I feel like my ribs are broken!' Mizuto says getting thrown around like a rag doll like Tanjiro
The eye closes once more but this time flying straight into the air swinging them around high in the high a bit the arrow loses control of the two boys making them fall from a great height
Mizuto thinks twice how to stop this before his doom comes. Thinking to himself he needs to use one of the water breathing forms. As they were getting closer and closer to the ground it clicks to him
"Tanjiro! Use the eight form waterfall basin!" He shouts using it to save himself and Tanjiro
They both land safely.
The temari demon laughs and throws the temari's at nezuko but she dodges it with ease.
Yushiro comes running over and the temari demon took notice but he disappeared.
"He vanished?" She says in shock
Yushiro comes running over and starts throwing devastating blows making her kneel
He finally becomes visible again standing there with gritted teeth and points at her,"You hurt Lady Tamayo! I'll never forgive you for that!" He says with anger flowing through his body
The arrow demon over heard what he say,"Tamayo?" He says smiling
"Hey, Susamaru, the one over there... Wouldn't that be Tamayo the Fugitive? What a great souvenir she'll make!" He says with the biggest smile on his face
"Is that right?" The temari demon stood up feeling the blows that Yushiro had delivered upon her
She throws all six balls out and nezuko tries to kick one
"Idiot!" Yushiro says shouting at nezuko
"You mustn't kick it!" Lady Tamayo says shouting with worry
The ball connected with Nezuko's leg taking it off completely
She collapses on the ground feeling pain rush through her body immediately
The temari demon laughs running over to nezuko kicking her in the abdomen sending her flying into the house right pass Lady Tamayo
"What fun this is! What fun this is! I like kemari, too!" The temari demon bounces the temari by Nezuko's decapitated leg
"Yahaba! Will five heads be enough to take home?" She says laughing
"No. We're taking three. The two Demon Hunters and the fugitive. We have no use for the other two." He says
Lady Tamayo rushes to nezuko aiding her. Nezuko's leg drips with lots of blood. "Nezuko..." she says watching her leg
'The bleeding isn't stopping instantly. She's recovering so slowly.' Lady Tamayo speaks to herself
"This medicine will help heal your leg right away, all right" Lady Tamayo says pulling of a needle and injecting it into her leg
Back out on the battle field stands Mizuto, Tanjiro and Yushiro against the two demons Yahaba and Susamaru
'What should I do?' Mizuto says to himself
'We can't lose here we came so far!' He says gripping onto his Nichirin Blade tightly
'If I can see the opening thread, it won't be easy to slash him! Any move would be pointless unless if I can land my blow in the opening with pinpoint accuracy! If I'm off by even a little, the move won't be nearly as potent! He'll only change the sword's direction using his arrow skills!' He says to himself trying to figure out his next move
'And I hate to say it, but those eyeballs on his hands are creepy! Though I hate to say it!' He says
The arrow demon raises his hands and the two eyeballs close shut
Sending arrows at the two demon hunters. They both dodge but the arrows got faster
'The speed on these things' Mizuto says to himself dodging the arrows
'There not going to disappear until it hits either one of us. And I can't slash it with my sword! The instant the blade touches it, I'll get blasted away in the arrows direction!' He says swinging at one of the arrows making it bend then soon after he goes flying into a brick wall
His sword falls out of his hand,'What should I do?' He says trying to reach for his sword but gets an arrow wrapped around his arm as his haori comes off
Mizuto is in bad situation getting tons of quick arrows sent his way while the arrow demon turns towards Tanjiro
"It's all going the way I want it to! Your arm's going to get twisted right off!" He says keeping Mizuto busy and Tanjiro grits his teeth and closes one eye
He rushes towards a tree and runs up it doing multiple spins in the air getting the arrow off his arm as he hands perfectly on the ground
and grabs his sword at the same time mizuto finally gets the arrows off his tail
"So, you eluded it by spinning in the same direction as the Kouketsu Arrow? Damn Monkey!" Mizuto's eyes opened widely to a specific thing Yahaba had just said
'I can't take much more of his attacks! We gotta strike back! We gotta change the arrow's direction without touching it directly!' Tanjiro mumbles to himself seeing Yahaba clench his teeth together
"It's about time for you both to die!" He says sending arrows at the two demon hunters
Mizuto gets ready for the attack,'Adapt your moves' he says talking to himself
They both rush towards Yahaba
"First, use the Sixth Form to envelop the arrow!" Tanjiro says "Then use the footwork of the Third Form... to close in on him!" Both of the boys dodge the arrows and rushes in on his fast
'Twist!' Mizuto shouts to himself in his head
"Twisting Whirlpool-Flowing Water!" Tanjiro uses a water breathing form
Yahaba panics and sends arrows into the move but Mizuto was well on his way towards him
Tanjiro struggles a bit,'My sword's so heavy! But!' Tanjiro steps down hard "Second Form... Modified! Horizontal Water Wheel!" Tanjiro cuts off Yahaba's head making the beads around his neck fall
Mizuto stops and smiles,"You did it! Now, we only have one more left." Mizuto says to himself finally feeling like they're making progress
