Your POV:
"Yeah, it's Jimmy" the caller responded, I put the phone against my ear "Sapnap told me about the plan and the payment, and ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!"
I swiftly pulled the phone away from my ear. And put the phone on speaker "...what?" It's been a long time since me and Jimmy spoke, and hearing his voice like that after a while is unwelcoming "Hey Jimmy, it's been a while hasn't it?"
All I could hear through the phone was a groan "You should've asked me first before just telling a fucking white boy," Jeez that was wholesome "But again, $500K you say? When and who am I giving it to"
Our POV:
"Uh yes, $500K and can you give the money all the way to..." you paused "...all the way to new york?" You hesitated to say that "uh hu- wait why new york? Isn't Punz in Boston?" You sighed "Yeah I know, I could've just sent him right away to Boston, but I want him to get the cash on his own. And alone" by the sound of your voice, Jimmy knew you were serious.
You, him, Karl, Chandler, and Chris would train together with the others too. Shooting guns, throwing knives, boxing, and all sorts of training
"...got it. Tomorrow, at noon, the money will be at your doorstep or at least the owner's house doorstep" you were relieved and thanked him
"No problem but I swear to god if you ever do that shit again. Taking my money and giving it to someone else like drugs, without even telling me. I promise you I'm going to shoot you right in the head" Jimmy said in a cold voice
You agreed and hung up, stretched your arms up in the air, and fell back down. Looking at the side, seeing Alex's puma beanie on your chair. You wanted to wear it as you were sleeping, but your eyes started to get heavy and soon enough, drifted off to sleep.
Next day, January 09 2022, at 1:03 pm
As soon your eyes opened you searched blindly for your phone, just to check for any notifications
You saw a lot of messages and missed calls from Sapnap call me back as soon as you see this "huh.." you scoffed and press the call button
The ringing sound on your phone, waiting for sapnap to pick up at any moment
the ringing stopped, finally he picked up. Or so you thought it was him "Hey Nick" you greeted him but no answer came out, at first you thought he just accidentally muted himself.
Which is something he'll do. You pulled the phone away from your ear and viewed the screen.
pandas has requested to switch to video call at this point you got concerned, he didn't really like showing his face on camera but you accepted the request anyway
The first thing you saw was a pitch-black screen "Hello..?" your ear pressed against the speaker, you called again
"Hello? Sapnap?" nothing again. Until you heard a glass shatter from your phone, you quickly looked back at the screen. The screen turned to Sapnap being held by schlatt, without any weapons in hand and blood all over his forehead. Dream with a shattered wine glass in his hand "Enjoying the view lil couz?" that voice sounded familiar, too familiar, then the screen turned to the person holding the phone. Malcolm.
That bastard with that stupid grin painted on his face while Sapnap getting badly injured filled you up with anger
"Thanks to Sapnap here, we know where you are. And with that being said. I'm here to just tell you that a few of my friends are coming over to visit," his mouth curled into a devilish smile "and believe me. They're friendly" and just laughed.
Again, he turned the camera to injured Sapnap in Schlatt's arms and called for Dream "Finish the job." and handed him a gun
"Don't you dare fucking do it Dream..." your voice sounded shakey
Schlatt slowly dropped Sapnaps body to the ground. Nick trying so hard to get away from the scene, got stepped at by Dream
You couldn't do anything, even if you wanted to drive right over right now, the drive will take 5 hours so all you could do right now is yell at a screen hoping something will work out (Not a very bright idea though)
Dream took the gun and cocked it ready, he glanced at the phone, with an emotionless face then looked down back at sapnap and pointed at him. "Dream..bro please don't.." Sapnap begged Dream to put the gun down but Dream didn't move a muscle. "Go on...finish the job Clay." Malcolm's voice got colder. Dream looked at the phone, at you. And pulled the trigger. Sapnaps lifeless body on the ground, dream dropping the gun down as jschlatt looked down at the body
Malcolm turned the camera around, not able to see what happened to sapnaps body after wards "Too bad he couldn't say his last words," he looked at your scowl face "By the way...just to inform you that...you need to get out of the house in 10 minutes." and hung up
9 minutes remaining
Outside started to pour, without hesitation, you swiftly got off the bed and ran downstairs to let everyone in the house know
As you were running as fast as you can, running into Tommy
He noticed that you were in a hurry and looked down/up at you "Aye man, why you running?" he asked, rubbing his eyes letting you know that he woke up not long ago
Before you could say anything, you sensed that something is about to go off
"Tommy get the hell out of the house and alert everyone upstairs and on the main floor. I'm going downstairs" you left him behind and ran downstairs if anyone is in the rooms
"And tell the others too!" You say as he scurried to the door putting his shoes and jumper on
As you were in the staircase you started to hear a faded beeping sound, every step you took became louder and louder, just like you guessed, the house is gonna explode.
You ran downstairs to every room, everyone was confused but ran outside just like you said.
You walked past the room where bad and skeppy usually are, you saw darryl crouching and facing the ground "Bad?" You called for him "Just give me a second y/n I'll be up there soon" he said calmingly
You ran back upstairs and put your shoes on and ran outside "Ok mind telling us what's going on? Its gonna rain a lot soon" tubbo asked with his hood over his head
Before you could say anything, skeppy cut you off "Wait where's Bad?" You looked back at the door then looked back at the people to see if anyone else is missing "He's still inside, I'll go get him" you say, running back into the house, seeing bad in the same position like he was a few minutes ago "Bad cmon!" you raised your voice just enough for him to hear you, he looked back at the ground and sprinted to you, grabbing your wrist to "Where is it, where the fuck is it" you started to get anxious since the beeping sound started to get quicker and quicker "fucking finally!"
Back with the others:
"He's still inside, I'll go get him," you say running back inside. The rain started to pour heavily and everyone that was inside of the house started to get soaked
"What the hell is going on" puffy started shivering because of the coldness of the wind and rain. Skeppy wrapped his arm around Puffy to try and warm her up
"Skeppy? Puffy? You guys ok?" Bad walked outside the house, fixing his glasses and putting his coat on
"Yeah we're good- wait where y/n? Didn't they get you?" Karl asked, putting his wet hair out of his eyes
Bad turned to Karl "y/n? Well yeah, but they left me then. Were they looking for me?"
"Yeah, they...but they said they're coming to get you.." Karl's voice got softer, Bad unaware of any of this
Karl wanted to walk back in the house "I gotta go-" "The house is gonna explode Karl," Techno stopped Karl from going inside by holding his wrist tightly while every droplet of rain fell onto their clothes and skin
Karl tried to get out of techno's grip but when he tried, his grip got even tighter "Ranboo, please let me find them..." as much as techno knows how much Karl loves you (as a friend) he swung his arm back, making Karl slip and fall on the wet ground "He's coming in...three...two..." Techno looked at the side of the empty road, at first nothing was there to see but moments later a car was driving in the distance and started driving at full speed.
The driver was foolish and Callahan. They pulled over and foolish opened the window "Am I too late?" he curved into a grin, while Callahan popped out from the backseat, waving hello.
"Everyone get in the van," Techno threw the keys at Phil "There's still some weapons in my van, let's go now" slowly losing up his grip on the Karl looked up at techno, slowly starting to outraged, looked back at the house. Hearing the beeping from afar.
He got up and tried to run back into the house "Do you wanna die, Karl?!" Techno grabbed his wrist again tighter than before "Fucking y/n is in there Techno! How can someone like you be so selfish?!" breathing heavily as he tries to get himself free from techno
"Selfish...I'm being selfish now?!" His grasp sealed Karl's wrist "If it weren't for me, you and y/n could be dead by now! I was the one who lead you guys here, where both of you have shelter, I was the one who betrayed Malcolm for you two to live. and you're saying I'm selfish?!" Techno laughed after that sentence
he hunched down at Karl "Sometimes Karl, you should open your eyes more to see who the actual good guy is, and that is me." Techno said in a cold tone
"Now get up we're waiting for y/n in the van, "Then he raised back up, and looked at the others "and half of you guys get in Phil's car, which also means you, Tommy," he said looking at Tommy trying to secretly get in Foolish's van
"Oh come on! I wanna be useful too" the blonde boy whined as he gets his hands off of the doors of the van
"If you wanna be useful, then protect the others, especially Phil do that for me?" Techno patted Tommys back to get his motivation up
"Alright mate!" Tommy stated and walked over to Phil waiting in the car. Soon they started to drive off. "Bad and Will you're coming with us," ordered Techno
"Wait we're leaving without y/n?!" Karl asked slicking his hair back
"Of course not, I know y/n. They'll show up soon" techno responded, closing the car door next to him as he sat in
Now back with you
"Fucking finally!" You exclaimed, almost forgetting about the explosion
Now that you've found the beanie. You turned back to the door and listened to the beeping noises get faster and faster
"god...I can't go all the way downstairs..so how should I.." you thought about it, you knew you couldn't run that fast, you could trip while running downstairs so the only option is...the window.
You walked quickly to your window, opened and looked at how far the jump might be. Until you saw a familiar van with the car window down
You quickly put one leg out of the window "Aye Techno!" You called out
Techno heard your voice and quickly reacted
"There they are," Foolish steered the wheel as fast as he can
As you were about to put the other leg out too until...the house explodes
The fire touched and burned your skin as you were harshly pushed out of the window, holding onto the beanie, techno took the wheel and turned the car trying to catch you in any way. While foolish just lets him even though he knows it's a pretty risky thing. Karl,
Just in time the car, you were caught on the deck of the van, hitting your back hard. "Y/n, you alright?" Techno called out from the window, making sure you're okay
You looked at him trying to hold in the damage on your back then turned to the burning house
Slowly, it slowly became difficult for you to breath. Faded voices from Techno yelling at you for any answer. Your eyesight started to loose sharpness, but you noticed how people started to crowed the place up. People in the background crying for your name but soon your eyes slowly closed.
"..Y/n?...Y/n?!...Answer me!"
