Soon they left to the Construction site and got busy in their works.
Adhiraj who has to come tomorrow came today itself and directly came to the construction site to surprise Mayura
He got a smile seeing Mayura who was busy in her work
Mayura was so involved in her work she forgot her surroundings...
Mayura was standing on the ground and a container was about to fall on her but at the same time a worker pushed her away that made her to fall down on the rocks and got hurt
Adhi got shocked seeing all these. He immediately ran towards her
" Ahhh... " Mayura hissed in pain
All the workers gathered around her
" Madam... Are you ok?? I was calling you to move aside but you were lost so I didn't have other choice than pushing you aside... " The worker said
" Thank you bhayya... Iam fine... " Saying this Mayura was about to stand but couldn't because of the pain in her legs
" Let us help you... " Some ladies came forward
At the same time Adhiraj came there
" Mayura... " Adhiraj moved towards her
Everyone moved back when Adhi came there. Mayura was shocked and surprised seeing Adhiraj there
" What are you doing here?" Mayura asked
" How did you got hurt?? " He sat on the ground in front of her examining her
" It's nothing sir... Iam fine..." Mayura said
" What fine?? Look at you... You are hurt" Adhiraj was getting tensed and thin layer of tears formed in his eyes
" Iam fine.. " she tried to calm him down
Adhi looked at Mayura in anger
" What is this then?? Where are you lost?? How can you be so careless Mayura. Your elbow is bleeding " he cupped her face
everyone stood there in shock seeing this Adhiraj and one among them was Riya... She is really shocked and jealous too
" Iam fine sir... " Mayura tried to gesture him that they are in the middle of a bunch of people who are staring them with curiosity but at that moment Adhiraj could only see Mayura...
" Shut up... " He scolded her
Mayura glared him for scolding her
" What are you looking at me?? Get up... Let's go to the hospital " Adhi Said
Mayura nodded as yes and tried to get up but couldn't because of the pain
Adhiraj's heart ached looking her in pain. He immediately lifted her in his arms that shocked everyone over there
" Sir... " Mayura gasped at his act
Adhiraj ignored her and moved towards his car
" Adhiraj what are you doing?? Put her down... She is just normal employee. You can't lift her in your arms like this... " Riya said to Adhiraj
" Shut up... " Adhiraj yelled at the top of his voice that made Riya to jump at her place and stepped back
Mayura too got scared and clutched his shirt tightly...
Aman came running towards Adhiraj
" Aman... Get the car ready..." Adhiraj ordered
Aman nodded as yes and left
Soon Adhiraj took Mayura to hospital leaving Riya behind...
Riya was burning in jealous and in anger. It's not first time Adhiraj cared for Mayura. He always does this. He just becomes different person infront of Mayura. And Riya couldn't understand the reason behind this and top of that Mayura is married then how could she be so close to Adhiraj
Riya stomped her foot and left the place

Doctor treated her wounds and prescribed the medicine
" No need to worry Mr.Ranawat... she is fine... it's a small sprain in her ankle. And small wound at her elbow. She would be fine in two days" Doctor said
Adhiraj sighed in relief
Mayura smiled looking at Adhiraj... Adhiraj moved towards her
" Happy?? See Iam completely fine. " Mayura said
" Then what's all these?? " He pointed towards her wounds
Mayura shut her mouth at that
" But sir what's the need of lifting me that too infront of everyone?? " Mayura said
" Why?? What happened?" He asked
" There are so many workers over there and few of our employees too especially that Riya... Don't know what rumors are gonna spread in the company " Mayura said
" So?? I don't care about those rumours... And top of that you are my wife "
" But no one knows that Iam your wife " Mayura reminded
" And that won't change the fact that you are my wife" Adhiraj said
Mayura rolled her eyes at him and looked away that made him ti chuckle.
Mayura again looked at Adhiraj remembering something
" What are you doing here?" Mayura asked
" Means? " He asked
" You are supposed to come tomorrow right? " Mayura asked
" Hmmm.I was missing you. So returned back earlier " he said sincerely
Mayura looked at him in shock without blinking her eyes.
He really became expressive these days.
" Oh hello?? What are you thinking? " He asked which brought her back to the world
" Nothing... " She said
" Let's go... " Adhiraj said
Mayura nodded as yes and was about to get down from the bed but Adhiraj lifted her in his arms and moved out
" Sir I can walk. Put me down " Mayura whispered
Adhiraj nodded as no.
When they are about to leave Mayank and Ishika came there
" Mayu are you ok " Ishika asked
" Haa Iam fine. But what you both are doing here?" Mayura asked
" Bhabhi Amna informed us about your accident. " Mayank said
" Haa actually everyone want to come here but we stopped them " Ishika said
" Thank God... " Mayura sighed
" Ishu call them and inform that Iam totally fine. It's just a sprain " Mayu said
She nodded as ok
" Let's go " saying this Adhiraj moved out
Ishika and Mayank followed them

When they reached the society Adhiraj was about to take her to their house but Ishika stopped him
" Bhai it's better if Mayura stays with us. She needs rest right. We will take care of her " Ishika said
Adhiraj was about to deny but he knew Mayura might need help in changing and moving here and there and he knew she is not yet comfortable with him.
He thought for few seconds and nodded as ok.
Adhiraj moved towards their flat. As it is working hours no one saw them.
Adhiraj took her to her room and laid down her on the bed. He placed pillows under her feet.
Mayura was looking at him with sweet smile on her face. She is loving his this side which is exclusively for her.
Adhiraj then sat on the bed beside her. Mayura tried to sit but Adhiraj stopped her
" No... Don't " Adhiraj stopped
" Iam fine... " Mayura smiled
Adhiraj nodded as no and looked away
Mayura cupped his face and made her to look at him.
" What happened? " She asked
" Why can't you take care of yourself? What if something had happened to you ?? " Adhiraj caressed her hair
" But nothing happened right " Mayura said
Adhiraj glared her. Mayura chuckled looking at his face. She pulled him towards her that made him to fall on her.
Adhiraj looked at her with his eyes wide open. He placed his hands on her both sides so that he wouldn't be falling totally on her
Mayura caressed his hair pinched his cheeks.
" Mayu... " Adhiraj glared her.
" Don't make these faces... It won't suit you. " Mayura cupped his face
Adhiraj kissed her forehead and attached their foreheads.
" Take rest and get well soon... And... " Adhiraj stopped in middle
" And?? " Mayura asked
" Come back to me as soon as possible... " He said
" Let's go now then " Mayura said
" No... Get well soon first" Adhiraj said
" How would you manage?" Mayura asked
" Don't worry about me. " Adhiraj said
" How wouldn't I?? You won't take care of yourself when Iam not around " Mayura said
" Then get well soon so that you can take care of me " Adhiraj smiled
At the same time there was a knock on the door
Adhiraj immediately got up from Mayura and sat beside her.
" Come in " Adhiraj said
Ishika entered the room with food.
Adhiraj took the plate from Ishika
" I will feed her " Adhiraj said
" Ok bhai " Ishika smiled at him and left the room
" Come on have your food" Adhiraj forwarded the morsel
Mayura then happily had her food. She then had her medicine and laid down on the bed
" Take care ok... I will come back as soon as possible " Mayura said
" Ok... " Adhiraj said
" Now go... You might have lots of work " Mayura said
Adhiraj nodded as no and laid down beside her. He hugged her but made sure not to hurt her wounds
" Sir won't you go to office??" Mayura asked
" Won't you stop calling me sir?? " Adhiraj looked at her
Mayura bite her lips and looked here and there. Adhiraj sighed looking at her
" Sleep " he said
She nodded as ok and closed her eyes.
Adhiraj again kissed her forehead that brought a smile on Mayura's face.
She held his hands and drifted into sleep with Adhiraj beside her who was caressing her hair
" You are my life Mayu... So please be stay safe... " Adhiraj thought looking at her

Evening :
It's almost late in the evening when Mayura got up.
She saw that her room was totally dark.
" Adhiraj sir... " She called out but there was no response
" Adhiraj sir... " She called loudly this time
Hearing her Sharanya came to her room and switched on the lights
" Mayu... Are you fine?? " Sharanya asked
" Iam fine... " Mayura said
" Thank God... We all got tensed when we heard about your accident " Sharanya sighed
" Where is he?? " Mayura asked
" Adhiraj sir?? He left just now when he got a call " Sharanya said
" And haa he asked you to call him as soon as you woke up " Sharanya informed
Mayura nodded as ok and searched for her phone
" Here is your phone " Sharanya handed her the phone
When she was about to call him Rajesh and others entered the room
" How are you?? Is it hurting a lot " Rajesh asked sitting beside her
" No... Iam feeling good now" Mayura smiled
They all talked with her for some time and left the room.
As soon as they all left Mayura called Adhiraj
" Hello Mayura are you ok??" Adhiraj asked as soon he answered the call
Mayura sighed as she got bored hearing this question since morning
" Iam absolutely fine. Don't worry " she again assured him
" By the way where are you?? " Mayura asked
" At Gaurav's home" Adhiraj replied
" Ok.... " Mayura said
" Had your medicine? " Adhiraj asked
" Not yet. Actually I just woke up. I will take my medicine after having my dinner. " Mayura said
" Ok then. Take care.. bye" Adhiraj said
" Hmm bye... Wait wait " Mayura said
" What?? " He asked
" I need to apply for leave" Mayura said
Adhiraj chuckled hearing her
" It's already granted Mrs.Ranawat. don't worry" Adhiraj smiled
" Really?? But how? " She asked
" Because you are mrs.Ranwat... " Adhiraj said
Mayura smiled hearing him
" Ok then bye. Take care " Mayura said
" Bye " saying this he cut the call

Adhiraj came to his penthouse after having his dinner at Gaurav's home.
He changed into his track pants and t-shirt and sat on his bed with his laptop. He was trying to do his work but couldn't... He is seeing Mayura every where. He got so used her and her presence that he is unable to do anything without her in his home.
Adhiraj closed his eyes leaning on to the headboard.
" Mayu... " He uttered helplessly
He till now couldn't understand how he stayed away from her for 2 years and for 3 months after their marriage...but now it looks impossible for him to stay away from her
Adhiraj came to living room and sat on the sofa but still he couldn't concentrate.
He closed his laptop in frustration.

Mayura had her dinner and was in the hall talking with everyone
At the same time some one knocked the door
Sharanya opned the door and was surprised seeing Adhiraj there
" Come in sir " Sharanya welcomed him
He entered the flat and saw Mayura was in the hall along with everyone
" Sir?? " Mayura was about to stand but Adhiraj stopped her
" No... Don't move" he sat beside her
" Had your medicine? " He asked
Mayura nodded as yes
" What are doing here instead of taking rest?? " Adhiraj asked
" I have slept for almost whole day and now Iam not sleepy. " Mayura said
He nodded as ok and looked at everyone who now are standing.
" Why all of you are standing? Sit down " Adhiraj said
They nodded as ok took their seats
" Bhai will you have anything?? Like tea, coffee?" Ishika asked
" No thanks Ishika. " Adhiraj said.
Everyone looked at the time which is showing almost 10:00.
" It's almost 10:00. We would leave" Varun said
" Yes... Let's go " Kunal said
" Take care Mayu... Bye. good night" Rajesh said
She nodded as ok.
After everyone left Mayura and girls looked at Adhiraj
" Won't you leave?? " Mayura asked
" No... " Adhiraj nodded as no
" What?? " Mayura looked at him in shock
" Yes... " Adhiraj nodded his head
Sharanya and Ishika smiled looking at both
" Ok then good night " they both said and left to their room
" You are gonna stay here??" She again asked
" Yes... Any problem? " He asked
Mayura nodded as no with a smile
" Then let's go to the room... Iam tired and want to sleep" Adhiraj said
" Ok... " She chuckled looking at his face
Adhiraj lifted Mayura in his arms and moved towards the room
He laid her down on the bed carefully placing pillows under her leg, then covered her in a blanket.
He then laid down on the bed beside her...
" Why are you here all of a sudden? " Mayura asked
" What do you mean by why Iam here? " Adhiraj asked.
" I mean what I asked" Mayura said
" I was missing you... " Adhiraj hugged her taking care not to hurt her wounds
Mayura got a wide smile hearing him.
She made him to face her and pulled him towards her. She then kissed his cheeks.
Adhiraj widened his eyes in shock... May be it's first time she took an initiative to kiss him.
He placed his hands on his cheeks where she kissed him.
Mayura controlled her laugh seeing his face
" Oh hello?? " She waved her hands
Adhiraj looked at her and smile formed on his lips. He showed his another cheek asking her to kiss him
Mayura smiled at him and kissed his another cheek.
He then showed his forehead. She smiled and kissed his forehead.
Adhiraj smiled like a kid and kissed her cheeks.
" Good night... " Saying this he hugged her and closed his eyes
" Good night..." Mayura ruffled his hair
Adhiraj soon drifted into deep sleep because of tiredness... Mayura who couldn't sleep kept admiring her husband and didn't realised when she slept

Next day morning when Mayura woke up she didn't find Adhiraj beside her.
She looked here and there and found a note from Adhiraj
" Iam going to office. Will meet you after office. Take care and call me if there is any emergency "
Mayura smiled reading the note.
She then got ready with the help of Ishika and Sharanya.
Ishika stayed back to take care of her though Mayura denied
" If I won't stay here to take care of you bhai will be here leaving everything. " Ishika said that made Mayura to agree with her

It's been few days since Mayura got hurt. She is completely fine and finally joined back the office
As soon as Mayura entered the office all gave her weird look and some looked at her excitedly and why not after all the news of Adhiraj carrying Mayura in his arms has spread like a wild fire
" So you are finally here " came Riya's voice
Mayura and her friends rolled their eyes at Riya and looked at her
" What do you want?? " Mayura asked
" Nothing... But I need to say something" Riya said
" What ? " She asked
" Don't you have shame to be in someone else's arms when you are already married?? " Riya said
All got angry hearing her... Mayank was about to move forward but Ishika stopped him
Mayura glared her but closed her eyes calming herself
" I think that's none of your business" Mayura said
" That's my business... He is my would be..." Before Riya could complete her sentence Mayura throwed coffee at Riya which was in Riya's hands
All gasped looking at her in shock. And slowly Mayura's friends got a smile on their faces
" You... How dare you?? " Riya raised her hands
But Mayura held her hands
" How dare you to utter nonsense about me?? If I ever saw you again talking such nonsense I don't know what would I do... Understand?? " Mayura warned
Mayura's friends gave her a " good going... " Look
Mayura once again glared her and left the place
She entered her cabin and sat on her chair frustratingly
She immediately called Aman remembering something
" Aman I don't want her near Adhiraj sir today at any cost. And I don't want him to know what all happened here in the office. He would worry unnecessarily. Got it??" Mayura said
" Yes bhabhi... " Aman said
Now Mayura decided that she won't back out from giving replies to Riya...
" What does she think of herself?? Idiot, stupid... If she ever utter some nonsense like she is hid fiance Iam gonna kill her " Mayura gritted her teeth

That day during lunch Adhiraj asked Mayura about morning incident
" How do you know about that?? " Mayura asked because she knew it's not Aman
" I heard few employees talking " Adhiraj said
Mayura nodded as ok
" So?? Won't you say me what happened?? " Adhiraj asked
" Nothing... I couldn't control myself when she was about to claim herself as your fiance... " Mayura said
" What?? " Adhiraj asked
" Yes... In future I won't think twice before doing something if she ever utter that nonsense again. " Mayura said
" Why?? " Adhiraj asked
" What do you mean by why?? You are my husband. Only I have rights on you. " Mayura Said
" Really? " Adhiraj smirked
Mayura realised what she uttered. She closed her eyes in embarrassment and looked away
" Ahem... I think I need to go..." Mayura stood
" Oye... " Adhiraj held her wrist
" What?? " She asked without looking at him
Adhiraj pulled her towards him that made her to fall on him. He made her to sit on his lap.
Adhiraj cupped her cheeks and tucked her hair behind her ears
" Don't worry unnecessarily.... As you said only you have rights on me... Only you... " Adhiraj kissed her forehead
Mayura looked down biting her lips controlling her blush.

It's been few days since Riya's incident... Since then everyone in the office were little scared seeing Mayura.
And top of that they all thought that Adhiraj would take action against Mayura as she insulted Riya but he didn't that raised several questions among them and one of them is " is Riya really gonna marry Adhiraj?? " but they said nothing
It's almost lunch time so Mayura came to Adhiraj's cabin and saw him picking up his things
" You are going somewhere?? " Mayura asked
" You are here?? And haa Iam going to Delhi " Adhiraj replied
" Delhi? Why?? " She asked
" I have an important meeting Mayu... " Adhiraj said picking up the required files
" When will you come back?? " She asked
" In a week " Adhiraj sighed. He really didn't want to go leaving her here but it's an important meeting
" Ok... " Mayura sighed sadly looking down
Adhiraj moved towards her and cupped her face and kissed her forehead
" Take care... Don't try to pull any stunts in my absence... not a single scratch on you. I want you to be fit and fine when I come back. Got it?? " Adhiraj said
" Ok... " She nodded as ok looking down
Adhiraj pulled her in to a hug.
" I will be back soon " Adhiraj said
" Iam gonna miss you " Mayura hugged him back
Adhiraj smiled hearing her and uttered " me too "
" You too take care of yourself. Don't skip your meals. And is Aman coming with you? If yes I will ask him to take care of you...and... " Mayura was about to say something when Adhiraj interrupted her
" Stop... Stop... " Adhiraj chuckled
" Why are laughing?? " She asked
" Nothing... And haa Aman is coming with me and don't worry I will be fine and I will take care of myself " Adhiraj smiled
Mayura got a smile hearing him and said " ok.. "
" Bye take care " Adhiraj once again kissed her forehead and cheeks
" Bye " Mayura smiled
Soon Adhiraj left to Delhi

It's been a week Adhiraj went to Delhi...
Mayura was in the kitchen preparing for dinner and was looking at her phone every now and then as Adhiraj would call her at this time
" Mayura please... For god's sake please concentrate on cooking... I don't want to eat burnt food like yesterday " Varun said who came there
Ishika, Mayank and Sharanya chuckled hearing him.
Yesterday Mayura was so busy in talking with Adhiraj she forgot about what she was doing and the result was a burnt dish.
Mayura glared her friends but said nothing because usually Adhiraj would call her by now but he didn't and top of that he sounded so dull yesterday.
And when she called Aman he informed her that he is not feeling well and has fever.
Mayura asked Adhiraj to take medicine but she is not sure if he did it or not. She has to talk with him to make sure he is fine.
At the same time she got a call from Aman. She frowned looking at her phone as generally Adhiraj would call her now but nevertheless she answered the call
" Hello Aman... " Mayura said
" Bhabhi we are back to Mumbai... But sir... I mean bhai is so sick. He has high fever... He is not consulting the doctor and was not even listening to me... " Aman said
" What?? Where are you both now?? " She asked
" We are at penthouse " Aman replied
" Iam coming...and you " before she could say something she heard Aman's shout calling Adhiraj's name
" Aman?? Aman What happened?? " Mayura got scared
But there was no reply that scared her more
" What happened?? " Varun asked
" I... I don't know... I have to go... " Saying this she ran out
They called her but she didn't stopped. On her way Rajesh and Kunal saw her and tried to stop her but she didn't.
She was so scared and tensed she don't even realised what she was doing...
Few of her colleagues saw her running like mad towards block-d.
Rajesh and Kunal who are running behind her stopped when they saw she was going to block-d. At the same time they doesn't want to gain unnecessary attention from the people who are looking at Mayura curiously.
If they follow her now all would definitely think that something is wrong so they just stopped following her.
" Why she is running like this?? " Kunal said
" Don't know... Did Adhiraj sir come back? " Rajesh asked
" I don't know... " Kunal said
" Let her come back. We would ask her " Rajesh said
Kunal nodded as ok
