Spring Broken
Blitzø was driving to work with his employees. They arrived at the building, but Blitzø saw that a pink car was parked on the I.M.P. Company parking spot. Blitzø got out of the car & went to get a closer look. Then he saw a tall succubus with an hourglass figure, hot pink skin, a barbed tail with a black tip, black tipped horns with two black stars on each side, hot pink eyes with yellow sclera, a black heart under her right eye, & long ombre-white hair with pink undertones. She was wearing a pink fur coat, under a tightly-fitted white & black mini dress, long black thigh-highs with black high heels, & a pair of shades.
"Verosika?" Blitzø said shockingly as she looked at him
"Blitzo." Verosika said
"Shit, I hadn't seen you in a long time. How long has it been?" Blitzø asked
"Hm, don't know, don't care." Verosika said
"So...how's rehab?" Blitzø asked
"They let me out because I'm still famous. Besides, rehab is for sad, loser wash-ups." Verosika said "Also your sister says 'Hi'"
"Okay...what are you doing here?" Blitzø asked
"I'm doing a bit of freelance for one of the infinitely more successful companies in the building & they wanted to have me come in this week to lead their team during Spring Break." Verosika said
"Verosika, I'm not trying to cause drama or anything, but this parking space is the only one my company has, so I'm gonna have to ask you to move your car somewhere else." Blitzø said politely
"Then how come it has my name on it?" Verosika asked as she pointed down to her name written in purple spray paint on the parking spot
"That wasn't there before." Blitzø said confusingly
"Aw, you mad, Blitzo?" Verosika said tauntingly
"No, if it has your name on then it's yours." Blitzø said maturely
Verosika became speechless as she took off her shades & gave him a confused look.
"Okay...whatever." Verosika said.
"Is he bothering you, Verosika." A muscular gray hellhound asked
"No, it's fine." Verosika said
"Who's this?" Blitzø asked
"This is my new Hellhound, Vortex. Unlike you, he actually does his job well." Verosika said as she left with Vortex
"..." Blitzø stood silent as he watched her go
"You know Verosika Mayday?" Loona asked surprisingly
"Yeah..." Blitzø nodded
"How do you know her?" Millie asked
"...She's my Ex-Girlfriend." Blitzø said
"You dated a Pop Star!?" Moxxie exclaimed in shock
"Guys, I know it's a shock but it's not a big deal." Blitzø said
"It's a huge deal, Dad." Loona said "It's Verosika Mayday."
"What was sex with her like?" Millie asked
"Uhh, no comment, let's just go find a temporary parking spot." Blitzø blushed nervously
After they found a temporary parking spot.
"Sir, are you gonna be alright with your Ex being here?" Moxxie asked
"Yeah, I'll be fine." Blitzø said before accidentally bumping into Vortex "Oh, Vortex, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there."
"It's cool." Vortex said
"Where's Verosika?" Blitzø asked
"She's in her office. There wasn't room on the second floor, so they rented one here on this one. Cheaper." Vortex replied
"This has gotten a lot more complicated." Blitzø sighed
"Sorry, man." Vortex shrugged
"No, it's fine, I'll get used to it." Blitzø said "Come on, guys, let's get to work."
An hour later, Loona decided to go to the hallway where Vortex was
"Hey Dude." Loona said calmly
"Oh, hey, you're the hound working for my boss' ex." Vortex said
"Yeah, sorry if that's weird." Loona chuckled nervously
"It's cool. Her beef ain't mine. I'm not paid enough to care." Vortex said
"Oh, that's good to know, I'm Loona." Loona said
"Nice to meet you, I'm Vortex, my friends call me Tex." Vortex smiled "So, how'd you wind up with your boss?"
"You mean Blitzø? Well, he's not just my boss, he's my adoptive dad" Loona said
"Oh, really?" Vortex said as he was slightly surprised
"Yeah." Loona said
"I heard that he & those other 2 Imps go to the living world to assassinate people." Vortex said "Do they have human disguises for that?"
"Oh yeah, Dad was able to get him, Moxxie, & Millie human disguises." Loona said
"What about you?" Vortex asked
"I already have a human disguise." Loona said
"Oh, good. Y'know, I was surprised that your dad was mature about Verosika taking his company's parking space." Vortex said "I mean, I thought he was gonna be angry at first, guess I was wrong."
"Do you know why they broke up?" Loona asked
"Beats me, but I know that he did some stupid shit from what she told me." Vortex shrugged
"Hm." Loona said
"So, do you have any friends other than those two co-workers?" Vortex asked
"Actually no, I don't." Loona said
"I can help you with that." Vortex said
"You can?" Loona said
"Yeah, if you're ever down to party, I'll give you a ring sometime." Vortex smiled
"Nice, can't wait for my first one." Loona smiled back before thinking "I just hope Dad will let me."
After Loona & Vortex exchanged phone numbers
"Okay Tex, I'm also giving you Blitzø's number in case something goes wrong at the party or if something has happened to me." Loona said
"Alright, better be safe than sorry." Vortex said
An hour later, Blitzø was in his office until his phone rang
"Hello?" Blitzø said as he picked up his phone
"Blitzø, it's me, Vortex." Vortex said
"Vortex? How'd you get my number?" Blitzø said confusingly
"Never mind that, something's happened." Vortex said
"What's wrong?" Blitzø asked
"No time to explain, we need help, we're at the human beach in the living world." Vortex said
"Alright, we're on our way, just hang in there." Blitzø said as he hung up the phone & walked out of his phone "Moxxie, Millie, let's go."
"Why? What happened?" Millie asked
"Verosika & her gang are in trouble, we have to help them." Blitzø said
"On it, sir." Moxxie said
When they went outside.
"Alright, you guys, human up." Blitzø said
Blitzø, Moxxie, & Millie assumed human disguises. Blitzø's human disguise displayed a tan-skinned man with black hair with white streaks, he still had his mark on his forehead. Moxxie & Millie's human disguises displayed a light-skinned man & a dark-skinned woman.
"Good thing I got us these human disguises, otherwise we would be in deep shit, am I right?" Blitzø said
"We couldn't agree more, sir." Millie smiled
When they got to the human beach in the living world, they saw a huge fish-like monster
"Sweet merciful crap!" Blitzø exclaimed shockingly
"Sir, what is that thing?" Moxxie said
"I don't know, but we gotta take it down now." Blitzø said as he & his employees pulled out their guns & started shooting at the monster
The monster roared before grabbing Moxxie with its tongue & pulling him in its mouth.
"Moxxie!" Millie cried
"Not on my watch, you oversized minnow" Blitzø said as he pulled out a giant rocket launcher labeled 'My Dick' & fired a rocket labeled 'Pussy Destroyer' from it & hit the monster which caused it to lose balance & fall down
Millie climbed up the monster's body & pried its mouth open.
"Moxxie, take my hand." Millie said as she reached out for Moxxie
Moxxie grabbed Millie's hand & she sliced the monster's tongue off, freeing both of them. Blitzø looked at Vortex who was in his human form & got an idea.
"Vortex, throw me!" Blitzø said
Vortex grabbed Blitzø, jumped in the air, somersaulted a few time, & threw him at the monster.(Like how Garnet threw Amethyst at the Red Eye in Steven Universe)
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Blitzø screamed as he pulled out his knife
The monster opened its mouth & ate Blitzø in one gulp, but then he sliced off its stomach from the inside, killing it before making his way back to shore.
"Are you alright, Sir?" Millie asked
"Yeah, I'm fine." Blitzø said before noticing Verosika, Vortex, & her gang
He also noticed a crowd of people standing far behind them. He passed by Verosika & her gang, closed his eyes, & the symbol on his forehead glowed white before he opened his eyes which also glowed white & shined in a very bright light. Just then the crowd of people fell unconscious.
"They're not gonna be unconscious for long, we need to go back now." Blitzø said
When the group got back to Hell & returned to their normal forms
"Whew, that was close." Millie said in relief
"Sir, what was that just now?" Moxxie asked
"Oh, that was a Mind Wipe Spell, it erased the human's memories of what happened recently." Blitzø said "Stolas gave me that spell in case any humans found out about our true identities."
"That was handled rather obvious, don't you think, Blitzo?" Verosika said
"Give it a rest, Verosika." Blitzø said before turning to Vortex "Vortex, what happened?"
"I don't know, Verosika & the others were doing their yearly routine when suddenly that huge fish monster popped out of the ocean & out of nowhere." Vortex explained
"Sir, while you were killing that monster, I found this being washed up to shore." Millie said as she pulled out a canteen
"Beelzejuice? Verosika, did you throw this in the ocean?" Blitzø asked
"Yeah, but not purposely." Verosika said as Blitzø sighed
"You guys need to be more careful next time, that was a close call back there." Blitzø said
"Don't worry, man, it won't happen again." Vortex said
"I hope not for your sake." Blitzø said as he & his employees walked away towards the building.
"Hey." Verosika said as the trio looked at her "Look shithead, just because you saved our asses back there doesn't mean I'll give you the parking—."
"I didn't do it for the parking space Verosika, I said you could have it." Blitzø said
"Then why? Who the fuck invited you over?" Verosika said
"I did." Vortex said
"You what? Why?" Verosika said confusingly
"I had to, we needed help." Vortex said
"But, him of all people?" Verosika said
"Well, who else did you want me to call to help us?" Vortex asked
"..." Verosika stood in silence as she tried to think of something
"Mm-hm, that's what I thought." Vortex said
"Also, the reason why I helped you is because I cared." Blitzø said
"Oh, what, so suddenly you have feelings for me again?" Verosika said
"Maybe I do or maybe it's because I grew a heart & a brain." Blitzø said
"Well, you never had any of those while we were together." Verosika argued "Back then, you were nothing but a reckless, heartbreaking freak."
"Yes, I'm a reckless, heartbreaking freak, & I'm ashamed of it." Blitzø said
"Ashamed? Since when?" Verosika said
"6 months ago." Blitzø said
"Why?" Verosika asked
"Because I reflected, okay? I know I was a selfish shitfuck in the past, but I became a better person in the past 6 months." Blitzø said before turning around "Listen Verosika, I know I was a shit boyfriend to you & I'm sorry, but you need to let go of the past, you don't have to forgive me, you just need to let it go."
"...What changed you?" Verosika asked "You were never like this before, what changed you?"
"...My son." Blitzø said as he walked away to the building, leaving Verosika & her gang confused
"Ms. Mayday, you have a funny way of showing gratitude." Moxxie said disappointedly
"Excuse me?" Verosika said
"Blitzø just saved you from getting into trouble & this is how you thank him?" Moxxie said
"Yeah, if it weren't for him, you & your gang would be in shit by now." Millie said
"Hey, we never asked for his help, we would've been fine on our own." Verosika argued
"Oh really? Did you have any weapons in your arsenal to obliterate that monster, hm? What about Memory Wipe spells, do you have those?" Moxxie asked
Again Verosika stood in silence as she tried to think of something
"Exactly." Moxxie said
"Y'know Verosika, Blitzø was telling the truth, he really has changed." Millie said "He didn't insult you & he let you have the parking space."
"Oh please, the reason why is because he thinks he's better than me." Verosika said stubbornly
"Well, maybe he is better than you, because unlike you he's acting like an adult while you Ms. Mayday are acting like a child." Moxxie said "As a matter of fact, you're acting just like the way he used to be."
"Come on, sweetie, let's go check on Blitzø." Millie said as she & her husband left
Verosika became pissed & angry when he said that, but Verosika's gang felt bad & guilty when they misjudged Blitzø. Meanwhile, Blitzø was in his office feeling depressed.
*Knock**Knock*
"Come in." Blitzø said as his employees & daughter entered
"Sir, are you okay?" Moxxie asked
"I've had better days." Blitzø sighed
"We're guessing that you & Verosika went through a pretty nasty break-up." Loona said
"Yeah, I made some mistakes while we were dating." Blitzø said
"Like what?" Moxxie said
"I ran off, left her to pay for the hotel room, stole her car & ran three rings to Wrath & maxed her credit cards on shitty horse riding lessons." Blitzø said
"That sounds like something you would do, no offense." Moxxie said
"Did she love you while you two were dating, by any chance?" Millie asked
"Yeah, but I shoved her away when she got too close until she resented for being a selfish shit fuck, because I was afraid." Blitzø said
"Afraid?" Moxxie repeated
"I was afraid to love." Blitzø said
"Why were you afraid to love?" Moxxie asked
"I wanna tell you, but I can't." Blitzø said "It's very hard to talk about."
""It's okay, B, you don't have to tell us if you're not ready." Millie said
"Thanks...but I can't do this anymore." Blitzø said
"What are you talking about?" Loona said
"I'm done you guys, if I keep living like this I'm just gonna screw up all over again & again until everyone resents me." Blitzø said "In the end, I'm just gonna die alone."
"How can you say th—?" Loona said
"Maybe it would be better if I took myself out. Besides, I have nothing." Blitzø said
The trio looked at him in shock & hurt
"...Blitzø, you have a beautiful baby boy, a daughter who loves you, friends who adore you. You have everything, the only one who doesn't see that is you." Millie said "You might've been a pest in the past, but we still love you & we care about you, it would break our hearts to see you hurt yourself."
"Do you remember what you said to me after my first day with the company?" Moxxie asked
"No..." Blitzø said
"You told me I did a good job & that you were proud to work with me. I feel like you wanted to say something more judgmental, but you said that because I needed it & it helped." Moxxie said "Do you also remember the day you brought Orin to the company & what you said after I suggested that you take him back? You said that he needed you & are you really gonna leave when he needs you the most. Not only does he need you, Loona needs you, Millie & I need you, Stolas needs you, Fizz needs you."
"Blitzø, I'm sorry." Loona apologized
"For what?" Blitzø said
"I was a terrible unappreciative bitch of a daughter & I took you for granted. Back when you adopted me, you could've adopted a baby or a toddler no less, but instead you adopted an almost 18 year old even though I didn't need you. I should've been grateful that you adopted me & I'm sorry." Loona said as she hugged him
Moxxie & Millie hugged him as well, Blitzø had felt loved as he started to cry tears of joy. The moment was interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" Blitzø said as he wiped his tears & Vortex entered "Vortex?"
"Hey Blitzø, I just wanna thank you for helping us out back there." Vortex said
"You're welcome, I'm just glad nobody got hurt." Blitzø said
"Hey Dad, can I ask you something?" Loona said
"Sure, what is it?" Blitzø said
"Would it be okay if I went to a party I was invited to?" Loona asked
"Loona, you're 18, you don't need to ask for my permission to go to a party." Blitzø said
"I don't?" Loona said
"Listen Loones, you should start making your own decisions, find some people like Vortex to hang out with, get a boyfriend or girlfriend, you know what I mean." Blitzø said
"Thanks Dad." Loona smiled as she hugged & kissed his cheek
"Hey, we made a good team back there." Vortex said
"Yeah, maybe you can work for I.M.P. part-time, if you're interested." Blitzø agreed
"Maybe someday I will." Vortex chuckled
"Be sure to help Loona to get some friends at these parties, I don't want her to be friendless for the rest of her life." Blitzø said
"Don't worry, we'll get her some friends." Vortex said
"Here." Blitzø said as he gave Vortex a stack of dollars
"What's this for?" Vortex asked
"For helping us take down that monster, I hope its enough." Blitzø said
"Hm, thanks." Vortex smiled gratefully
The next day, Blitzø was waiting outside for Octavia to drop off Orin. When they arrived.
"Dada!" Orin said happily
"Hey, there's my little buddy." Blitzø smiled as he took Orin
"Hey Blitzø, I'm sorry to drop off Orin on short notice, I totally forgot I had a doctor's appointment & my parents are at a meeting." Octavia said "But I'll come back to pick him up once my appointment is done."
"You don't have to do that Via, take the rest of the day off." Blitzø said "As a matter of fact, you can take the rest of the week off, this is Spring Break."
"Are you sure?" Octavia asked
"I insist, I got a playpen & a crib at my office." Blitzø said
"Alright, you guys have a good day." Octavia said
When Octavia left, Blitzø carried Orin to the building. At the same time, Verosika & her gang were about to leave & when the elevator opened, they noticed Blitzø holding Orin in his arms & stopped as they stared at them. After Blitzø stepped out of the elevator, he noticed Verosika & her gang in front of him & stopped as he & Orin stared back at them. No one said anything as they stared at each other.
"Blitzo, whose kid is that?" Verosika said
"This is my son." Blitzø said
"Your...son?" Verosika said as she & her gang were shocked & surprised with their eyes widened & mouths gaped.
Blitzø said nothing as he walked passed them & entered his company
"That's his son?" Josh said shockingly
"Oh my gosh, he's so cute!" Apple squealed
"So precious!" Coco exclaimed
"Was that kid what I think he is?" Kiki said
"Yep, that kid is definitely a succubus." Kat said
"V, can you believe that your ex has a son who is a baby succubus?" Milky said
"So what, that little brat's just gonna grow up to be a shithead like him." Verosika scoffed
"That's a bit harsh, Verosika." Ace said
"Yeah, he's just a baby." Apple said
"Whatever, let's just go." Verosika said
A couple of hours later, Verosika's gang & Vortex came back, Verosika's gang decided to see Blitzø & thank him for helping them since they didn't get a chance to do that yesterday. When they entered the company, they noticed that it was empty. At first they thought he & his employees went on their next mission, but Vortex followed I.M.P's tracks which led him & Verosika's gang to the backyard of the building where I.M.P. & Orin were sitting on the grass.
"Excuse us." Coco said
"Hm? Oh, you're Verosika's gang." Blitzø said
"Yeah, we just came to thank you for getting us out of trouble yesterday." Kiki said
"You're welcome, I'm just glad you're all okay." Blitzø said
"We haven't been properly introduced, I'm Josh." Josh said
"Ace." Ace said
"I'm Kiki." Kiki said
"Name's Milky." Milky said
"Kat." Kat said
"I'm Coco." Coco said
"& I'm Apple." Apple said
"Nice to meet you, I'm Blitzø, the O is silent." Blitzø said
"Name's Loona." Loona said
"I'm Millie." Millie said
"Moxxie." Moxxie said
"& this little guy is Orin." Blitzø said
"So, this is the kid who changed you, huh?" Ace asked
"Yep." Blitzø said
"Ha." Orin smiled as he reached out to Vortex
"Hey there, little buddy, how are you?" Vortex said stuck out his hand
Orin climbed up Vortex's arm & around his body
"Hey, cut that out." Vortex chuckled as he gently grabbed Orin who was on his leg "Ha! I got ya!"
"Hihihihi." Orin giggled
"Heh, sorry about that, Orin just learned how to crawl & climb up walls." Blitzø said
"Can he fly?" Kiki asked as Vortex gave Orin back to Blitzø
"Not yet." Blitzø said
"Where's your wife at?" Josh asked
"Wife? Blitzø doesn't have a wife." Moxxie said confusingly
"He doesn't?" Josh said "But I thought Orin—."
"Oh, Orin's not my real son, he's my adoptive son." Blitzø said
"Then where'd you find him?" Coco asked
"Blitzø found Orin in the streets after the Extermination ended, his parents were killed by the Exterminators." Millie said
"He lost his parents?" Apple gasped in shock
"Mm-hm." Blitzø nodded
"That is so sad." Milky said with sympathy
"Thankfully, it was a miracle that Orin managed to survive through the Extermination unharmed." Loona said
"Hey." A voice called out
Everyone looked & saw Verosika & she was not happy
"What do you guys think you're doing with them?" Verosika glared
"Nothing V, we were just—." Ace said
"You think just because he has a baby succubus means that you can hang out with them?" Verosika said angrily
"That's not the case, we were just thanking them for getting us out of trouble with that fish monster & we didn't get a chance to do that yesterday." Kiki said
"What? Now why would you thank him for that, it's not like we owe him anything! Are you guys trying let that goes to his head!" Verosika shouted
Verosika's shouting caused Orin to cry
"Loona, take Orin inside." Blitzø said as he gave Orin to Loona
"Come on, buddy, let's get you away from this drama." Loona said as she took Orin inside the building
"Verosika, you're being ridiculous, there's nothing wrong with being grateful to someone who helped you." Blitzø said
"Oh shut up, fuck stain! You honestly believe that little bastard's changed you!" Verosika snapped
"Hey, don't you ever call him a bastard!" Blitzø glared
"Oh, did I strike a nerve?" Verosika said
"Verosika, I suggest you should back off before you say something stupid." Vortex said with a slight glare
"Stay out of it, Tex." Verosika said before looking back at Blitzø. "You can believe that little shit changed you, but in the end you're gonna raise him to be a selfish shitfuck like you."
"Stop it, Verosika, that's enough." Coco said, not liking the way she's acting right now
"You know, it would be an awful shame if something terrible happened to that little bastard." Verosika smirked evilly before chuckling
Everyone's eyes widened in shock when she said that, especially Blitzø. Blitzø then closed his eyes & clenched his fist in anger.
"Aw, you mad now, Blitz—?" Verosika asked

Everyone became surprised & shocked as Blitzø had punched Verosika which sent her flying to the building wall. Blitzø slammed his hands on the grass & a big shadow went across the grass towards Verosika & went underneath her. Then multiple shadow hands came up & grabbed her arms & legs & restrained her.
"What the fuck!?" Verosika exclaimed confusingly
"Now, you listen to me." Blitzø glared as he pressed his knife against her neck "You can insult & physically hurt me all you want, I don't care. But if you ever talk shit about my son in front of me or do anything to hurt him, I will fucking cut you like a pig & make you eat your fucking intestines, you got that?"
"I'm not afraid of you!" Verosika shouted, trying to act like she's not scared
"You really wanna test me?" Blitzø asked as a tall shadow of himself appeared behind him, looked at Verosika with its red eyes, smiled & laughed maniacally which caused her to become frightened
"Alright! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Verosika said fearfully
After Blitzø released Verosika, the others looked at him with shock, surprise, awe, & amazement.
"Let that be a lesson to you, never threaten my family." Blitzø warned as he entered the building
"Vortex, why didn't you stop him?" Verosika asked
"Because you deserved it, I told you to back off before you said something stupid." Vortex slightly glared at her
"But I—." Verosika said
"You stooped very low when you threatened to hurt his son & why would you wanna hurt an innocent little baby?" Apple said
"..." Verosika sat in silence
"Moxxie was right about you acting like the way Blitzø used to be, but you are worse." Kat said as the others agreed
"My thoughts exactly." Kiki said
"You just couldn't let go of the past, could you?" Josh said
"& another reason why we were with him is because we gave him a chance." Ace said
The others entered leaving Verosika shocked & hurt. Meanwhile Blitzø was with Loona & Orin, Orin had stopped crying after Loona comforted him.
"Dad, I saw everything, that was awesome." Loona said in amazement
"Thank you, Loona." Blitzø said
"Sir, you have shadow manipulating powers?" Moxxie said in shock
"Yes, I do." Blitzø said
"We didn't know you had powers." Moxxie said
"Well, there's a lot about me you don't know." Blitzø said
"You would certainly give Alastor a run for his money." Millie said
"Okay, let's not get ahead of ourselves." Blitzø chuckled nervously
"Yo Blitzø." Vortex said
"Hey guys, sorry about the violence back there." Blitzø said
"Baby, you don't have to apologize, she had it coming." Coco assured
"Is your son okay?" Apple asked
"I guess so." Blitzø said as they saw Orin's scared expression
"Aww, baby, come here." Milky cooed as she took Orin from Loona
"Did that big mean scawy lady scare you?" Apple asked in baby talk
"Mm-hm." Orin nodded
"I bet some loving kisses will make the scares go away" Coco said as she, Milky, & Apple kissed Orin all over his face leaving lipstick marks which caused him to laugh
"Okay ladies, let's not smother my son." Blitzø said as he took Orin from them
"Sorry, he's just so cute, we couldn't resist." Milky said
"I know that feeling." Millie said
"You're a great dad, Blitzø, we respect that." Josh said
"Yep, you're one cool dude, too." Ace agreed
"Thank you." Blitzø said
The next day, Verosika's gang & Vortex weren't speaking to her or looking at her & when they did look at her, there were just glares. Verosika had been feeling like shit since yesterday. When she entered the I.M.P. Company
"Excuse me?" Verosika said
"Oh, & how can we help you, Ms. Mayday?" Moxxie said simply
"Where's your boss?" Verosika said
"He's outside playing with his son." Millie said with a slight glare "Why? Are you planning on getting payback? Cause we wouldn't recommend it."
"No, I'm not planning on getting payback." Verosika said
"That's good, because you know what Blitzø is capable of." Moxxie said "What you said yesterday was way out of line, just because you & Blitzø went through a terrible breakup doesn't mean you should attempt to take it out on his son."

You know, Blitzø used to find us outside of work, pry into our personal lives, & give Moxxie a lot of shit which drove him crazy, but that was until little Orin came into our lives. After Blitzø adopted Orin, he stopped doing all those things."
"To be honest, we believe that Blitzø adopting Orin has helped him open up to us & we're beginning to understand him a lot better. A week ago, he made amends with his best friend Fizzarolli." Moxxie said
"He made up with Fizz?" Verosika said
"Yes, he apologized for what he did & they talked things out." Moxxie said "You need to do what you think is right."
"Also, if I ever hear you threatening my little brother again, I won't hesitate to rip you to shreds." Loona said as she glared at Verosika

After she left, she went to her office & sighed. She noticed Blitzø playing with Orin in the backyard outside her window, she had started to feel guilty & regretful as she had never seen this side of him before. Seeing him like that caused her to blush faintly & her heart started beating

"Blitzø?" A voice said
Blitzø looked up & saw Verosika, he became protective as he gave her a slight glare & held his son close. Orin became scared of her as he remembered how her yelling made him cry. Verosika couldn't blame them for feeling that way
"Blitzø, it's okay, I'm not gonna do anything bad to your son." Verosika said
"Then what do you want?" Blitzø asked
"I just want to talk." Verosika said as she sat in front of him
"...I'm listening." Blitzø said
"Okay, I want to say I'm sorry about what I said yesterday, I didn't mean it." Verosika said
"It's unlike you to threaten someone's kid, y'know." Blitzø said
"I wasn't really gonna hurt him, I only said that to scare you." Verosika said "But it was wrong of me to do that & I don't blame you for hating me because of what I said."
"I don't hate you." Blitzø said much to Verosika's surprise "Look, I know you hate me after what I did to you, if I were you I'd hate me too."
"But why? Why would you push me away?" Verosika said
"Because I was afraid to love." Blitzø said, looking down
"What? Why were you afraid to love?" Verosika said in concern
"It's complicated." Blitzø said "Hey, did you love me at some point while we were dating?
"What are you talking about? Of course I did, did you think my love for you was fake?" Verosika said
"...Maybe." Blitzø said
"Blitzø, I loved you with all my heart, you were my everything, you meant the whole world to me. Why would you think my feelings for you were a lie?" Verosika said in tears
"It's just that I've been hurt so bad, I forgot what love is & I had forgotten how to love." Blitzø admitted
"I would never do anything to hurt you, I don't know who or what caused you to forget how to love, but I can help you with that, I want to." Verosika said
"Are you sure?" Blitzø said
"Yes." Verosika said "Blitzø, thank you for helping me & my crew out there, it was stupid & reckless of me to throw my Beelzejuice in the ocean. I'd hate to think what would happen if Vortex hadn't called you." Verosika said " I'm sorry for being ungrateful & I'm sorry for threatening your son, can you forgive me?"
"Yeah, do you forgive me?" Blitzø asked
"I do." Verosika said
Blitzø & Verosika smiled at each other as they pressed their foreheads against each other.
"Buh." Orin said
"So this is your baby boy?" Verosika said
"Yes, this is Orin." Blitzø said
"How is he?" Verosika asked
"6 & a half months." Blitzø said
"Buh." Orin said as crawled towards Verosika
"You gonna go say hi, buddy?" Blitzø said
"Uh." Orin said as he raised his arms to Verosika
"I think he wants you to hold him." Blitzø said as she picked up Orin & held him
"Hey there, sweetheart." Verosika said softly
"Ha." Orin smiled
"You're so beautiful." Verosika smiled as she kissed his forehead causing him to giggle
"Hey Verosika?" Blitzø said
"Yes?" Verosika replied
"I was wondering if you wanna go out on Friday night to give us a chance to catch up, but if you're gonna be busy that night, I completely understand." Blitzø said
"I'd love to." Verosika accepted. "Luckily, I don't have any plans on Friday night."
"Oh, great." Blitzø said
Unbeknownst to them, Moxxie, Millie, Loona, Vortex, & Verosika's gang were watching them & smiled at the scene.
Later, Blitzø entered the company with Orin & he saw that his employees were giving him sly smiles
"Why are you guys looking at me like that?" Blitzø asked
"We heard you gotta date." Millie sang
"Of course you guys would eavesdrop." Blitzø rolled his eyes "& for your information, it's not a date, it's just a get together & catching up sort of thing."
"Come on, dude, you're not fooling us." Loona smirked "You're in love with her & she's in love with you again."
"What? No, that can't be." Blitzø denied
"It's okay, B, we're happy that you asked her out." Millie said "I mean, Orin does need a mom in his life."
"Guys, I'm not taking her out to be Orin's mom, I'm just doing something nice for her." Blitzø said "Besides, I doubt she would want me back."
"It's very generous of you to do something nice for her, but what if she does want you back? What are you gonna say?" Moxxie asked
"How am I supposed to know what to say?" Blitzø said
"Well, do you want her back?" Moxxie said
"Yeah, I mean no, I mean I don't know." Blitzø said "Anyway, Moxxie, can you & Millie babysit my son on Friday night?"
"Sir—." Moxxie said
"We'd love to!" Millie exclaimed
"Wait, what!?" Moxxie said as he looked at his wife confusingly
*Knock**Knock*
"Come in." Blitzø said
"Hello everyone." Stolas said as he entered
"Hey Stolas." Everyone said
"Stowa!" Orin said happily
"Hello there, little Moon Shine." Stolas smiled as he rubbed his godson's head
"Shall we take this upcoming conversation to my office?" Blitzø asked
"Oh, right, shall we?" Stolas said as he, Blitzø, & Orin entered the office
"Millie, why did you say that?" Moxxie asked
"Come on, Moxx, you never let us babysit little Orin." Millie said "Now don't tell me you hate kids."
"What? No, of course not." Moxxie said "It's just, I don't know the first thing about being a babysitter."
"Lucky for you, Ms. Mayberry gave me some tips on babysitting & from what she & Stolas told me, Orin is very well-behaved." Millie said
"I hope you're right." Moxxie said
Meanwhile, in Blitzø's office
"So, Blitzø, how's your day?" Stolas asked
"It's fine, I guess." Blitzø said "How's the family?"
"They're doing swell." Stolas said
"...Stolas, would it be okay with you if I, y'know, started going out?" Blitzø asked
"Hm? What do you mean?" Stolas said
"Y'know, if I started dating." Blitzø said
"I never said you couldn't." Stolas said
"Huh? But don't you have a thing for me?" Blitzø asked
"Not anymore." Stolas said
"How come?" Blitzø asked
"Well, the first time I babysat Orin, he reminded me of Octavia when she was an owlet & made me realize that I needed to focus on her along with my wife just like you needed to focus on raising him." Stolas said "So, I only think of you as a friend."
"Did you have any Imp friends before?" Blitzø said
"Heh Heh, not really." Stolas said
"You remember me telling you about the succubus I wasn't on good terms with?" Blitzø asked
"I do." Stolas nodded
"Well, she happens to be my Ex-girlfriend." Blitzø said
"Hm, you did imply that she was a girl." Stolas said "Who was she?"
"Verosika Mayday." Blitzø said
"Verosika Mayday? The Pop Singer?" Stolas said
"Yep, & she's actually here." Blitzø nodded
"Oh, how did things go when you encountered each other?" Stolas asked
"It started like this." Blitzø said
Blitzø told Stolas everything up until now, Stolas was disappointed when he heard about Verosika's carelessness & ungratefulness, but he was relieved that I.M.P took care of the situation. He was also a bit angered when he heard that she threatened his godson, but was calmed down when Blitzø handled her & was surprised to hear that he had the power to manipulate shadows.
"& so, today she apologized, we talked, I asked her out, & she said yes." Blitzø said
"I see, is there any particular reason why you asked her out?" Stolas asked
"I just wanna do something nice for her & I wanted us to make up for lost times." Blitzø said
"Oh, you know, it's no surprise that you dated a Pop singer. Let's face it, you are quite a charmer." Stolas said
"Yeah, it's a curse sometimes." Blitzø said as Stolas chuckled
On Friday night, Millie & Moxxie arrived at Blitzø's apartment
"Hey guys." Blitzø said after opening the door with Orin in his arms
"Oh my gosh, Blitzø, you look so handsome!" Millie beamed as she saw him wearing a red long-sleeved button up shirt, grey dress pants, & a black vertical striped tie.
"Wow, sir, you have a great taste." Moxxie said impressively
"Thank you, here's Orin & a list of things you need to babysit Orin." Blitzø said as he handed Orin to Millie & a list to Moxxie before kissing Orin's forehead "Bye Orin, be good to Auntie Millie & Uncle Moxxie."
"Good luck, sir." Moxxie said
"We'll take good care of him." Millie said
"Buh." Orin said as he waved goodbye
When Blitzø got to Verosika's place, he rang the doorbell. When she opened the door, she was wearing a hot pink strapless dress
"Hey Blitzø." Verosika said as she opened the door
"Hi Verosika, you look lovely tonight." Blitzø complimented
"Thank you, you don't look bad yourself." Verosika smiled
They went to a fancy restaurant & when they got to their table, they started talking about how things were with their lives.
"Hey Blitzø, what orphanage did you get Orin from?" Verosika asked
"Actually, I didn't get him from an orphanage." Blitzø said
"Then where did you find him?" Verosika asked
"I found him in the streets of Imp City after the Extermination was over, his parents got erased by the Exterminators." Blitzø said
"How old was he then?" Verosika said in concern
"He was nearly a few weeks old, his parents had died protecting him." Blitzø said
"Aren't there any other family members he had left?" Verosika asked
"I don't think so, before his mom took her last breath, she gave Orin to me & told me to take care of him." Blitzø said
"Why would she do that?" Verosika said
"Probably because she & her husband had no family members left or maybe because she had family issues or had an abusive controlling family." Blitzø said
"That might be understandable." Verosika said "But did you know her? Did she know you?"
"I never saw her before in my life, maybe we knew each other in Hell School, maybe we went to prom together." Blitzø said, trying to have a recollection of Orin's mother
"It's okay, Blitzø, I don't remember a lot of people either." Verosika said "Anyway, you never told me you had powers."
"Well, there's a lot about me you don't know." Blitzø said
"You know, you looked handsome in your human form." Verosika said
"Thank you, yours is great as well." Blitzø said
After they ate, Blitzø drove Verosika back to her place
"I really had a great time, it was sweet of you to take me out tonight." Verosika said
"I'm glad you enjoyed it." Blitzø said
"Hey, you wanna spend the night here tonight, I don't mind." Verosika said
"Alright, but I have to call Moxxie & Millie." Blitzø said
"Okay, the door is open." Verosika said as she entered the house & Blitzø pulled out his cellphone
"Hello?" Moxxie said
"Hey Moxx, I wanna let you know that I won't be coming home til tomorrow morning." Blitzø said "Is everything okay?"
"Everything's fine, we just put Orin to bed." Moxxie said
"Did he give you any trouble?" Blitzø asked
"No trouble at all, sir." Moxxie said "Millie was right about him being well-behaved, guess I was worried over nothing."
"It's okay, Moxx, I'll see you in the morning." Blitzø said
"Bye." Moxxie said as Blitzø hung up
After the call, Blitzø & Verosika watched a movie & cuddled in bed together
"Blitzø?" Verosika said
"Yes?" Blitzø said
"I've been thinking about something." Verosika said
"What's that?" Blitzø said
"I was thinking maybe we can give our relationship another chance." Verosika said
"Wait, are you saying you want me back?" Blitzø asked
"Yes, I do." Verosika said "But our relationship could be different this time."
"I don't think that's a good idea, if we start dating again I'll just make the same mistake I did before & I really don't wanna hurt you again." Blitzø said
"...Blitzø." Verosika said softly
"I'm sorry Verosika, I wish I could've been the man you deserve." Blitzø apologized
Verosika held his face & smiled
"You already are." Verosika said as she kissed him
Blitzø slowly kissed back as they both slipped slowly in pleasure & ecstasy which led into a love session. The next morning, Verosika woke up.
"Mmm, morning Blitzø." Verosika said as she opened her eyes
But when she opened her eyes, she saw that Blitzø wasn't on the bed with her
"What? He's not here? Did he leave?" Verosika said confusingly before sighing "Who am I kidding? Of course he would, I knew it was too good to be true."
After Verosika dressed in a light pink T-shirt & some pink panties, she went downstairs. Then she heard a noise coming from somewhere, she went to the kitchen & saw Blitzø.
"Hey V, good morning." Blitzø said
"What are you doing?" Verosika asked
"Making some breakfast." Blitzø said before Verosika hugged him tightly from behind "Hey, what's up?"
"I love you." Verosika said
"...I love you too." Blitzø smiled
While Blitzø was cooking breakfast, Verosika was in the bathroom looking at the mirror. She then looked at the crossed out heart tattoo on her right arm.
"Hm." Verosika said before snapping her fingers causing to remove the cross out of the heart tattoo which revealed Blitzø's name in it "That's better."
While they ate together, Verosika offered Blitzø to move in with her along with Loona & Orin when Spring Break ended which he accepted. When they got to the company building where Moxxie, Millie, Loona, Orin, Vortex, & Verosika's gang were waiting for them
"Hey everybody, we're back." Blitzø said
"Hey guys, how'd it go?" Millie said
"It went great, we had a blast." Verosika said
"So does this mean you two are official again?" Kat asked
"Yep, we're back together." Blitzø said
"Awesome." Apple said happily
"Hm." Vortex nodded as he smiled
"Dada!" Orin smiled happily
"Hey buddy, did Uncle Moxxie & Auntie Millie take good care of you?" Blitzø said.
"Hey sir, if it isn't too much trouble, perhaps we can babysit Orin again?" Moxxie said
"I knew you'd come around eventually, Moxx." Blitzø smiled
"Yeah, truth be told, Orin had gotten under my skin." Moxxie said
"Oh, you should've seen him, he absolutely adored little Orin." Millie gushed
When Spring Break was over, Verosika, Vortex, & her gang were getting ready to leave.
"It was great having you here, V. Despite the rough start, I enjoyed your presence here at the company building." Blitzø said
"Me too, I loved spending time with you & your son." Verosika smiled
"Be sure to stay cool, B." Vortex said
"Same goes for you Tex." Blitzø said as he looked at Orin "Orin, can you say Bye Bye?"
"Buh." Orin smiled as he reached out to Verosika
"I know sweetie, I'm gonna miss you too" Verosika cooed as she picked him up
"Mama!" Orin said which melted Verosika's heart
"Ow~! My beautiful beautiful baby!" Verosika squealed as she hugged him & kissed all over his cheek
After they left.
"We're very proud of you, Dad." Loona smiled
"Thanks guys, let's get back to work, shall we?" Blitzø said
"Right sir." Moxxie nodded
"Roger that, boss." Millie said
