18. 𝘪𝘮 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘢𝘥
𝙰/𝙽: 𝚞𝚙𝚍𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚊𝚐𝚊𝚒𝚗 𝚌𝚊𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝚒 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚗𝚘 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚒𝚖 𝚋𝚘𝚛𝚎𝚍 :)
i got out the shower and quickly changed into some comfortable clothes but not too comfortable since tsukishima was over.
i wore an oversized black tee with some grey sweatpants
i couldn't even see my reflection in the mirror since it was foggy.
i just hoped I didn't look completely dead.
i opened my bathroom door which then revealed tsukishima looking over at the photos above my window.
pictures of Kenma and kuroo. some of yaku and Yamamoto and even some new ones with lev in it.
"you done snooping around?" I asked which startled him, guess he didn't hear me open the bathroom door.
"I wasn't-" tsukishima started saying something but I quickly cut him off "yes you were, don't lie." I say with an innocent smile plastered on my face
"you're so annoying" he said as he took a seat at the edge of my bed
"you know you can get comfortable right?" I said as I laid on my bed and cuddled my yoshi plushie
he then awkwardly moved more up on the bed and laid beside me staring up at the ceiling
"you hungry? i can make us something to eat" I asked him as I turned around to face him
he did the same and asked "do you want to make something?"
i sighed "bro. are you hungry or not?" I simply asked a little aggravated
"no" he answered but then his stomach grumbled really loudly
"hm... you sure about that?" I laughed as I teased the boy by fluffing his hair
he playfully smacked my hand away "shut up" he grumbled which made me laugh even more
I lightly pushed his shoulder "or what? you gonna hit me?" I joked
he then gave me a playful smirk as he grab both my hands and pinned me down on my bed with his body now hovering over mine
"I don't hit women" he gently said as he looked me in my eyes
shivers were sent down my spine. holy shit.
I noticed that he looked down at my lips for a slight second then looked back up at my eyes
my body was getting too hot from the sudden tension.
"we should.. probably go make food now.." I said in between pauses trying to change the topic
"what's the rush?" he lightly whispered as he leaned in closer to my face
our lips only centimeters apart, it was then when I remember the feeling of when we kissed for the first time.
i couldn't help but wonder what it would feel like for his lips to be on mine again
i was about to give in to the temptation when my door suddenly burst wide open
"y/n why are you home early? and who else is he-" katsuro didn't get to finish his question we he saw us both
both our heads shot towards my older brother.
our bodies reacted faster than lightning as we split apart from each other.
"katsuro it's not what you think, I promise!" I shouted at the boy who's mouth was hanging wide open
"I'm telling dad" were the first words to leave his mouth as he abruptly walked out the room
I quickly chased behind him "katsuro!" he then turned around to face me
he made a face and pretended to gag "I almost puked dude" he said dramatically which made me roll my eyes at him
"you're not going to tell dad about anything" I said threateningly
"and why won't I?" he asked with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face
"because I'll tell him about the time you snuck out to see mao last week!" I blackmailed him
"you don't have proof" he said with a smirk
my smile grew even wider "actually I do!" I said as I pulled out my phone and pulled up a video of katsuros sneaking out through the back door
"what the fuck!" he shouted angrily
"so we have a deal? dad doesn't know about me coming home early with a boy and he won't know about you sneaking out to see mao" I asked with my hand out for him to shake it
and he did "fine but only this time" he said with a pissed look on his face
i smiled to myself as I had clearly won this argument
"I hate you" he mumble as he walked into this room
i walked back into my room "well since katsuros home, it won't be long until the rest of them come home too so wanna go out to eat?" I asked the blonde boy
"sure, but what happened with your brother?" he asked
"oh I just black mailed him into not saying anything" I said with an evil smirk on my face
"wow, you're actually fucking crazy" he joked
"yeah whatever imma go change into something so we can leave" I said as I grabbed some clothes and went into the bathroom to change again

once I got out of the bathroom I handed tsukishima some causal clothes so he could change out of his school uniform
"thanks" was all he said before heading into my bathroom to change
it was a simple white tee shirt with some black cargos which he chose to layer it with his grey zip up

"who's clothes are these anyway?" tsukishima asked
"they're mine but they used to be kuroo's" I said
his expression dropped slightly "he's your best friend right?" he asked
"yeah him and kenma but that doesn't matter right now cause I'm starving!" I said as I grabbed a hold of his hand dragging him outside my room
"y/n!" my brother called which made us both turn to face him
he was laying on his bed, his door wide open. the led lights in his room were set to purple.
"yeah?"
"have fun with your boyfriend" he said with a smirk
I flipped him off and dragged tsukishima away so we could get away from my brother
"fuck yourself" I said as we put our shoes on and left the house
"I didn't think he was gonna get home that early" I said as I let go of Tsukishima's hand
"he didn't, you just took forever in the shower" tsukishima teased
I flipped him offf
"wanna go to [favorite restaurant]?" I asked him since I knew he was still hungry
his eyes seemed to light up after you mentioned the restaurant name
"yes" he simply let out trying to hide his excitement
(skip to later)
we had ordered all our food. tsukishima had an order of bibimbap and an orange juice while I had some simple stir fried (chicken, shrimp, or beef) udon noodles with [favorite drink] and for our sides we got bbq pork buns and pot stickers (sorry I was hungry while writing this)
"have you been to this place before?" I asked as I looked over at tsukishima who was sipping on his orange juice
he nods his head "my brother took me and my mom out to eat here for my birthday last year"
"aww that's cute"
"when's your birthday by the way?" I asked curiously
"september 27th, yours?" he said as he looked over at you
"may 2nd"
"that's next month, you planning anything?" he asked
i shook my head "probably not" I said "maybe just dinner with family"
he hummed in response taking another sip of his orange juice
you copied his action and took a sip of your [favorite drink]
"what does that taste like anyways? i never had it" he asked curiously about your drink
i slid it towards him "taste it and find out" I said
he did and his face scrunched up at the sudden taste "it's sour then it's sweet"
i nodded my head "yup just how I like it" he laughed a little
our food then came and both our eyes lit up, this is one of the first times I actually ever seen tsukishima excited for food. It was quite enjoyable.
"here's your bibimbap and your stir fried noodles"
"and your sides of pot stickers and bbq pork buns, have a nice meal!" the waitor said before leaving
"thank you" both tsukishima and I said at the same
we had a nice time eating our food and joking around
(small time skip)
we exited the restaurant "I don't think I ever got your number" tsukishima said
"yeah let's keep it that way" I said with a playful smile on my face
"dickhead" he scoffed then looked away from me
"kidding, here put your number in." I said as I handed him my unlocked phone
you could tell he was trying to hold his smile in as he typed away at my phone
he handed my phone back and said "I texted myself so I can save your number later"
i nodded my head
"hey chibi-chan!" an overly obnoxious voice was heard from behind tsukishima
we both look to see who it was and of course it just had to be him.
