Show :- The Fame Name

"Boyfriend?" Samar muttered softly, trying to make sure what he heard was right.

The soft shy nod he received making him blush in return.

He could feel the adrenaline moving in his veins. The urge to take him in his arms, jump around and shout about his love to the world was there but he trust Avi put on him was more powerful.

"So . . ." Samar ran his fingers on his hair trying to form some word but his mind didn't help him.

"Don't you fucking dare to make this awkward." He snorted as Avi pointed his finger to him.

"Nahi . . . matlab . . . mai." Samar passed a embarrassed smile before taking a deep breath. "Chal. Seema chachi kuch naya try kar rahi hai."
(No . . . I mean. . . . Come, Seema aunty is trying some new recipe.)

"Bahar chale?"
(Or we can go out?)

"Lunch date?" He couldn't help but tease him.

"Maybe . . ." He waited few seconds to but Avi's sentence trailed.

"Mai ready hota hu. Come." He wrapped his left arm around his shoulder, guiding him towards the his bedroom.
(I need to get ready.)

The action was so innocent, so casual.

Something they had been doing since they were seven but it felt so different.

Samar chuckled to himself as they stepped up the stairs.

Who was he kidding? One light brush from Avi he would be a blushing mess.

It would be hard to walk.

It has always been like this from years.

All these years really have been torture to him.

A beautiful torture.

He hissed as Avi pinched his thighs, asking for his attention in some useless rambling.

*****

"Kaha jaa rahe hai hum?" Avi rolled his eyes as Samar asked for third going through his shirt.
(Where are we going?)

"Kahi nahi." He couldn't help but pout, softly glaring his boyfriend.
(No where.)

A small smile made its one way as he muttered boyfriend to himself.

Only he knew how long he had been waiting to call him this.

"Batana. Mai wese hi ready hota hu." Avi stood from the bean bag, moving toward his wardrobe.
(Tell me. I will get ready accordingly.)

He just wanted his boyfriend to be done with his dressing so he could get some much needed attention.

Is it too much to ask?

He pushed Samar a little with his shoulder making space infront of him and the wardrobe.

He took a sharp breath in as his cold fingers wrapped around his belt hoops and his chin on his shoulder.

"Teri wo wali t-shirt kaha hai?" He asked composing himself.
(Where is That t-shirt?)

"Kon si?" His hot breath was caressing his nape.
(Which?)

"Tu janta hai konsi." He sharply replied making him chuckle and place a quick kiss on his clothed shoulder.
(You know which?)

"Laundry mai di hai. Kuch aur dekh."
(That's in laundry. Look for something else.)

"You wear so much plaids." He smiled as the other person clicked his tongue.

"This." He muttered taking out a soft blue t-shirt, a white long sleeve, a denim jacket and white pants.

"I thought you were taking me to fine dine?" He rolled his eyes as Samar took the clothes from him and he was already missing the warmth.

"Meri pocket money khatam ho gai." He replied casually.
(I don't have any pocket money left.)

"Avi, its just 10th." He ignored the ruffled sounds by cloths not wanting to think about Samar's probably bare chest.

"So who told you to move to London? God the tickets are so expensive. How are we going to manage-" The sharp turn Samar made him do, cut the sentence.

He dared to look at his brown orbs. They were full of tears.

Sparking by the lights around and the emotions following around them.

Happiness, Hope, Fear, Love.

He could relate to all that so much.

Releasing himself from his tight hold, he wrapped his arms around his slim back before placing his head on his chest.

"I don't want to be away from you." Avi formerly said. Though he hadn't even asked his parents, he was not ready to leave his love.

His true love.

His chance at happiness.

As his mom said.

"I know I used to call you Koala but you did not need to take it so seriously." He pinched his left nipple through the thin white t-shirt earning a soft hiss/moan in return.

With a soft peak on his forehead, Samar parted away. He tried not to watch the way his boyfriend bend to put on his tight white jeans.

Clearing his throat to get rid of those dirty ideas, "Tune flat confirm karli?"
(Diu you confirm the flat?)

"Ek flat k liye baat chal rahi hai. Meri college ke pass hai. Joh music school tu bol raha tha uske bhi pass hi hai." He cursed to himself eyeing the brief display on skin as the t-shirt rised while the other tried to fix his attire "Par usme sirf ek hi bedroom hai. But its good I hadn't confirmed it."
(I was talking about this one flat. Its near my college somewhat close to that music school we were interested in. But it has only one bedroom. Its good I hadn't confirmed it.)

"You should confirm it." Avi replied hurriedly, his eyes glued to the floor.

"I mean. . .New York is expensive and we should save where we can." His cheeks felt hot and he knew he was blushing but he couldn't meet his eyes.

"Of course, we should." That's what he loved about Samar.

Well it was not the only thing but one of the.

He knew him too well and just knew when to press and when to leave his teasing.

How obvious could Avi be than that?

He was talking nonsense but to be with him.

Everyone knew they get enough money from their parents and their expenses are going to be paid off.

"Chale?" He raised his eyes up slowly only to see the outstretched hand. Taking a deep breath, he slipped his hand holding it tightly.
(Shall we?)

"Samar" he whispered as he unlocked the door "Mujhe dar lag raha hai."
(Samar, I am scared.)

"Agar tu nahi chata tho, we need to go out. We don't even need to tell our parents. Wese bhi kon notice karenge. We had always been close and we are going New York. You can take all your time." The way he promised him wad making Avi emotional.
(If you don't want then we don't need to go. Hell, we don't even need to tell our parents. Its not like anyone will notice or something as we are so close anyway. And we are going to New York. You can take all your time.)

"Mai bas . . . Give me sometime?" He muttered.
(Its just . . . give me sometime?)

"Of course, Avi." He sighed soaking in the warmth provided by the body around him. "You have just come in terms with yourself, I understand."

"Thank you." He couldn't help but reply with a smile.

"I know" He smirked as the hand trailed down from his back "will be difficult with we being together yet some distance. But I can manage."

Who knew a simple acknowledged by your partner could make you feel so beautiful?

"Ab maine yeh toh nahi kaha ki hum kuch nahi kar sakte." His fingers slipped under Samar's denim only to stopped by his t-shirts.
(Now I didn't said we can't do anything.)

"Are aren't being too bold today?" He smiled at the response.

He was, wasn't he?

But it felt so good.

To be bold.

To be with his love.

To be himself.

"Tu kitne kapde pehenta hai." He complained instead taking out his hand.
(You were so much clothes.)

"You chose it for me." Came Samar's reply.

"That I did." He passed him a smile before opening the door.

Who knows what future holds for them but at this moment he was happy.

Happy with his best friend turned boyfriend.

Happy with the hope of happiness.

Happy being himself.

Happy for the lunch date.

*****

I could totally watch a series based on them.
