It's been a week since I've been from Christan Helio to Christian Terazi
I'm now laying down on 'my' bed, looking at the ceiling I feel guilty
Fir the past days I've been calling that Christian's mom my mom
I called her mother, all I could rely on was the real Christian's memories
They told me that during a meeting some guys came in with guns and mask and they shot me
They assume it was an assassination
Assassination really, in this world am I gonna have to out up with that shit...
"Brother are you alright? You seem to be in deep thought" Abigail said standing at my door
Oh! And this is Abigail Terazi my... Little sister
"No just tired" I say
"Well your going to be late for work brother" she smiled at me
"I don't work, people work for me" I turn around to get comfortable on the bed
She laughs then a maid entered the room
"Sir, ma'am breakfast is ready and your parents are waiting downstairs" she said then bowed
Abigail's expression turned sad "yeah sure I'll go" she said
"Wait for me, I'll go shower first" I say as I get up
Abigail POV
Brother is... Having breakfast with us? Usually he goes to work in a hurry to meet Emily
Emily Smith was Chris's employee, one of his friends laid eyes on her now he likes her too
And he always hurry to court Emily before his friends can
I get out of his room to the dining table with three four plates, mother always prepared him a plate Incase the day comes that he wants to eat with us again
But for the past few months he didn't, mother looked at me and started putting away the fourth place which is supposed to be Christian's
"Mother no, Chris says he's eating with us" I say
Mother look stopped for a moment and happily put the plate back
The three of us are now sitting on the dining table and Chris walks towards us and sits down
Father looked composed and normal but he was ecstatic!
The chef served the usual pancakes, muffins and water but since Chris is here he prepared something more special, who knows when's the next time he'll sit with us again?
He prepared 'tapsilog' it was a popular and likable breakfast in the Philippines, he also prepared some freshly squeezed apple juice
We were all eating although it was quiet we were satisfied that my brother is here
"Abigail I heard you were quite remarkable at your school, that's amazing" Chris suddenly compliments me
"Thank you brother but I'm only on second place I can do better like you were, dad says you were the top of your class" I smile at him
"What do you mean do better? Your 22 years old but still taking night lessons to be better when your already amazing and smart as it is, you should take a break, I would rather have you partying in Las Vegas" he says
"I would never brother! It could tarnish your reputation?!?!" I yell
"And? No one cares if rich people party as long as you don't commit a crime it's fine" he looks at me and takes a sip of his glass
Brother is... He wants me to he happy, even if he doesn't say it he cares for me... He cares for this family
Mother takes a look of the clock and looked shocked "Chris! It's already 6:30 you'll be late?!?" She says
"What do you mean? I can go there until 8:00" he says confused
"Well the employees morning shift is 6:10 you'll miss Emily!" She says eyes widened
"Emily? Oh- OHHHH" he exclaims "it's okay it's just one day if not being able to see her first plus I think that's absurd" he takes a bite out if his food
