Ok so my brother read a random chapter of the orv novel (the 73rd demon realm btw) and said 'i might not read it it seems boring, i might read the manhwa tho'
BORING.
As someone who read every. Single. Chapter and a fan of orv, i am highly offended.
But it also leads me to a question and i need yall's opinion
Which is more painful to read, ORV's manhwa or the novel?
in my opinion it's the novel

i am an absolute idiot, i didnt check my ranking for this fic and when i was scrolling thru orv fics on wattpad i snapped my head so hard towards my fic my neck hurt. IT WAS #5. WHAT?

Ah, this was the life.
Doja was lazing on the couch, phone in hand and reading Sooyoung's novel while sipping hot chocolate.
Right, he forgot to mention that his husband was currently clinging to him from behind and nuzzling his cheek with his nose.
That's right, my dear readers, The Supreme King, The Punisher, The former regressor, THE Yoo Jonghyuk, was being clingy.
Ever since they left the reporters in the dust and went home, the protagonist had been clinging to Dokja like a lifeline. Not like it wasn't true though but Dokja's in denial.
He clung to him while they bathed.
He clung to him while Jonghyuk made dinner.
He clung to him while Dokja fed both Biyoo and Jonghyuk
He clung to him while they went to sleep.
He clung to him when they woke up and refused to get up.
He clung to him while he made breakfast.
And he's still clinging to him.
Dokja had to face the consequences.
(Not that he minded this that much)
Unexpectedly, Dokja's phone started ringing.
'Surprised she hasn't gotten diabetes from all dem lollipops' The caller ID read.
"What the f*ck do you want?"
"Ouch, i call my bestie after so long and the first thing i get is this. Not even a hello. I'm hurt."
"Hello there, my dear best friend Han Sooyoung! I am elated you have called me. How are you doing? :))"
"I didn't need that sarcasm."
"Why else would i say it?"
"B*tch. Anyway, everyone's going for karaoke later. Your'e coming too. Bring your hubby while your at it."
"Yea yea whatever."
And so they left.
(btw ive never gone to karaoke so i dunno how this works)
"Hyung!"

Everyone was there. Even Jinwoo.
"Hey hyung."
Jonghyuk, who was still clinging to Dokja -arms around his waist- was alerted at the unexpected voice.
"Oh hey, Jinwoo. I didn't think you'd come too."
Jinwoo just shrugs.
Jonghyuk arms tighten around Dokja's waist.
"So who's going first?" Sangah asked.
"OOOH ME! ME!" Jihye said enthusiastically.
She inserted 'Sunflower' by Post Malone and started singing.
It was pretty out of tune.
"Needless to say I keep her in check."

(I almost started crying while writing this but i got SO MANY goosebumps)
Jihye was sobbing by the end of it.

Jonghyuk still didn't let go of Dokja.
Instead, when they got home, he showered Dokja with kisses.
