"No, no Andrea she loves the fact your happy. She just wishes it was with someone else" I nod slowly accepting her answer but not believing it
"Wait wait- hold on. You and.. klaus. Boyfriend?" I nodded looking down
"Yeah, me and klaus are together now" I say smiling
"He's amazing, I can't imagine being with someone else. He's just.. I can't even describe it" I look up to see her facing me, eyes widened in shock
"I-I have to go. Oh and your coming to the dance!"
Jeremy's POV
Me, Damon, Elena and ghost rose sat in the motel Elena arranged for us.
We were trying to find out who rose descended from and I had to talk to ghost rose to do it
"Tell him I'm rooting for him and Elena." I furrowed my eyebrows and turn to Elena
"She Uh, she misses both of you"
"Ooh" rose says again
"I'm also rooting for klaus and Andrea. She keeps him in check" my eyes widen
"What?!"
"Jeremy what's wrong?" Elena asks
"Klaus and Andrea!? What does she mean Elena?" she sighs
"Andrea is friends with Rebekah. And also started dating klaus. I couldn't tell her why I didn't want her too talk to either of them cause she doesn't know about all of this"
"Well you should've told her!" I shouted standing up
"Her knowing Is better than her dating him!"
"She can't know, Jeremy. We can't tell her"
How does that even make sense?
We haven't told her any of this because we don't want her getting hurt
But us not telling her she's dating him can be worse, he can hurt her even worse now that they're together
"And now what? She's hanging out with him Elena. He can kill her!" I say leaning down. Damon stands up and puts his arm between us stopping me from coming on to Elena more
"Hey, hey. Sit down and chill out. Andrea won't listen to us anyways"
"Yeah because she doesn't know she's dating a complete psychopath" i sneer and slump back in my seat
"She can get hurt Elena"
"I know"
"Hello." Damon waved his arm around to bring the attention to him
"Can we get on with the real reason we're here." I rolled my eyes
"Whatever"
Andreas POV - the next day
I walked into klaus place
"Klaus" I called out and waited for him to reply from somewhere in his inhumanly large house
"In here love" I smiled making my way to him and saw Rebekah talking to klaus
"Poor thing Andrea. Having klaus make you be here at 8am for him. But thank god you are here. Convince klaus to go to the decade dance"
"Actually... Rebekah... I'm not going to the dance. Caroline told me to, but I'm not really one for dances"
"What! You have to go, it's so important. You and klaus should go together" I walk over to klaus and hug him and he holds his paintbrush in the air so the paint doesn't get on me
"Come on, just one dance and we can leave tomorrow" Rebekah says
"Leave?" I ask confused. I pull away from klaus
"Where are you going?"
"We...are leaving mystic falls" I blink still in shock
"Since when?" I whisper wondering how long he's kept this from me
"A few days ago"
"Oh, are you coming back?" He shakes his head and I look at him hurt
"I-I'm gonna go" I whisper. I walk away from him and out of the house
"Love wait" he says running in front of me
"Yes we're leaving-"
"But what? You come here kiss me, ask me to be your girlfriend.. and leave. Was this all a game to you klaus?"
"Love, love no. None of this was a game" he says pulling me closer to him
"But your Leaving" I repeat
"That doesn't mean this will be the end of us. I will always make time for you"
"Even if your in another state?" I ask softly
"Yes. You will always be my first priority no matter where I am" I nod thinking about the long distance concept
"Now I'm guessing Rebekah has a dress for you. For this occasion so we can go to the decade dance together"
"But I-"
"Don't want to? Neither do I but Rebekah is persuasive as we've discussed before"
"And right" Rebekah says walking out of the house with a box in her hand
"Your dress I've picked for you" she hands the box to me
"The shoes are in there too" she says before walking back into the house. I turn to klaus with a grimace look on my face
"Do we have to?" He nods
"I'm afraid so. You can get ready here if you want?" I shake my head
"I haven't seen Elena since she left for somewhere yesterday and I think she came back last night but she was asleep before I left so I should make sure she's okay" I lean up to kiss him
"I'm sure she's fine though"
"Do you want me to pick you up or meet you at the dance?" He offered but I turned him down not wanting to bother him any more than I have been
"I can meet you there. I'll see you"
"See you soon" I give him one last hug before leaving

I walked into the house, my eyes widening as I saw Jeremy walk down the stairs
"Jeremy!" He rushed down the stairs and I ran over to him and hugging the life out of him
"Your back" I whispered.
"I'm here, I'm here" I pulled away looking at him through my tear filled eyes
"Please tell me your staying" I whispered and he nodded
"I'm staying" I gasped crushing him into another hug
"Where have you been. It's only 9am and your getting back" I nodded blushing just thinking about klaus but a part of me was panicking at the thought of telling this to Jeremy
"I, was at my boyfriends place. I went this morning but then Rebekah told me I have to go to the dance so I'm here to get ready"
"Your.. boyfriend?"
"Yeah. His name is klaus" he clenches his jaw and I sigh
"Not you too Jeremy" he scoffs and exits the house, slamming the door behind him
Why couldn't anyone just be happy for me?

I walked into the school and saw Caroline. She walked over to me leaving Tyler beside the drinks
"Hey" she smiled
"Hi Caroline."
"You're late" she said pointing to everyone already dancing
"I know, I got caught up In something"
"I heard about your argument with Jeremy. I'm sorry. You look amazing by the way" I smiled slightly
"Thank you, Rebekah made me wear it" I sighed
"Oh.. Rebekah" she mumbled getting hostile
"I'm just- gonna go" I whispered before walking over to the drink section
"Love, I thought you changed your mind" I turned around with a smile
"I wouldn't stand you up" the upbeat song that's playing suddenly turns slower and a smirk appears on klaus' face before he holds his hand out to me
"Would you like to dance with me?" I nod and take his arm, smiling like a child on Christmas Day as he leads me to the dance floor
Once we're in the middle of the dance floor he wraps his arms around my waist while I put mine behind his neck as we sway to the music
"You look very beautiful tonight" he muses
"you look great too. The 1920s look suits you" he
"You flatter me love" we don't speak for a moment and I decide to break the silence
"We aren't.. going to lose touch are we?"
"No, no I wouldn't allow it to happen. Because I don't know how you've did it, how you've got me wrapped around your finger in such a short amount of time" I press my body closer to him and place our foreheads together
"I'll be back almost all the time. You won't miss me"
"I will, of course I will miss you" I mumble
"But I'll be here" he smiled and presses his lips to mine trapping me in a powerful and sensual kiss
"I have something to tell you before I leave" he whispers. I pull away from his face
"Okay? What is it?"
"It's serious, and it might change whatever you feel about me when you find out. But you need to know because I can't keep falling in love with you, and keep secrets from you. It's not your average secret but it's probably ten times worse and you may hate me after"
"I don't think I could be able to hate you"
"There's a high chance you will after I tell you. Come over to my place later tonight, I'll tell you everything" he kisses my forehead, leaving his kill lingering on me like it's the last time he'll do it.
"I got to go love, see you tonight" he makes his way off the dance floor and I walk out the exit ready to go home

I looked down at my phone hearing the ringtone
"Andrea" I hear Jeremy
"Jeremy what's wrong?"
"It's Alaric.. you need to get to the memorial in the forest now. There's no time for any stops. Just get here okay?"
"Okay" I whisper before hanging up, not bothering to change out of my pyjamas and leaving the house
