Right now Henry and I invited Charlotte and Jasper for a science project, Piper is chatting with dad on the computer, I'm helping Henry while drinking water
" Henry, Paris, please come video chat with dad!" we hear Piper said to us two, making us look up from the textbook and to her
" no, we're doing science project for school" I answers
" but I'm trying to text Marla and dad keeps talking about his dumb hotel" Piper whines
" sorry" Henry apologized and we went back to the textbook
" okay, now we take the egg and shake it thusly" Jasper explained which catch our attention on him and walk over to him
We all chanted ' shake the egg' when he does it, but we stop when we noticed sweat coming to Jasper even it been a minute or even under seconds
" man, I've never seen anyone sweat so much" Charlotte commented
I nodded in agreement
" it runs in my family, my mom sweats in her sleep" Jasper tells us
Soon the timer on Henry's phone goes off
" okay, time's up" Henry turns off the timer and I got a towel for Jasper and he takes it to wipe the sweat on his face
" now, it says to turn on the power and then put the egg on the electrometer" Henry reads the instructions on the textbook
Jasper put on the safety goggles and put the egg on the electrometer
" okay" Jasper said and turns it on
" now what?" Charlotte asked us
" we wait" I answers
" see?" Jasper asked as he gets his face close to the egg, " the egg is already starting to smell kind of--"
Jasper didn't finish when the egg yolk exploded on his face, which made Charlotte and I startled
" was it supposed to do that?" Charlotte asked between giggles, I just crack a smile of the scene
" no, it was not supposed to do that!" Jasper snaps
" I'm all right! It's okay! I'm fine! Nobody freak out!"
We turn to the door to see mom a little panic, I shrugged my shoulders and we turn back to the experiment
" you guys, I was attacked!"
That caught our attention back at her
" what?" I asked confused as mom walk in the kitchen
" did she say ' attacked?" I hear dad asked from the video chat
" what happened?" Charlotte asked concern
" are you okay?" Jasper asked
" yeah yeah, I wasn't hurt or anything" mom starts to rambled again
" Piper, your mother sounds upset"
I look behind mom to see Piper taking the computer outisde
Can she just end the call or close the tab?.
" but I was walking to my car and a man jumped out from a bush and snatched my purse" mom explained
" no way!"
" whoa, that's so bad!"
" did you call the cops?" Henry asked
" yes" mom answers, " I gave them a description of the guy, I filed a report"
Mom walks further into a kitchen to see a sweaty Jasper
" why is Jasper so sweaty?" mom asked us
" I shook an egg" Jasper answers
" oh" mom says
" well, I'm sorry you lost your purse" Charlotte sympathized
" me too, I lost my phone and my wallet, oh, and my Yotally Yogurt punch card" mom continues to explain and we let out groans of anger
" no way!"
" what?"
" yeah, I know, and I was just one punch away from a free medium yogurt" mom whines
We let out groans of anger once again
Now when I see that guy, I'll kick him till he die!.

Henry told me he went to Junk-N-Stuff to tell Ray what happened, right now we are returning home to see Ray is here in his Captain Man form and mom sitting on the couch next to him with Piper have her phone as usual
" oh, Henry, Paris, look who heard about my purse and came to help" mom tells us as they stand up
" wow" Henry and I said the same time as he shuts the door and we approached the three
" Captain Man, in our house... Again" Henry said as we are not amused since we know the real reason why Ray is here
" my son and daughter, Henry and Paris" mom introduce as gesturing both of us
" ah yes, I remember" Ray remindered
" so, why are you here?" I asked and folded my arms
" to protect your mother" Ray answers as turning to her
" and me" Piper added
" yeah sure"
" protect her from what?" Henry asked him
" well, whoever snatched her purse also has everything that was inside that purse" Ray began to explain as approaching to Henry and I
" I told him about the yugurt coupon" mom added
" right, and the criminal also has your mom's driver's license and that means he has this address" Ray continues
" and my keys" mom added
" so?" Henry shrugged
" Captain Man says he might come here to the house and break in" mom explained
" that's very true" Ray agrees, I facepalm myself, " can I make you some hot cocoa?"
" look, we appreciate your help but if the guy who took her purse does come here, I can handle him" Henry said as grabbing Ray's arm to get him off of mom
" really? What if he does this?" Ray asked
I tilted my head to the side of confusion
" what? Hey hey hey! Whoa whoa whoa!" Henry kept protesting as Ray made him lay flat on his stomach and Ray sat on Henry's head, I walk over to mom, " what are you doing?"
" I'm pretending to be the bad guy who has just broken into this house and is now sitting on your head" Ray answers
" ha! Come on Henry, show us how you'd protect us now" Piper laughs as doing a video or a picture on her phone
" please get off my head!" Henry begged
" no, I will not get off your head" Ray answers and turn to the three of us, " that's what a bad guy might say in this situation"
" I don't think this would ever really happen" I said
" oh yes, it would" Ray nods, " as a superhero, I see this kind of thing happen everyday"
" no one's going to sit on my head!" Henry agrees with me
" I'm sitting on your head"
" well, I wish you'd stop!" Henry groans
Ray finally stand up and Henry got up with his hair messed up
" ha! Your hair's all smushed" Piper smiles and takes a pic of it
" Mrs. Hart, when does your husband return from Baltimore?" Ray asked mom
" not until Monday" mom answers
" hmm, all right, I'll do it" Ray says as moving to the kitchen
Henry and I look at each other confused and back at Ray
" do what?" I asked him
" stay here until your daddy comes home" Ray smirk
Henry and I face fell
" no way" I said shock
" wow, thanks" mom gasps
" can Kid Danger come stay with us too?" Piper asked
" no!"
We turn to Henry
" I mean, I mean, I mean no, I mean, I don't think so" Henry rambles and turn to Ray, " can he? He probably can't"
Ray glanced at me and I shook my head no fast
" no no no" Ray shook his head
Piper, Henry and mom turn to me, I stop shaking my head and scratch the back of my neck of my face turning a little red of that embrasement, they turn back to Ray
" why not?" Piper asked curiously
" because... Kid Danger is starting in a musical" Ray made an excuse
I look at my brother to see he tilted his head with an confused expression
Not gonna lie, he looks adorable that way.
" really?"
" a play?"
I turn my attention back to Ray
" a musical play" Ray nods
" are you sure?" Henry asked him, " because I've never heard about Kid Danger being in musicals"
" oh yeah, he's playing Annie" Ray answers and step forward, " oh, how Kid Danger loved to sing songs and dance about"
" aw, that's adorable" mom cooed
I nodded in agreement with a smile
" yeah" Ray agrees and wink at Henry

It's the next day, it's finally Saturday. The weekend, Henry and I slept in today because who don't sleep in during the weekends? Well that and to avoid Ray best we can. Right now we going downstairs and Henry, Jasps, Char and I are going to the movies very soon
" ah, Henry, Paris
I sigh of getting caught by him
" I was worried you two were going to sleep the whole day away" Ray says to us two
" I just like to sleep late on Saturdays" Henry shrugged and I nodded in agreement
" what's all this junk?" I asked as pointing at the table as we approached Ray in the kitchen
" I went to the Home Shack and got some stuff" Ray answers
" why?" I asked confused
" because your dad's out of town and so I figured I'd take care of some things around the house" Ray explained, " look, new toilet seats for the whole family"
Ray shows us a pink toilet seat and open it like it's talking
" hi Henry, Paris, pretty soon you can sit on me" Ray said in a high pitch voice
" you know, you're a grown man?" I sigh as I folded my arms
" yeah well..." Ray put the toilet seat back down
" anyway, I thought you were just here to protect us in case the purse theif shows up and tries to sit on my head" Henry reminds him
" Henry, isn't there something else that we should be talking about?" Ray asked as getting something
" like?"
" like this report card that came in the mail today?" Ray says as showing Henry the report card
" ah jeez" Henry sighs
I walk over to him
" I notice you got a C plus in social studies" Ray continues
" you know, you're not being very cool right now" Henry says as approaching to Ray
I lean against the counter
" you know what is very cool?" Ray asked when he sits on a stool
" what?"
" getting good grades" Ray smiles
Okay, I'm okay with him staying here and to ' protect' this family but now he's acting a little more like a dad.
" Yeah, great, thanks for the talk, it really turned me around, bye" Henry took my hand and we were about to go but Ray put a hand to stop us going any further
" whoa whoa whoa, where you two going?" Ray asked us
" to see a movie with Jasper and Charlotte" I answers for my brother
" what movie?" Ray asked me, " it better be rated G"
" dude!" I groaned in annoyance
" I mean it, no bad words, no mild violence and especially no brief nudity" Ray says
" ew!" I said in disgusted
" oh my god"
Just then Jasper and Charlotte finally come in to save our butts
" don't bother him" Charlotte tells Jasper when I see he's shock to see Captain Man here
" Captain Man!" Jasper gasps
" ugh"
" I can't believe you're really here!" Jasper and Charlotte ran to us three
" why'd you tell Jasper he's at our house?" Henry asked Charlotte
" I didn't" Charlotte answers, " Piper's been posting pics of him all over the web"
" hey, maybe after you're done protecting Henry and Paris's mom, you can come over to my house" Jasper suggested
" uh... Sure, just text me your address" Ray reluctantly tell him
" okay, what's your phone number?" Jasper asked as pulling his phone out
" oh, it's..." Ray trailed off, " 594, triangle, slash blue"
" got it! Wait" Jasper realized
" hey you guys, what are we all doing for lunch?" mom asked us as she approached us
" we got plans" Henry answers as he gesture to me and him, I nodded in agreement
" I thought maybe we could go out for lunch" Ray suggested, approaching to my mom
" ooh, that sounds fun" mom agrees
" doesn't it?"
" uh, we're going to be late for the movie" Charlotte reminds us
" yeah, let's go" I nodded
We about to leave but again.. Ray stops us four
" ho ho ho, hold on there, plaid shirt and girly girl"
I look at my outfit and to see he's kinda right, my outfit is a little girly to some people
" what?" Henry asked him
" don't you have a social studies test on Monday?" Ray reminds him
" no"
" yeah, we do" Jasper answers
I sigh while putting my head back
" Jasper!"
" I think your mother and I feel like it would be best if you stayed home and studied" Ray suggested
" what? Mom" Henry looks at mom
" I don't think we should argue with a superhero" mom says
" come on, I don't want to study on a Saturday" Henry complains
I hear Ray clicking his teeth, knowing exactly what's gonna happen next
" am I going to have to sit on somebody'd head again?" Ray asked as he approached my brother
" hey, you're not the boss of me, okay?" Henry tells him
" well..." Ray, Charlotte and I trailed off knowing he kinda is, Captain Man or not
" whatever, you're not my dad and you're not allowed to sit on my head" Henry says
Seconds later Ray sat on Henry's head again, I sat on the couch and watch
" okay, I'll stay home and study!" Henry gives up as he try to struggle free
" you promise?"
" yes!" Henry answers, " now, please get your butt out of my ear!"

Okay, so when Ray and mom went out for lunch yesterday I took Henry to the movies with Jasps and Char, he was worried at first but we jumped out his window to run to the movie theater, and to my surprise Ray hadn't catch us. When the night came last night we came back just in time and we pretended that Henry studied for the whole day while I was in my room, great plan huh?
Right now it's the next day, Henry and I went downstairs to see what's going on
" hey, what's going on down here?" Henry asked as we see mom and.. I stop in my tracks when I see Ray wearing the robe that I gave my dad when I celebrated his first birthday when I was still new in the family
" oh, Henry, Paris, look, Captain Man made breakfast for the whole family" mom announced
" oh, uh, isn't that dad's robe? THAT I gave him on his birthday?" I asked as pointing to the robe that Ray is wearing
Ray glanced at it and back at us
" yeah, I found it in the dryer" Ray shrugged
" it looks like it fits you perfectly" mom compliments him
I started to get boil of anger inside me but I'm really good of hiding my emotions
" well, it's a little small in the biceps, but what can you do?" Ray lean against a counter
" uh, you could wear your own robe and sleep at your own place" I suggested as Henry and I approached him
" Paris, don't be rude" mom tells me, I rolled my eyes at her, " Captain Man is being nice enough to stay here and protect us in case that purse snatcher comes to the house"
" oh yeah, the purse snatcher!" Henry remembers and I turn to him, " so, what have you been doing to catch him?"
The corner of my eye I see mom looking at us, listening in, I smirk at Ray
" I have a lot of good ideas" Ray answers
Mom went back to her cutting her food
" like what?" I asked him
" what?"
" what ideas do you have to catch the purse snatcher?" I repeated
" well, for starters, you know I have a sidekick, Kid Danger?" Ray asked me as glancing at both Henry and I
" oh yeah, I've heard of him" I nodded
" well, since I'm Kid Danger's boss" Ray looks at Henry, " maybe I'll make him put on a pretty dress and carry a purse through the most dangerous part of town late at night and maybe the snatcher will take the bait and attack him"
My smirk faded and Henry looks horrified
" I... I don't think that's a very good idea" Henry tells him
" okay, so you two want to keep talking about this or you two want to sit down and enjoy some mancakes?" Ray asked us
" mancakes please" Henry answers
We walk to the kitchen table and I sit on the seat where my dad spot is, which is across from mom
" hey, I heard on the radio they're doing a family portraits at the mall today for half off" mom spoke up as Ray came back with the mancakes on a tray he's holding
" ooh, maybe we should go get some family photos" Ray suggested
" I think that's a mantastic idea" mom agrees
They both chuckled and I have a fist under the table
" Piper, put on something cute! We're going to take some family photos!" mom calls for her
" okay!"
" dad's in Baltimore" Henry reminds mom
" I know, but Captain Man can fill in for your dad" mom said
We turn to Ray
" oh no, no no no, okay" Ray smiles
I started to get up from my eat and walk away but my black jacket got pulled for order me to stop and turn back to Ray
" where you think you going, missy?" Ray asked me
" somewhere that's more important than you" I shot back
" Paris!" mom said to me of me being rude
" do I have to sit on someone's head?" Ray asked and set the tray down
He reached for me but I grabbed his arm and flip him over, making him land on his back on the wooden floor hard, mom run to Ray if he's okay
" now if you'll excuse me, don't mess with me when I'm not in the mood"
With that I left the house and slammed the door

It's the next day and Gooch says it's okay I can crash in the Man Cave till Ray is done with my family, right now Gooch showing Charlotte and I how to fix an old engine chair
" geez, how much gasoline do we have to pour into this thing?" Charlotte asked Gooch
" I think it's enough" Gooch answers, " now, let's test it, sit in the chair"
" how about you sit in the chair?" I asked, pointing to the chair
" it's totally safe" Gooch assured me
" I hope so" I sigh
I walk to the chair and sit my butt down on it
" ready"
I shook my head yes, Gooch pull the wire, my body began to vibrate in uncomfortable way, we then hear screaming and I turn my head to the elevator to see my brother have red rain boots, big yellow jacket like and a umbrella
" hi everyone" Henry greeted as he approached us
" we're busy!" Gooch complained
" nope" I said and hop out of that chair of disaster
" what are you wearing?" Charlotte asked my brother as we walk over to him, studying his outfit
" a poncho and rubber boots!" Henry answers but seems pretty irritated about it when he stomps
" why?" I asked curiously, " it was just barely raining"
" I know that, but Captain Dad still made me wear all this stuff "so I won't catch a cold!" Henry mocks
Ah, that son of a bitch who now I hate.
" and he made me carry this"
Henry open his umbrella up and then close it
" hey, I might have some good news for you two, come here" Charlotte says
" what?" I asked her as we follow her to the monitor
" I was thinking about your mom's purse, so I went online and look what I found for sale" Charlotte began to explained and show us an ad on the monitor screen to show mom's purse is on sale
I grin of happiness
" whoa, that's our mom's purse" Henry gasps of shock
" that's what I thought, here, I'll zoom in" Charlotte said and zoom in so we can read it better
I look closer to see this seller name is Axel
" used Kate Spod purse, recently stolen" Henry reads the article, " you'd think they wouldn't put that in the ad?"
" right?" I agreed
" so, what's our plan?" Henry asked Charlotte and I turn my attention back at her
" well..." Charlotte began but we hear Gooch actived the chair, we turn to him and sigh of annoyance, Charlotte stood up from her seat and continues, " we call the phone on that ad, say we want to buy the purse and have the guy who's selling it bring it to your house-"
" and then Captain Man can get him-" I started to get it now
" yeah, and then Captain Man can move out of our house" Henry continues for me
" uh-huh" Charlotte nods
I smile evilly and rubbed my hands together of the perfect plan, we then hear Gooch started up the engine on the old stupid chair again and we turn to him, my smile faded and was now confused a little
" it started! Quick!"
Ray sat down on the chair, enjoying the vibration until it backfired
" dang it!" Gooch says to himself in frustration and that made the part of the engine fell, I look at Charlotte and Henry confused

It's the next day and we called the seller and he'll be at the house soon, Charlotte, Henry and I ran to Henry and I's house to see if Axel. The person who's selling my mom's purse is there yet
" hi everyone!" Henry greeted as we entered the house
" it's us!"
" did a guy named Axel show up here yet?" I asked them
" Axel?" Piper asked me
" no one's shown up here" Ray answers
We sigh of relief
" good"
" who's Axel?" mom asked
" he's who.." Henry began to say but I look where he's looking up, above the fireplace is there family picture that they made me be in at
" really? Over the fireplace? Really?" I asked Ray anyoned and he shook his head yes with a proud smile
" who's Axel?" Piper repeats her question
" the guy who stole your mom's purse" Charlotte answers
" you found him?" mom gasps
" yeah" Henry answers, " we found him trying to sell it online"
" I found, I found it" Charlotte corrects him
" we found it" Henry corrects himself
" all right!" I broke of there little fight
" he's on his way here with the purse because he thinks we're going to buy it from him" Charlotte informed
" ooh, well, what time is he supposed to.."
Mom didn't get to finish when the door bell rings and they started to scream
" he's here" Charlotte tells us
" quick, what's the plan?" mom panic
" uh... We all sneak out the back way and go to the zoo" Ray suggested
I rolled my eyes at him
" how does that help there mom get her purse back?" Charlotte asked him
The door bell rings again
" just a sec!" I shouted
" go hide" Henry tells Ray
" all right!"
Ray runs behind the couch
" okay, everyone just sit around and act like everything's normal" Henry instructed
" right"
" okay"
We immeditaly sit down and act like everything's cool
" wait, what if he recognizes me?" mom suddenly asked
" she's right!" Ray agrees as he popped out from his spot, " quick, you better come hide right by me!"
Mom does just that, I quickly run over to the two behind the couch and go between them, the doorbell rings again
" hi, welcome to this house, won't you come in?" I hear Charlotte asked Axel
" yeah, okay"
" so... How much for the purse?" Henry asked him
" oh, well, the ad said.."
Axel got cut off from some reason
" ha! Now you don't have it!"
" dude.."
" Captain Man!" I hear Henry calls for him
We three stood up from our hiding spots behind the couch to see Henry got the purse and this guy who dress all black who I guess is Axel
" aw, no way! Captain Man lives here?" Axel complained
" no, he does not" Henry answers annoyed
I slap Ray's hand when he tries to reach to mom's neck and he pull his arm away
" whatever man, I guess I'm busted" Axel shrugged
" yeah, which means you get your purse back" Henry said and he tossed the purse to mom, she caught it, " and Captain Man doesn't have to stay here anymore"
" now now, wait wiat, wait a minute" Ray says, " we can't be sure he's the real criminal"
I rolled my eyes
" I am!" Axel whines, " it was all me, man"
" can I see that for a second?" Ray asked mom, she gave her purse to Ray and he walks over to the criminal with it, " come with me"
He shoved Axel out the house and give him the purse back
He'll do anything to stay here.
Moments later after Ray done talking he went back in and shut the door behind him
" you're going to leave him out there with the purse?" Charlotte asked Ray
" look, I realized it may seem like this case is solved, but just to be safe, maybe I should stay here for another month or two" Ray suggested
Okay, I have enough!.
" okay, that's it!" I snaps and go over to Ray, " Captain Man, I don't mean to be disrespectful-"
" you do" I hear Charlotte said
" darn right I do!" I agreed, " but I think you just want to stay here and pretend to be the dad in our family"
" Paris, be nice" mom tells me
" oh! You don't tell me to be nice lady! Have you ever noticed Henry and I been acting.. Not usual? Don't you ever think to watch what you say because it could really hurt someone" I said to her
There was silence.. An awkward one to me until Ray break it up
" no no, ma'am, you daughter is right" Ray spoke up, " I love being a superhero, having all these cool devices, wearing this snug suit that makes me look awesome"
I nodded to understand
" but sometimes I get lonely and over these past few days, I guess I got carried away with how nice it feels to be part of a real family" Ray said and look at the family picture that's above the fireplace
My expression soften
Charlotte then run up to the door and peak to the window
" aw man! The dude ran away" Charlotte whines
" well, go get him" Ray said to her like it's obvious
" me?" Charlotte asked, pointing to herself
We all talking at once of agreeing with Ray, Charlotte finally go out and catch this Axel thief
" Henry... Piper... Paris... Mom, I really enjoyed these last few days of being a family man, thank you for that" Ray says after pushing Henry, Piper and I out of the way so he can go to mom
" well, maybe one day you'll find a nice girl, get merried and have your own family" mom said to him
I smile of that
Ray glanced back at us
" nah"
I chuckled
" hey"
We turn to the door to see dad finally home
" did I just see Charlotte tackling a grown man out in the street?" dad asked us
" dad!" I ran to him and hug his side, he returns the gesture
" honey, you're home!"
" yay" Piper sighs dissapointed
I let go of dad when he approached the others
" I thought you were going to pick me up from the airport?" dad asked mom, then turn to Ray, " what's Captain Man doing here?"
" we ran into a little problem when you out of town" mom informed
" Captain Man wore your robe!" Piper tells him, I walk over to them
" my robe? Why would he--" dad turn around to see a family picture with Ray, " uh... When was that taken?"
" uh..."
Charlotte came back with Axel with the purse but panting
" well... I caught him" Charlotte said to us, we didn't say anything, " you're welcome!"

It's the next day and Ray and I are cool now, he apologized of his actions before. Right now we are down at the Man Cave, watching Gooch fixing up that old piece of junk of the chair
" okay, I think I fixed it" Gooch announced, turning to us
" Charlotte, go sit in the chair" Ray said to her
" no"
" Paris, you go sit on that chair" Ray said to me
" not again" I shook my head
" Henry, go sit in the chair" Ray sighs
" all right" Henry walk over to the chair and sit his butt down on it
" okay, get ready to relax and enjoy the ultimate massage" Gooch said excited
" poor boy" I said and Charlotte and Ray nodded there heads to agree with me
Gooch starts the engine of the chair and it vibrated
" oh yes!"
The chair couldn't take it and broke, Henry fell on his butt and sat there
" this is nice"
I shook my head with a smile
