Ryuji POV
"Let's go and destroy these villain bastards!" Katsuki says
"You know we will. We've gotta end this before it even begins!" Kirishima declares
As we all stand in anticipation as we wait for All For One to appear, I run one final diagnostic on my All-For-One buster...shorter name still in the works.
"All systems are in perfect condition. You could not be more ready than you currently are, sir" Arvin says
"Here goes nothing...let's hope I don't die from this. Or else I'll curse both All Might and Detective Tsukauchi" I think
We all wait in anticipation, some making weary chat while others stand in silence. Preparing themselves for the battle to come.
"You think the plan'll really work?" Toru asks me
"I'm sure it'll all go great. For once, we've actually got somewhat of an upper hand on All For One here" I try to reassure her
"Be safe, Ryuji. Last time we had a big fight like this..." she says
"I disappeared for a bit and went to New York. But don't worry, you just worry about keeping that face of yours pretty" I smirk
"Gosh...I still find it hard to believe you actually saw a glimpse of my face" she blushes
"Probably the best thing to come out of that whole ordeal" I say
As I think about when we all found out about Aoyama being a traitor, I think back to the plan All Might and Detective Tsukauchi told all of us...
Flashback...
"We know All For One too well. The odds of the search effort locating him were always slim" All Might says
"That's what Bakugo's been saying..." Kaminari deadpans
"But hearing it from these guys hits different though..." Sato sulks
"So this was all pointless?" Mineta asks
"Not at all, it's all linked to Erasurehead's plan" Tsukauchi says
"In order to lure the sneakiest, craftiest cowards out from the shadows, one has to force them to loosen up and relax" All Might says
"Sadly I don't think All For One would be up for a Detroit Massage" I say
"Like "Even our desperate search couldn't locate those pieces of crap! Screw this!" And whatnot...As if that's our situation?" Katsuki says
"Those are definitely two interpretations..." Sero deadpans
"Our plan assumes that they're employing the "Search" quirk. And can therefore track every move our people made" Tsukauchi says
"If only I knew more about this quirk, then just maybe I could make something to counter its effects" I think
"Everything we've done since Midoriya's return makes them think we're exhausted and panicking. It will embolden them to see us making one wrong move after another, playing right into their hands. And then, Erasurehead came up with that plan. To raise our odds of luring All For One to a location of our choosing by using his infiltrator, Aoyama" Tsukauchi says
"OH! So Aoyama's coming back to us?!" Izuku asks
All Might nods in response.
"Hmmm...I've still got mixed feelings" I say
"If I may...Mr.Aoyama said that he and his family would be killed if they lied to the enemy. Until we're positive that the enemy doesn't in fact have a way to detect lies, won't this be placing the family in danger?" Yaoyorozu asks
"She's got a point. I may be upset with them, but they definitely don't deserve to die" I say
"We have a solution for that. According to his parents, they only ever corresponded with All For One by voice and never by text. And we wouldn't make a move before verifying with all of his many allies, wherever they lurk. This suggests that he has some way to instantly verify the veracity of verbal communications" Tsukauchi says
All Might then turns to the main door.
"Assuming he doesn't spot a lie in what he's told, he'll feel safe enough to make an appearance. That's why, just like Aizawa suggested, we'll make use of a certain someone! C'mon!" All Might says
The door opens and in comes someone I haven't seen in a very long time.
"Shinso!!" We all exclaim
"Heya" he says
"Sweet costume, dude!" Kirishima says
"I see that you decided to rid of mine, I see how it is" I joke
"Sorry, the scarf is just easier" he shrugs
"One thing shocked me when Mr.Aizawa explained the plan. Because back during the team battles, you said that you can't make other people speak, Shinso" Tsu says
"The what now?" I whisper to Kirishima
"While you were in America, we had a bit of a class vs class team battles. And Shinso was there! He totally rocked!" Kirishima explains to me
"Ah, I see" I say
"In April, I was supposed to join the hero course where I would have to hold my own with all of you. So I've been training like hell to improve my quirk, and now they tell us no one's moving up a grade in the meantime. But yeah...I can do it. I'll be able to make Aoyama and his folks talk so that my motives and their emotions don't come into play" Shinso says determined
"Amazing!" Kaminari exclaims
"But the method to make it work is even more intense" he says
"That's still amazing!" Kaminari says
"Thanks so much, Shinso!" Ashido says
"So? Class A or Class B?!" Sero asks
"What's your hero name?!" Toru asks
"You gotta pick Class A! It's gotta be us, right?!" Kirishima says
"Wouldn't that make us have 22 students while Class B has 20?" I ask
"Wait a second...However our troubles hardly end there. Once our enemies are lured into the trap, could we truly be able to beat all of them? Our numbers are already lacking...and if we do somehow assemble every hero at the chosen spot for this ambush, surely that would give us away?" Tokoyami says
"The thing is...the heroes don't need to be there in advance" All Might says
All Might explains to us how we'll all be able to be there while also not being at the location.
"Wow...Maybe Monoma is a respectable guy" Kaminari says
"His quirk is definitely something else, I'd be jealous if I cared about having a quirk" I say
"Now, rest up for the night everyone" Principal Nezu says
"When did he get here?" I think
"You'll all need to be in tip top shape for the battle to come! Make sure to pack up basic belongings as well, for tomorrow you all shall be relocated to a temporary base" he explains
"Yes, sir" we all say
With that, we all start to head to our one rooms, as Shinso leaves as well, when I suddenly feel a hand on my shoulder as I start to leave with the others.
"Young Takashi, could you stay for a moment longer? We'd like to privately ask you something" All Might asks
I turn back around in confusion.
"Uh, yeah, I suppose" I say
We wait for everyone else to leave until is finally just me, All Might, Tsukauchi, and Nezu.
"Thank you. Now, as you know, All For One has the power to steal quirks" he says
"Yeah, he's after One For All currently, right?" I ask
"Correct, and I'm sure you're well aware of what would happen if he got his hands on it" he says
"I can definitely imagine..." I say
"Now, you've proven yourself to be a strong hero without needing a quirk, which is something I can greatly admire" Tsukauchi says
"What's with all the flattery? I like it, but it's odd" I ask
"There's no easy way to say this...But we need someone to be able to keep All For One busy as our plan comes to fruition" he says
"And what's that gotta do with me?" I ask
"I am well aware of your newest suit, built with the purpose to defeat All For One" he says as he nods to my suit in the corner
"With All For One being able to steal quirks, sending heroes is a very risky maneuver" Nezu says
It then clicks with me...
"I think I get what you're asking...I've gotta ask, I'm not gonna be the only one fighting him, right?" I ask
"We are...unsure. The amount of villains there could possibly be all at once could be vast, so we need at least one person who'll be able to quickly make their way to All For One and keep him occupied" Tsukauchi says
"Young Takashi, I have watched you grow stronger and stronger ever since you've come to U.A both physically, and mentally. There is no one else that fits this key role more than you. I of course understand if you deny, as it is extremely dangerous" All Might says
"Alright then, I'll do it" I say
"Are you sure? I'm sure you'd want to at least think about it tonight?" He says
"No need. I've already made up my mind. If accepting this role can help us secure a victory, then there's no need to think about it" I say
"You really are braver than most. Even most people with strong quirks would hesitate at this" Tsukauchi says
"I've got people who're special to me who I've gotta protect, no matter what. And besides, some quirkless kid going up against someone with power to steal quirks is rather poetic, ain't it?" I chuckle
"I knew it was a good idea to remove that quirkless ban, otherwise we wouldn't have never gotten such a great hero in our mist" Nezu says
"We shall keep you updated on if any pro heroes are willing to also go up against All For One. I wish you a good night, Young Takashi" All Might says
With that, we part ways and I go back to my room for the night...
"Arvin...you said that project "number one engineer" is ready for field testing, right?" I ask
"Indeed, sir" he responds
"Let's get this jumpsuit ready for this big battle...I get the feeling that I'll probably need it as at least a backup" I say
I go to get my jumpsuit from a closet...when I suddenly stop and look at myself in the mirror.

"You've sure come a long way, Ryuji Takashi...Can't let these good looks end here, can I?" I say to myself
I get my jumpsuit ready as well as a little something else just in case...
Back to present time...
I snap out of my thoughts as I hear Endeavor's booming voice.
"All For One is in position, it's time!" Endeavor says
Monoma smugly raises his arms as a familiar black smoke comes out of his hands.
"I think I've just thought of a codename for my suit" I think to myself
A black portal opens up in front of me, signaling for me to rush into the fight.
"Let's do this, Iron Might" I smirk as my suit fully powers on...
