A few things:
1. Even though I ended this book at least a year ago, it still pleases me to see people are still commenting! Thank you!
2. My responses are all REALLY old and I would probably answer them all differently now than I did a few years ago. That said, I'm not bothering to edit my content. I'll leave it as is (A, I'm lazy and B, my answers could be different in the future. I see no point in editing them.)
3. If anyone's still here, would you want more questions? I'm willing to continue updating this book if that's what y'all want.
