Dizziness and loss of appetite Lena finally came to terms with the fact she has cancer. Stef knew that Lena was scared, so was She but Stef would push it aside and remain strong for Lena's sake. They were about to take this journey together, this would be the ultimate test of their love and devotion, Stef knows Lena will have some dark days ahead of her and Lena will see how much Stef truly loves and adores her.
