The girl ran after the person whom she thought was Kang Sae-Byeok.
"Sae!"
She was running after her until a person riding a motorcycle pass by her causing her to fall down.
"what the actual fuck?!" she shouted,
"a sorry would've been nice! That asshole!" standing up as she looked at the guy,
"Han! Come back here!"
A group of cops were running after the guy, "Han? Have I heard that from somewh-" before she could finish her sentence, a police car literally went through her making her eyes wide.
"what the hell..." she was stunned, how come she didn't got hit?
Did a car really just- pass through her like she was thin air?
Swent to the guy who was hiding from the cops, seeing him behind a wall.
She stood in front of him, his helmet was still on and she tried getting his attention. But she remained unnoticed,
"hey!" she tried calling him, but he didn't answer.
"you still have that charm, Ryu." the guy whispered,
"okay, let's try this again." but before she can even try to open her mouth, the guy just walked right through her texting someone, like the police car.
But what shocked her more, was when he removed his helmet and realised who it was.
"Kenj... Kenji?!" her mouth gaped open as she gasped, she tried getting his attention again despite knowing he couldn't see her.
"what's going on? Why am I here, why is he here?! KENJI! IM HERE- HELLOOO?" she panicked,
Kenji looked down and threw his phone at the wall and slid his back as he sat down making her jump, "DUDE WHAT THE HELL-" Y/n looked down and saw what was on the phone.
Messages.
To: Dad.
Dad, I need your help.
dad?
dad please, they're out to get me!
why aren't you answering your phone? seen at 1:37 am.
The girl looked at Kenji who has his head down, she squatted down and stared at him.
His face was straight until his lips trembled, he was sniffling, 'til tears started rolling down his cheeks.
"you've always been the problem, Kenji." his voice heightened, her confused expression softened.
"Kenj-"
Twp people suddenly went outside the building next to them, "if you want to play more games, win money like that or even more, you can win a lot by playing such games in a couple days, just call that number."
"fine, I'll... I'll call it later." she immediately recognised that voice, she looked back at Kenji and jogged to them and saw who it was.
"Ji-Yeong?!" she tried calling her, but just like what happened with Kenji, she went unnoticed.
"I have no where else to go so..." she took out her phone, until she glanced at the boy who was having a breakdown beside the building.
She shrugged it off, walking off making the call.
"Ji... No!" she tried calling for her friend but it was useless, nobody can see her nor hear her
She turned around and saw that Kenji also left, as she decided to walk around while the busses were passing by.
Her eyes met someone's, hoping they saw her but it sent shivers to her body as she recognised who's eyes it was.
"sae..."
It was like they were playing together, while she naively followed the girl that looked like the woman she loves.
She followed, followed and followed the girl until it sent her to the woods,
"where did she go?!"
The whole situation was frustrating her, she was so confused, so lost and was so desperate to just go to her amrs once again.
"where did she go?!"
She ran, and ran, until she felt her body fall into a deep hole. Her eyes opened, groaning as she felt her body stiffened,
"wha... What the hell is going on?" looking around, her entire body being covered in dirt and mud as she nearly passed out,
The woods looking like there was no way out caused her heart to pound, she didn't know what was waiting for her in there.
Wondering her eyes feeling like there was someone, or something watching her.
She suddenly heard wolves howling, running towards her. Their eyes were blood red, reminding her of the color of the guards' uniforms that shot her friends that meant so much to her.
Tears were filling up her eyes, with all her strength she stood up and made a run for it.
Her eyes were seeing nothing but monsters, out to get her. With her left wondering if she's near to get out of the woods.
Rain started pouring, it was like she was given the consequences for all her sins. The storm seeming like it was forming an orchestra as they both cried out of pain and agony,
"why is this happening to me?!" her raspy voice frustratingly shouted, vines that seemed like it had thorns started climbing up her legs, her arms, her entire body making her scream,
Her hands were reaching for anything, anyone, to hopefully help her but she had nothing, no one was there to help her.
she didn't realise she was being dragged off a waterfall, she took the opportunity to use the vines to hopefully use it as a support so she couldn't get dragged. She new she'd survive as she knew how to, or so she thought?
Her heart dropped as one of the vines snapped, the waves of the waterfall completely dragging her down the ocean while her screams echoed through the forest.
The girl's body slapped at the waters, she was having a hard time to breathe as she kept her mouth closed under the waters, she was drowning.
And what's worse?
Is that she couldn't swim.
She tried so hard to go up and catch her breath, her tears becoming one with the ocean as Y/n L/n fought for her life once again.
Y/n finally made it back to the shores, she couldn't help but to scream her heart out of frustration.
She didn't knew what was going on,
shivering while she hugged herself, walking around the island she was currently at.
A swing was suddenly in the picture with a girl watching the ocean,
Her lips trembled, recognising the same girl with the wolfcut she once met.
Y/n was about to walk over there,
"so I did THAT for you to just- walk around here, huh Ariel?"
