Ranboo POV
Saturday ~ 11:57pm
"Since we're all finished, it's time we take Tommy to the plaza! You ready Tommy?" Wilbur asked smiling at him.
Tommy looked to me with a frown and I laughed, "Go on..."
He shook his head and hugged me, "I don't wanna go..."
I kissed his cheek, "We already went over this..."
He sniffled and buried his head in my chest, "I'm gonna miss you so much."
I sighed, "It'll only be a couple hours."
He pulled away with teary eyes and I shook my head smiling. He sniffled then smiled.
"You've gotta be kidding me....how clingy can you be Tommy?" Techno asked shaking his head.
I laughed and Tommy rolled his eyes, "Whatever, now let's go before I change my mind."
I grabbed his hand, "You gonna say bye?"
He hugged me and kissed my cheek, "Bye Ranboo. I'll see you in a bit, I love you."
"Bye Toms, I love you too." I said hugging back and then letting go.
He took a deep breath then walked out with his brothers waving.
"You can wait here if you'd like, Ranboo and Tubbo." Tommy's mother said.
I smiled, "Thankyou."
Tubbo shrugged, "I'm gonna head home, but thanks anyways."
She nodded and Phil said, "If you want you can come back over later."
Tubbo nodded, "Perhaps,....I'll be off then. Bye!"
"Bye!" They both smiled.
"Later Tubbo!" I saved and he waved back.
He left and I got up, "Did you guys need any help with the dishes?"
Phil shook his head, "Nah, don't worry about it. You can go up to Tommy's room, we'll be fine."
I nodded, "Well alright. Thankyou for the food."
"Ofcourse, and thankyou for offering to help." Tommy's mother said.
I smiled and then left. I walked up the stairs and turned into Tommy's room. I layed down on his bed and my phone started buzzing. I was getting a facetime.....from Tommy. I answered it and heard him.
"Babe! Babe! Babe, can you hear me?!" He asked enthusiastically.
I laughed, "Yes I can hear you. Can I see you?"
He turned the camera to face him and I did the same. He smiled, "Its almost like your right here with me....except I can't feel you."
"Yep...and I miss you already." I frowned.
He blushed, "I miss you too. Are you in my room?"
I nodded, "Mhmm, I'll be here waiting."
He smiled brightly, "Good."
"Seriously Tommy? You've been apart for 5 minutes." I heard Techno say.
Tommy rolled his eyes, "So what? You never said anything against using my phone to communicate."
Wilbur chuckled, "No using your phone to communicate with anyone, starting in a mimute."
Tommy huffed, "You stupid piece of-"
"Tommy, don't. Listen to your brothers okay? See you soon. Bye." I said.
He groaned, "There so mean....but okay. Later, bye babe...I love you."
"I love you too." I waved into the camera.
He waved back and blew kisses. I did the same and then he got the phone taken and it hung up. I sighed, I didn't think I'd miss you this much...
I layed down looking up at the cieling of Tommy's bedroom. I groaned, This is gonna be a long few hours...
Time Skip ~ 12:31pm
Tommy POV
My brothers and I had just arrived at the plaza. I was excited for them to buy me loads of things, but I was seriously missing Ranboo a whole bunch.
This would be good though. It would help me to become less clingy......I think? Honestly, I'm kinda feeling way more clingy.
I got out of the car and followed my two brothers out of the parking lot.
"Where to first?" My two brothers asked in unison.
I just smiled, I missed them.
Time Skip ~ 1:00pm
Ranboo POV
I'd been laying in Tommy's bed for about an hour. I tried sleeping even though I knew it was a lost cause. I couldn't fall asleep though, I seriously needed Tommy. Its been about an hour and I feel like its been an eternity.
I sighed and then there was a knock on the window.
Odd....the only person who comes through the window is Tubbo...and he went home.
....so who could it be?
I got up and moved the curtains aside to see a familiar red head holding a yellow note to the window.
"Tommy, please hear me out? I just want to talk." It read.
It was the fifth time Derrick had shown up out of no where trying to reach Tommy. First time he'd come through the window however. The first time was at school. Then he had followed us home one day. Another time he showed up at my place and twice he he came to Tommy's front door. He had been trying to apologize and every time, Tommy had turned him away.
To be honest....I think Tommy should give him a chance or at least hear him out, but I never said anything about it.
I sighed and opened the window, "Derrick, Tommy isn't here."
He raised a brow, "When are you two ever apart?"
I frowned, "Never, but it's his birthday and so his brothers took him out to the plaza."
He nodded, "Okay......can we talk then?"
I wasn't sure what to say...., "Actually, I'm not so sure thats a great idea..."
He stepped into the room and grabbed my hand, "Ranboo, please. I just want to talk..."
I pulled my hand away, "Talk. That's it."
He smiled, "Its been awhile, how have you been?"
"Fine." I replied blandly.
I didn't want to be rude, but I didn't want to be nice.
He laughed, "Oh c'mon Ranboo, I'm not gonna hurt you."
He stepped closer to me and I asked, "What do you want?"
He took a quick breath, "Well, recently I stopped hanging out with Kyle and Dale. Though I still talk to Kyle every now and then, but just cause he has home issues...and Kyle has been trying to clean up his act too. This isn't about him though. I wanted to apologize..." he grabbed my hand and held it, "I'm sorry I was so mean to you and Tommy..." he took a step closer and I was starting to become very uncomfortable. "I......really want to be friends."
I pulled away gently, "I think you should talk to Tommy about that."
He rolled his eyes, "I've tried....you know that. He never listens to me. Maybe you could convince him to meet with me?"
I shrugged, "I'm not gonna force anything."
He nodded, "Yeah ofcourse......so...I wanted to ask you something...."
"Mhmm?" I asked.
He took a deep breath, "Would you...like to hang out one of these days? Y'know, as friends maybe?"
I knew I should say no.....but maybe this could be good.
I nodded, "Maybe, I'll have to check with Tommy though."
He crossed his arms, "Ranboo, you're your own person. You don't need permission from him to hang out with a friend."
"Your not my friend Derrick." I said stepping back.
He sighed, "Ranboo....maybe Tommy's a bit controlling. Ever liked anyone else?"
"What? No ofcourse not. I only like Tommy." I replied.
He moved closer to me and held my hand, "Ranboo....remember when I told you about that crush?"
I nodded, "Yeah...what about it?"
He smiled, "I really like you a lot Ranboo. I'm gay actually and I've liked you ever since I saw you on your first day. I didn't have the courage to come up to you though, because I saw you were Tommy's friend."
I pulled away, "Derrick, I'm with Tommy. I think you should go."
He grabbed my arm and came closer, "Ranboo do you think I'm attractive at all? Cause I think that if I'd of approached you before Tommy....we'd of had an even better relationship than you and Tommy have now. It's not fare that you didn't get to explore. Why don't you give me a chance? We can turn that hangout into.....a date?"
I pushed him away gently, "No. Now leave. We're not gonna hang out at all anymore. You need to go. I love Tommy, and you and me would've never happened either way. So no."
He huffed upset, "I'll see you later."
"No actually, you won't." I said also upset.
He rolled his eyes and left. I closed the window and locked it. Then I layed down on Tommy's bed and sighed, Why do I feel so disloyal again?.....I turned him away.
...,but I let him touch me and now I feel guilty. I pushed him away though...
I need to tell Tommy....,but maybe I should wait till after his birthday. He doesn't need this on his special day.
I continued staring up at Tommy's cieling.
