Nezuko and Mizuto runs over to attack but before anything connects the demon dodges it by going back into the black swirling puddle and reappears inches away.
They both look at him smiling creepily.
"Nezuko!, don't chase after him. Get back here! Come to me." Tanjiro says looking worried but Nezuko listens and proceeds to head over.
As she was getting closer the demon takes this opportunity to attack nezuko. He emerges out the puddle to attack but she jumps right over him and continues to run towards Tanjiro.
Tanjiro thinks to himself 'Mr. Urokodaki did tell me that Nezuko is a demon now. And that she's not necessarily so weak that I have to protect her.' He stares at nezuko as she stares at him blankly. He then looks at Mizuto.
'Is it all right to let her handle this?' He then looks at Mr. Kazumi still holding the girl in his arms.
'If I have her watch over those two, me and Mizuto can focus on our attacks.' Tanjiro then looks at nezuko then walks over to her but the black swirling puddle forms under him but he jumps out of it.
"Tanjiro look out." Mizuto tells Tanjiro, Tanjiro looks at him and nods his head
It then tries to attack Mizuto and Nezuko but they both dodge it while Mizuto gets a nice cut in making the demon stumble a bit.
Tanjiro looks at the puddle coming closer to him. "Mizuto! I'm going underground! you and Nezuko should handle this!" He tells Mizuto as he nods his head
"Nezuko! I want you to protect those two!" He then points at Mr. Kazumi and the girl
He then puts a smile on his face " You can do that, right?" She nods at him
Tanjiro stares at the puddle sinking him in
Mizuto and Nezuko goes to attack the demon.
Mizuto uses full concentration to focus on his attacks more as nezuko attacks him as well.
The demon tries to attack Mizuto but completely fails when nezuko kicks him in the chest making him stumble back and breathe heavily
Mizuto goes for the neck but the demon puts him arm in the way only for it to be cut off

Tanjiro emerges in the puddle instantly in being surrounded by water. 'Inside a swamp...' he says holding his breath
He looks down to see remaining closes sinking and floating around 'And these are... Are these the clothes and belongings of the people who were kidnapped?' He says moving the clothes out of his way
'Just look at all the innocent people they've murdered! It's unforgivable!' He grits his teeth but what Tanjiro didn't know was there's two demons in there with him
"Getting hard to breathe, brat?" One of the demon smiles
"There's hardly any air inside this swamp. On top of that, the darkness coiling around your body must feel pretty heavy. You can't move the way you would above ground!." The other says smiling as well
"Serves you right! You should've looked before you leaped in, you damn fool!" He says gritting his teeth as they both make their way towards Tanjiro
"Don't underestimate me! Just where do you think I got my training anyway? The air was thinner on top of Mt. Sagiri!, Not to mention, there are moves that only unleash their full potential underwater!" Tanjiro grips his sword as both of the demons goes in for an attack on Tanjiro.
Tanjiro gets ready to swing his sword but both of the demons move swiftly in the water
"So, they can move at angles like that inside this swamp? But it doesn't matter! All I have to do is slash when they get near enough to attack! The form that can be utilized even when there's no sure footing... Generating a powerful vortex with a violent twist of my upper and lower body!" The demons move swiftly at Tanjiro getting ready to kill him
"Here comes the scent! The opening thread!" Tanjiro turns his body around to where the demons are coming from, "Total Concentration! Water Breathing! Sixth Form! Whirlpool!" Tanjiro swiftly turns his upper and lower body releasing a big whirlpool of air cutting the two demons in it
Tanjiro looks in the distance to see the two bodies of the demons starting to crumble and disintegrate away
Now there's only one more left. And that one is getting handled by Mizuto and Nezuko on ground
Tanjiro realizes he's been in this swamp for too long and needs air
"I can't breathe! I gotta get out of here!" Tanjiro begins to swim back up on the surface
Mr. Kazumi looks at the black swirling puddle still holding the girl in his arms then looks at Nezuko and Mizuto fighting the remaining demon
But demon stands no chance with Nezuko's strength and Mizuto steadily cutting him multiple times
He tries to stab them both but nezuko dodges the attack and delivers a strong blow to his abdomen
Mizuto takes that time to deliver more blows to the demon making the demon cough out a lot of blood
"These guys are powerful" Mr. Kazumi tells himself watching how nezuko and Mizuto are dominating the demon right now
"She doesn't seem to have mastered any morphing skills yet, but look how strong she is anyway! She must have gotten a huge amount of blood from him!" He refers to Muzan giving nezuko a lot of his blood
He spawns another puddle to go into but fails as Nezuko rushes him down as Mizuto looks at it wondering if Tanjiro is going to come out of it
"She moves so fast! I can't dive back into the swamp!" He says trying to defend himself from nezuko until Mizuto comes in to attack him as well
"But hey, I'm getting used to these one-note attacks of hers!" He says as he grabs her wrist but she yanks it away delivers a kick to his head only for it to be blocked by the demons wrist
The demon grunts in pain from that kick, "Even if she kicks my head clean off... Even if my internal organs explode, demons can regenerate in a flash!" He says rushing at nezuko
She tries to kick him but he blocks it and delivers a deep cut to her forehead
Mizuto looks away from the puddle and see what's happening as he rushes over
"Now I'm gonna drill a hole right through your face!" The demon says ready to kill nezuko but Tanjiro emerges from the puddle and Mizuto makes it on time and they both cut the demon arm off
The demon tries to attack Tanjiro and Mizuto with his other arm until it was cut off by Mizuto
"Both of my other selves got taken out by this guy!" He refers to Tanjiro
"You give off a scent like rotten oil. It's a horrible smell!" Tanjiro raises his voice at the demon
"How many people have you killed?" Tanjiro asks him
"Listen! If woman live any longer, they turn ugly and start tasting like crap! So, we killed them for their own good! You should be thankful to us demons—" The demon was cut of by a slice to his mouth by Tanjiro
"Never mind..." Tanjiro tells the demon as it backs up to a wall and Tanjiro raises his sword at the demon
"You're going to tell me what you know about Muzan Kibutsuji." He says shocking the demon
The demon lowers his head but immediately raises it again as Tanjiro puts the sword closer
"Talk to me! Start talking!" Tanjiro shouts at him
"I-I can't tell you. I can't tell you!" The demons starts to freak out
But Tanjiro can sense fear from him. He can tell that he's trembling all the way down to his bones.
"I can't tell you, all right?" The demon regenerates his arms and tries to attack again only for his arms to once again get cut off and Mizuto finally puts an end to him and cuts his head off
His head rolls on the ground then disintegrate right along with his body
Mizuto grabs Tanjiro's shoulder and puts a smile on his face but Tanjiro puts his head down
'Once again, I failed to get any information.' He says but then also puts a smile on his face as the two boys put their sword away
Tanjiro looks at nezuko and runs over he gets on his knees and realizes she's asleep.
"She's asleep... She stopped bleeding too." Tanjiro says looking at Mizuto
"So, she's sleeping in order to recover right?" Mizuto says putting a finger on his chin with wide eyes
Tanjiro nods his head then takes the box off his back and puts nezuko into
He stands up and puts the box on his back. He looks at Mizuto but Mizuto is looking at Mr. Kazumi on his knees as the girl leans on a wall still sleep
Tanjiro walks over to him, "Mr. Kazumi?, are you alright?" Tanjiro says getting on his knees
"I've lost my fiancée. How can I be alright?" He says as tears run down his face
"Mr. Kazumi... No matter how many people you may lose, you have no choice but to go on living." He says in a soothing voice
Mizuto walks over, "No matter how devastating the blows may be." Tanjiro was cut off by Mr. Kazumi grabbing him by his collar
"What do you know about it? A kid like you?" Mr. Kazumi says looking at him with watery eyes but Tanjiro just puts his two hands on Mr. Kazumi' hand and smiles as Mr. Kazumi let's go
Tanjiro begins to stand up, "We'll be on our way now" Mizuto says patting Mr. Kazumis shoulder
Tanjiro hands Mr. Kazumi a ripped off cloth
"Take this." He says
Mr. Kazumi takes it, "I hope you'll find something of Miss Satoko's in there." He says
Mr. Kazumi shakily opens the cloth to see some of Satoko's belongings
He begins to shake and tears fall down his face
Tanjiro bows in front of him wishing him support as the two boys hear the man sob.
Tanjiro looks at Mizuto and they begin to walk off
"So, you went through the same thing, too? Is that it?" The man says weakly
The boys continue to walk
"I... I'm sorry! That was an awful thing to say! Please forgive me! I'm so sorry!" The man shouts at Tanjiro but He turns around and waves goodbye to Mr. Kazumi
"His hand was heartbreaking to see. Hardened by relentless training and so thick. It wasn't a boys hand" Mr. Kazumi says to himself
"I'm leaving that young woman in your hands!" Tanjiro shouts from a distance referring to the young girl still knocked out leaning on the wall then proceeds to walk away with Mizuto
"All right! All right..." The man says and the two boys leave out of his sight

As the two boys was walking Mizuto had his eyes closed and a smile on his face, but Tanjiro on the other hand had a mad expression on his face
"It's not just me." Tanjiro tells himself
"How many people have you killed, tortured and tormented? Muzan Kibusuji, I'll never forgive you as long as I live!" Tanjiro tells himself
The two boys Kasugai crows landed on their shoulder
"Next up, Asakusa, Tokyo! Rumors of a demon lurking there!" The Kasugai crows tell the two boys
"We're heading to our next mission already?" Tanjiro says tiredly
"Oh yes, you are!" The crow says loudly
"Hold on a minute. Can we at least rest???" Mizuto says sadly
"No can do!" The crow says loudly again
The boys arrive at a large big city full of people and small trains driving nearby
Tanjiro looks lost as they arrived
"Are the cities this advanced now? It's nighttime, but it's so bright out!" Tanjiro says to himself looking lost and confused
They walk around lost, "The buildings are so tall! What is this?" Tanjiro says looking around
"The cities... The cities..." They walk and see a small train coming towards them and backs out of the way
Tanjiro puts his hood on, "I feel so dizzy."
Tanjiro says
The two boys see a dark corner as, "Uh, Let's go that way, Nezuko!" Tanjiro says holding her hand as her eyes were closed guiding her
They turn the corner and Mizuto immediately turns his head seeing two people make out
"I-I beg your pardon!" Tanjiro says cheeks turning rosy as he bows his head and they run out immediately
Running through the busy and crowded streets they finally find a place to sit with an old man smoking
"Excuse me." Tanjiro says tiredly to the man sitting and smoking as Mizuto goes and sit down on a bench
"A bowl of Udon with grated yam on top please." Tanjiro says tiredly
"Uh, sure thing!" The man says to Tanjiro looking at Mizuto leaning back on a bench with a hand on his forehead and eyes closed
The man prepares food as the three sit down on a bench
"I've never been to a place like this." Tanjiro speaks
"I'm not use to places like this.." Mizuto speaks tiredly
"It's way too crowded." Tanjiro adds in But then nezuko leans her head on Tanjiro's shoulder with her eyes still closed
"Here's your udon with grated yam on top!" The man says handing Tanjiro a bowl
"Thank you very much." Tanjiro begins to dig in his food
Tanjiro then smells a strong scent and gasps making Mizuto jump up
"What?" Mizuto says not wanting to fight a demon right now
Tanjiro drops the bowl on the ground and he begins to shake violently. He grabs his sword and runs off.
Mizuto looks at him and runs after him
"What's happening!" Mizuto shouts at him
"This scent! Why would I catch it here all of a sudden?" Tanjiro says loudly
"What are you talking about?" Mizuto says
They end up back into the crowded people
"It's the same scent that was left on my house!" Tanjiro says
The two boys move the people out of their way
"Muzan Kibusuji!" Tanjiro says
"Is this the guy giving off that scent?" Tanjiro runs up behind him and grab his shoulder
The man looks back confused
Tanjiro grits his teeth and Mizuto thinks he's just tripping and trying to start a fight
"It's him Mizuto!" Tanjiro grabs his sword but then he hears a young girl
"Daddy?" She says
Muzan then turns his body a bit revealing a young girl in his arm
"Who's that?" She says to him
"He's... he's... he's..." Tanjiro says in his head
"It's alright. Don't worry." He says to his daughter
"He's living here, pretending to be a human!" Tanjiro just stands there looking crazy
"Hey mister! I am so so so sorry! My friend here seems a bit rough right now." Mizuto says not knowing what's going on
"It's okay" Muzan says with a smile on his face
"Is there something I can do for you? You seem quite flustered." He says with a smile on his face
But then his wife walks over, "Oh my. What's going on?" She says arriving on scene
"Mother!" The little girl says happily
Tanjiro puts a hand around his mouth as Mizuto walks over to him
"They're humans! The girl and the woman... their scent is human!" Tanjiro says to Mizuto
"Don't you know? Can't you tell? That this guy is a demon?" Tanjiro tells Mizuto who's heart dropped instantly
"Do you know them?" The wife says to her husband Muzan
"No. Much to my consternation, I've never seen these kids before." One of Muzans hand drops revealing his sharp claws
"They must have mistaken me for someone else." He then spots a couple walking past and slices his neck
"Oh, you think so?" She says but Tanjiro spots what Muzan did
The guy then grabs the back of his neck and falls a bit but his wife grabs him
"Dear, what's the matter?" She says aiding her husband
Veins then starts to show although his body and takes a bit out of the girls shoulder
"Stop!" The two boys nearly sat in sync as they rush over they then look at Muzan who's giving off a deadly glare
