The girls bang on the door. Jr opens the door. “Finally.” Keisha said. Simone pulls her heels off. “Where’s Tymel?” Simone asked. “They are in the basement.” Jr said. The girls rush to the basement. “Damn.” Desmond said. “He’s coming with me now.” Simone said, pulling Tymel. “I guess it’s goodnight.” Tymel said. “Punk ass.” Desmond said.
7:00am. “Dang you already showered and dressed.” Tymel said. “Because I had to wash my hair.” Simone said. Simone fixes up the room. “Are we doing date nights again?” Tymel asked. “Yes but it has to fit on my schedule.” Simone said. “What are you talking about girl?” Tymel asked. “I’m thinking about getting back on the court. I’m annoyed with just sitting at home waiting for you to come back.” Simone said.
“You didn’t tell me about that.” Tymel said. “It’s just something I'm thinking about. I haven't called teams yet because WE have a lot going on.” Simone said. “ Well I support you no matter what.” Tymel said. Simone hugs him. “Thank you, don’t worry I'll still be at every game cheering you on.” Simone said. “I wanna hear daddy every time I shoot.” Tymel said. “Umm. We’ll see.” Simone laughed.
Simone hugs Jr. “My lonely baby, next time we see each other you better have a girlfriend.” Simone said. “You know he won’t get a damn girlfriend.” Keisha said. “I wonder why.” Nat said, looking at Thea. Simone hits Nat. “It was meeting you all, Have a safe flight.” Nicki said. “Damn you kicking us out already.” Thea said. “It was nice meeting you too!” Simone said. “Bye losers.” Keisha said.
Simone unlocks the door. “Home sweet home.” Simone said. “Did y'all change something in here?” Desmond asked. “She got rid of the rug, and she changed the theme.” Tymel said. “Thanks for letting us crash here till our apartment is done.” Keisha said. “Anytime mi casa is your cosa too.” Simone said. “Any rules?” Desmond asked. “Actually no.” Tymel said.
“Did you take my last bag, Tymel?” Simone asked. “I sure did.” Tymel said. Simone rolls her eyes. “Are you going anywhere today?” Tymel asked. “Nope.” Simone said. Tymel gives Simone paper and a pen. “Write some ideas. It’s officially date night.” Tymel said. “Ohh you was foreal.” Simone said. “Yes,I miss it.” Tymel said.
Keisha shakes the jar. “You guys are going… Skating.” Keisha said. “I was hoping for that one too!” Simone said. “ I actually think that’s dope. Cute date nights.” Desmond said. “That just shows how unromantic you are.” Keisha said. “You guys should pick one out of this too. Simone said. Desmond picks one. “Escape room.” Desmond said.
“ Someone called me a basketball whore under my post.” Simone laughed. “That’s funny.” Keisha said. “ I honestly hate your supporters.” Simone said. “They hate you too.” Tymel said. “Y'all got too much junk food.” Desmond said. “No. She has too much junk food.” Tymel said. “Can y'all stop talking about my diet.” Simone said. "Fine." Tymel said.
