-You have your gloves? - Tanya asks Juliette while they finish to prepare Esme and Carlisle's room
-Yeah, I don't want to cause an accident and make a bad impression. - The newborn admits, finishing to accommodate some arrangements on the dresser
-Juliette! Could you bring me some bedsheets?! - Kate screams from the other room
-Sure! I'll come back later. - She tells Tanya who nods while finishing to accommodate the pillows on the bed, still knowing they won't need it
Juiette looks for some blue and white bedsheets that go together and walks to the room where Kate is.
-Here they are. - Juliette says, entering the room with the bedsheets in hand
-How nice of you. - Kate says smiling while looking at the newborn's outfit
-I didn't know what gloves I should use but I decided to put these black ones on. - She says showing her hands
-They look good, they combine with your shoes and skirt. Even though the silver details give them more colour. - Kate takes the bedsheets that Juliette give her, and with her help, they finish accommodating the bed.
-Who's staying here? - Juliette asks confused by seeing so many books on the shelves
-The oldest Cullen kid, the rest of them have partners so he's staying in this floor. - Kate says while finishing to accommodate the pillows
-But it's in front of my room. - The newborn says confused while crossing her arms
-I got a feeling that you'll get along well. - Kate says smiling
Juliette rolls her eyes and turns around to walk towards her room which, as she said before, was in front of the oldest Cullen kid's room. When she arrives to her room, she approaches the dressed to fix a little bit of her lip gloss along with her hair. She puts a bit of perfume and smiles.
-Dont screw up, Juliette. Their Eleazar and Carmen's friends. - She tells herself, looking at herself in the mirror
-They're here! - The vampires hear Tanya's scream given that they hear how two cars park in front of the house.
Juliette decides to stay in her room for a while thinking on what to say when meeting the Cullens.
-Carlisle, it's good to see you again. - Eleazar says receiving the family
Eleazar and Carlisle give each other a quick hug while the other family members greet the Denali coven. Alice looks around the whole first floor, realising that there's no one else than the Denalis. A bit dissapointed, she hugs Carmen who gives her half a smile.
-It's ok, she's in her room. - Alice smiles immediately after hearing Carmen's words.
-Come in. - Eleazar says, letting the Cullen family enter the living room - Where's Edward?
-He's on his way, he had a few problems before coming. - Carlisle explains sitting beside his wife
-Well, each one has their room and they're the same as always. - The Cullen family members nod while hearing Eleazar's words who's standing up beside Carmen.
-Thank you for letting us stay here with you for a few days. - Esme says with half a smile
-You can stay here as long as you want, we don't have any problem. - Carmen says smiling
-Do you want to talk in private or...? - Carlisle tries to asks Eleazar but he interrupts him
-No, I feel like your whole coven needs to know this. We're family after all. - Carlisle nods, hearing Eleazar's words.
Before anyone could talk, they hear how someone knocks the front door. Carmen walks towards it and at the moment she opens it, she smiles by seeing Edward.
-Edward, it's good to see you again. - Carmen says while hugging him
The boy returns the hug before entering the living room along with Carmen.
-Sorry for the delay, I had to fix a problem before coming. - He explains the Denali coven who give him half a smile
-Don't worry, you're here, that's what matters. - Tanya tells him
-What did you want to tell us, Eleazar? - Rosalie asks sitting on Emmett's lap
-We have a new member in the family. - Carmen says smiling
-A new member? - Carlisle asks confused
-A few weeks ago, we were hunting in the forest when we felt the smell of human blood. We approached the source of the smell and realised that it was a girl about to be... r-raped by a group of men. - Eleazar says the last part with difficulty after remembering what Julliette had to go through when she was still a human
-What? - Rosalie asks remembering what she went through many centuries ago
-A girl was hit by three men, they hurt her in the abdomen and left multiple bruises on her body, leaving her unconscious. They took advantage of that and wanted to abuse her. - Carmen explains instead of her partner
-We prevented that from happening, Kate and I felt an impotence so we decided to make those men pay. - Tanya explains with her legs crossed
-I'd hug you but I want to know what happened after that. - Rosalie says honestly
-While Kate and Tanya killed those men, Carmen and I tried to keep the girl conscious but she lost too much blood. And thank to the men's hits, she had many broken bones and affected many organs. - Eleazar says crossing his arms
-We got in charge of the men while Eleazar brought the girl here but he couldn't do much. - Carmen explains remembering that moment
-I tried to stop the haemorrhage and keep her conscious but a moment came in which she couldn't take it anymore. - Alice looks at Eleazar, frowning and feeling guitly.
-I never saw that... If I would've seen it, we could've do something or I don't know, come and help you. - Alice says feeling guilty
-It's ok, Alice. You don't have to feel like that. - Carmen calms her down with half a smile
-Carmen and I decided to transform her give that she was too young and didn't deserve to die that way. Before I could transform her in one of us, her body began covering up with snow and letting out a blue aura. - Everyone stays quiet by Eleazar's words.
-A few days later, she woke up but we realised that her eyes weren't red, they kept being blue but change to red when she's hungry, gold when she's completely satisfied, and black when she's thirsty. - Carmen explains remembering how Juliette's eyes changed colour
-When she uses her gift, her eyes turn water blue, strangely mesmerizing. - Kate speaks up for the first time
-What's her gift? - Esme asks
-She controls ice, she can freeze anything she wants, even one of us. - Eleazar tells Esme who nods slowly
-When she's not felling good emotionally, or her gift is without any control, you freeze just by touching her. - Kate tells the Cullen coven that stays quiet
-When she freezes her enemy, she can destroy it just by staring at it. Her gift can extend by a blue fog, this fog freezes you immediately. - Eleazar tells Carlisle who understands immediately
-Like Alec Vulturi. - Edward says reading Eleazar's thoughts
-Exactly, that makes her a really powerful immortal. - Carmen says
-What's her name? - Jasper asks instead of his partner
-Her name is... - Eleazar tries to speak but stops after hearing how someone walks down the stairs
-I'm Juliette Lombard Denali. - The newborn says, finishing to walk down the stairs while standing in between Eleazar and Carmen - It's a pleasure to meet you all.
The whole Cullen coven stays quiet while staring at the girl. Alice looks at her, smiling for a moment before looking Edward who doesn't stop staring at Juliette's face.
It's her.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH I'M SO EXCITED ON HOW THIS CHAPTER ENDED. But you'll have to wait until the morning for me to write next chapter to know how these two lovebirds meet.
Today I went to Brooklyne but didn't do much. I just went to a pizza restaurant and ate with my family, and went to a store and bought a second hand shirt to use as a pijama.
