I changed it just a bit. Where I'm from high school consists of 4 grades/levels 9-12 so it's basically the same but, instead of going freshy, Junior, senior there's Sophomore put in there too.
If you've ever seen ice age you know Eddie and Crash? They're who I based Tanoya off of cause it kinda depicts the twos friendship.

"And then he was all like woah and she went spoof! It was so cool!" Karasuno's women's volleyball team had just finished their match and fortunately, they won.
They'd been practicing a lot since the last semester and everyone could tell. Yachi and Kiyoko were in the locker rooms talking to the girls about their performance while everyone was waiting outside.
Hinata was excited for his friends, if you couldn't tell. He was going over in detail about how awesome their play was. Nishinoya and Tanaka were listening to him talk hyping him up even more.
He was getting a bit loud but, the team was used to it and didn't really mind. They loved it when Hinata talked to them it could be annoying sometimes but, most the time they all came out laughing minus one person: Tsukishima.
Dude wouldn't laugh for nobody unless you were being made fun of or Yamaguchi was to say something. If you asked me I'd say he was whipped but, that'll be decided later.
"Hey, Hinata, can you calm down please.." Yamaguchi didn't want to sound mean but, his head was throbbing from all the loud cheering everyone around him did. Hinata smiled at him sheepishly "Sorry Yams" Yamaguchi only smiled at him "It's ok. I can tell you're really excited, so are we."
Hinata liked Yamaguchi. He was always so caring and supportive to the team. None of them understood how Tsukishima managed to be his friend. Hinata continued on with his excitement as they all started to leave just a bit quieter not wanting to aggravate yamaguchi.
"Hey we should go all go get some celebratory meat buns!" Nishinoya yells causing yamaguchi to flinch and Tsukishima glare at his senior.
"Ooh yeah! I'm starving what about you guys!" Hinata smiled as he looked around towards everyone. They all smiled looking towards Tanaka and Nishinoya as they were the oldest present.
"You say, you pay." Tanaka grumbled rolling his eyes "Fine. There's not that many anyways.." Suga and Daichi had already left along with the not-so-big, big three. leaving the four second years and two third years alone.
"WOOHOO! Meatbuns, meatbuns!" Nishinoya and Hinata started cheering getting loud again. He was so excited he seemed to have forgotten about Yamaguchi's headache. Tsukishima wanted to strangle the dude.
"Oi shrimp!" Hinata turned around the smile on his face wide, "Can you shut up for once? All you ever do is talk."
Tanaka and Kageyama started walking towards the group with the meat buns not knowing what was going on.
"You Never stop talking." Tsukishima grabbed Yamaguchi's hand dragging him away from the group paying no attention to the scene just caused.
Yamaguchi looked back mouthing 'Sorry' as he tried to pry himself from Tsukishima's grip. As for everyone else walking up and down the streets, they continued on with their day like nothing happened.
"Oi, where are they going? I got the buns!" Tanaka had finally made it with kageyama "Don't know." Kageyama Shrugs his shoulders reaching into the bag grabbing a meat bun "Let's just eat."
Nishinoya Jumped onto his bro grabbing two meatbuns as Yamaguchi and Tsukishima's would go to waste.
"Hey Hinata! Come get your meat bro!" Hinata shook his head of what just happened smiling again jumping towards his seniors "Thank you~" They laughed as Hinata had already gobbled them down. Kageyama reach over and ruffled his hair "Don't go so fast, dumbass, you'll choke."
Nishinoya and Tanaka looked at each other in disbelief "Oo~ Hina-Chan you never told us you had a boyfriend~"
Hinata looked at them surprised as Kageyama deadpanned at the two "You didn't know?"
It was Tanaka and Noya's turns to be surprised "Wait..WHAT? Why didn't you tell us? Why? I thought we were your Senpais!" A huge sweat drop formed over top of the couple. "Do you not trust us anymore?" Nishinoya grabbed Tanaka's shirt collar shaking him "Our poor kohai he's all grown up what will we do?"
Hinata smiled sheepishly "Sorry senpais.." Hinata used the name hoping it would pick them up "We just thought you already knew..everyone knew." Kageyama nodded agreeing with the ginger.
"You see everyone knew before us bro!" Tanaka and Noya fell into each other crying. Kageyama just rolled his eyes "Thank you for the meatbuns.." Kageyama nodded his head into the opposite direction towards Hinata's house indicating they should just leave the two.
The walk towards home was silent, it's never silent. The silence wasn't comforting at all and Kageyama didn't like it one bit.
"Hey mom!" Hinata walks through the door Kageyama trailing behind him "Hey Shoyo, Tobio"
Kageyama smiled at the woman waving.
"How was your day?" Hinata shrugged "Ooh I see. What about you Tobio?" Kageyama only shrugged "The same as every day." She smiled at the two.
"Well alright. I'm going to bed now there's some food in the fridge if you get hungry." She walked over towards the two leaning down to kiss Shoyo on the forehead then pull Tobio down and do the same.
"Alright I'm off. Night boys, don't be too loud your sister is already asleep." Hinata smiled at his mom before going to his room to put his things away.
"Are you hungry?" Kageyama shook his head walking towards Hinata engulfing him in a hug.
"Your moms nice.." Hinata nodded into his arms laughing "Yeah she really is.."
Kageyama smiled at the ginger in his arms "Let's go to sleep." Kageyama playfully gasped "You? Sleep? No way! I was sure you'd want to play games!"
Hinata laughed at the guy "Ah yes what I surprise! Tonight we shall feast on dreams" They both just stood there laughing for a minute.
"Alright let's go." Kageyama picked Hinata up carrying him bridal style "He woah! Put me down!" Kageyama laughed "Oh come on you jump higher than this at practice!"
Hinata huffs as Kageyama puts him down on the bed laying on top on him, wrapping his arms around the youngest frame.
"Good night.." Hinata smiled shyly still not used to this nicer side of the taller.
"Good night Tobio.." and with that they closed their eyes slipping away.
The only problem was Kageyama wasn't slipping away into dream land but, instead to his conscious questioning the whole of reality.
'Hinata had been quite on the walk here didn't aggravate me for kisses, he wasn't jumping all over the place and he didn't go psycho crazy when explaining to his mom how his day was. You wanna know what really threw me off? He didn't want food or video games. That right there really was what really made me start questioning reality.'
I look up at his relaxed features 'Gosh you're so beautiful..' I smiled before laying my head back down on his chest.

"SHOYO!" A loud scream woke me up from my amazing dream about beating Shiritorizawa at our volleyball tournament.
I open my eyes looking beside me realizing the ginger was no longer in bed. Yeah quickly jump up from where I was laying to see what all the commotion was. I run down the stairs into the living room almost tripping "What's going on?"
Hinatas mom and sister were setting on the couch with Hinata in front of them. I look between the three confused as they burst out laughing.
"What's so funny?" Hinata laughs showing me a game piece "We're playing a game! I would've asked you but, you looked so peaceful." Kageyama nodded walking over towards Hinata.
"What are you playing?" Hinata grabs the little plastic pieces with numbers written on them "We're playing sudoku" I nod my head "So-what ku?" They all laugh "Sudoku it's a number game and skills game sorta we play it sometimes."
I nod my head "Welp you're gonna have to teach me." Hinata laughs "Of course!"
Hinata's mom looked at her watch her smile quickly fading "I have to go boys work starts soon. You should get ready for school." She grabs her purse sliding her phone in it grabbing her coat off the rack "Come on Nat we don't want to be late!" The little girl smiles at the boys before following her mom.
Hinata waves at them before they leave the house.
"Welp I'm gonna get my things your uniform is in the bathroom.." Kageyama nodded getting up walking towards the bathroom as Hinata goes the opposite direction.

The walk to school was just like last night, Silent. It was really freaking me out. Hinata never goes anywhere without making himself known he's always so loud. Now that I think about it this all started yesterday when we left to get meatbuns.
I look down at Hinata to see him looking down with his hands in his pockets. He seemed to be thinking about something.
Before I realized it we had already made it to the club room. Something was definitely wrong, he didn't challenge me to a race. Oh my god dear heavenly Father please what is wrong with this boy he's freaking me out.
"Ok!" I Stand in-front if him placing my hands on his shoulders "what's your deal?" Hinata looks at me confused "What do you mean?" My eyes widen as I shake him slightly "You haven't been bouncing off the walls you didn't aggravate me for my hand or for kisses you didn't even challenge me to a race." Hinata looks taken aback as sweat rolls off his forehead.
He smiles rubbing the back of his neck "I'm just tired that's all!" I look him up and down ready to say something then a third shadow shows up behind us "Late to practice huh?"
We stop in fear as I could already see the face he's making. We both slowly turn around "Hey captain.."
Ennoshita glares holes into us "You better have a good explanation.." I look at Hinata panicked as he does the same.
"Well you see.."

"Move those legs boys! We don't have all day." I felt like I was gonna fall over we'd been running around the gym all morning it was so annoying. I look over to see Kageyama behind me winded.
We weren't the only ones late but, Tsukishima and Yamaguchi has some sort of stupid privilege or something. I notice everyone get slow and Ennoshita bring the whistle close to his lips "Alright! Clean up and let's go." He really surprises me sometimes. He acts more like a middle school gym teacher than a captain but, what's the difference really.
They nearly fall to the floor as they make their way back up to the club room. Noya comes over and pats Hinata on the back "Hey we were gonna go play a few games at the park later today wanna join?" He smiles jumping up and down "Yes! I'd love to! Wow it's gonna be so cool. Is anyone else coming? Well other teams I mean."
A groan could be heard behind the as Yamaguchi looks at Tsukishima trying to tell him something "You never stop talking do you? All you ever do is scream and jump around god you're so annoying. Just shut up for once in your life would it be so hard to act normal?" He walks past them out of the club room. Yamaguchi goes towards the boy ready to say something before he's cut off "I'm ok it's just Stingyshima.."
Yamaguchi looks down again "I'm sorry Hinata..I'll talk to him.." Hinata smile at him "It's ok Yams. You've tried before" He smiles at Shorter before running after the blonde.
Tanaka walks towards the ginger "Is this what he said yesterday? Is that why they stormed off?" Nishinoya walked beside them both nodding. Kageyama just stared he didn't know what to do. He felt angry, no infuriated, no. He was vexed. He was so sick of that stupid blonde.
It's ironic really you'd expect him to be smarter than mess with someone for no reason with his good grades and all that. Some people are just stuck up he's like the walking example of "Pain doesn't mean you get to be an asshole.."
Ennoshita walked over to the group of boy "Let's just clean up and head to class. We'll just stay after school longer, ok?" They all nod bowing "Yes, captain" Ennoshita smiled at the boys before walking off.
Noya came closer placing a hand on Hinata's shoulder "It's alright dude if he does it again your senpais will kick his ass and then teach him some manners!" Tanaka's snorted rapping his arm around Noya turning him towards the other second year "I think he already has the covered bro. He's so mad."
Hinata frowned walking towards Kageyama grabbing his hand "Hey come on class is gonna start soon." Kageyama was glaring at the floor so hard Hinata thought it would start wobbling "Let's go, Tobio." That name seemed to always kick the blue boy out of his trances causing him to become a blushing mess. Hinata smiled at him pulling him towards the locker room.
"Come on big guy! We have a whole day of learning to do." His words were filled with sarcasm and they both threw their heads back and groaned. I swear they were made for each other.

Class ends quicker than expected as i make my way towards the hall. I bump into someone as i'm walking though the crowded space. I look up to find the last person I'd ever want to see snarling at me.
"So you're obnoxious and you can't watch where you're going." I just roll my eyes as I look for my favorite green haired friend but, he's not there.
"Look stingyshima I don't know what I did to you but, you need to stop being a butt! I don't see what Yamaguchi even likes you. Now move, I have class." The younger glares at me pulling me closer by my collar "What'd you say to me?"
I give him the same glare as he brings me closer. "You heard what I said." He shakes his head "Why you little piece-"
I hear someone yell behind me before someone comes out of nowhere knocking the blonde to the ground. I was dropped then pushed behind someone as he threw his fist again connecting it with the blondes face. Tsukishima gets up again ready to punch Kageyama when more yelling erupts.
"Hey!" I look back to find my savior "What the hell is going on here?" Yamaguchi grabs Tsukishima away from Kageyama standing between the two making his average frame look small.
He sends a mean glare into Tsukishima's direction "What did you do, Tsukishima Kei?" Tsukishima looks taken aback as the younger used his full name "Why don't you ask loud mouth over there what happened." Yamaguchi look towards me as I peep out from behind Kageyama who was now looking at me "I didn't mean to! I was trying to get to class and you got mad over nothing!" Yamaguchi looked back at Tsukishima "I didn't mean to bump into you. I swear!" The greenettes jaw dropped.
"Really Kei? You got all pissy over a simple accident. Typical" Tsukishima glares at Yamaguchi who only returns the same energy with no trace of fear in his features. "Why don't you tell the little fuck to watch where he's going then, Tadashi." That seemed to be Kageyama's last straw as he tried lunging for the boy but, ended up being caught by two teachers. They tried carrying him away but, he eventually hit out seeing as he was calm all of a sudden.
"If you ever touch him again. I will shove my foot so far up your ass you'll never see the light of day again." He stands you straight as Tsukishima smirks losing it shortly after Kageyma spoke again"It's not a threat. That's a promise." Yamaguchi reaches up pulling Tsukishima to his height by his ear "You're coming with me Kei. I oughta slap the hell outta you. I know your momma didn't raise you in a barn now act like it. " You could see the pain on the blondes eyes as he was being dragged away.
I pull on Kageyama's hand signaling him "Hey..let's go Tobio.." He looks around at the crowd surrounding us before nodding "C'mon."
We end up in an empty classroom as Kageyama sets on one of the empty tables. I follow after him laying a hand on his shoulder. "Hey..Ka-" I was cut short as I was pulled into a tight embrace. "I love you so much, baby, don't ever let anyone lay a hand on you. If they do I'll kill them." I laugh running my fingers though his hair. He pulls ways from the embrace his face stone cold "I'm serious, Shoyo, I don't need you getting hurt." I laugh slightly "I promise I'll be careful from now on." He smiles at me flicking my forehead slightly.
"You're such a dumbass.."
"But I'm your dumbass.." he rolls his eyes laughing before pulling me into another hug.
"Never stop talking." I smile as I melt into his embrace finally feeling at peace.
"Don't worry, I never will."

BONUS
I sat on my bed as Yamaguchi impatiently tapped his foot against the wooden floor "Well?" I roll my eyes looking in the other direction.
"Look at me young man." I look back towards him to see him surprisingly calm and smiling "If you don't apologize to Hinata the next time you meet him I swear Tsukishima Kei I'll make your life a living hell."
I gulp not doubting him for a moment. Yamaguchi was many things but, a liar wasn't one of them. He's never lied in his life, not to me at least. I nod my head relaxing as he smiles genuinely this time.
"Great! Now let's do something I don't want to stay home all evening." I get up from the bed filling the greenettes sinister smile 'What have I gotten myself into..'
