So this is not a story or anything like that this is just my ramblings about my life since going gluten free. I will be posting information about why I went gluten free, recipes, things i like and dont like. At times during this transition i feel like i am all alone, like no one knows what im going through and i dont want to feel like that anymore. This has completely consumed my life in every aspect. maybe you can say that i hope to help other people going through this and i hope someday i can say that too, but really im just hoping to help myself at this point. im not a dr or being paid by any one to do this or write about any certain products. i guess you can say i just want to document my experience and yeah know maybe i can help someone through a tough day.
